What kind of class is this? The Barbarian class is known for brutal melee combat. They primarily fight with two axes, maiming countless foes in blind fury.
The Barbarian is often where the action begins and therefore always charges into the fray. With this combat style, you are mostly in close range. However, strengths lie not only in battle.

Barbarian Build: The Key Attributes
Here you will find the key attributes for your gear ranked:
- Strength – Increases damage
- Tenacity – Increases armor penetration and armor
- Vitality – Gives you more life
- Willpower – Increases potential and resistance
- Intelligence – Provides no bonuses for the Barbarian

Barbarian Build: Abilities and Rotation
The following 4 abilities deal the most damage with the build. However, keep in mind that most abilities can also be changed by Legendary gear:

Rotation: This build is designed for slashing through numerous opponents while regenerating your life. First, you use Berserker’s Fury to boost your attack and movement speed.
Target a group of enemies and possibly leap to them. Now use Immortal Rage and Whirlwind to spin into a horde of monsters. This will deal continuous damage while regenerating your health.
Barbarian Build: Legendary Gear
For the 6 slots with Legendary gear, the following items provide significant bonuses for the build:
- Weapon: Greedy Maelstrom
- Increases the radius of Whirlwind but reduces the movement speed of Whirlwind.
