What makes the M4 special in The Division?

To prevent the reticle from opening too quickly, you should focus on accuracy mods. This way, you’ll hit better at distance.

By the way: Currently, the blueprint vendor also has a blueprint for the ACR assault rifle on offer. However, the M4 is the clearly better choice. The maximum base damage and magazine size of both weapons are identical, but the M4 has a higher rate of fire, better precision, stability, and range. Only the reload speed of the ACR is a bit better.
