The announced “big” patch in Borderlands 3 will also not spare two popular weapons. Why Gearbox is taking this path is explained by developer Grant Kao in the stream.
These are the weapons: Two legendary weapons that are quite popular in the community will be affected. The “Hellwalker” and the “Lyuda.”
The Hellwalker is a shotgun that you can grab in Borderlands 3 as a world drop or from Traunt, and it was particularly popular in combination with FL4K builds.
The variety of builds and playstyles should remain large
That’s why the weapons are being nerfed: In a stream, combat designer Grant Kao commented on the weapons: “They definitely over-perform.” The problem is that too strong items in combination with certain builds cause other combinations to fall behind.
And that contradicts the goal of the Borderlands 3 crew: “We want to increase the variety of playstyles and build diversity,” Kao said: “When an item is much stronger than the others, build diversity is limited, and players start to focus on individual builds or items. When that happens, we try to correct it. Overall, we want to create fun, crazy combinations.”
How exactly the nerf of the two popular weapons will look is not yet entirely clear. However, Kao reassured that they are not aiming to “completely destroy their gameplay.” The Lyuda and Hellwalker should remain usable in the future.
Strengthening is the focus: Kao promised that the changes to the Lyuda and Hellwalker will be relatively minor, and other weapons will be strengthened instead. “When we adjust ‘Hellwalker’ and ‘Lyuda’, you can be sure we will boost other weapons,” Kao said. It’s not about making them useless.
“We don’t want to remove this playstyle. But we want to bring others up to its level. It’s a back and forth.”
This is also offered by the patch: In the stream, combat designer Grant Kao spoke of a larger patch coming soon. This patch will also adjust the classes again – so there will be a focus on changing the balance in the game.

The snowy world around Happy Hamlet is completely gone. Only a few snow-covered mountains can still be climbed.
Pleasant Park
The popular location from the previous seasons remains in Chapter 2. Here, there are still locations like the soccer field or the small park.
The town has only become a little smaller and there are fewer houses. Some building sites are still completely empty.
Salty Springs
This location from the previous seasons also remains. Similar to Pleasant Park, Salty Springs is significantly smaller.
Only 5 houses and a gas station can be found in the location. Many building sites are still empty, and the town could grow.
Risky Reels
In Season 7, Risky Reels disappeared from Fortnite. Instead, The Block was found there. Now the location is back, and the drive-in theater can be visited again.
Besides the numerous cars and the screen, there isn’t much to find here. Only one house still stands in the location.
Retail Row
Retail Row is the last location of the same name to be discovered on the new map. After hordes of zombies inhabited it in Season 10, the town is now free of them.

Misty Meadows
This small town strongly resembles the snow-covered Happy Hamlet, as everything here is also built from stone and the church tower is very similar to the one in Happy Hamlet.
The location is divided into two parts by a river and also has two boat docks.
Frenzy Farm
This location strongly resembles Fatal Fields, as there are also several farms and fields here. There are no proper roads.
Frenzy Farm is thus a very open place. The farmhouses will surely provide a lot of loot for you, and weapons and items are hidden in the fields as well.
Power Plant
This location is completely new in Chapter 2. Two huge reactor towers release purple smoke, and several industrial buildings stand around.
The facility also pumps a purple liquid into a river. The color resembles the cube Kevin, which caused a major live event in a previous season.
Lazy Lake
Lazy Lake is very centrally located on the map and could therefore be popular with players. Various modern buildings promise numerous loot sources.
The whole area is surrounded by water. You can also easily reach the city by water, as there are boats available with Chapter 2.
Sweaty Sands
This location directly on the beach looks like paradise. Everywhere there are palm trees and colorful beach houses.

Dirty Docks

In Destiny 2, the Halloween event Festival of the Lost will start soon. Some have wondered how the celebration could unfold this year. Players have now discovered hints about the return of the Haunted Forest.
What is the Festival of the Lost? This event celebrates Destiny’s Halloween fest. The Tower will be decorated in a spooky way, and Guardians can dress up in masks. Not much is currently known about this year’s Festival of the Lost. In the roadmap, only the official date can be found. The celebrations will start on October 29 and run until November 19.

It seems that the return of an event activity from last year is imminent. It looks like the Haunted Forest will open its gates again.
Players who visited the Haunted Forest during last year’s festival could earn special emblems. A look into the emblem collection reveals that two of last year’s event emblems have recently received an update.
The emblems “Deep in the Woods” and “End of Terror” count how deep you were able to venture into the Haunted Forest and how many Nightmares were defeated. As you can check for yourselves, the stats from 2018 now have an additional empty line for 2019. For some Guardians, this is a clear indication that the Haunted Forest will also be playable this year.

What’s the deal with the Haunted Forest? The Haunted Forest was an activity for three players with matchmaking. You had to fight your way through randomly generated sections and earn points by defeating enemies. Once the point total was full, you could face a boss.
After that, Guardians could advance to the next branch and start over. The uniqueness of this is: You have a total of 15 minutes to go as deep as possible.
This is how the Haunted Forest was received last year: The activity was generally well received by the Guardians. The fast-paced mechanics and the fact that you could team up with random players against the Nightmares were praised.
However, the loot for your efforts was seen as needing improvement. During the Festival of the Lost, Guardians could earn the powerful Exotic Thunderlord and the auto rifle Horror Story, but there were no specific rewards for the Haunted Forest except for event currency.

Is Revenant coming as a new legend?
What we know about Revenant: Revenant was found in the game files by data miner That1MiningGuy some time ago. For the Halloween event, he was supposed to have the codename “Blackout”.
It is suspected that he is the one hosting the game mode Shadowfall of the new event. He is briefly seen in the trailer where he explains to the players how “his world” works.

Is Revenant coming as a new legend? Whether Revenant will come as a legend or just remains the “showmaster” is still unclear. However, That1MiningGuy has often been correct with his leaks so far.
As for his abilities, only speculation exists so far (via Gamestar). However, findings in the files suggest that he might have several abilities:
Arrows and poison bombs that reveal and slow targets
“Shadow Walk” that allows Revenant to move faster
“Shadow Door” creates a door in walls
“Shadow Step” sends out a shadow, similar to Mirage. Reactivating teleports to the shadow
“Silence” disables enemy abilities for 10 seconds
“Death Recall” places a totem that prevents player death
As a passive ability, Revenant is supposed to run and climb faster while crouching
Since all of this would be quite a few abilities for just one legend, he could either appear as some kind of boss or the abilities belong to several legends. It is also possible that these abilities belong to the zombies in the Shadowfall mode.
When is Revenant coming? It is not clear when Revenant will appear as a legend or if he will even be playable. However, the brief teaser in the trailer at least suggests that he is coming into the game.

In Diablo 3, the new season theme for Season 19 is now known thanks to the PTR Patch Notes for Patch 2.6.7. Additionally, there is some initial information about new class sets.
What is this theme? To bring more variety to the game, Diablo 3 has had a different theme for each season since Season 14. For example, there are special buffs that promote certain gameplay to provide a fresh experience.

After achieving a certain number of consecutive kills, a power is unleashed that deals scalable damage. The amount of damage is based on player level and difficulty or Greater Rift level.

However, if you want to keep triggering effects continuously, it is beneficial to maintain and increase kill streaks as long as possible. Because with more kills, the bonus effects will become more powerful, according to Blizzard.

What makes the quotes so interesting? Il’gynoth is a creature of the Old Gods, and they are known for their foretellings and prophecies that largely come true. That’s why it’s exciting to think about these statements and consider what they might mean.
The WoW community loves to speculate about individual sentences. So does Reddit user wowdudeman14, who has dissected the quotes and has some exciting theories that we want to briefly present here.
Before the last shadow falls, the Father of Sleep will enjoy his meal
The Father of Sleep is a rather unknown creature that has only been mentioned a little in WoW. It is a Loa with the complicated name Ueetay no Mueh’zala, who is sometimes simply referred to as “Death”. He is mentioned on a tablet in Zul’Farrak, has a shrine in Zuldazar, and is mainly referenced in the “Traveler” books.
Mueh’zala might also be Bwonsamdi’s master.
The story makes it clear that Mueh’zala is hungry. He wants to feast and speaks:

There are rather few blind queens in World of Warcraft, so one must allow for a bit more interpretation. For this, one delves into the mythology of the Tauren. They refer to the planet as the “Earth Mother”.

What is Kingdom Under Fire 2? The new MMO aims to mix elements of an MMORPG, in this case character development, with a real-time strategy game. So you not only play your class, but also command troops in an RTS style.
Kingdom Under Fire 2 was actually supposed to release much earlier. It has been in development for almost 10 years and has faced several hurdles.

In FIFA 20, Title Update 4 goes live. It includes a huge list of bug fixes. Above all, the Career Mode is in focus – the patch notes.

What issues does the update address? The update fixes a lot of problems and bugs. It particularly addresses the extensive issues in Career Mode. The sandbox MMORPG Black Desert Online offers you a huge ocean that you can sail with ships. However, not much is currently happening there. But a new update is supposed to change that soon.
What does the new update contain? The new update titled “The Great Expedition” is entirely focused on the content in the ocean. Included are:
Winds and currents that are supposed to provide a more realistic sailing experience.
A new goods exchange that is supposed to make trading with small islands more interesting.
New ships and also a ship crew.
The new boss Khan, located in the eye of the Great Ocean.
The main reason for the update, according to the developers, is that although the ocean is huge, it is barely used by many players. This should change with the Great Expedition.
When will the new update be released? The big ocean update for Black Desert will be released on October 23. It follows the Manos update from September. The patch for the overhaul of the ocean was already released in Korea in September.
The BDO versions for PS4 and Xbox One are still significantly behind the PC in the West and will probably receive the update at the earliest in 2020.
How does the new sailing work? With the Great Expedition, winds and currents are introduced into the game. These can hinder you or bring you faster to your destination.

The streamer ExoHydraX has been banned by Twitch. She believes it’s because of her figure and her background. Because she is black, she has become the target of trolls. They reported her. The ban by Twitch then came because she has so many curves.

Looting should be fun again
How is the looting improved? One of the main criticisms of Division 2 is its unbalanced loot system. Although the game provides a lot of loot, the quality leaves much to be desired for some agents. The well-stocked pool of items along with a wide range of possible values has led players to often end up with undesired gear pieces, resulting in a lack of satisfaction.
The developers are now introducing a loot targeting system and aim to ensure that more weapons and armor combinations are worthwhile with many balance adjustments, “Named Items”, and some changes to the talents, while also allowing for more efficient searches for desired items.
Crafting is getting improved
What happens to crafting and recalibration? The crafting and modification options in The Division 2 do not meet the expectations of some players. Many find recalibration too limited and crafting too expensive.
With Title Update 6, the workshops are being improved overall. Crafting will generally become cheaper and materials easier to obtain; furthermore, the storage capacities for crafting materials will be increased. The recalibration workshop will get a new menu and will now allow the exchange of various attributes (e.g., Blue to Red / Armor to Damage).
The Technician – new specialization enhances your skills
What can the new specialization do? The “Technician” is the fifth specialization in the game and brings a skills supporter to the streets of Washington. The new class comes with a brutal multi-target rocket launcher and strengthens the skills of your fire team with its abilities.
Additionally, unlocking for agents without a Year-One Pass will be made easier. Field research will not be as extensive as with the Sharpshooter, and unlocking the Gunner will also be easier.
PvP players will be pleased
How is PvP looking? The PvP mode Conflict and the Dark Zone have been criticized repeatedly in recent months, and the entry barriers have been deemed too high. Beginners find the Dark Zone very difficult, while veterans think it is too empty. A similar situation applies to Conflict, but with the additional issue of insufficient rewards.
PvP is being significantly adjusted. The birthday event in Borderlands 3 is entering its third round. The new event focuses on the rare Eridium.
This event is about: To celebrate the tenth anniversary of the series, there are several event weeks in Borderlands 3. The first week brought you more loot for certain bosses, and the second week focused on rare enemies.
This week marks the start of event number three: “Show Me the Eridium!” As the name suggests, this event revolves around the rare purple element.
More Eridium for Crazy Earl
This is the new event
When does the event start? “Show me the Eridium” begins during the course of today, Tuesday, and will run for a week. According to official information, a micropatch should be applied by midnight. To ensure that this is installed correctly, you should spend a few minutes in the main menu while online in the game.
What does the event bring? You mainly receive Eridium in Borderlands 3 when you mine the large purple crystals that are scattered throughout the world. However, this can only be done after a certain point in the story. You can also occasionally find pieces of Eridium from chests, lockers, or strong enemies, but the majority comes from the crystals.

On the one hand, there are traditionally stylish armor and weapons with event-specific designs to earn through bounties or after match completions that you can only get here. On the other hand, players can push their power level through the Iron Banner as there are additional powerful rewards to earn throughout the event.
