What are those auras? User Blackdragon1400 took the effort on Reddit to compile all the Pals with the passive skill that can empower other Pals around them. They just need to be actively stationed in your camp, and they provide your other present workers a +1 bonus to their respective proficiency abilities through their aura.

Overview of Advantages and Disadvantages
All Pals with their auras are subject to some limitations. However, their use also brings some advantages.
Advantages
- You can boost your Pals’ proficiency temporarily or permanently without consuming valuable books
- This is especially worthwhile if you have many Pals in storage, as, for example, if you have 10 Pals in storage and add a Pal with aura, all 10 receive the +1 on their respective proficiency
- For the same values, you would actually have to spend 10 books with the respective proficiency
- You can flexibly switch the proficiency you want to boost by changing the corresponding Pal with aura
Disadvantages
- You can only boost up to a proficiency level of 10, anything beyond that will be lost
- The auras cannot be stacked, you can only use one actively at a time
- Auras do not improve when you upgrade the Pals – you can only boost +1
