Alex Jordan is an actor and sought-after voice actor for video games: he has voiced Jaro in Final Fantasy XVI, was the voice of Sherlock Holmes, and has been involved in about 20 other games.

His contact person at Larian said: “No, no, this is not a role. We are just finishing up the recordings. What we currently need are sexy sounds. Do you want to come in and make the sexy sounds for us?”
Jordan says: “And so I went into the studio. And it was really strange, because I made a lot of sounds like ‘mmm’ and ‘ahh’. And I kissed my hand very often.”
In League of Legends, an an international incident occurred in South Korea: The Twitch streamer Ashkan “TF Blade” Homyounie made such a mess of his trip to South Korea with the local LoL players that it had consequences for him. He was banned. Other US streamers in South Korea were also punished by Riot Korea.

Player name changes cannot be infinitely customized on bungie.net. Several “number guardians” are still waiting for the option to change their username again instead of receiving the message “You have no name changes available”.
Notes on the Solstice event ending tonight: Bungie points out that all guardians should claim their completed goals and available rewards before the event ends to avoid losing anything. You can do this with Eva in the Tower. And for those who have already missed it in the collection: The glowing armors of the Solstice event 2023 will be transferred to the transmog feature with the start of Season 22 on August 22, as long as you earned them during the event.

The Pokémon Company announces a new event called “Get Mew & Mewtwo!” with a wonderfully animated CGI trailer for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. For the first time, it will be possible to obtain Mew and Mewtwo in the game. Both will be available in a very special version.
How do I get Mew? You can easily get Mew. You just need to enter the code GETY0URMEW as a password in the game’s Mystery Gift menu to obtain it.
The menu will be unlocked about one to one and a half hours after the game starts. You can input the code starting now.
Mew will have the following features:
Level: 5
Moves: ???, Star Shower, Light Shield, Life Dew
However, you shouldn’t wait too long, as the code is only valid for a limited time. You have until September 18, 2023, at 14:59 to redeem the code. The password can only be used once per save file.

What is the MMORPG Margonem?
This is an MMORPG from 2006, played among other places in Poland. Like the German MMORPG Tibia, it was developed by a group of students.
Originally, Margonem was just a hobby project, but it became so popular that it turned into a business for the students. It is a browser-based MMORPG where players complete quests, develop their heroes, and compete against powerful monsters. Margonem is a free-to-play MMORPG.
The game is also available on Steam but has virtually no players there. However, around 15,000 concurrent players are active on Polish and English-speaking servers, as the game’s stats show (via margonem).

Player simply changes the description of an item, becomes all-powerful
What did a player do? As reported by a Polish MMORPG site, a student discovered in October 2022 how to become all-powerful in the MMORPG (via mmmorpg.or).
He changed the description of an item in the MMORPG. By adding a semicolon, he was able to create an amulet that gives 777 points to all stats. As he explains, all items together at level 160 normally only provide between 200 and 500 stats.
He and some of his friends could create a handful of mega-items through this exploit and walked through the MMORPG with absurdly high stats, able to do whatever they wanted and were overpowered. The Polish site writes:
During this time, they simply destroyed every content in the game, solo-killed bosses, monsters, players, literally everything fell before their mighty sword, axe, or whatever they had crafted.
Developers recognize the bug but let them go for 6 months
This was the special part: Relatively quickly after they exploited the bug, the developers recognized one of the items as a bug and reset it.
The players now expected the developers to take all their items away and ban them. But nothing happened for 5 months.
Only on April 25, six months after they started the blatant cheating, did the developer take their items away and permanently ban them from the game.
Cheater can escape the ban by exploiting a loophole
Are the players banned? As the student explains, he was able to talk his way out of this completely justified permanent ban because he referred to a loophole in the rules that he cannot be banned if he uses an item that was previously allowed by the developers.
With this argument, he was actually able to talk his way out of the ban and even got his items back, albeit with normal stats.
But he doesn’t want to continue playing anymore. He says the situation is so absurd that he is quitting. The incident opened his eyes.

The Twitch streamer Kai Cenat wanted to delight his fans at a meeting with prizes like a PlayStation 5 or a gaming PC, but the situation got out of control and ended with arrests and injuries.
What was the situation like? On Friday, August 4, 2023, Twitch streamer Kai Cenat and YouTuber Fanum held a fan meeting in Union Square Park in New York City. They intended to raffle off PS5 consoles, gaming PCs, and gaming accessories among their viewers.
Thousands of people followed the Twitch streamer’s call. The situation escalated shortly after the arrival of the 21-year-old.

How did the situation get out of control? Hours before the raffle was supposed to start, fans gathered at Union Square Park.
Kai Cenat, who was streaming in the car on his way to the event, mentioned the crowd of viewers as well as the police presence. However, when he exited the vehicle surrounded by bodyguards, he was quickly overwhelmed by the crowd. The stream ends shortly after the camera apparently is dropped.
Video footage shows the chaotic scenes: people streaming onto the surrounding streets, climbing onto vehicles. Kai Cenat himself is seen carrying a child out of the crowd and assisting a fan with breathing problems (via Dexerto).
How did the event go? Live helicopter footage from the scene shows police arresting people and loading them into a bus. Reports indicate there were between 60 and 65 arrests, including 30 minors.
“Many young people were injured,” said Jeffrey Madden from the New York City Police Department at a press conference on the same day. He reported seeing people bleeding out of the crowd and suffering panic attacks. Additionally, several individuals were reportedly injured by fireworks and suffered broken bones. Several officers were also injured (via Polygon).
Fanum apparently left the scene in a black SUV, with several fans holding onto it. Footage from the American news channel CBS shows at least one person falling from the moving vehicle.
Kai Cenat himself was reportedly carried out of the crowd by his bodyguards and later taken by the police for questioning. He allegedly had no permit for the event. According to the NYPD, the Twitch streamer was charged with inciting a riot, unlawful assembly, and “some other charges.”
By 5:30 PM local time, the park was largely cleared.
With great influence comes great responsibility
AMP, the organization that both Kai Cenat and Fanum belong to, released a statement about the incident on Instagram. The event was intended to be a “positive experience” to thank fans for their support. Apparently, they underestimated the popularity of the content creators and the scale of the event:
We have held fan meetings and video shootings in the past, but we have never experienced anything like yesterday. We are aware that our audience and our influence are growing, and with that comes greater responsibility.
No official statement from Kai Cenat is available. A post announcing the giveaway has since been deleted, and the VoD of the event is no longer available.

What happened? Last Sunday was finally the day for fans of One Piece. Episode 1071 premiered and was set to reveal one of the most important scenes in the story surrounding Monkey D. Luffy and the Straw Hat Pirates.
The episode was not only eagerly awaited in Japan but around the world. Everyone wanted to see the episode “immediately” after release and discuss it. Before the tournament, Papaplatte prepared meticulously by playing against an “xQc bot” on chess.com and additionally optimally prepared himself through tutorials and tips from the chat.
The community supported him with encouraging words and the wish to decide the epic battle in his favor again. One user wrote: “We won the pixel war against xQc for you – now you win the chess match for us”.
“I completely pissed myself just now”
How did the tournament go? The tournament was extremely exciting. Papaplatte lost the first match but remained motivated to win.
In the second match, there was a brief confusion when xQc’s internet briefly went down. Papaplatte seized the opportunity and caught up to win the match for himself. In an inspiring speech to his chat, he celebrated the belief in success despite the challenges along the way.
With epic sound accompaniment, he told his viewers: “We may not have played well, chat. But we believed until the end! And in the end, no one asks if mistakes were made along the way. In the end, the question is whether you won or not, chat. And we won – Boom”.
In the third round, the two streamers engaged in a neck-and-neck race that ended in a draw.
After the round, Papaplatte wanted to quickly go to the bathroom but did not realize that the next match had already started. He quickly ran back into his streaming room and said: “Holy shit! I had to cut off the piss! Dude, my fly is open now. I definitely just peed in my pants. Dude, I have piss in my boxers right now.”
In the fourth match, xQc prevailed, resulting in Papaplatte emerging as the loser in this tournament. However, despite the competition and the ambitious contest, both streamers showed mutual respect at the end of the stream with a digital handshake and congratulated each other.
The chess tournament between Papaplatte and xQc may be just an entertaining streaming event for some, but it also demonstrated the power of collaboration and respect between the two streamers and their communities.

The Twitch streamer GoodGame_Ethan was perfectly prepared for his permadeath run in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, but the challenge ended prematurely and ingloriously.
What was the challenge? The Twitch streamer Goodgame_Ethan wanted to master Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on “Grand Master” difficulty without dying a single time.
To be optimally prepared for his run, he grinded the tutorial level for hours until he had acquired all skill points, only to spectacularly fail afterward.
What went wrong? After GoodGame_Ethan reportedly grinded the tutorial for 24 hours, he finally wanted to face Dagan, the first “real” boss of the game. However, everything went wrong on the way there.
The Twitch streamer attempts to make a daring jump to the next platform, but bounces off a Stormtrooper’s shield and is thrown into the abyss. GoodGame_Ethan ends his run by curling up in a fetal position on the ground.

The Twitch streamer could have continued his run. Apparently, his views diverge from those of the game regarding what constitutes a death.
This is due to the Souls-like structure of Jedi: Survivor. The game features so-called meditation points where you can save the game and also use them for fast travel. However, a visit also respawns all the enemies you had previously defeated.
GoodGame_Ethan took advantage of this to eliminate the same enemies in the tutorial to level up. Since Jedi: Survivor also has numerous acrobatic maneuvers that can easily send your character into the abyss, it would be extremely frustrating to be sent back to the last meditation point each time and have to defeat all enemies again.
Thus, the falls are not lethal and are only punished with some fall damage. A Reddit user pointed this out in a thread about the clip, but the Twitch streamer insists on his definition: “No, it’s a real permadeath run. That definitely counts. I wouldn’t say it’s not a death to respawn with less health.”
However, the downvotes under the comment suggest that many players cannot agree with GoodGame_Ethan’s perspective (via Reddit).
Players continuously come up with new and creative challenges to have an incentive to play a game again years after its release. A challenge in the shooter Halo was considered nearly impossible for almost 20 years:

In Baldur’s Gate 3, you face many problems. But it’s not just devils, mindflayers, and parasites in your head that can make your everyday life difficult; there’s also a much bigger monster: the inventory.
While it is theoretically infinitely large, the weight your character can carry is still limited. Therefore, we have some tips for you to reduce your character’s load and not be “overloaded” as often.
Why is a clean inventory so important? How much your character can carry in Baldur’s Gate 3 is limited. While you do have some leeway, once you reach a certain amount, your character becomes overloaded. He then moves slower and becomes less agile – which can really bring hefty disadvantages in combat. This is something you should definitely avoid.
At the bottom of the inventory, you can see the weight indicator.
1. Don’t pick up every junk item
Yes, as an RPG fan, it’s hard to resist picking up every item. We’ve been conditioned over decades in RPGs to collect all loot. But in Baldur’s Gate 3, you should let go of this thought. You don’t need to pick up every moldy apple, nor should you shove every worn goblin sword into your backpack. No, not even broken barrels that might be useful someday.
You can examine each item by right-clicking it before picking it up (“Examine”). Then you can see not only the weight of the item but also its value. Cooking pots that weigh 2.00 weight points but only have a value of 1 gold should be left behind. Conversely, a finely decorated goblet that weighs only 0.10 weight points but has a value of 40 gold can be well taken to sell.
Over time, you’ll get a feel for which items are valuable and recognize them just by their names.
Characters like Karlach can carry a lot – so give her the items.
2. Distribute loot to your strong characters
How much a character can carry depends on their attributes. You can check how high this limit is in the inventory of each character (i-key) or in the group screen (Tab key).
A wizard without strength will only be able to carry a little weight and will have a burden limit of around 80, while a barbarian with lots of strength can carry almost twice as much without being hindered in the slightest.
So, when distributing loot, make sure to give the heavy items to your strongest character. This can be done even while looting. When you open a chest with your “main character,” you can mark multiple items in the chest using CTRL+Left Click. Once you have marked all desired items, right-click on one of them and select the desired character from the menu – and the loot will land in their inventory.
Also, keep in mind that you can sort your items by weight in the top left corner of the inventory window. The heaviest objects will then be displayed first, and you’ll immediately see what is driving up your burden.
This option is especially suitable for magical or high-quality equipment that none of your currently active characters can carry. You don’t have to carry the heavy plate armor with the enchantment if no one can use it. By right-clicking on the item, you can simply select “Send to Storage” – and the item will land in your personal crate in the storage, without the need to travel there yourself.
With this “trick,” you can create more space in your inventory even during an adventure to carry more loot out of a dungeon.
But remember to regularly “clean out” your crate in the storage and throw away unnecessary stuff. Otherwise, one day it will be messy and completely overcrowded.

3. Robert Lewandowski (91)
No upgrade or downgrade is expected for Robert Lewandowski, who scored a total of 33 goals in all competitions last season. Overall, he had a very good season, reflecting his previous rating of 91 precisely.
41 goals and 10 assists are remarkable and will likely ensure that Mbappé does not receive a downgrade. He will probably retain his 91 or even receive another upgrade. It remains exciting.

Erling Haaland, who had a rating of 88 in FIFA 23, broke numerous records last season, scored over 60 goals, and even won the treble with Manchester City. In Pokémon GO trainers have had the chance to use a valuable Master Ball for catching for a few months now. However, a player used it in a completely useless moment and is allowed to keep the ball nonetheless. What exactly happened we have summarized for you here on MeinMMO.
Which ball is it about? The probably most valuable and coveted ball in Pokémon GO is the Master Ball. If you use it, it guarantees your catch. Through an animation, the ball is thrown automatically, which is why you cannot discard it.
But there is a catch, as you currently have only one single Master Ball available. Once it is used, it is gone, so you should think carefully about its use. Or maybe not? A trainer was able to keep the ball after his catch. What happened there and what the community suspects, we show you below.
Trainer uses Master Ball for Zygarde
What did the trainer catch? As Reddit user TAMEFAZ69 shows in his post, he used his Master Ball to catch a Zygarde. But the surprising part is not the catch itself, but the fact that he still carries his Master Ball in his item bag afterwards.

He writes (via reddit.com): Um… How can I still have a Master Ball? I caught a Zygarde with a Master Ball yesterday… But I still have one… How is that?
How can this be? Initially, there is astonishment in the Reddit community about how this can be. Some trainers suspect a glitch behind the display, or believe that TAMEFAZ69 simply got lucky and is allowed to keep the ball due to a game bug.
Trainers have the craziest ideas about how this could have happened. For instance, Reddit user hibernating-hobo jokingly suspects that the dog (Zygarde) might have brought the ball back (via reddit.com).
Special research secures ball: However, the answer could be quite different. Zygarde is a legendary Pokémon that you can currently only obtain through the special research From A to Zygarde. However, no use of a Master Ball is actually necessary here because monsters obtained from research cannot flee.
The game should also not burden your item bag. You can throw balls at these monsters as long as they finally stay in the ball. And that is what some trainers also suspect as the background for the still existing Master Ball. So in the comments, one can read the following (via reddit.com):
HPM2009: You were lucky that a special research does not consume inventory… so you don’t have to use it for a special research Pokémon or a legendary shiny raid boss because they cannot flee.
Burger_Gamer: I don’t think PokéBalls are used up when you have a special research encounter, I think that applies to Master Balls too.
GrogJoker: A research catch does not consume balls…
For TAMEFAZ69, that was a decent stroke of luck that he didn’t waste his Master Ball on a monster from a research encounter. He can hopefully use his second chance more wisely now.
