Redeeming codes and code issues
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you will unlock the menu and the mail system, where you will also find the window for entering codes. Proceed as follows:
- Click on the “Menu” item in the top right corner
- Select the button with …
- Scroll down to the “Enter code” button
- Enter your code or paste it after you copied it
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the hidden rewards.
Why is my code not working? If your code isn’t working, it may be that you have already redeemed it in the past. Some codes are also only active in certain countries, so it may be that your code only works in other countries.
Also, watch out for typos, such as between 0 and O, and it’s safer to copy your code and paste it in the field.
