Anyone with the necessary skills can take a position of power regardless of wealth and family. Diplomacy is often rejected, and the Noxians solve problems through conquest and war. Despite the performance-oriented ideals of Noxus, the great noble houses still hold considerable influence.

5. Darius – The Hand of Noxus
Darius grew up as an orphan in a port city with his brother Draven. Both were recruited into the Noxian army by a commander and fought their way to a high status in various conquests and wars.
Darius earned great respect from the populace through his aggression, discipline, and steadfastness. He won wars against numerically superior opponents and thus gained command over his own unit. After a decisive victory, Darius was appointed the “Hand of Noxus” by Grand General Darkwill.
After a years-long campaign in the icy north and several assassination attempts on Darius, he returned to Noxus. Swain had overthrown and murdered Grand General Darkwill during Darius’s absence.
Darius was appointed as one of the three new council members to rule over Noxus. With his incredible physical strength, military skill, and iron will to lead Noxus into a new age of conquest, Darius enters history as one of the mightiest champions of Noxus.
