The Twitch streamer KUBAFPS was gone for an entire month. But his return went differently than expected.
Who is that? KUBAFPS is a professional Valorant player and Twitch streamer, who has been active in Valorant esports in recent years.
On Twitch, he took his viewers along as he went through ups and downs, showing how exhausting it is to practice esports.
But at the end of May, the streamer disappeared for a month on Twitch, and the comeback was different from what fans had expected.
From Esports to Casino
What did the streamer do? After his return, streamer KUBA initially hosted a major Valorant tournament that secured him the attention of viewers. According to Sullygnome.com, he had an average of 7,400 viewers.
But after the tournament, things continued mysteriously. After a countdown, KUBA went live with a message to his fans. He wanted to become a casino streamer in Malta from now on and establish gambling as part of his content alongside Valorant.
Although he knows that this is not popular with all his fans, he made this decision and wants to be completely open about it.

How are the fans reacting? In the chat and also on social media, fans are currently divided on whether the streamer is really serious about this step. In the video, he is indeed sitting in Malta and seems serious, yet the statement sounds so flat and clichéd that fans do not want to believe that the streamer is really doing this.
At the same time, among those who take the streamer seriously, there is also criticism. It seems rather shameless to first create a lot of attention through a tournament and then to use the newly gained viewers for upcoming casino streams.
As YouTube user @TmsKevin writes: “Wow, biggest disappointment,” while X.com user @400mililiter writes: “The way he talks, he can never be serious, hahaha.”
What do you think? Does the streamer mean it seriously? Or is this just a joke poking fun at the changes in the scene? Feel free to write it in the comments! Since the statement stream, KUBAFPS has not been live anymore, so it remains to be seen if he follows through.
