In Lost Ark the weekly update is scheduled for today, July 13. After the major June update two weeks ago, this time it is only medium-sized bug fixes. We at MeinMMO summarize everything.
Update 17:09: The Europe West region is back online after a restart. All European servers are ready again, so you can loot!
What’s included in the update? Just two weeks ago, on June 30, the major June update was released with plenty of new content. Accordingly, the weekly update on July 13 is also rather small. The focus is on bug fixes in Lost Ark.
Two bugs related to the Dance Queen Rekiel are being fixed. Her fight previously caused a stir because a mechanic was not working correctly and the event boss dealt too much damage at times. Besides that, there’s also a technical fix that caused a black screen.
What else is coming? Practically in the same breath, the MMORPG announced via Twitter that the July update is already set to appear next week. There was a teaser showing the new Arcana class, paired with the text “July 20” (via Twitter).
So we can assume that some changes are being made in the backend tomorrow to prepare for the July update. That would explain the long downtime for the relatively few changes.

Lost Ark down today, Wednesday, July 13, until probably 2 PM
How long is the server status offline? The update begins as usual at 9:00 AM our time. At that time, the game servers will go offline and are expected to be down for about 5 hours this week. If everything goes according to plan, you can loot again starting at 2:00 PM.

You shouldn’t expect a larger download via Steam this week, as it only involves minor improvements.

- The problem that prevented the dancing queen “Rekiel” from dropping regeneration ether on Heartbeat Island has been fixed.
- The damage dealt by the dancing queen “Rekiel” on Heartbeat Island has been reduced.
