The Twitch streamer Nicholas Jynxzi
Stewart was banned by Riot Games and then gifted a new account. He violated one of the most important rules.
Why was Jynxzi banned by Riot Games? The Twitch streamer Jynxzi had something very special in mind in League of Legends: He wanted to play in the Iron rank. That is the lowest rank in LoL and correspondingly, there are beginners, to whom Jynxzi also belongs.
But he did not want to play casually, but wanted to start directly in ranked mode. However, to be able to play in this mode, the account must be at level 30.
Since Jynxzi did not want to painstakingly level a new account to 30, he simply bought an account. This violates the Riot Games guidelines.

Why is Jynxzi being gifted? Since Jynxzi live-streamed his gameplay with the purchased account on Twitch (Twitch stream from 26.04.206), the ban from Riot Games did not take long. Jynxzi was permanently excluded from LoL.
Later, the Twitch streamer apologized and stated that he regretted the purchase. He directly responded to a X post from a developer at Riot Games, Drew Levin, who wrote: Buying accounts is still illegal FYI
After the Twitch streamer’s apology, Drew Levin then sent Jynxzi a DM with an account that the Twitch streamer can use for his future LoL games.
Under another X post, a discussion arose among users about whether this was fair. After all, Jynxzi only had to apologize to be gifted an account. For an average player who does not have a large reach as a Twitch streamer and has violated this rule, it would certainly be more difficult.
League of Legends is a whole new game for Jynxzi; previously he was mainly known for the shooter Rainbow Six Siege. Recently, he started trying out other games, just like LoL or Apex Legends.
