Redeeming codes and issues with codes
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you unlock the menu and the letter system, where you can also find the window for entering codes. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Menu” option in the upper right corner
- Select the button with the …
- Scroll down to the “Enter Code” button
- Enter your code or paste it after you have copied it
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the hidden rewards.
Why isn’t my code working? If your code isn’t working, it may be that you have already redeemed it in the past. Some codes are also only active in specific countries, so it may be that your code only works in other countries.
Also watch out for typos, such as between 0 and O, and it’s safer to copy your code and paste it in the field.
