How was this list compiled? In this ranking, we focus on Marvel comics, not on the movies. Accordingly, there are characters on the list who have not (so far) been part of the group in the films.

Hercules – The Demigod from Olympus
- First Appearance: 1965 in the comic Journey into Mystery Annual No. 1 (previously in another version in Young Allies No. 16 (1945))
Although Hercules had a small appearance in the fourth Thor movie, he has not yet been properly introduced in the MCU. In the comics, he is quite an important character, who not only fights with Hulk or Thor, but also helps the heroes against powerful foes.
He was not only a member of the Avengers. In the comic series of the Guardians of the Galaxy that started in 2020 (via marvel.com), he helped Star-Lord’s team against evil gods and himself became a member of the team, thus also one of the strongest.
Like Thor, Hercules has god-like strength, with which he can even keep up with many versions of Hulk. Moreover, he does not age and is immune to most diseases. Like other gods from Olympus, he cannot be killed (at least not without bizarre tricks).
