That’s where the “night raids” come in. The guilds are specifically designed for times when people can play who do not have “regular working hours” during the day. To allow these players to also participate in raids, there are night raid guilds.
The current best German guild Aversion after their first kill on Argus. They focus on evening raids instead of night ones.
What “night raid” guilds are there? The currently most successful German night raid guild is The Daysleepers from the Thrall server (Horde).
They offer raid times on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday, and Monday, from 11:45 PM to 3:00 AM.
According to MeinMMO reader and fellow night raider Rouven, several other guilds are still active in the German scene:
the progress-oriented guild Envious on the Blackmoore server (Horde)
the more casual guild Pulled Orc on the Thrall server (Horde)
also the Alliance guild Immortales on Baelgun (tip from MeinMMO readers Markus and Benjamin)
and the Alliance guild “Midnight Maniacs” on Antonidas
However, the scene has shrunk significantly in recent years. These few guilds are the “small, remaining rest” that the night raid scene in Germany still has.
This is the problem with night raids: Our reader Rouven, who is also an officer with the character “Derwindweht” at The Daysleepers, pointed out to us that the night raid scene currently has a bigger problem. There is simply a lack of people.
The Daysleepers is a progress-oriented raid guild, meaning they put in a lot of work into the MMORPG and try to perform as best as possible. Currently, they are even ranked 45th among all German guilds in the Battle of Dazar’alor. (via wowprogress, as of April 15 at 1:00 PM)

Anyone who wants to play must therefore have time and motivation to raid at night, as well as an interest in good progress in the raid. Especially regarding the upcoming Crucible of Storms, more members are needed.
According to Rouven, night raids have the problem that they do not know where to find new people. Only a limited number of new players can be recruited through forums and Twitch.
Many guilds are looking for players through forums.
Who is suitable as a night raider? The Daysleepers have some requirements for their potential members. Although “principally everyone is welcome”, interested players should have some prerequisites:
interest in progress-oriented raiding
corresponding performance to keep up
regularly available for the nightly times
ideally, being tied to night raid times due to their profession
These are not hard requirements set by the Daysleepers, but merely prerequisites necessary for this type of collaboration. The prerequisites foster a long-term interest in the night raid.
Finding new members is a significant challenge.
