Redeeming Codes and Issues with Codes
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you will unlock the menu and the messaging system, where you will also find the window for entering codes. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Menu” item in the upper right corner
- Select the button with the …
- Scroll down to the “Enter Code” button
- Enter your code or paste it after copying
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the rewards behind it.
Why isn’t my code working? If your code isn’t working, it may be that you have already redeemed it in the past. Some codes are also specifically active only in certain countries, so your code may only work in different countries.
Be sure to check for typos, such as between 0 and O, and it’s safer to copy your code and paste it into the field.
