At the end of January 2024, the latest installment of a popular fighting game series will be released. Now, Tekken 8 introduces its final new character. This fighter impresses in her promotional trailer in every way.
A new trailer has now introduced the last new fighter for Tekken 8. The new entry in the well-known fighting game series will be released on January 26, 2024, for PC, PS5, and Xbox.

What does the trailer show? In addition to the introduction of Reina, you also get a glimpse of a new stage. This stage resembles a magnificent temple with huge statues of the gods, golden accents, and large sliding doors that get destroyed in battle, enlarging the stage even further.
However, the stage is definitely just a supporting character, as the real star of the trailer is the fighter Reina. And she shows in the trailer what she’s capable of.
Reina awaits you on a huge chair in the middle of the new stage and challenges you to push her to her limits. That this is quite difficult to achieve is then shown in several fight scenes.
Among other things, she makes the old and beloved fighters Jin and Kazuya look quite bad in the trailer.
Reina is an acrobatic fighter and uses the fighting style Taido. With brutal techniques and quick footwork, she quickly closes the distance between herself and her opponent, leaving them hardly any chance.
Additionally, she seems to utilize electricity and lightning to give her attacks the final touch.
