For many shooter fans, August 21, 2026, is a small holiday: the highly anticipated shooter Wardogs and the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 are starting their Closed Beta today. In Wardogs, the first players can start at 7:00 PM. We will keep you updated here on the current status of the servers!

There may be authentication issues, which means you will have to take your place in the queue again. Currently, you would have around 45,000 players ahead of you.

If you start the game now, you will be approximately in place 64,000 in the queue.

Meanwhile, I no longer receive an error message and can join the queue – currently, there are around 46,000 players ahead of me.

The servers are now officially starting, but again with queues. The current queue may have over 24,000 players.

Apparently, we still have to wait a little longer. As the developers announced on Discord, the beta start has been postponed to 7:30 PM.

I cannot access the game myself, but only receive an error message at launch. So there may be other problems beyond just the queues – but I am still trying to find out whether it is an issue with me or my system or with Wardogs itself.
