How strong is Tyranitar with Whirler
This is what makes Tyranitar special: Tyranitar is already a quite popular attacker, but with Whirler it gains a new quality. Because with the new attack, it is catapulted to the top of the Dark attackers.
The regular version of Tyranitar now ties with the current top attacker Trikephalo, while the Shadow version of Tyranitar with Whirler even surpasses it, writes Pokémon GO analyst Teban54 (via reddit). In terms of damage per second, the Shadow version is even slightly stronger than the currently unavailable Mega Evolution of Tyranitar itself.
However, you shouldn’t just look at the Shadow version of Tyranitar, as the upcoming Mega Evolution could also turn “normal” Tyranitar into particularly powerful raid attackers.
Here, you just have to wait until the evolution is available. And even if the damage per second will be slightly below that of the Shadow version, the Mega Evolution is more durable and also brings bonuses for the other battling Pokémon in raids.

What is the setting of the expansion? The new areas are said to look graphically beautiful, with huge bamboo trees and colorful flower fields. You can also expect several new enemy races, including the Horang – two-legged tigers – as well as the Hare (rabbits) and the Tortoise (tortoises). Additionally, new workers and a production node will be included.
Black Desert’s Executive Producer Jaehee Kim said in an interview with us:
With Land of the Morning Light, players will be able to experience breathtaking new graphics that are inspired not only by the Korean Joseon Dynasty [the last phase of the royal era], but also have never been seen before in any currently available video game, allowing them to experience something entirely new.
We believe that the new expansion will bring a certain freshness to the game that goes beyond the weekly updates that Black Desert provides to players.
A part of this freshness comes from the story. This will be told in over 100 cutscenes and 5,000 voice lines. However, it deviates from the overarching story of Black Desert and focuses specifically on the island and especially the bosses there. Land of the Morning Light is therefore designed to function “standalone” and make sense even if one only plays the expansion’s story.
Overall, there will be 15 story chapters, all of which begin in the new city of Dalbeol Village. You will activate them via a story book. The order does not matter, but you can only follow one story at a time.

What is behind the boss rush? The centerpiece of the new areas is the boss rush, which replaces traditional grind spots. There are 9 bosses, each with its own theme, 10 difficulty levels and its own attribute, including sun, moon, and earth.
You should be able to defeat the low-level bosses without the special attribute, but for the high levels, you will need to focus on that. Researchers attempted to depict and analyze player behavior towards the end of the (virtual) world in a study. They received support from the developer XLGames, who had provided data from a beta of the MMORPG ArcheAge for this endeavor. You can find out what conclusions can be drawn from this here.
How was the investigation conducted? The company behind ArcheAge provided data in the form of a MySQL database with a size of 45 GB. The database contained information on when and which activities users engaged in. Meanwhile, the developer is already working on ArcheAge 2.
The scientists studied the dataset and categorized it into 11 areas. These included:

Dungeons
Battlefield
Siege combat (including guild vs. guild)
Raid
Family/Guild

What do the measurements show? If we start with combat, players fought intensely through the game world during the entire time. Only in the last week, just before the end of the virtual existence, did the slaughter decrease.
Additional content such as dungeons was engaged with intensively starting in the third week, but was nearly abandoned by week 9 of 11. Raids, on the other hand, started in the second week but were not played further past the tenth week.
Players began experimenting with housing from the third week onwards. However, housing failed to generate further interest from the tenth week of the closed beta.

The principle behind it allows us to transfer results from players of the MMORPG ArcheAge to the behavior of those individuals in a real situation. Of course, this is a theoretical model that is not 100% accurate. It merely offers a way to derive behavioral patterns in real-life situations.
In addition, it was noted that the chat assumed a more positive tone towards the end than at the start of the closed beta. In the end, it seems that tempers cooled down somewhat, and more attention was given to interaction among one another rather than the game itself.

In Diablo 4 you can gain advantages with elixirs, provided you do not die in combat while trying to consume one. We show you a small trick on how to safely consume elixirs in heated situations.
What is the problem with the elixirs? In Diablo 4, there is a wide range of potions that heroes can brew and consume to gain bonuses. These “elixirs” also provide an additional 5% more experience points for 30 minutes.

Especially in the Battle for Azeroth expansion, the spectacle really picked up speed, where watching cutscenes during raids was ruthlessly punished by groups. In the end, it was all about how quickly one could get through the content.

It simply felt like work. The flat story in my opinion did its part. The island expeditions and the grind for Azerite for a few more traits didn’t appeal to me anymore.
In the end, it was all about random loot, which, it is rumored, had increasingly gained traction to balance new and old players. However, the grind became excessive for me, similar to Black Desert Online. Plus, I didn’t like having to complete raids often at fixed times.
Through Dragon Riding in WoW, I experienced open world anew
As the Shadowlands expansion also fell short of my expectations and the Shadowlands did not really convince me, I followed WoW from a distance.
The announcement of the Dragonflight expansion caught my attention. A new, colorful world, with the urge to explore it and ride dragons? Also a new story and many changes, including to the crafting and talent systems? Sounds like a radical cure – it seemed too good to be true.
Besides the new content, such as additional dungeons or the Dragonflight Expedition faction, I found the revamped crafting and new talent system, especially the dragon riding, particularly interesting. This now offers a specialization and a general talent tree in which points can be diligently invested.
Above all, I was fascinated by the open design of the Dragon Isles. Where mountain ranges previously enclosed and limited zones, they now appear, especially through the deliberate use of flying dragons, as beautiful additions and not annoying obstacles.
The Dragon Isles feel much more open to me, like a real open world, than any other zone I explored before my departure from WoW. Sure – everyone defines their ideal MMORPG differently.
However, the label of open world is for me what makes a good MMORPG. The freedom to do everything, whenever and wherever I want. That’s why I tried my hand for a long time at sandbox MMORPGs like ArcheAge or Black Desert Online.

First steps in a new world
Excited, I climbed the tower before the gates of Orgrimmar to travel to the Dragon Isles with my freshly baked level 60 warlock. I almost missed the zeppelin and could only reach it in time with my flying mount.
