Recently, the Twitch streamer KubaFPS, also simply known as Kuba
, announced he would become a casino streamer. His fellow streamer Trymacs had clear words for him.
Who accepted a casino deal? Initially, some voices in the community thought it was a joke, but it should now be clear that it is not: The Twitch streamer KubaFPS announced that he would start streaming online casinos. For this, he emigrated to Malta and further stated that he received an amount that one simply cannot refuse
(Source: YouTube from 00:35).
He was primarily known as a professional Valorant player and gaming streamer who could maintain a good audience, which is why this move is criticized by many. Trymacs also found clear words against him in a reaction to the announcement video.
What are casino deals?
Online casinos often enter into partnerships with streamers so that they visit their sites and play on them during their streams. Through their reach, many new potential customers for the online casino are found. In return, Twitch streamers are compensated with horrendous sums in the millions. Unlike their viewers, however, streamers face little real risk.
Knossi also streamed online casino in his early career, but without having closed a deal, as he himself says:
A gambling addiction can lead to suicide in the worst case. If you or someone close to you is going through dark times, you are not alone and can access help at telefonseelsorge.de or the number 0800 / 1110111 (available 24/7).
Trymacs refers to Kuba’s decision as Exit
What does Trymacs say about it? Trymacs responds in his Twitch stream from July 2, 2026, to Kuba’s statement video regarding the casino deal. In the clip, he appears visibly disappointed in his Twitch colleague and directly contradicts Kuba’s statement that he wants to risk everything
again:
[…] Because you have your community that you have built up over a decade, and then you drive them to online casinos. Some will just play a bit and have fun and a cool time. Some will get hooked and some will take their lives. […] It is not
risking everything; it isthrowing everything away. His whole legacy is thrown away, his community trampled, sold. Nothing risked. It is over. It is an exit.
– Trymacs on Twitch from 05:37
The Exit
statement from Trymacs can be understood to mean that with this step, Kuba can no longer return to the normal existence
as a streamer with gaming and other content. Because Kuba now has a certain label as a casino streamer due to this deal. Even if the deal expires, Kuba will probably not be able to continue as he used to. For this, he is also earning a lot of money all at once.
- The fact that one can quickly lose their savings and livelihood through gambling is also shown by this example: 32-year-old gambles away money for his wedding, loses his job: Now he’s suing a betting platform
Trymacs clearly distances himself from Kuba and his future gambling content with his reaction. For this reason, he should not have participated in Kuba’s Valorant tournament. At that time, he already knew about the casino deal. But other streamers also view the move critically.
What do other streamers say about it? Also, the streamer and LoL pro NoWay commented on X with a sarcastic post: I want to risk everything again, the next server trip goes to Malta. 🙂 I know many will celebrate this move!
The Twitch streamer Chefstrobel also spoke on the topic. He co-owned a company with Kuba and his brother, from which Kuba recently exited. He also lived with Kuba in a shared apartment for a long time.
Chefstrobel says he was also “not a fan” of the decision. On the one hand, he could understand the motives, as it is said to be a brutal amount
(Source: YouTube from 00:33), but on the other hand, he could not. Nevertheless, Kuba would remain one of his best friends.

Recently, it seems some Twitch streamers have also closed deals with online casinos again. Such as the streamer Giggand, whom Tanzverbot was particularly disappointed with: “What a powerful person has been lost here” – Tanzverbot criticizes the comeback of a certain trend on Twitch
