Aion 2: All about release, early access, beta, and platforms
When is the release of Aion 2 in the West? On October 5, 2026, Aion 2 will be released in its global version in the West.
Will there be an early access? Yes, for a whole 5 days before the official release, starting from September 30. You can participate in the EA by purchasing one of the founder packages. You can read more about it here:
Will there be a beta beforehand? It is currently unknown if there will be a beta before the release – neither open nor closed. If this changes, you will find out here.
For which platforms will Aion 2 be released? Aion 2 will initially only be available for PC via Steam and its own launcher. There is a mobile version for the Korean home market, but it is not intended to come to the West. A port for consoles is in the works but is still a long way from completion. Owners of a PS5 and Xbox will need to be patient.

When was the release in Asia? In South Korea and Taiwan, Aion 2 has been playable since November 19, 2025.
