When will Generation 5 be released in Pokémon GO? For a few weeks now, the first signs of the Pokémon from the Unova region can be found in the code. Niantic is working on a release: Niantic sent players this crazy hint about Gen 5 in Pokémon GO.
On September 16 at 10 PM, the first Pokémon from Gen 5 will appear in Pokémon GO. This is part of the Ultra Bonus. Niantic has already mentioned the monsters: Klikk, Nagelotz, Yorkleff. In a video, they also showed the three starters Serpifeu, Ottaro, and Floink.
It is assumed that these 6 belong to the first batch of Gen 5 in Pokémon GO. It is unlikely that the 61 found Pokémon will all be available at launch.
