Improvements
- Buyers of the Founder Pack can now use skins, titles, and other items for other characters and on other servers.
- Buyers of the Founder Pack can acquire items they do not yet own for free according to their Founder Pack level in the special shop.
- The free special shop for the Founder Pack is available to all characters on all servers until a closure announcement is made.
- Items you already own from your Founder Pack will not be bought again; if you have duplicate items in your inventory, we plan to add a feature that allows you to discard them at a later time.
- Skins you obtain multiple times through the special Founder Pack shop do not affect the purchase limit for paid skins. A fix aimed at preventing duplicate entries is planned for a future update.
- If you are unable to complete the purchase process for the Founder Pack, please close the client and try again.
- A weekly limit of 20 conversions per server is introduced in the conversion formula for converting “Wings (Sealed)” into “Enhancement Stones”.
- The drop rate for “Raw Leather,” which can be obtained from monsters in the “Chaotic Lower Levels of Reshanta,” is increased.
- The drop rate for “Raw Leather,” which can be obtained from monsters in “Verteron” and “Altgard,” is increased.
- New Kinah items are being added at Windbrise merchants.

- The issue where the maximum number of map markers that can be placed on the map was displayed incorrectly will be fixed.
- You can set up to 30 map markers.
- [Asmodian] Challenge season missions > The issue where the mission “Daeva of Radiant Achievements” in the weekly missions cannot be completed properly will be fixed.
- The issue where the “Movement Control” option under “Settings” > “Key Settings” > “General” is displayed multiple times will be fixed.
- An issue where certain emote commands do not function correctly in chat will be fixed.

The servers are now going offline. So do not be surprised if you get kicked out of the game; that’s how it is supposed to be.
For the next 3.5 hours, unfortunately, you cannot continue playing Aion 2. We are keeping an eye out for you to see if you can get back in earlier and if the patch notes will be released soon.

Good morning, dear Daevas! Today there is an update for Aion 2 and associated server maintenance.
This starts at 8:30 AM CEST and is scheduled to run until 12:30 PM CEST.
During this time, unfortunately, you cannot play. We are there for you live in the ticker and will let you know when you can get back into the game.
When do the servers go offline? The maintenance starts at 8:30 AM CEST on October 7, 2026.
What happens then? You will no longer be able to play from that point and will be kicked out of the game. During maintenance, you will not be able to reconnect either.
How long is the maintenance supposed to last? For Europe, a maintenance duration of 3 hours and 30 minutes is scheduled, as NCSoft reveals via Steam. The servers should be accessible again from 12:00 PM. However, the developers point out that there may also be changes.

Many players are now slowly reaching endgame, especially those who started the game in early access. Part of this is the notorious Abyss, which MMORPG expert Karsten really likes, but also frustrates him: Content from Aion 2 is wonderfully massive, I hate and love it equally
