In ARC Raiders Speranza needs your help again. This time it is about the quest “A Rising Tide” and an outpost that many players can find difficult.
What do you have to do for the quest? Celeste sends you on a quest to find information about a special project. The task states the following:
- Search the Buried City for the barricaded apartment of the foreman south of Piazza Roma.
- Check the foreman’s digital logbook.
- Reach the generator complex on the Dam battlefields.
- Find a way into the controlled access zone.
- Search the controlled access zone for clues about the foreman’s reconstruction project.
Once you have completed all the tasks, you just need to report your progress to Celeste. Many players have trouble pinpointing the exact locations. Therefore, we will show you where you need to go.
Find the barricaded apartment of the foreman and search the logbook
To find the barricaded apartment of the foreman, you need to go to the Buried City and visit the place “Piazza Roma”. In these residential blocks, the apartment is located north of the Grandioso apartments in the middle of an inaccessible building. We will mark the building and the exact room on the map:
The apartment is equipped with a platform that you can connect with a cable car. This way, you can gain access to the foreman’s chambers effortlessly. Once in the living room, you need to interact with a large control panel to retrieve the logbook data.
Reach the controlled access zone and photograph the project
To reach the controlled access zone, you need to visit the generator complex on the dam battlefields. Once there, look for a way into the complex until you find a cable car in the building that leads you even further underground – that’s where the secret access zone is located.
You know you are right when you discover an area where the water reaches your legs. In this area, search for a fuel cell. You need this to restore power to the zone. Often, one of these cells is located right in the first room when you come down with the zip line – otherwise, look for it on the ground in the surrounding area.
Once you have one, you need to push further into the access zone, take the stairs up, and find a power box to insert the cell.
Once inserted, the room in front of you will be completely lit. Go there and look for a tablet that holds details about the surrounding landscape. Photograph the tablet and return to Celeste to report.
A successful extraction is not necessary to successfully complete the quest.
