The dungeon boss “Out of Sight” from Throne and Liberty (in English: Old Wizard Eye) awaits you on the 14th floor of Taedal’s Tower, and we will reveal how you can defeat him.
Where can you find “Out of Sight” and what can he do? This level 50 boss is a single-dungeon boss from Taedal’s Tower. You will find him on the “14th floor“. This monster is a bit challenging to defeat. He has four different attacks that you need to learn about. However, right from the start, you should shoot everything you can at him, as he takes a while to wake up. And then the real battle begins.
It is especially advantageous if you use a staff or daggers as weapons because both of these combat tools have abilities that allow you to quickly teleport out of a danger zone—this is not just very useful against this boss, but it also makes the fight significantly easier. However, even without this advantage, you can defeat him with some effort and sweat, and we will tell you how.
In Throne and Liberty, there are not only solo dungeons but also guild dungeons:
Fire Shockwave
When the boss “Out of Sight” pulls in his tentacles and a purple circle appears on him, you need to prepare for the fire shockwave. You can parry this by executing your block attack at the right moment. This way, the shockwave cannot harm you. Otherwise, this attack can cause a lot of damage.
To block correctly, you need to time it when the large purple circle gets smaller and touches the inner purple circle. If you achieve a perfect block, you can even attack with an extra ability on the same button afterward.
Burn Marks
If the boss shrinks and forms red lightning around himself, the burn marks attack follows. He will place three fire circles under your character on the ground. It’s best to sprint in a circle around him to avoid this. You should be able to escape this attack without much trouble.
Triple Fire Wave
Another attack from the eye is the triple fire ground wave. Do not try to block this attack. Instead, jump over the ground waves. First, he lifts a bit and sucks in the fire. When he is still in the air, just before the boss stomps down again to unleash the fire wave, you need to jump. And then do that three times in a row.
Fire Cone
The fire cone attack is the deadliest of all. The eye shoots a cone-shaped fire attack in its target direction, and if you do not evade it correctly, you are as good as done for. Here, the abilities of the staff and dagger come into play because you do not have much time to escape from this attack.
Teleported behind the boss with an ability is thus the easiest method to get away unharmed. This works even if the boss briefly stuns you due to a failed parry beforehand.
However, you can also try to stay relatively close to the boss so you can sprint through him to the other side. The fire cone is the most challenging attack of the eye; if you master this, you should be able to conquer the fourteenth floor in no time.
What is the reward for defeating this boss? For defeating the level 50 boss “Out of Sight” from Taedal’s Tower on the “14th floor“, you will of course receive some rewards. These include 49,148 Sollant and 42,052 experience points. On top of that, you get ten strong health potions and seven epic “growth stones“ to upgrade your equipment.
