A trainer had outrageous luck in Pokémon GO and now has many new potential roommates.
Even though in Pokémon GO, as the name of the game suggests, it primarily involves playing through movement outside your home, some activities can also be done from home. If you’re lucky, you might also catch a few monsters from your own 4 walls.
So did a trainer who had a decent amount of luck. The community is so envious that they want to move in with him directly.
Rare, rarer, lake trio
What did the trainer catch? As the trainer shows in his post on Reddit, he was able to catch 2 specimens of Vesprit, one of which is even Shiny and has great IV values of 15/14/11. According to his own statement, the trainer caught both specimens just 200 meters apart on 2 consecutive days.
He also notes in a comment that he previously caught 3 more specimens at one of the two spots.
Vesprit is part of the lake trio and is one of the rarest monsters in Pokémon GO that you can find in the wild with an extremely low probability. The chance of getting the monster on 2 consecutive days in the same area, with one of them being Shiny, is very slim.
If the trainer is not lying here, then he can consider himself one of the luckiest players in Pokémon GO.
What does the community say about it? While some trainers doubt that one can have such luck in the game, the post has elicited even more commenters. Some would rather want to move in with the trainer directly.
