In the State of the Game from May 8th, the developers talked about The Division 2 regarding Title Update 3 and when it will be released. Additionally, the PTS will go offline. Here are all the details from the stream.
When is Title Update 3 coming? In the community stream, the developers did not reveal an exact date, but the update is expected to be released next week.
While it is therefore not possible to say exactly on which day the patch will come – since maintenance is always scheduled for Thursdays, this could be a possible release day.
However, during the last major update on April 5th, maintenance was simply moved to a Friday. So we might have to wait and see.

What about the raid? Additionally, the raid is part of the update, which, according to the developers, is expected to be released shortly after. Prepare yourself for the raid.
Will the PTS still be online? No. The test servers will go offline tomorrow, May 9th. There is no exact time for that yet.

Which bugs are going to be fixed? Apex Legends has recently been receiving negative attention due to bugs. However, the developers have finally responded and plan to fix some of the worst issues in the upcoming update. These include:
Hit registration: It was often not recorded properly whether you hit or not. This is largely due to issues between the server and client. Respawn plans to fix a large part of these problems soon. However, due to the complexity of the issue, there may still be occasional cases of wrongly attributed hits, but these will also be eradicated over time.

These are the latest statements: In an interview with the US site Newsweek Eddings says he clashed with Randy Pitchford at the GDC developer conference in 2017.
