In Pokémon GO you will soon be able to catch the first monsters from the Kalos region, which is the 6th generation. We will show you 3 Pokémon that you should remember.
This will happen: Niantic has announced the 6th generation for December 2nd. Then the first 17 Pokémon from the Kalos region will be available. We have already shown you an overview of which monsters are worth it.
A really big highlight hasn’t been included yet. Therefore, we now show you 3 Pokémon that are likely to be really strong and that you shouldn’t miss.
3 strong Pokémon from the 6th generation
This must be considered beforehand: The values of each Pokémon are calculated by a formula that was also used up to Gen 5. Therefore, we already know the strength of the Pokémon.
Furthermore, the attacks of the Pokémon are not yet known. This means that a Pokémon can have really strong values, but with the wrong attacks, it becomes completely useless. It will only show at the release of the monsters whether they are actually as strong as we suspect.
Volcanion
These are the values: Volcanion is a mysterious Pokémon of the types Fire and Water. Here are the currently known values:
Attack value: 252
Defense value: 216
HP value: 190
Maximum CP: 3628
This makes it so interesting: Especially the type combination makes Volcanion so exciting. It is the first Pokémon with the Fire/Water combo and is also quite strong.
It is not the monster with the highest attack value for both types, but you have a weapon here that can be used on both sides. If Volcanion receives strong attacks from both types, you only need one monster and a few TMs, and you can transform it into the other type attacker at any time.
Hoopa
These are the values: Hoopa is a mysterious Pokémon of the Dark/Ghost and Psychic type and comes in 2 forms. Here we look at the unleashed form with the Dark type:
Attack value: 310
Defense value: 191
HP value: 173
This makes it so interesting: The attack value of 310 is incredibly high. This gives it a higher value than Mewtwo, which was previously the best Psychic attacker. Among the Dark attackers, Hoopa is also at the top.
The downside here is the fragility. Hoopa can be defeated quickly and is therefore more of a glass cannon. Additionally, you need to wait for the attacks here as well, because only then can the mysterious Pokémon become truly strong.
These are the values: Zygarde is a legendary Pokémon and can appear in 3 forms. It is of the Dragon and Ground type; we take a look at the complete form:
Attack value: 185
Defense value: 211
HP value: 389
This makes it so interesting: Zygarde is particularly notable for its enormous HP value. Only Blissey and Chansey have higher values. However, these two pink Pokémon can be placed as defenders in the arena – Zygarde, as a legendary Pokémon, cannot yet.
Unlike Blissey and Chansey, Zygarde is also not too bad in attack. So if it gets strong attacks, it could be a real tank that can survive long in raids or in the PvP league and also deal damage.
When could these Pokémon appear? Mysterious and legendary Pokémon are not simply found in the wild. Usually, there are raids or special research for that. We have to wait until Niantic releases these bosses through these means. There are even legendary Pokémon forms from the 5th generation that are still missing. They might get priority first.
Until then, you can take a look at the currently best attackers. You can already strengthen your team there:
