Redeeming codes and issues with codes
How do I redeem the codes? After the tutorial, you will unlock the menu and the mail system where you can also find the window to input the codes. Follow these steps:
- Click on the “Menu” item in the upper right corner
- Select the button with the …
- Scroll down to the button “Enter code”
- Enter or paste your code after copying it
- Press “OK”
If your code is valid, you should receive the hidden rewards.
Why isn’t my code working? If your code isn’t working, it may be that you have already redeemed it in the past. Some codes are also only active in specific countries, so your code may only work in other countries.
Also watch out for typos, such as between 0 and O, and it’s safer to copy your code and paste it into the field.
