In Palworld there are special Pals that provide valuable loot and practical bonuses. What exactly they are and where you can find them, you will learn here.
What are Predator Pals? These are exceptionally strong Pals that have significantly higher stats than their normal counterparts, but are also just as rare to encounter. You can recognize them by a red aura and red eyes, and you will hear a special sound when you approach them. Additionally, they have 3 attacks that distinguish them from their normal forms.
They are similar in strength to Alpha Pals, but you cannot catch Predator Pals, only defeat them. They have fixed locations in the open world but are not always present, and they do not appear on your map.
What is the benefit of defeating them? On one hand, you will receive valuable Predator Cores and Mega Pal Souls from them, which you need as materials for endgame items. On the other hand, they give 25 times the experience points as their normal counterparts. By comparison: You only get 10 times the experience points from Alpha Pals. Therefore, defeating Predator Pals is also worthwhile if you want to level up, especially.
We will show you where you can find them, which ones exist, and what you need to consider.

Tips if Predator Pals Don’t Want to Spawn
What can be done if Predator Pals are not at the specified location? Unfortunately, the rare Pals do not always spawn reliably, so it can happen that you visit a location at the right time, but still, no Predator Pal is present. If that is the case, you can try the following:
- Move away from the area, wait a moment, and walk back
- If that doesn’t help, teleport to a waypoint somewhere else
- Teleport back and check if the target is now present
- If not, repeat the whole process until it appears
In Palworld, you can also cause all sorts of mischief – especially with the right people. MyMMO editor Jasmin once nearly caused her friend’s PS5 to give out with her friends and ambitious building projects: Palworld almost burned out my friend’s PS5 because we overdid it with building
