Jasmin can’t get enough: With over 63 hours, My Time at Portia is my fourth most-played game on Steam. In this game, you take over your father’s workshop and start a new life in Portia. As is typical for life simulations, you gather resources, earn money, craft new items, and find the love of your life among the inhabitants.
What sets My Time at Portia apart from other life simulations for me is the exciting world. You can really only enter a small area compared to other open-world games, but it holds many clues to an ancient culture.
The secrets of the world have occupied me for a long time, and I have enjoyed discovering the small world and delving deeper into the mines. The more complex crafting system also motivates even after countless hours of play, where other life simulations become monotonous.
