The well-known German Fortnite streamer Marcel “Montanablack” Eris says he now has the most subscriptions on Twitch. Those are subscribers that bring in money monthly. This would mean he has surpassed the streamer Shroud. However, one can’t be too sure about the numbers.
This is what Montanablack says: The streamer tweeted yesterday that he is the number 1 in the world when it comes to subs. He claims to have 35,233 subscribers.

How much money does Montanablack earn with the subs? That is not entirely clear. It depends on the deal he made with Twitch and what the exact “tiers” of the subs are.
A Tier-1 sub brings in $4.99 a month, of which the Twitch streamer receives at least 50%. Assuming the worst case where all subscribers are only Tier 1 and Montanablack has made only the minimum deal with Twitch, that would already be $88,000 a month – but there is likely much more money coming in each month.
In addition to subscriptions, a streamer also earns money through ad revenue, personal sponsorship deals, donations, and in the case of Fortnite through the “Creator Code”, which Montanablack used to share frequently in the past. He no longer uses this Creator Code, however.
Numbers of other Twitch streamers not really known
What is the catch? Although Montanablack says he has the most “subs” on Twitch, it’s not officially confirmed.
There are websites that keep track of how many subscriptions an individual streamer has – but these numbers are not bombproof: While follower and view counts are publicly accessible, the same does not apply to subs.
In the past, it was indeed noticeable that the numbers shared by streamers significantly differed from those of tracking sites. The tracker sites then update their figures based on the latest information from the streamers.
With videos like these, Montanablack also became known on YouTube.
According to one of these tracker sites (via twitchtracker), streamer Shroud was previously ranked 1 with over 30,000 subs. When he is addressed in his stream about Montanablack now having more subs, Shroud barely pays attention to it.
Shroud expects to have fewer subscribers due to WoW Classic.

What does the number say? Despite all the doubts about whether this qualifies him as number one worldwide, 35,000 subs is a strong number – they show that Twitch, Fortnite, and Montanablack have achieved considerable relevance in Germany.
The honorable brother rises to No. 1 in German Twitch with Fortnite
What distinguishes Montanablack? The streamer Montanablack comes from the “Call of Duty” scene, then shot up further with Fortnite, just like many streamers in the English-speaking area, such as Tfue, Ninja, or Myth – or the French Gotaga.
In recent months, Montanablack has been found more frequently on Twitch in the “Slots” category for online gambling.
Montanablack has a unique speaking style. He uses phrases like “differently good” instead of “very good”, things happen on “kiss kiss kiss” basis and everything is somehow related to honor: people are taken honor, given honor, they are brothers of honor or honorable men.

Is there a special offer coming for WoW Classic players? The Brazilian Facebook account of WoW posted that players who reach level 60 in Classic will receive the expansion Battle for Azeroth and a level 110 boost for a character. However, the post has since been deleted.
What kind of offer is this? The Brazilian Facebook account of World of Warcraft recently highlighted a special offer. Players who reach level 60 in WoW Classic would receive the latest retail expansion Battle for Azeroth and a booster that takes a character to level 110.
Why is this a good offer? Blizzard would hit two birds with one stone here: they can capitalize on the current popularity of Classic to fill the servers of the retail version with new players.
“A toast to 15 years of WoW. If you reach level 60 in WoW Classic, you will receive the expansion Battle for Azeroth and a level 110 boost.” Source: wowhead
What’s the catch? A few hours after the post went live on Facebook, it was deleted again. The players on WoW Reddit however, believe in the authenticity of the offer. They think it might be that the Facebook post accidentally went live too early and was therefore deleted.
Players see the whole operation as a clever move by Blizzard. Some people might keep their subscription just to grab Battle for Azeroth. Other players state that they would likely play both Classic and Retail. Especially because they could exchange gold for tokens and thus finance their subscription.
The first player reached level 60 in Classic last Friday:
Destiny 1 has some great features that Guardians sorely miss in Destiny 2 or that are worse in the sequel. The predecessor does this much better.
This is how Destiny 2 developed: When Destiny 2 was released in September 2017, it primarily disappointed the veteran Guardians after the story was completed. The endgame was dull and lacked long-term motivation. In addition, Destiny 1 was in a much better state in 2017, offering a ton of content, which is why many players soon missed their old Guardians.
Nonetheless, there are some aspects of the game that the predecessor, Destiny 1, addressed much better. And with Shadowkeep, nothing should change regarding these aspects yet. The idea for this article came from XHOUNDISHx, whose video we embed here:

The regular strike playlist has meanwhile substantially declined. Guardians have long criticized that it is hardly worth playing the strikes.
By the way: Even the Nightfall-exclusive rewards were not available at the launch of Destiny 2. They had to be introduced later.
This is how Destiny 1 did it better: In Destiny 1, Guardians specifically hunted for strike-exclusive loot and could spend countless hours on it. Because for some weapons, one wanted a God Roll, which made the strikes along with their loot in Destiny 1 much more exciting and motivating. Among the most sought-after exclusive weapons were the Imago Loop from the “The Immortal Spirit” strike and the Grip of Malok from the Omnigul strike.
There were also some cool strike-exclusive armor pieces, such as Taniks’ cloak or Malok’s hood.
Malok’s Hood
In addition, a skeleton key system was introduced in Destiny 1, which allowed players to specifically obtain strike-specific loot. Those who had to play the Nokris Nightfall repeatedly in Destiny 2 to finally obtain the strike loot for the Wanderer title would have wished for such a system in Destiny 2 as well.
The vendors disappoint in Destiny 2
This is the situation in Destiny 2: Several vendors have been boring Guardians for quite some time.
The gunsmith Banshee-44 is no longer as exciting as he once was in Destiny 1, when he hosted the weapon day weekly and could bring in weapons with top rolls.
And the vendors in the various worlds desperately need fresh and larger inventories.
This is how Destiny 1 did it better: In Destiny 1, the vendors in the Tower had much larger loot pools, with items rotating weekly. It was exciting to check the vendors each week and see if there was a Palindrom with God Roll among them.
Furthermore, Banshee-44’s weapon day provided a bit of variety, and the factions offered exotic exclusive items if one served them for a while. The ability to make progress with certain vendors over a long period to earn their loot is currently completely absent in Destiny 2.
Only standing around dumbly in Destiny 2 – the factions
PvP needs more love
This is the situation in Destiny 2: The PvP in Destiny 2 has been criticized since launch. Since every mode was played in 4v4, no level advantages were activated, and especially the Trials were a huge disappointment, everything in the Crucible felt like a boring uniform mass.
Over the years, there have been new content in PvP, but not much has happened since Forsaken. New maps, new modes, and more variety are desperately needed. With Shadowkeep, two “new” maps are being added, but these are just old maps from Destiny 1. More love for the PvP, Bungie!
This is how Destiny 1 did it better: In short – Trials! This mode is painfully missed in Destiny 2, as it provided a new challenge for the PvP pros and for everyone who wanted to mercilessly fail in Trials weekly in Destiny 1.
The special thing about the Trials in Destiny 1 was also that they told a small story of their own. It was not just about getting the cool Trials gear but also about reaching the mysterious lighthouse. The Trials had something mysterious and captivating about them.
Guardians want cool armor
This is the situation in Destiny 2: In Destiny 2, there is a lack of armor pieces with crazy, visual features. These were highly sought after in Destiny 1. This is likely one reason why so many players recently wanted to obtain the Solstice armor, as it can be equipped with an armor glow.
This is how Destiny 1 did it better: Many Guardians found numerous armor pieces from Destiny 1 to be more creative, cooler, and better suited for a Guardian than some of the gear from Destiny 2. Additionally, Destiny 1 also brought many armor pieces with impressive visual effects towards the end, like the raid armor or Trials gear:
Especially the armor from high-end activities in Destiny 1 visually destroys almost everything one knows from Destiny 2.
What do you miss in Destiny 2 that Destiny 1 did significantly better?

In Destiny 2, a new Warlock Exotic from Shadowkeep has been discovered – and many Guardians are currently mocking it.
What is this Exotic? Currently, the gaming convention PAX West is taking place in Seattle, where Bungie has some booths. Curious Guardians can try out fresh content from the Fall expansion Shadowkeep and Season 8.
A clever Guardian discovered a new Warlock Exotic there, took a photo of it, and posted it on reddit.
It is an exotic chest piece for the Warlock
The name is “Stormdancer’s Brace”
It is an Exotic tailored for Stormcallers
It is expected to come into play with the Shadowkeep expansion
This is what it looks like:
Exotic has space for some cans of beer
Guardians are mocking this: This Exotic is currently causing quite a stir on reddit – mainly because of its appearance.
“It looks like he’s using a six-pack of Bud Light as armor,” jokes one Guardian. Another adds: “I always wanted a Warlock with a belt that has space for his Bud Light cans.”
This Exotic has the Warlock strapped with some energy rods that look like beer cans. Since Bud Light beer is sold in blue cans, many players are laughing about the fact that the Warlock probably enjoys drinking Bud Light.
Some Guardians are already hoping for an emote where the Warlock takes a can from his armor and takes a few sips.
If you’re preparing for a fun gaming night in Shadowkeep, you can soon dress your Guardian accordingly. And generally, the armor doesn’t look so bad, several users agree.
“A chest piece that can carry a whole six-pack of Bud Lights? Nice!” summarizes one Guardian all the jokes.
This ensures that the Warlock won’t go into the upcoming challenges thirsty. Even if it gives the impression of having a slight alcohol problem…
This is the exotic perk: Every enemy you defeat with the Stormtrance super increases the damage you deal with Stormtrance.
Guardians are currently unsure how useful this will be. It probably depends heavily on how significant the damage increase will be.
Currently, the Crown of Storms is a good Exotic for Stormcallers that extends the duration of the super on kills. It likely depends on the situation whether more damage or a longer duration of the Stormtrance super is better.
Several Guardians agree that the damage boost must be considerable if this Exotic is to be useful in practice.
What do you think of this Exotic – and its appearance?
Shortly before the release, more and more information about Borderlands 3 is being revealed. Now the developers have revealed what players can expect from the cosmetics in the game.
Where does the information come from? In a Q&A session by IGN with some fans, the art director of Borderlands 3, Scott Kester, spoke about cosmetic items in the latest series installment.
What did the fans want to know? Kester was asked among other things, how far Gearbox would go with the customization options in Borderlands 3. Fans were also interested in whether there would be skins that change the entire look of the character and not just specific parts of the Vault Hunter.
This is what was said in response: In response, the art director said: “Right from the start of the customization discussions for Borderlands 3, I wanted to push the aesthetics further and more dramatically than we have ever done before. It was important to get crazier in terms of heads and skins (of the characters) to cover the entire spectrum between cool and really insane. In my feeling, we have succeeded in that.”
Then Kester continued: “We have crazy heads, animated skins, and even the ability to change the colors of any skin in the game. That said – I love the idea of unique full-body skins. But it makes more sense to implement an idea like that with something that is coming in the future. A good idea!”
As it looks, there will not be skins that change the entire character model for now – at least not at the release of Borderlands 3 on September 13. However, for the future, Gearbox apparently does not rule out such a feature.
Perhaps this feature will come in one of 4 planned major DLCs. Otherwise, it sounds like they will generally build on the cosmetic model of Borderlands 2 with various interchangeable character heads and skins, enriching it with new possibilities. Fans can apparently look forward to all sorts of crazy and insane cosmetics.
Also interesting: In recent days there have been a lot of fresh information about Borderlands 3 – including endgame elements as well as the content roadmap after the launch in 2019. You can find more about it here:
A new leak about the next addon of World of Warcraft is causing a stir. It could be that all our characters will have to die.
Slowly but surely, the expansion “Battle for Azeroth” is approaching its end. Although there is still the smaller Patch 8.2.5, which is currently on the PTR, Patch 8.3 will likely already be the finale of the expansion. A few weeks ago, we had discussed a potential leak regarding the expansion “Shadowlands”. Now there is further information building on that.
And it looks bleak: Almost all characters will die.
What was leaked? A new screenshot was published on 4chan showing the harbor of Stormwind with a ghostly fleet. The fleet bears the banner of the Forsaken. There was a lot of information about how the final battle of Battle for Azeroth would unfold and what the following expansion is about.
This is the Battle of Stormwind: The leak states that the last raid is “The Battle of Stormwind”. Sylvanas feigned an attack on Thunder Bluff to take revenge on Baine. In reality, however, she launched an attack on Stormwind and nearly took the city completely.
In the raid, Horde and Alliance now (temporarily) join forces to attack Sylvanas. The first boss fight is supposedly an Azerite machine that must be escorted from Goldshire to break open the city gates.
Afterwards, one fights their way through the city, alongside the great leaders of Alliance and Horde, leading up to the final battle at the harbor of Stormwind. The penultimate fight is said to take place against Nathanos, who “is decapitated by Tyrande” at the end.
All heroes die: The finale is divided into two parts, starting with a fight against Sylvanas. After a while, supposedly Bolvar (the current Lich King) appears and begins to kill leaders of the Horde. For example, Lor’themar dies. Bolvar then joins the Alliance (where his daughter Taelia also fights). Sylvanas then targets Genn Greymane, whom she shoots.
Then comes an “intermission”, a small phase with lots of dialogue. The events will cause the remaining leaders of the Horde to side with Sylvanas again.
The final battle is the fight of all leaders of the Horde against all leaders of the Alliance.
This also means that there are two versions of this boss fight. Alliance players must defeat Sylvanas, while Horde players must defeat Anduin.
Once one side is victorious, there is a cinematic. Anduin kills Sylvanas (or Sylvanas kills Anduin, depending on the faction played), but then succumbs to his own wounds. All characters, all heroes are dead, and silence falls over the harbor of Stormwind.
The heroes then awaken in the Shadowlands, the realm of the dead. There, a fleet of Helya’s ships and Sylvanas awaits, who explains that they are now “strong enough”.
Gnomes and Goblins find a solution: In the events “before the release” of the addon, the gnomes and goblins collaborate to find a way to communicate with the Shadowlands. This lays the groundwork for the new tinkerer class. This collaboration creates an item that allows players to switch between the Shadowlands and the real world – this is essentially the “Hearthstone” of patch 9.0.
The leaked map of the Shadowlands.
How likely is the leak? It’s hard to say whether the story is true. However, it is true that Stormwind has long been the “big target” of Sylvanas. This has not only been mentioned in the game but also in the pre-history of BfA, the book “Before the Storm”. That Sylvanas has something planned for Stormwind is therefore very likely. Whether it will actually be as drastic as this supposed leak suggests remains to be seen.
Please keep in mind that this “leak” contains unconfirmed information. It is entirely possible that this is just a fake. But sometimes the theories spun in anticipation are indeed more exciting than the truth – right?
What do you think of this “leak”? Do you believe there is some truth to it? Or is it all just made up?

In September 2019, Planetside Arena (first PC, later PS4, Xbox One) enters Early Access on Steam. The release date is September 19. We look at 3 ideas on how the new title from Daybreak aims to differentiate itself from the two battle royale giants, Fortnite and Apex Legends.
Planetside Arena comes for PC – later PS4, Xbox One
For which platforms does Planetside Arena come? Initially, Planetside Arena is only playable on PC via Steam. A launch on PS4 and Xbox One is planned for the second quarter of 2020. Then the PC version is also expected to have its full launch.
What will the game cost? $20 at release on Steam – but there is also a $50 edition.
An initial roadmap shows players what to expect.
Special Features: Classes, Weapons, Size, Vehicle
How does Planetside Arena plan to stand out from the competition? The developers are quite confident. In an interview with PCGamesN, producer Andy Sites states that many games took an existing game and applied a “battle royale rule set” over it – which doesn’t quite work. It seems Sites is hinting at Fortnite.
They have planned three major ideas:
Players choose a class and start a match with two weapons of their choice that they can upgrade later. This is called a “loadout system.” This aims to prevent players from having the tedious phase of frantically searching for a weapon.
Additionally, players receive a personal vehicle that allows them to move quickly and stay close to the action.
Planetside Arena also aims to score points with the map size of 64 square kilometers and the sheer number of players – as Planetside has always been known for its enormous scale.
Planetside Arena states that players should focus on the action rather than the tedious work of finding a weapon or getting around the map.
One-dimensional characters and an all-too-familiar setting plague Supermassive’s spiritual successor to Until Dawn Man of Medan. However, if you enjoy watching horror movies with friends, you might still find joy in this title.
What is Man of Medan anyway? Man of Medan is the first installment of “The Dark Pictures Anthology” – a series of games intended to be released independently. Man of Medan is also the spiritual successor to the surprise hit Until Dawn, which guides 10 friends through a horror night. The twist: the player’s decisions have a direct impact on whether and which friends will survive the night.
Despite the clichéd stereotypes, which clearly draw from 90s teen horror films like “Scream” and “I Know What You Did Last Summer,” the various decision-making opportunities and the great atmosphere certainly offer replay value.
Until Dawn is a tribute to films like Scream
With Man of Medan, the shortcomings of Until Dawn are to be addressed while simultaneously increasing the replay value. Two new co-op modes are also expected to play a significant role, allowing you to scare yourself together online or in couch co-op. Although the number of protagonists has decreased (you now control only 5 characters), the various ways to die have significantly increased, which expands the players’ decision-making options.
This is the story of Man of Medan: 5 protagonists with different relationships meet on a boat to search for sunken treasures. During this adventure, the “heroes” eventually end up on a ghost ship. This ghost ship actually existed. On the SS Ourang Medan, all crew members are said to have died in 1948 under mysterious circumstances. Some explosions on board are believed to have led to the sinking of the freighter.
The ominous ghost ship – the SS Ourang Medan
Even though there is probably a mundane explanation for the sinking of the SS Ourang Medan, the developer Supermassive Games has added a paranormal twist to the shipwreck that the protagonists experience themselves. Your objective is to guide as many characters as possible safely through the horrors of the ship. In fact, this game goal can be humorously subverted, especially in co-op mode.
The main characters are walking clichés: Just like in Until Dawn, the developer skips multi-dimensional characters. Worse, Supermassive fails to create a believable character development in Man of Medan. There are
the daredevil and womanizer,
the smart but boring nerd,
the nagging and admonishing captain
and the lovey-dovey couple.
Already after the first few minutes, I feel the need to help some candidates meet their demise. However, this weakness of the game reveals the great potential of the co-op mode!
The big plus of Man of Medan: The co-op modes!
You can scare yourself together with friends in two ways: either via the internet or through couch co-op. Both experiences are completely different. In a game with a friend via the internet, each player controls one character simultaneously. Unfortunately, this leads to somewhat strange situations, especially when your partner masters a situation faster than you. You will often be pulled out of your current events because your partner has activated a cutscene.
Man of Medan is especially fun in co-op
The couch co-op for 2-5 players works significantly better. Each player controls one character, so a maximum of 5. While one player controls their chosen character, the others watch, much like a horror movie, which is why this mode is aptly named movie night. Since your decisions can significantly impact your fellow players, movie night offers a lot of potential for both conflicts and a lot of fun.
Because not infrequently, your decisions can lead to another character meeting their end. This gives you the opportunity to experience the story in a completely different way through challenges:
Every player must ensure that their chosen character quickly meets their demise. The last one standing loses.
At the beginning of the game, you not only select your own character but also find a “victim” among your friends’ characters. Your goal is now to ensure that your chosen victim loses as quickly as possible through your actions.
Band together and tackle the challenge of keeping all your characters alive. This is more difficult than it sounds and requires some experience with the possible decisions in the game.
For the hardcore variant, you can also combine the challenges with a drinking game.
In the story progression, you can see which decisions you’ve made
A playthrough lasts: The developers specify a playthrough of 4-5 hours, akin to a movie night in the Lord of the Rings format (the extended version, of course). Due to the many ways to die, the story can be experienced in different scenarios. Conveniently, you can view the different branches of the story in the menu and thus at least roughly know what you missed or where other decisions would lead to different outcomes.
What do you think of the co-op mode? Would you invite your friends for a fun movie night with the game?
In eSports, TSM ZexRow has won a 1vs6 match in Fortnite . The special thing: The opponents were two of the strongest trios in Fortnite. Among them is the Twitch streamer, Turner “Tfue” Tenney, with his partners Cloak and 72hrs. On reddit, this is referred to as the play of the year.
At the beginning of the clip, TSM ZexRow is already alone – his two partners have been taken out. And around him lurk two of the best trios in the USA:
The second trio consists of Pika, Rhux, and Joel – they are also really strong Fortnite players. They currently hold 11th place in NA-East in the Trio Series.
Cloak (left) and Tfue (right) are currently playing as a trio in Fortnite with 72hrs.
Pro player remains incredibly calm and controlled
The clip shows: It’s hard to follow the clip because TSM ZexRow acts at high speed.
The clip starts with ZexRow getting a quick snipe on Cloak, causing him to drop to low HP and retreat. Then Tfue and 72hrs attack him, but they never manage to catch ZexRow because he controls the builds.
With quick editing and building, Zexrow can always evade the attacks and choose when to attack the opponent from ambush.
The windows of opportunity for attacks are only open for a few moments. He uses these short windows by delivering shotgun blasts that find their mark and cost the opponents a lot of hit points. Then ZexRow builds again and changes position.
With a sudden attack, he finally manages to take Cloak out up close. The already wounded Tfue goes down next, before ZexRow now takes out 72hrs in a duel.
Due to the special rules that apply in Competitive, ZexRow is back at full health afterwards.
ZexRow nearly wins the fight against the second trio effortlessly. Here he can once again control the fights, seize and maintain the initiative.
While the professionals he previously took down watch him, they are still impressed.

This is how it’s discussed: On reddit, the clip is being discussed. Several users say it must be the “Play of the Year” in Fortnite.
It’s fantastic how ZexRow maintains control and calm in such a difficult situation. He gives the opponents no chance to cooperate but isolates them.
However, the attacking opponents are also criticized. They apparently seem to be in panic because they are low on HP and cannot coordinate their efforts against ZexRow.
This is how the defeated react: Cloak watches TSM_Zexrow for a while as he dismantles the second duo and says: “OMG, this guy is just crapping on those pros.”
Tfue says: “Yeah, ZexRow is cracked, bro.” – Whatever that means.

Who is ZexRow? TSM ZexRow belongs to the “young generation” of Fortnite players who have been described as “nerds” by streamer NickMercs. They are young and can build incredibly fast.
With his partner TSM Vinny1x, Zexrow became a finalist in the Fortnite World Championship in Duo, winning $225,000.
ZexRow claims to have been playing shooter games like Call of Duty since he was 6 years old and has developed good aiming skills at a young age, which he later refined in games like Counter-Strike: Source. He had to learn to play in a team then as well. Now with Fortnite, he, like many others, has seized his chance.
We spoke with Mathieu Cote, the Director of Dead by Daylight Mobile, and he explained to us why the mobile version no longer has a blood web. He also shares some other exciting details.
One of the biggest changes between the PC and mobile versions of Dead by Daylight, aside from the controls, is the blood web. It has been completely changed.
This is what the Director of DbD Mobile says:
The main reason [for the change] was actually that it was very difficult to present the blood web to players on mobile in the same way as on PC.
Another reason was that mobile gaming is consumed in small bites. You play for a few minutes and then put it down. And it should still be possible for people to navigate through the system.
Mathieu Cote, Game Director
You move the character with the left “analog stick” and perform actions with the right thumb
The blood web is a huge chunk that you have to work through on PC or console, according to Cote. When players then played DbD on mobile and purchased something from the blood market, it gave them the corresponding feeling of progress, he explained.
Cote also explained how the blood market works:
These are exactly the same items that you can obtain there, only they are presented in a slightly different way.
In each row, you have to decide what to spend your points on. And with each row, the items become rarer and rarer, and when you reach the bottom, you have to choose one of the three best. And then you move on to the next level.
You work your way from top to bottom and unlock items
Aside from the blood web, the team wanted to keep the game as close to the PC and console versions as possible:
The mobile version will not receive exclusive content in the form of skins and other cosmetics.
The progress will be approximately equally fast.
Social features will be added once they have also been revised for the PC and console versions.
The game is free-to-play, but to unlock all content, mobile players will have to pay the same price as on PC and consoles.
The interest in DbD Mobile is greater than expected
By now, Dead by Daylight Mobile has been released in several countries on the App Store. Originally, the betas were supposed to be purely technical tests to ensure the stability and performance of the app, but it turned out differently.
We expected 5k -10k players. But we received, as far as I know, over a million installs. There is a lot of interest, people are playing Dead by Daylight Mobile. So we decided to add more features early on and expand to more regions. And the feedback has been great so far.
Mathieu Cote, Game Director
The interest in the game has gone so far that players have changed the region of their app store to download it from the stores of other countries. However, this led to performance issues.
In the free-to-play version, you will be able to play 2 killers and 3 survivors
This is what the Director says to the players: Cote believes that there are many fans of Dead by Daylight among the players. Although the mobile version does not yet have cross-play or cross-save features with the PC and console versions, Cote believes that many fans will still play DbD Mobile on their smartphones, partly because it is free.
But also simply mobile users who may not own a gaming PC will take a look at the game, according to Cote. According to him, there is also another group:
But I think there still exists a large fan base of DbD that hasn’t played it yet, but mostly watches. They are the viewers on YouTube or Twitch and now the game is coming free to mobile and they think, “Oh, I could play that.”
Stranger Things comes with the latest chapter of Dead by Daylight
This is what the future brings: After the launch of the mobile version of Dead by Daylight, the developers will initially focus on new content. The latest chapter of the game brought a new monster and two new survivors from the popular series “Stranger Things”.
Next time, however, the devs want to create something of their own. Cote said about this:
Well, we definitely have a lot of original content that we want to implement. There are many stories and folklore that we haven’t properly addressed until now.
It’s funny because we always say we want to focus on our own content and then we get the opportunity to do Stranger Things. […] But yes, we actually want to bring our own content. We put a lot of effort into the stories behind the killers.
The wait for the upcoming expansion Shadowkeep for Destiny 2 continues. In the meantime, we wondered which have been the best and worst expansions in the Destiny universe so far. Do you agree with our ranking or do you have completely different ideas?
What kind of ranking is this? For this ranking, Tom, Sven, and Micha sat down at the virtual pub and talked candidly: Which expansions and DLCs from the Destiny universe were enjoyable, and which made us roll our eyes?
Reaching a consensus was not so easy. One member of the exclusive circle of self-proclaimed “Destiny experts” was quite adamant about not rating the first Destiny 2 expansion Forsaken as highly as the other two Guardians.
After hard negotiations and some gritting of teeth, however, the ranking was established. Since the decision was so difficult and far from unanimous, we let the participants have their say. We explain how we voted and why Sven hates the Dreaming City so much.
Destiny Expansions and DLCs – This is Our Ranking
Our ranking from top (above) to flop (below):
Kingsfall (Destiny expansion, 2015)
Forsaken (Destiny 2 expansion, 2018)
Darkness Awaits (Destiny DLC, 2014)
The Rise of Iron (Destiny expansion, 2016)
Season of Opulence (Destiny 2 Annual Pass)
Season of the Forge (Destiny 2 Annual Pass)
House of Wolves (Destiny DLC, 2015)
Warmind (Destiny 2 DLC, 2018)
Season of the Drifter (Destiny 2 Annual Pass)
Curse of Osiris (Destiny 2 DLC, 2017)
Tom: Darkness Awaits will probably always be the best “small DLC” for me
This is what Tom says: Whether Kingsfall or Forsaken was the best Destiny expansion ever – I don’t want to make a definitive statement on that. Both expansions shook the game dramatically and raised Destiny (TTK) and Destiny 2 (Forsaken) to a significantly better level.
While I particularly liked the story around Eris and Oryx in TTK, which ended in the magnificent Kingsfall raid, I was captivated by Forsaken with the Triumph system and the Dreaming City.
Darkness Awaits will probably always be the best “small DLC” in Destiny for me. I played the Crota raid repeatedly and was fascinated by the crazy ways other guardians defeated Crota. Moreover, Darkness Awaits brought many iconic weapons into the game, like the Black Spindle or Crota’s Fury. At the release of Darkness Awaits, there were complaints about too little content for the money, but I have some of my best Destiny memories from that time.
The Rise of Iron, which was partly seen as a stopgap to bridge the gap until Destiny 2, ultimately represented a worthy conclusion to Destiny 1. The expansion not only brought a cool social space inhabited by wolves with Felwinter Peak but also several iconic weapons from Year 1 that evoked feelings of nostalgia, such as the Gjallarhorn or the Icebreaker.
The Drifter season and the bottom-ranking Curse of Osiris consistently land at the last spots. While the Drifter season only offered something for Gambit fans and even the Reckoning couldn’t convince, a lot went wrong with Curse of Osiris. Honestly, I don’t even want to think back on that.
The Drifter
Sven: I never warmed up to the “Lord of the Rings” look of Forsaken
This is what Sven says: Kingsfall and Forsaken are, in my eyes, the best expansions for their respective games. TTK made Destiny 1 noticeably better, Forsaken improved the previously maligned Destiny 2. But as good as Forsaken may be for Destiny 2: I simply love the dark setting of TTK and never really warmed up to the “Lord of the Rings” look of Forsaken. Therefore, TTK is personally the better expansion for me.
For this reason, Darkness Awaits comes next for me. Especially what Bungie created in the Hellmouth under the surface of the Moon remains unforgettable to me to this day.
Next comes The Rise of Iron. I loved the new area “Plaguelands” and found the SIVA setting simply awesome.
Even though I never liked the bling-bling look of the Leviathan, I was convinced by the chalice mechanic from the Season of Opulence. Next comes the Black Armory with its forges and the Fallen raid “Scourge of the Past”. This still embodies my favorite raid in D2. I also found the futuristic armor of the forges simply great.
Everything that follows really left me cold or disappointed. Neither House of Wolves nor Warmind really grabbed me. Since Gambit is absolutely not my thing, I have never played Destiny 2 as little as during the Season of the Drifter. And I don’t think I really need to say much about Curse of Osiris.
Doesn’t anyone really like Curse of Osiris?
Micha: I’m glad that I didn’t have to go to Mercury for the Solstice armor
This is what Micha says: The first two entries on this list made it really hard for me: Kingsfall or Forsaken? I love Forsaken, but the hunt for the Barons didn’t work out well for me with the individual adventures, and the break between the Uldren story and the Dreaming City was too strong for me.
Kingsfall captivated me right from the start. I like the Dreadnaught and the Kingsfall raid, and Oryx really felt threatening as a villain. In the end, Oryx’s adorable chicken feet probably made the difference.
Then, of course, Darkness Awaits with the Crota raid.
In my personal view, The Rise of Iron would have ended up at a later rank. I even like the Season of Opulence and the Season of the Forge from the Destiny 2 annual pass even better. I never really warmed up to the Last Wish raid from Iron Lords. But the forge activity from the expansion was really fun for me until the end.
Only on three positions on this list were Tom, Sven, and I really in agreement: Darkness Awaits, Season of the Drifter, and Curse of Osiris. The Osiris DLC is still quite awful to me, and I’m glad that I didn’t have to go to Mercury for the Solstice armor.
Do you agree with our ranking or would you have voted differently?
Today, on September 1st, the last Raid Hour with Rayquaza is happening in Pokémon GO. Refresh your knowledge about the time, counters, and more here.
What is this event? The last time in 2019, Pokémon GO held a Raid Hour featuring Rayquaza. Trainers assumed that the last Raid Hour with Ray would be the final one. However, the developers at Niantic are starting the final Raid Hour with Rayquaza today, on September 1st.
Rayquaza Pokémon GO
When does the event take place? This evening, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the Raid Hour will take place.
What happens? The Final Raid Hour with Rayquaza When? September 1, 2019, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM Bonuses: – There will be an increased number of Legendary Raids in Pokémon GO’s gyms. You will find many Rayquaza Raids there. – You have the chance to catch Shiny Rayquaza.
What is the chance of Shinys? The developers did not mention that the chances will be increased for this event. It is assumed that the usual 5% chance of encountering a shiny form of Rayquaza applies.
Why is it worth participating in the Raid Hour with Rayquaza?
Two main arguments suggest that you should participate in this event today.
Rayquaza is a strong attacker that every trainer should have in their collection.
Today you have the last chance this year to catch the Pokémon and its shiny form during a Raid Hour.
If you have decided to participate in the Raid Hour, make sure to pack the most important counter Pokémon.
As a Dragon-type Pokémon, Rayquaza is particularly vulnerable to other Dragon-type Pokémon, Rock, Fairy, and Ice.
Mamutel
The best attackers are:
Mamutel with a moveset of Powder Snow and Avalanche.
Glaziola with a moveset of Ice Shard and Avalanche.
Snibunna with a moveset of Ice Shard and Avalanche.
Mewtwo with a moveset of Psycho Cut and Ice Beam.
Rossana with a moveset of Ice Shard and Avalanche.
Good attackers also include Articuno with Ice Shard and Ice Beam, Zapdos with Ice Shard and Avalanche, or even Rayquaza with a moveset of Dragon Tail and Outrage.
On September 6, 2019, it’s finally time: Monster Hunter World will receive its first real expansion “Iceborne” and send hunters to new horizons with new monsters and many new items.
This article is from Thomas “Luneras” Weger.
To make the most of the last week before Iceborne, here is a list of useful tips that will prepare both novice and veteran hunters for the frosty adventures. Because on September 6, Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be released.
1. Completion of the Main Story
As we already know, the story of Iceborne will definitely take place after the main story of the base game, which is why it seems logical that finishing this is absolutely necessary. This will get you to Hunter Rank 16 and prepare you for fresh adventures.
During the new stories, you will not only be traveling in the Frostfang area, but the Master Rank will also take you back to familiar areas.
After focusing on the main story, there are still various important tasks waiting for us in the Low and High Rank.
Many of the optional quests offer rewards such as canteen ingredients, mantles, and boosters and upgrades for the botanist. Usually, these important optional quests appear with an exclamation mark above the head of NPCs in the base and have a speech bubble in the task overview before their name.
The mantles and boosters are essential when it comes to doing something for survival or the group in addition to slashing, stabbing, and hacking. The canteen ingredients allow for a wider variety of dishes when cooking with different bonuses, and the upgrades for the botanist help in growing all kinds of materials for crafting.
Honey: the strongest asset of the hunter in crafting
Of course, a filled chest is worth all the effort, as preparation through items and eating dishes from the cook are just as much a part of the hunt as slaying the monster.
3. Accumulating Money and Research Points
With new monsters and the new difficulty level, there are of course plenty of new armors and weapons to forge, which is why a good supply of money (Zenny) is extremely helpful.
By the way, in Iceborne, there will also be the possibility to expand and furnish the private room for research points. If that’s not an incentive to farm!
We will obviously not face the battle in the snowy expanses of the New World alone, so our fluffy companion should also receive the best preparation.
To unlock the helpful devices for our Palico, a small quest series for the Grimalkyne, the “Wild” cats, must be completed. In each region of the base game, there is a type of cat that offers a different tool.
As long as equipped through our Palico, the gadget improves after each hunt and receives additional bonuses. As already seen in the trailers for Iceborne and in the beta, these gadgets will also be equipped with new, expanded abilities.
5. Collecting Decorations
What sounds like tips for furnishing is actually one of the most important points when it comes to getting the best out of our builds.
Decorations in Monster Hunter World are jewels that we can insert into our equipment to obtain, strengthen, or trigger certain passive abilities. This will not change in Iceborne, which makes a good supply of various decorations useful for every playstyle.
Additionally, it is already known that the mantles, which usually only offered very situational uses, will be equipped with slots for decorations in the expansion.
Ice resistance is not rare, but makes sense in the Frostfang area
6. Equipment
Of course, proper preparation also includes the necessary equipment. For veterans, this point is probably obvious, as they have most of the armors from the High Rank or even coveted γ-sets lying around in their box.
However, for novice hunters, there is a sigh of relief: You do not have to farm for weeks to succeed in the expansion. Already on September 4, 2019, 2 days before the official release of Iceborne, all players will receive the “Guardian” armor set, which has been specially designed to equip you with the most basic skills and a high armor value. This will allow you to earn your spurs in Low Rank, but it is also sufficient to do well in High Rank.
The even better news: This set will be delivered to all players of Monster Hunter World, so you don’t need to pre-order Iceborne to enjoy the free armor.
Soon it will be time, and you will be able to take on the many newcomers and iconic monsters like the fan-favorite Zinogre, which are just waiting with Iceborne to provide new weapons and armors. With these tips, nothing stands in the way of your adventures in the cold regions of the New World.
With the new chapter of Guild Wars 2, the Icebrood Saga, comes a new chunk of story and lore for players. But who are all the characters that will play an important role in the saga?
During the announcement stream, ArenaNet explained that even new players without much background knowledge about Guild Wars 2 can directly dive into the Icebrood Saga as soon as the prologue goes online on September 17.
However, the story underlying the saga is multifaceted and exciting. Here are the main characters you should know.
Who speaks in the trailer? At the center of the Icebrood Saga is the Elder Dragon Jormag, who speaks to us in the new trailer. He lives deep in the Shiverpeak Mountains and commands the element of ice. His awakening caused massive earthquakes in the north that permanently altered the land and led to a portion of the area being flooded by the waters of the cold Northeast Ocean.
He also summoned a tremendous snowstorm that lasted for a full 4 years. The calamities and the march of Jormag’s Icebrood legions have resulted in the Norn being driven from their homeland in the north.
Claws of Jormag are massive dragons and lieutenants of the Elder Dragon Jormag
Like all Elder Dragons, Jormag has a dragon aura that corrupts everything around him. And now the dragon is trying to extend his corrupting influence to the south of Tyria.
For several weeks, players might encounter suspicious NPCs in Guild Wars 2 who talk about the glorious deeds of Jormag. They promise power and glory to all who submit to the dragon.

Sons of Svanir and Icebrood: What is the difference?
Like other Elder Dragons, Jormag prefers to send his minions into battle to do the dirty work for him. These can be divided into two groups:
The Sons of Svanir
The Icebrood
These are the Sons of Svanir: The Cult of the Sons of Svanir consists of normal Norn who have voluntarily pledged their lives to the service of Jormag. They worship him as the highest beast totem, and in return, he grants them more power.
The Sons originated from the Norn hunter Svanir, who set out to Drakkar Lake 250 years ago, along with his sister and a group of hunters, to seek strong prey.
Svanir in his bear form
On the ice of Drakkar Lake, the group heard the voice of one of Jormag’s Champions. Drakkar promised the hunters fame, power, and loot. Svanir listened to the whispers of the dragon and was corrupted by him. He became the new Champion of Jormag, the Norn Bear.
The Sons of Svanir continue to worship Jormag and try to fill their ranks with more men who pledge themselves to the dragon. Women are not welcome in the cult.
Among the Norn, however, the cult and its members are not considered evil. They remain a part of society, and NPCs who belong to the cult can be found in the capital of the Norn.
A warrior of the Icebrood. He is covered in ice and is increasingly freezing to his core
This is the Icebrood: In contrast, there is the Icebrood of Jormag. They are mindless fanatic slaves transformed by the influence of the dragon and have lost their minds. Their ranks consist mainly of Norn and Kodan.
The dragon’s corruption also affects the appearance of the brood. Younger members of the brood are merely covered in ice, but their veins still flow with red blood. The older brood warriors, however, are frozen to their core.
The Strong Sister
Who is Jora? When Svanir first encountered Jormag’s Champion Drakkar 250 years ago, he was not alone. He set out for the lake accompanied by a group of hunters and his sister Jora.
Jora played an important role in Guild Wars 1. Her image is on the cover of the expansion “Eye of the North”.
But while Svanir gave himself to the dragon, Jora was horrified and refused to serve Jormag. As punishment, she lost her Norn ability to transform into a bear. To restore her family’s honor, she killed her brother, who had been transformed into the Norn bear.
Due to her “crimes against the dragon,” the Sons of Svanir have a prohibition against accepting female members into their ranks.
Jora also has a descendant: Jhavi Jorasdottir, who is a member of the Order of the Vigil. It is one of the three orders dedicated to fighting the dragons. Perhaps she will play an important role in the Icebrood Saga?
Who is Dakkar? An old acquaintance of Guild Wars veterans. Drakkar is one of the many Champions of Jormag who have received a part of the Elder Dragon’s power and ensure that his corrupting influence continues to spread.
The Champion Drakkar is trapped beneath the ice of a lake named after him. The Norn avoid this lake because they can sense the dark magic that slumbers within it.
Drakkar as he appears in concept art
Even in his sleeping state, Drakkar is capable of seducing other beings with his whispers and expanding the influence of his master. He was the one who corrupted the hunter Svanir and robbed his sister Jora of the ability to transform into a bear.
In the Icebrood Saga, you will encounter Drakkar in the new areas around the Shiverpeaks. He will be one of the new world bosses wreaking havoc there.
These characters are also important: From a brief teaser, we already can infer that our friend Rytlock Brimstone will play an important role in the Icebrood Saga. In the prologue, there seems to be trouble among the Charr.
The Emperor, the leader of the Charr, refers to Rytlock as his greatest disappointment. This leads to a brawl between the two.
Rytlock Brimstone will likely play an important role in the upcoming story
In a chapter focusing on the Norn, our friend Braham must not be missing. He can already be seen in teaser images for the Icebrood Saga. His relationship with the Charr lady Rox has been somewhat tense since the emergence of the Olmakhan in Living World Season 4.
Perhaps this will change in the latest season, which focuses precisely on these two peoples.

Borderlands 3 takes place story-wise several years after the second part. Here is a summary of the events of the previous parts and a first small look at Borderlands 3.
In two weeks it will happen, the long-awaited release of Borderlands 3 is coming – seven years after the second part. Starting September 13, 2019, old and new faces from the series will return to your screens, restoring peace and unrest in the familiar manner on Pandora, and probably not just there. Anyone who is now wondering which characters are involved and what Pandora is all about is exactly right here.
Warning Spoilers: If you haven’t played the Borderlands series and prefer to be surprised, do not read on!
What is Borderlands 1 about?
The first part of the series revolves around the search for a vault key – more specifically, for its individual parts. To do this, one must complete quests on a planet called Pandora and, above all, take down bosses.
What do you need to know about the backstory? Pandora is a planet ruled by bandits and outlaws. After rumors about so-called vaults spread, a true gold rush broke out. These vaults are remnants of an alien race known as Eridians and are said to hold their treasures and valuable materials. However, the initially icy planet did not bring the desired wealth and was abandoned by many.
What happened next with Pandora? As the multi-year winter on Pandora came to an end, the ice melted, and flora and fauna emerged, the settlers and workers who remained faced life and death. Pandora quickly became a lawless place where violence ruled.
How does Borderlands 1 start? At this point, the first game in the series begins. Players are dropped at a location called Firestone as Lilith, Brick, Mordecai, or Roland, who represent your playable classes. There, you encounter the robot Claptrap and Angel, who introduces herself as the protector of the vault.
The talkative robot CL4P-TP aka Claptrap
You now smash your way through some bandits and eventually find an object at the first boss that turns out to be part of the vault key. At the same time, Commander Steele, the leader of the so-called Crimson Lance on Pandora, demands that you hand over all Eridian artifacts.
During the journey, you reach New Haven, the largest civilization left on Pandora. There, you learn from Patricia Tannis about the locations of the other vault key fragments. However, when the last boss has no part, it turns out that Tannis has had it all along and is working with the Crimson Lance.
How does the story end? When Steele opens the vault, however, there are no treasures inside, but a monster named the Destroyer. It kills her, and players must defeat it. The guardian Angel then reveals that she knew about the monster, but it had to be defeated.
What is Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel about?
The Pre-Sequel tells the story of what happened before the second part and what led to Handsome Jack’s views.
How does the Pre-Sequel start? Here you help Jack – without Handsome – as Nisha, Claptrap, Athena, or Wilhelm (later Aurelia and Jack “the Doppelganger” joined) to save the Helios space station. Helios is a station of the Hyperion Corporation, an influential arms manufacturer. It is equipped with a powerful laser that was installed by Jack (then still John). It contains the Eye of the Destroyer, our final boss from the first part.
After you rescue Jack from Helios from Elpis, he devises a plan on how to regain the space station. After defeating the attacker Col. Zarpedon on Helios, he reveals the existence of a vault.
Are the vault hunters playing Jack’s game? Jack, who is now at the top of Hyperion, is determined to find this vault. However, his power trip, already hinted at there, is thwarted by Lilith, Roland, and Moxxi, who stand against him.
Mad Moxxi – loves to give away vibrating weapons
What made Jack become Handsome Jack? Ultimately, Jack does get an artifact from the vault into his hands. This artifact contains a vision that shows Jack a powerful alien warrior. However, Lilith destroys it and disfigures Jack’s face. As a result, Jack becomes the masked Handsome Jack and vows revenge on the vault hunters and the planet.
How does Borderlands 2 continue?
The second part of the series reveals the treasure that was in the vault of the first part: Eridium. This valuable material causes power struggles on Pandora, with the Hyperion chief Handsome Jack at the top.
The probably most charming villain – Handsome Jack
He wants to civilize the planet, eliminate all vault hunters, and strengthen his power – any means are right for him. Therefore, he tries right at the beginning of Borderlands 2 to blow up the players.
How does Borderlands 2 start? Escaping this fate, you meet as a vault hunter Maya, Salvador, Axton, or Zer0 (via DLCs also Gaige and Krieg) with Claptrap, who leads you to Sir Hammerlock. We also meet another old acquaintance, the so-called AI Angel, who again guides us through the story.
At the request of Sir Hammerlock, you kill some bandits to clear the way to Sanctuary. Sanctuary is a city and the headquarters of the so-called Crimson Raiders. A resistance group made up of our vault hunters from the first part of the Borderlands series.
What awaits you in Sanctuary? Upon arrival, however, you learn that the leader Roland has been kidnapped. In search of him, you find the legendary Firehawk, who turns out to be Lilith. Her powers as a Siren have immensely increased due to the Eridium outbreak.
After you rescue Roland, you devise a plan on how to stop Handsome Jack. To do this, with the help of Mordecai and the explosives expert Tiny Tina, a Hyperion train is blown up, which supposedly carries the vault key.
The “sweet” Tiny Tina
Will you be betrayed by Angel? Unfortunately, the train turns out to be a trap, but you escape it through a won boss fight. Angel then suggests using the energy core obtained to shield Sanctuary against Hyperion. But this also turns out to be an ambush, Sanctuary loses its shield, gets attacked, and must be teleported away.
Angel then asks for forgiveness, she was forced to. She reveals her whereabouts and the plan that Jack is pursuing. He uses her powers to charge the vault key. There, he wants to awaken the warrior he was shown in the vision from the Pre-Sequel.
Who is Angel anyway? In a spectacular rescue operation, Angel’s identity is revealed; she is a Siren and Jack’s daughter. Unfortunately, she doesn’t survive, and Jack manages to kill Roland and kidnap Lilith as a substitute.
How does the story end? Finally, upon arriving at the vault, Handsome Jack has already awakened the warrior. Players must defeat him and kill Jack. Afterward, in the attempt to destroy the vault key, a map is opened that shows other vaults throughout the universe.
Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary as a transition?
How does the Commander Lilith DLC start? After the events in Borderlands 2 and the death of Roland, Firehawk Lilith now leads the Crimson Raiders. Meanwhile, Sanctuary is attacked by Col. Hector and brought under his control. Thus, the vault key also falls into his hands.
The players must now fight through zombie plants that Hector has infected. Afterwards, the scattered Raiders are united in all directions and meet Vaughn, a character from Tales from the Borderlands.
And how does the story end now? After exploring the environment, it comes to finding an antidote against the infection caused by Hector. After some obstacles, the Raiders can produce the antidote and face the fight against Hector, which they of course win.
The legendary Firehawk Lilith
How does Borderlands 3 connect now?
Several years after the previous events on Pandora – Tiny Tina is now not so tiny anymore – two new sirens come into play. The Calypso twins Tyreen and Troy lead a fanatical vault cult, the “Children of the Vault.” They both bear the characteristic siren tattoos. This is unusual because Troy is the first man in the series to have these features.
What other characters does Borderlands 3 offer? Besides these two new characters, there is also a reunion with many old acquaintances: first and foremost, of course, the robot Claptrap, as well as Maya, Moxxi, Marcus, and Sir Hammerlock, but also Rhys from Tales from the Borderlands. Will Jack also return to our screens? We do not know.
What are the playable classes? What we do know is which vault hunters will be playable. These are soldier Moze, siren Amara, Beastmaster FL4K, and Zane the assassin. The world appears to be more diverse than Pandora; the trailers showcase various environments, but with the usual bang in terms of weapons and vehicles.
What else awaits the player in Borderlands 3? The Borderlands series has always remained true to itself. The graphic style, the quotes, the dark humor, the brutal firepower – one has never been bored. Also, Borderlands 3 seems to follow this manner narratively: you continue to smash bandits and other poor crazy people in the name of the vault. This time, among other things, it is fanatical cultists in a varied environment, which makes you want to dive into one adventure after another.
And why was such a secret made about Borderlands 3, you can find out here:
In the MMORPG EVE Online , the developers at CCP have banned a corporation, a complete guild, with more than 250 accounts. They are said to have been botting. CCP’s message is clear: “No one is immune. We will come for you if you bot.”
Where does the information come from? It is from CCP themselves. They want to release a report every month on how hard they are cracking down on violations in EVE Online. The three major issues are hacking, botting, and real-money trading.
What kind of guild have they banned? In July 2019, CCP banned a complete corporation. The Icelanders clearly state who was affected. It was the “Southern Race Club,” which is part of the alliance “Iron Crown.”
It is said that this corporation was almost entirely made up of botters.
The activities of the guild were discussed on Reddit and in the official forums.
“It doesn’t matter how much money you give us”
This is how EVE has taken action against them: CCP says they have leveled the guild to the ground and permanently banned every member of the corporation.
CCP states: “We want to send a message that we love our community and New Eden.”
They say:
“The message is simple. It doesn’t matter how large your organization or alliance is. It doesn’t matter how many accounts you have, or how much money you give us through Omega subscriptions, or how valuable you think you are to EVE Online.
You are not immune to the rules. If you bot, we will come for you.”
Actually, Overwatch was officially planning to use the “Role Queue” in ranked mode. However, there was a serious error, and Season 18 had to be canceled.
Coinciding with the beginning of September, a new season was supposed to start in Overwatch. This would be the first “official” season where Blizzard’s hero shooter makes use of the new “Role Queue”. Players now have to commit to a role upon signing up, which they will embody in the match. However, there was now a significant error that is frustrating both professionals and casual players alike.
What happened? Shortly after the start of Season 18 in Overwatch, many players noticed that something was wrong with their skill rating. Right after their placement matches, they were surprised because they were ranked much lower than usual.
Even professionals who typically play in the “Grandmaster” tier suddenly had a skill rating that placed them in “Gold” or “Silver”—some even ranked as low as “Bronze,” the lowest rating.
What are the consequences? This has made Overwatch a catastrophic experience for players. A “real” player at the Gold level will, of course, be ruthlessly dismantled by an actual Grandmaster. This resulted in unbalanced and simply unfair matches, where neither side enjoyed the game.
Fans feared that there was an “MMR reset,” a complete reset of the skill rating. According to Blizzard, this was not the case and should also not happen.
Blizzard halts the season: Only a few hours after the start of the season, Blizzard announced that they would postpone Season 18 for the time being. They are working on a fix that is likely to go live next week. What the exact issue is was not mentioned. Therefore, the “Beta Season” will be extended until Blizzard can provide a patch for the problem.
Were you also affected by the problem? Or was Season 18 already over too quickly for you to notice anything?
Who is downloading FIFA 20 already? In recent days, more and more users have been posting screenshots on social media showing that they can already download FIFA 20.
However, this is not possible on all platforms. Only Xbox One players seem to be able to do so at the moment, as these images show:
How is this possible? As several users confirm on reddit, it is quite normal for the Xbox One to download games this early. However, this is just a preload – you cannot play FIFA 20 yet.
Those who have preordered FIFA 20 on Xbox One can already download the necessary game data and wait nearly 4 weeks until it actually starts.
What is the download size: According to the screenshots, you need to prepare for around 43 GB. This is consistent with the information in the console stores:
According to the Xbox Store, the approximate size of FIFA 20 is 43.9 GB
According to the PS Store, you should expect a download of at least 44 GB
