In addition to the codes, there was recently a mailing of 10 x Resonating Melody as compensation. You can pick these up without a new code directly in the mailbox in the game.

Redeeming codes and issues with codes
How do I redeem the codes? If you want to enter a valid code, you can do this through the menu in the game itself. Follow this path:
- Settings / Settings → Other / Other → Exchange Code / Exchange Code
Why might my code not work? Most of the time, the codes that produce an error message are simply expired. However, it could also be that certain codes are only released for specific regions and therefore do not work in your country.
But make sure to check if you also have a typo in your code. It’s best to copy the code directly from this list and paste it into the game to avoid errors in the character string.
If you still want to type it in yourself, pay special attention to whether an O is an O or perhaps more of a 0. The same goes for sequences where 1 and I occur.
