A player needs 9 minutes for a boss fight in Palworld, while he could have done it much faster. He just needed to pay attention.
What happened to the player? Reddit user GerDeathstar shares his plight with the community in his thread. He bravely fought against the boss Bellanoir for a whole 9 minutes – solo, alone with his selected Pal team. He was level 38 and decided to fight in the arena instead of at his base.
Generally a good thought, as this protects the painstakingly built base and avoids collateral damage to buildings. But unfortunately, he overlooked a feature that could have made the fight significantly easier for him.

What did the player overlook? When you summon a boss at the altar, you can choose whether to fight on the spot or in a separate arena. In this case, the player chose the arena and overlooked that he could have let all the pals contained in the Palbox participate in the fight. Instead, he fought alone with one pal by his side and the previously selected team.
What does the community say about it? In the comments on his story, many found themselves in a similar situation and showed him that he is not alone with his mishap. Others show deep respect for the fact that he still went through with the fight.
As Z3R0Diro wrote, for example: “Everyone else is playing Palworld. You played Elden Ring with summons.” GerDeathstar replies that the fight was admittedly much epic than the one he had played “correctly”. Another asks him how many dodge rolls he used. He says it must have been over 100.
Many also say he could have fared much worse, as they chose to fight in the base, thinking it would be easier with the present pals. However, that was not the case, and they saw their entire base laid to ruins in a matter of moments.
