With The Division 2, the long summer break is now coming to an end. Massive reveals what is planned for September.
When does the summer break end? In recent weeks, it has been quite quiet around The Division 2. Massive announced a communication break and mentioned that they would likely be back by the end of August.
This silence has lasted a bit longer, though. The developers now write: “The summer break of the State of the Game is officially over, we will return next Wednesday.”
The State of the Game is a weekly livestream where the developers talk about the current state of the game and announce upcoming content.
The exact time of the return: The first State of the Game in September 2019 will take place on Wednesday, September 4, at 5 PM. You can watch the stream on Twitch, Mixer, or YouTube. We at MeinMMO will then summarize the content compactly.
A September full of info
What is planned for September? Next Wednesday, Massive wants to announce a concrete schedule for the upcoming shows.
Because during each State of the Game in September, they will focus on a special aspect of the game – and likely lay out how this will change or what is planned for the future. With this info offensive, they will approach the next title update.
In the SotG livestreams, they will also discuss what happened during the summer, want to talk about the Elite Task Force, and present new Agent highlights.
What does this mean? From this information, one can conclude:
In September, not much is likely to change in the game itself. Because they only discuss aspects of the game in each September SotG and slowly approach the next title update, which likely means that no update is to be expected in September. The SotGs are scheduled to take place on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th of September.
What is the Elite Task Force all about? In mid-August, Massive was looking for community representatives to travel to Sweden to talk with the developers about the future of The Division 2. They will be presented with planned innovations behind closed doors, to which they can provide feedback.
About which “aspects of the game” is Massive talking? Likely about those that will also be discussed at the ETF. Namely, changes to endgame, loot, PvP, inventory, and likely even more aspects of the game.
What else is coming with The Division 2? While we can only expect info and no new game content in September, quite a bit is planned for autumn. After the next title update, Episode 2 called “Pentagon: The Last Castle” will start. You can read more information about the future here:
Recently, some Guardians spotted alleged raid gear from Destiny 2 Shadowkeep. This sparked heated debates in the community. Because these armors were basically just reskins of existing sets. Now it is confirmed – it is indeed the new raid gear.
This is what the sets are about: At the PAX West event, interested players can currently play Destiny 2 and take an early look at some new content from the Shadowkeep expansion and the upcoming Season 8 – for example, Armor 2.0 or new exotics.
During the playtest, attentive Guardians also found armor pieces that were declared as new raid sets from Shadowkeep. Because they apparently found them in the corresponding category of the collections.
Source: Reddit user tehr0b
What is the problem with these sets? The discovery led to all sorts of discussions. Many Guardians did not want to accept this and were disappointed or angry. Because upon closer examination of the footage, the community quickly realized: At least with the armors, they are reskins of the Omega Mechanos Eververse sets from the first year of Destiny 2.
Source: Reddit user MikaHyakuya
Quickly, some fans created comparison images that visualize the problem. The new raid gear is basically nothing more than just a reskin.
Source: MeinMMO reader Takumidoragon
That’s why there was confusion: Throughout the debate, there was a wild back and forth. A user claimed that the raid armor was not correct. He said he spoke with Bungie at the event. They explained to him that the armors came from the new activity Vex Offensive and not from the raid.
Source: Reddit
This somewhat calmed the heated atmosphere on Reddit. Fans had hope again that the raid sets could turn out to be more creative. But this news ultimately turned out to be incorrect.
This is what Bungie says: In order to dispel rumors and confusion, community manager dmg04 from Bungie spoke up in the relevant Reddit thread and explained: Yes, the leaked images do show the gear from the Shadowkeep raid Garden of Salvation. More details will be given soon.
So now it is confirmed: The new raid armors are indeed reskins and are based on the Omega Mechanos sets from Year 1.
What do you think about this? Can you live with a reskin as long as it is well done? Or would you have preferred more creativity from Bungie?
Some Twitch streamers from WoW Classic like to reminisce about the past – until it catches up with them instantly and painfully. This is what the streamer LIRIK had to experience.
With the ongoing hype around World of Warcraft Classic, many streamers have started giving the 15-year-old game a chance. Some are completely new to it, while others are “repeat offenders” returning to Azeroth after years. One such streamer is the player LIRIK, who fondly reminisces – only to immediately regret it.
This is what happened: The streamer LIRIK was on the run in the Redridge Mountains with his Mage. The Mage had no mana left, so he sat down after a few meters to eat and drink. During this, the Twitch streamer explained:
You know, I would say for players in stealth, it’s extremely satisfying when they find a sitting character and can execute a strong ambush on them.

Hardly had he said these words, he already regretted them. Just a second later, a (much stronger) Druid appeared in stealth and took him out with two powerful attacks.
Oh, damned guy! That’s exactly what I was talking about. Do you see? Very satisfying.
Sitting players are the ideal targets for assassins in WoW
Why is sitting so dangerous? In World of Warcraft, sitting is necessary to eat food or replenish mana through drinks.
What many players do not know is: When sitting, opponents effectively have a “opportunity attack.” This means that physical attacks against a sitting player will always deal a critical hit. This is an old mechanic that has been similarly borrowed from Pen & Paper times.
Such events are particularly devastating with strong “openers” like Ambush or Backstab from the Rogue.
Have you ever been backstabbed while trying to recover? Or have you been spared so far?
In the online shooter Fortnite: Battle Royale, developer Epic temporarily disabled the mechs in all game modes. You won’t encounter any B.I.E.S.T. for the time being. This is due to a bug that occurs when the mech jumps. The mechs are now active again – but not in all modes.
This is Epic’s announcement: On the night from Friday to Saturday at 1:49 AM our time, the message from Epic was shared on Twitter: They have temporarily disabled the mechs in all playlists while working to fix an issue that occurs during the “Air Stomp” attack.
As soon as they know more, they will update us.

In Pokémon GO, there have been 3 new Lures in the shop for a few months and recently also in the Jirachi research. But how do you best use the modules?
Here is how to obtain the 3 Lures: All 3 modules have been available for purchase in the in-game shop since mid-May. The new special research regarding Jirachi gives you each module once for free. You only need to complete the first stage of the research.
But what is the best way to use these items? We show you the best practices.
Effectively use Moss, Glacier, and Magnetic Module – Here’s how
The advantage of these modules is: All 3 modules attract double the number of Pokémon compared to regular lures. This is an advantage you should utilize in the right situations.
In these events, you should use them the best: Where it is particularly important to catch many Pokémon is at Stardust Events. There, each Pokémon yields more Stardust, making the modules ideal for this.
In the event, the Moss Module is especially important. It attracts Pokémon like Butterfree or Beedrill, which yield significantly more Stardust because they are fully evolved.
Using Lures outside of the event: If you want to use the modules outside of a Stardust Event, you should activate them collectively. Look for places where you have 4 or more PokéStops and activate the modules there.
The modules grant you lots of Stardust
It’s best if you can be on the move during this time. Always walk in a circle around the modules. This way, you can hatch eggs and have something to catch almost continuously.
Make sure to also use a Star Piece during this time. This way, you can obtain the most Stardust from the modules.
Team up: It’s best to do such module rounds together with friends. This way, everyone can contribute a few Lures, and you won’t be alone with the costs.
It took only a few days for Ragnaros to be defeated in WoW Classic . Just around four days after launch, the Fire Lord is history.
World of Warcraft Classic has only been released this week, yet the first raid end boss has already bitten the dust. The entire Molten Core, and thus Ragnaros, the Fire Lord, was conquered by a guild from Europe.
Who accomplished this? The winner of the race for the “World First” against Ragnaros in WoW Classic is the guild APES. They were the first to get enough players to level 60 and subsequently master the Molten Core. Particularly impressive: the Fire Lord was even defeated on the first attempt. There was no long learning phase; Ragnaros had to concede in his first battle.

What was the biggest challenge? The biggest problem was likely getting enough players to the maximum level. Ragnaros himself and the entire Molten Core require relatively little player skill and have only low equipment demands. A well-coordinated team that usually defeats mythic bosses in Battle for Azeroth should have absolutely no problems here.
Nevertheless, the time in which this achievement was made is certainly remarkable.
Is that it already? No. In the future, more “new” content will come to WoW Classic. In different phases various content will be added that were previously unlocked in the various patches. This includes not only PvP battlegrounds but also “fresh” raids like Ahn’Qiraj, the Blackwing Lair, or Naxxramas. So there is indeed a bit of content replenishment.
Currently, there are connection issues and login problems in Fortnite this evening on Saturday, August 31. Players are having difficulties logging in on PS4, PC, and Xbox One: Fortnite does not start. There is a current outage. Error codes 91 and 93 are causing problems with party functions.
Why is Fortnite not working? Fortnite has already experienced connection problems today on Saturday. These issues have intensified since the evening and are currently ongoing.
Players receive the message when trying to log into Fortnite’s servers: “A connection problem occurred while checking the service status.”
The problems are not due to individual players or a platform but are on Fortnite’s side.
Are the Fortnite servers down? The servers are not actually down. Those who are logged in can play.
However, there are issues with logging in. Those who are online in Fortnite should not log out if they plan to continue playing this evening.
It seems someone made it to the server room.

For now, Epic has postponed the tournaments scheduled for this evening by two hours. This affects the new Champion Series – also here in Europe:
Actually, this tournament was supposed to start at 7 PM.
The postponement to 9 PM likely means that Epic currently expects to resolve the connection problems by 9 PM. If that’s not the case and the server issues persist, Epic will surely continue to postpone the tournaments.
Update: Epic expects a longer outage – into the night
Update 9:02 PM: It seems it is taking significantly longer than 9 PM. Epic has now canceled the tournaments in Europe for Saturday and postponed them to Sunday.
The next date for competitive Fortnite play is 2 AM tonight. Then Round 1 will start in the USA.
Apparently, Epic expects the outage to last longer.
Update 9:32 PM: The login problems in Fortnite seem to have significantly subsided since 9:15 PM. Although there is still no official all-clear from Epic, it seems the worst is over.
Players can log in, but there are issues with groups
Update 10:45 PM: Epic has now officially given the all-clear regarding the login problems, but difficulties continue. Players report error code 91 and error code 93 in Fortnite.
Players are having trouble getting into lobbies and playing with others. Epic acknowledges these errors and is working on them.

The SKT1 team led by star player Faker has qualified for the League of Legends Worlds 2019. After the regular season, they finished 4th in the LCK, the Korean LoL league, but in the playoffs, SKT1 eliminated all opponents and claimed the championship title against the favorites Griffin.
This is how to win the LCK: In the Summer Split of the LCK, the Korean professional league of League of Legends, 10 top teams compete against each other in a league format. They play a total of 18 games. Only the top 5 advance to the playoffs.
The SKT1 team played moderately in 2019, finishing 4th with a record of 11-7. This was actually far below expectations.
4 Consecutive Wins Bring SKT1 the Title in Korean LoL
How strong was SKT1 in the playoffs: However, the team hardly lost in the playoffs. They eliminated all the teams that were ranked higher, one after the other:
SKT1 needed to win 4 matches in a row to secure 1st place.
The first-place Griffin only needed a single win since they qualified directly for the finals due to their good ranking – but they did not get the victory.
This is how the finals went: SKT1 defeated Griffin in the LCK Summer 2019 finals with a score of 3:1. Once again, Faker (nickname: The Unkillable Demon King) was a crucial factor. Faker is known for slacking off during the season but being fully present when it matters most.
With aggressive play in the mid-lane, he was able to lead SKT1 to victory early in some matches. Here, however, is a scene where Faker overextends and gets countered. He was probably too aggressive:

The jungler, Kim “Clid” Tae-Min, has only been a professional since 2018 but has made a name for himself at SKT1.
He seems to be the missing piece of the puzzle – for years, SKT1 struggled in the jungle position, but they managed to dominate the jungle against Griffin in the LoL matches. Clid was named the MVP of the match.

In Destiny 2, a player reports about a toxic Guardian who disrupts the gaming experience for newcomers. Nearly 10,000 users agree that this behavior is despicable.
Overview: The absolute top topic on Reddit about Destiny 2 is a post by a user complaining about another Guardian. Although currently
have been revealed, this post has around 10,000 upvotes, about three times more than the second strongest thread. This is because it addresses a topic that proud Guardians find rightly infuriating.
Deadly Sin: Sabotaging a Heroic Event
What the user reports: The user claims to have encountered a level 50 Guardian who collected the Arc Orbs during a Fallen Walker event and threw them off the map while a level 3 Guardian attempted to trigger the event heroic.
He has a message for this Guardian: “please fucking never come back” – which politely translates to him being advised not to show up in Destiny 2 anymore.
Why is this behavior so annoying? In the public event “Fallen Walker”, you have to deactivate three energy domes by carrying Arc Orbs to them. The Walker drops the orbs when you destroy its legs. Once the power fields are gone, the heroic event starts.
If a Guardian does not carry the orbs to the domes but rather messes around, the heroic attempt fails.
Fallen Walker with an Arc Orb and the energy domes
Guardians share similar experiences
The Reddit Guardian also writes: “Who the hell does something like this?” It’s not even funny, it’s just toxic and horrid. People like him are the outliers, causing other users to hate communities that are actually made up of good and fun people.
10,000 other users have already agreed with this opinion by upvoting, some of them sharing similar experiences in the comments.
Other Guardians report:
One Guardian experienced the same with Cryo Orbs in the Corridors at a Cryo Capsule Event . The toxic player kept throwing them aside instead of throwing them at the enemy.
Another player tells of a particularly annoying Guardian. He needed heroic events on Titan for a bounty, but another Guardian, who initially just watched, killed the Walker within seconds, making heroic impossible. He switched instances, but the other Guardian came into the same instance and did it again. He says he has never been trolled like this in PvE.
Not only in heroic events, there are also toxic Guardians in the Menagerie. One even refused to dunk the last orb for 5 minutes and was annoying in encounters afterwards.
But it can also be different:
A user reports that he hardly plays heroic events anymore. But if he sees a low-level Guardian attempting a heroic event, he helps him to trigger it heroically. Because he remembers well that he was once a newcomer himself.
What makes the whole fuss even bigger: For years, social media has regularly called for all Guardians to learn how to activate the heroic events. If an experienced Guardian intentionally sabotages the heroic event, many players’ blood pressure rises.
Moreover, heroic events are needed for quests and bounties, so it is not only annoying but also extremely disruptive when others intentionally pull such nonsense.
So: If you are experienced Guardians, support newcomers and show them how heroic events work. After all, you are honorable Guardians. And 10,000 players prove that no one wants toxic players in Destiny 2.
The Twitch streamer Guy “DrDisrespect” Beahm became serious for a moment during a stream and explained to a viewer who is going through a tough time that he himself was in crisis three and a half years ago before he became DrDisrespect. This was previously unknown about his start as a streamer.
That is what makes it special: Normally, there is little room for serious tones with DrDisrespect. The streamer is “full-time” in his role as a macho streamer, in which there is little room for weaknesses. His character is all about success, kills, and speed. The emotions he usually displays are anger or triumph.
But in a stream, a viewer told the Doctor that he suffers from depression and panic attacks, and then DrDisrespect became serious.
The man behind the character: Guy Beahm.
This is what he says about his career: The Doctor says that three and a half years ago he was unemployed, his child was not even a year old, and they lived in a small apartment. When he opened the curtains, he could see that drugs were being dealt outside.
At that time, DrDisrespect was unemployed, looking for a job in the video game industry. But no one wanted him with his resume. It was a tough time:
“Then we decided to jump in full here. But that was … well, forget it. I don’t want to start with that now.”
Then the Doctor pulls himself together for a moment, saying: “It’s just a temporary phase.” By the end of the clip, he is roaring again and fully in character.

What does the Doctor mean by that? Beahm started becoming a content creator in 2010, initially on YouTube. However, he had a job at Sledgehammer Games between 2011 and 2015. First as a community manager for Call of Duty, and later as a level designer. He worked on some maps for Advanced Warfare.
In September 2015, he announced his departure from Call of Duty. That was four years ago, half a year before the crisis that he now describes in the Twitch stream.

At that time, it was thought that the separation was initiated by Guy Beahm – now it sounds like he was let go at that time.
Until now, it was believed that Beahm had left on his own accord to actively become a Twitch streamer and pursue this career. However, after the current clip, it seems rather that he was looking for another job in the months after and that he was not doing well financially during that time.
This does not sound like the career as “DrDisrespect” was his Plan A.

What happens when you complete the story in Borderlands 3? Fresh details reveal what to expect in the endgame of this loot shooter. In addition to the Mayhem Mode, the developers have also introduced Guardian Ranks and True Vault Hunter – a kind of New Game Plus.
The conclusion of the story may represent the beginning of a long journey for many players in the hunt for better gear. Only then does the endgame of Borderlands 3 unfold. What it has to offer has now been explained in detail by Gearbox Software.
In this way, the mix of
the Mayhem Mode
the so-called Guardian Ranks
and the “True Vault Hunter” mode
is intended to provide more variety and additional challenges in the long run.
You can now learn what Guardian Ranks and True Vault Hunter are all about.
True Vault Hunter – the New Game Plus of Borderlands 3
What is True Vault Hunter? The “True Vault Hunter” mode is the so-called “New Game Plus” feature in Borderlands. Just like in Borderlands 2, this feature will also be available in the latest installment of the Borderlands series.
How does True Vault Hunter work? This optional mode is unlocked after completing the story campaign of Borderlands 3 on normal difficulty and can be activated at will.
With True Vault Hunter, players can tackle the campaign again at a higher difficulty level, retaining their previous level progress, XP, skills, and weapons and gear, meaning they do not start completely from scratch.
What makes True Vault Hunter unique: The enemies in the “True Vault Hunter” mode are tougher, and the loot is better than in the normal run. The mission progress is actually separate for the normal and the “True Vault Hunter” mode, but your stats and gear from Vault Hunter are shared between the two modes.
The Guardian Ranks – An Evolution of the Badass Rank Mechanic
What are Guardian Ranks? This is an additional progression system in the style of the Badass Ranks from Borderlands 2. You can gradually unlock smaller stat improvements that are always active for all your characters. Additionally, you can now also unlock some powerful buffs and cool rewards. This system is activated after the completion of the story.
This is how Guardian Ranks work: You level up these ranks after completing the story by earning experience points. Your progress can be read on a separate bar above the regular XP display.
For each filled bar, you receive a Guardian Token, which you can then use to unlock various bonus stats within three different stat branches. You select an improvement option from six randomly selected stats – two from each branch from a list of a total of 17 useful options.
Enforcer Branch
Critical Damage
Grenade Damage
Weapon Damage
Weapon Rate of Fire
Melee Damage
Vehicle Damage
Survivor Branch
“Fight for Your Life” Duration
“Fight for Your Life” Movement Speed
Maximum Health
Shield Capacity
Shield Recharge Delay
Shield Recharge Rate
Hunter Branch
Precision
Action Skill Cooldown
Luck (Rare Drop Rate)
Recoil Reduction
Reload Speed
These stat improvements are already significant on their own. But there’s more. For a certain number of invested tokens, you will receive Guardian Rewards – specifically for the three categories of Enforcer, Survivor, and Hunter.
These special rewards are spread over 6 tiers. You receive them as soon as you have spent 10, 15, 25, 35, 50, or 75 tokens in the respective category. The rewards then include weapon and character skins with which you can showcase your achievements and persistence, as well as passive bonuses that can greatly boost your power.
Here are some examples of such bonuses:
additional damage for all shots while you are in “Fight for Your Life” mode
you recover from “Fight for Your Life” with full health and fully charged shields
extra ammunition from all picked up ammo packs
What do you think about these mechanics? A cool idea to make the endgame more attractive? Or do you find nothing appealing about these features?
At the end of August 2019, there were some major releases in the MMO sector. And September also holds many new things for you.So look forward to 6 online games and MMOs that we recommend.
On the following seven pages, we’ve compiled six online games for you that will surely provide a lot of fun in the coming weeks.
In addition, the last page also offers a small outlook, as there are some releases in September itself that you should definitely keep an eye on.
The first entry on our list is the remake of the most influential MMORPG in the West.

World of Warcraft Classic
What is WoW Classic? The Classic version of World of Warcraft is the remake of the old MMORPG as it was released in 2004. Blizzard has made sure that the content is structured as similarly as possible to back then.
You will therefore forgo your own comfort features such as the LFG tool or the later added new classes and playable races. The game areas are also limited to the classic world again, and you will have to make compromises in graphics.
These are the highlights of WoW Classic
Anyone who engages deeply with WoW Classic knows only one true highlight: Nostalgia. Nostalgia also includes:
Slow leveling to 60
Slow respawn of monsters
The old 40-man raids like Molten Core
Significantly fewer flight points
The English names for the capitals like Stormwind or Undercity
Why should you play WoW Classic in September?
Classic targets the old fans who are not happy with the current developments of the MMORPG. It also relies on the nostalgia factor, as even players who have long since stopped playing WoW might take a look back into the old world.

What’s special in September? WoW Classic was only released on August 27th. Everything is still very fresh and new, and you can perfectly ride the hype train.
The demand for the classic servers is great, as many players are currently interested. So you have to expect some queues.
In September, all players have the chance to get their first impression of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare – as part of the beta. While not much is known about the content so far, a new detail has emerged that should please many players.
This is the detail regarding the beta: In the latest podcast from GameInformer, developers from Infinity Ward discussed Modern Warfare 2019 and also answered some community questions.
Among other things, questions were asked about the largest mode of Modern Warfare so far: Ground War. Up to 100 players or even more are planned, along with the use of vehicles and technology – and it is not a Battle Royale.
What will likely please many fans: In one of their responses, the developers confirmed that Ground War will be part of the upcoming Modern Warfare beta. After experiencing the fast-paced 2vs2 battles of the Gunfight mode in the Alpha (which is coming back in the beta), players will also be able to test the largest multiplayer format of Modern Warfare 2019 in the beta.
When does the Modern Warfare beta take place? The beta of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be held in September. It will occur in two phases:
The first test phase runs from September 12 to 16. This phase is only accessible to PS4 players – from September 12 to 13 for players with early access and from September 14 to 16 for all interested PS4 players.
The second phase runs from September 19 to 23 and is open to players on all platforms. From September 19 to 20, only players with early access can participate. From September 21 to 23, all interested players on all platforms can join.
Ground War is a larger variation of the Domination mode. It is a traditional multiplayer format in a new scale – not a Battle Royale like Blackout from Black Ops 4. Thus, it is the largest mode for the standard multiplayer of the entire “Call of Duty” series.
Two teams fight with handguns as well as controllable tanks, troop transports, or helicopters on a large map for control points in the form of flags that need to be captured.
The Ground War maps are larger than the regular maps. They are said to be the largest maps in the history of Call of Duty.
Currently, they are experimenting with 40-64 players. On a larger map, they have already tested 100 or more players. They are still looking for the optimal balance. The final player count will depend, among other things, on the size of the map and the number of control points.
Games will be played with the regular multiplayer loadout – that is, weapons with attachments and perks.
In this mode, players will also be able to use killstreaks like the Juggernaut.
In what form will Ground War be playable in the beta? The developers have not commented on this so far. In previous presentations and play sessions, the formats 20vs20 and 32vs32 have been used. Although Activision aims to allow 100 players or more in Ground War, it is uncertain whether such a scale will be tested in the beta.
What do you think about this news? Are you excited to try out this new mode? Or do you think such a large format has no appeal to Call of Duty?

Borderlands is definitely more fun in a group, and that will be the case with part 3 as well. To ensure you don’t have to play alone, there is a matchmaking system.
In just a few days, the long-awaited release of Borderlands 3 is finally here. The loot shooter from Gearbox is once again bursting with madness and plenty of activities. However, many of these should be tackled best in a group. This not only makes it more fun but is also more practical, as you can help each other in coop to defeat particularly tough enemies.
That’s why Borderlands 3 will also feature a matchmaking feature.
What was said? In a conversation with IGN readers, Christ Brock, one of the executive producers at Gearbox, revealed that Borderlands has a matchmaking system that can be sorted “by mode”. Depending on the selected endgame content, you should be able to find the right players every time. He says:
If you specifically want to find players for the trial grounds or the circle of slaughter, that’s possible.
How was it in the past? In Borderlands 2, there was no matchmaking at all. There, you had to find friends or arrange to meet each other (for example, via the Steam forums) to tackle particularly difficult quests or raids together. This should now be easier and ensure that even casual players can frequently join the endgame content of Borderlands 3 without being dependent on a fixed group.
Of course, Borderlands 3, like its predecessors, will be most enjoyable when played with a fixed group of friends. However, the fact that you at least have the option to team up with “randoms” should be a good solution for gaming sessions where the other friends have lazy excuses (work, family, and all that nonsense).
Will you use the matchmaking of Borderlands 3? Or do you only play the game with a fixed group of friends?
Even after the release, many players still report issues in WoW Classic that are not actually issues. The list has now been expanded.
After the launch of Classic, it continues to happen that many issues are reported in World of Warcraft Classic to Blizzard that are not actually issues. These are features or intended mechanics that may appear as an “obvious bug” to newcomers (but also some veterans).
Untargeted group or AoE buffs do not affect group or raid members if you are flagged for PvP but your group members are not, and vice versa.
Anyone who wants to strengthen other players with an “AoE buff” must have the same PvP status as those players. This is intentional to ensure that one does not “accidentally” activate PvP and, conversely, cannot interfere in PvP fights without being affected by the PvP mode oneself. For raid groups, it is helpful if all players have the same PvP status so that buffs always affect all players.
2. Escort Quests are Buggy
It is much easier to not get quest progress in WoW Classic escort quests than in Battle for Azeroth. Keep close to your NPC allies to ensure you also receive quest progress!
Many players complain that so-called “escort quests” are buggy. These are missions where you often have to escort NPCs through difficult terrain, where they are frequently attacked by enemies.
However, these quests only count if you stay very close to the NPC you are protecting. If you take a short “mana break” and create too much distance, you will likely fail the quests.
Monsters respawn in many areas of the game significantly faster when their population is reduced below certain values. This works correctly and matches the data from our reference client.
Frequently, players defeat an enemy and almost simultaneously that very enemy reappears. This is because enemies in Classic often respawn in “waves”. The respawn time appears to depend on how many of these enemies are dead in the vicinity. If an entire area is wiped out of Satyrs by hundreds of players, it can sometimes take just a few seconds for them all to return. This is particularly problematic for classes that need a pause after combat.
Did you know that these occurrences are part of “features” and intended mechanics? Or did you think they were bugs?
In Destiny 2 , game director Luke Smith talks about how cool year 2 would have been in the new year 3 style.
This is the new year 3 style: When the Shadowkeep expansion kicks off year 3 on October 1, 2019, many things are supposed to change in Destiny 2. One of the most significant innovations is the fresh season system:
Each of the 4 seasons in year 3 generates a new scenario that unfolds throughout the season and transitions into the next season. New activities will replace old seasonal activities. This is intended to provide Destiny 2 with a dynamic world where something really happens that pushes the story forward. Because in recent years, it felt like Destiny has been standing still, just adding content without really moving forward.
Game director Luke Smith now shows how we can imagine this dynamic world in year 3. He talks about how a season in year 2 could have played out if it had the year 3 style.
An alternative season of the Forge
This is how the season of the Forge played out: The first season after the Forsaken release was the season of the Forge, during which Ada-1 from the Black Armory appeared. Ada-1 gave guardians quests related to the forges and has been standing boringly in the tower for months now, hardly visited by any guardians.
This is how the season of the Forge could have played out: Luke Smith describes how the season of the Forge would have unfolded in the year 3 style:
A week before the season begins, all players would receive a message in their inbox: “I have returned from the stars. Let’s meet on December 4 at 6:15 PM. – Ada,” it would have said. A countdown would appear with the Traveler.
At this time, the Guardians gather in the tower, where a ship lands on time between Zavala and Lord Shaxx, and Ada-1 appears, walking through the tower and opening a door that had long been closed. Players follow Ada-1 until she removes her hood and greets the players: “I am Ada and we have work ahead of us.”
A season-long experience begins, where Ada and the players ignite the forges in the world, complete loot runs, and tackle the new raid.
As players work together to forge weapons and create new ones, the space where Ada stands changes. And the weapons and mods that can be obtained are not all accessible through the seasonal activity but must also be earned in new encounters in Strikes – or even in the “Last Wish” raid.
As the community goes about its tasks, new meta objectives are revealed. Once a certain number of players reach specific ranks in the season pass, cinematics are unlocked for all. In them, you see the Wanderer and Ada discussing something. The scene ends with the Wanderer raising his eyebrows as he glimpses a weapon plan behind Ada.
As the season draws to a close, the Wanderer begins to gather the players around him. He first invites the players who have obtained the Dredgen title to his new room in the tower. Guardians can now collect materials for the new heist from the Wanderer, who can’t stop talking about Ada’s weapon plan.
Wanderer
Late in the season, you notice that Ada is packing up her stuff and soon disappearing. The weapon plans are missing. Over the next couple of weeks, she packs up, and in an event similar to her arrival, she leaves. Ada, her goods, and the forges are gone.
Banshee-44 reminds you that Ada left him the plans for the weapons and armor and that he will be rotating them over time.
And the Wanderer now wants you to visit him. He has a surprise for you.
Luke Smith writes that the above story is just fiction. But he is working to make something like this possible for future seasons to make the season pass experience unique.
Hollywood actress Megan Fox has been hired as the spokesperson for the MMORPG Black Desert on PS4. She hopes that the MMORPG helps especially young girls to find their way in the difficult real world.

According to Pearl Abyss: “Megan Fox becomes her true self as she travels through the desert.”
Afterward, Pearl Abyss promised us another full trailer, but it has not yet arrived. This big live-action trailer for Black Desert on PlayStation 4 is set to release on September 6.
Megan Fox is an actress and model – she is best known for her leading role as Mikaela Banes in the Transformers films (2007&2009). She also played April O’Neil in Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles (2014&2016).
Fox believes Black Desert could have “therapeutic” effects
This is what Megan Fox says: A video has now been released in which the actress talks about Black Desert and what impact she hopes the game will have, especially on young girls.
A game like Black Desert can help teenagers recognize the good qualities within themselves that they want to enhance. Even if it’s only on the screen for now, they can bring those qualities into the real world.
It’s almost therapeutic, a way for girls to discover who they want to be and who they have always been.

In today’s times, it’s hard to be a girl. A game like Black Desert offers a way to escape the toxic world of social media. They can create a world where they feel comfortable and powerful.
Through the MMORPG, one can visualize what their life could be like. It’s almost like a powerful form of meditation.
What are the reactions? The reactions to both videos are, to say the least, “stunned” and somewhat mocking:
One says “Oh yes, it’s very therapeutic to be taken down by an overpowered player.”
Another asks: “What the heck is this? This has nothing to do with Black Desert Online?”
