Hollywood star Chloë Moretz is now playing Destiny 2. The passionate actress was looking for a new gaming challenge and was quickly convinced by Bungie’s space shooter. We will tell you what the community says about the famous Guardian, which class she plays and what her first impression was.

She promptly replied to him that she had just downloaded Bungie’s space shooter. Obviously, something about Destiny 2 made Chloë’s gamer heart beat faster quite quickly. However, she has not yet revealed exactly what that is.

And indeed, that was something that Chloë recognized shortly afterwards. The newly minted Guardian posted, having familiarized herself with the space shooter a little, laughing on Twitter: “You weren’t joking … Destiny is very demanding (consuming)”.

She is certainly not wrong. Without a guide, it is indeed challenging in Destiny 2 to understand which quest sequence is the correct one.

Especially which content corresponds to which expansion and how the gameplay flows can quickly confuse new players. Therefore, Destiny 2 remains a game in 2022 that, despite many improvements, you shouldn’t explore alone at the beginning.

In Destiny 2, there was a wave of bans: Apparently, Bungie wanted to prevent cheating in the new, old raid “King’s Fall.” But some players seem to have been banned unfairly. One of them runs an important site called D2Gunsmith and is now quitting.

What was this ban wave about?

• As Sportskeeda explains, Bungie wanted to combat “Net-Limiting”: This cheating technique allows players to manipulate data and achieve abnormal rates of fire with weapons.
• When applying Net-Limiting, one creates a slow internet and lag, allowing one to easily eliminate even a powerful boss.
• To address this method, which caused unfair conditions, especially in raids or dungeons, Bungie initiated a large wave of bans. They apparently aimed to specifically curb cheating in the raid “King’s Fall.”

Operator of the site D2Gunsmith gets banned – quits everything immediately

This player has been affected: One of the players that got banned is active on Twitter under the name aundra_kerr. He runs D2Gunsmith: a site where players can create their dream weapons.

Because Destiny 2 notoriously reveals very little information and makes everything as complicated as possible, such clear sites are popular among Destiny 2 fans: They can spend hours there imagining how their “dream weapon,” the God Roll, will look.

The operator of the site felt completely unfairly banned and furiously announced: That’s it for Destiny 2 and his site. He claims he has done nothing wrong, possibly some internet issues led to his ban. But he doesn’t care about that now. He has already uninstalled Destiny 2.

He didn’t want to know about anything. He also had no desire to file a complaint against the ban. He said: The last time someone was “falsely banned” and complained, they had to fight non-stop for 8 months to get unbanned. He really has better things to do.

Moreover, this is now an ideal excuse not to have to manage the website any longer.

The operator of the site announced that he would withhold open transfers from people, but he does not want to make the source code available to everyone. Otherwise, the site would be back online in just 2 days, but filled with advertisements.

Player gets unbanned after a short time, still doesn’t want to continue

What happened next? In fact, the man did not have to wait 8 months, but was free again just a day later.

However, he does not want to continue the site: He is annoyed by the whole situation. Because if he were not the type of person he is, he believes he would have had only a tiny chance of getting unbanned.

Moreover, he enjoys his free time and the state of Destiny 2 does not suit him anymore.

Players in Destiny 2 tell him they understand his frustration and thank him for the many efforts he put into his site for Destiny 2. But some are already disappointed that such a valuable site may soon not be updated and lose its utility. Especially the layout was appreciated.

Well, maybe he will gather his courage and return to Destiny 2 with a major expansion – just like some do who quit out of disappointment.

What’s behind this: It’s something very human. When people volunteer so much time into something, they expect recognition and perhaps privileges, even if they don’t say it outright. But in some way, they want to feel like they play a special role in the larger community.

But when they feel from the company that they are just a name in the system and are treated just like everyone else, it can lead to a dip in motivation. And apparently, the good man felt a type of relief after deciding to give up the website, being freed from the obligation.
