In Path of Exile 2 there are supposed to be more secrets that players have not yet discovered. But the developers are far from done.
Are there secrets in Path of Exile 2? Yes, the developers of Path of Exile 2 have already started incorporating secrets and special options at launch that not every player encounters.
A special secret could include a unique mechanic of the current season. The first player to reach the maximum level had the choice to sacrifice their character to increase the power of all other characters in Path of Exile 2.
But there are also crafting recipes that the developers do not disclose, which players must discover themselves. But that is not enough for the chief.

More secrets are coming
Are there still undiscovered secrets? Yes, there are! In a conversation with PcGamesN, “Path of Exile 2” Chief Mark Roberts revealed: “Somehow everything has been found, but somehow not yet.”
He continues: “I know it sounds damn vague, but two other things came to my mind that are not yet fully known.” But while the fans can look for the remaining two secrets in the game, the developers are already working on new ones.
Roberts explains: “I have prepared a lot for the next time, it’s going to be fun. These are among my favorite contents to create.”
What secrets still need to be found? Based on his statement, the fans immediately start to speculate about what the chief might have meant. Veteran players are competing with their ideas on Reddit:
- jossief1: “There is an underground expedition area with plenty of frozen monsters. I wonder if that is one of them.”
- levyb: “I once saw an underground expedition area filled with monster and treasure markers that I could not activate, to my knowledge. I don’t know how to deal with it.”
- shortMEISTERthe3rd: “I’m 99 percent sure one of them is the secret Ritualist node, and I’m also sure it’s one of the bugged ones mentioned in the Ziziran interview.”
- rove_ranger: “It sounds like something was found, but there is more to it.”
