This is how I use the headset: Like a Neanderthal. While the EPOS offers Bluetooth, USB dongle, and many other features, I have boringly plugged it into my gaming PC with a USB cable.

What else does the headset do to annoy me? In my job, I often have to rewind and fast forward videos from Twitch or YouTube to hear exactly what is being said at a certain point.
For a while, the headset has had the habit of swallowing the sound from the first seconds of a video and only initiating it after 3 or 4 seconds.
If I have ignored the headset for a longer period, for example after a workday, and then wanted to use it to listen to music, it sometimes acts up and refuses to produce any sound. Only after I reset it, which fortunately can be done with a button on the right speaker, as I noticed after a while.
Especially during calls, the headset sometimes switches to mute or makes a lot of noise until I manually unplug it from the computer and plug it back in.
