The first dates for the new Season in Pokémon GO have already been announced. There is a commonality that stands out.
What is known about the new Season? So far, neither the name of the new Season nor content such as raid bosses and monsters are known. Since the current Season “Memories in Motion” runs until June 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the upcoming Season will be closely tied to this and will likely last about 3 months, as is usual.
However, the first dates for the new Season have now been announced. A change that occurred in the current Season will continue.

What dates are they? The dates that have been announced so far include the Community Days of the new Season and several other events. The following dates have already been announced:
- Saturday, June 20, 2026: Community Day
- Saturday, June 27, 2026: Raid Day
- Saturday, July 4, 2026: Community Day
- Saturday, July 18, 2026: Unknown Event
- Saturday, August 8, 2026: Hatch Day
- Saturday, August 15, 2026: Community Day
- Saturday, August 22, 2026: Raid Day
Two things stand out about the announced dates. Firstly, based on current knowledge, there will be no Community Day Classic in the upcoming Season. While not every Season features this event, it may still be disappointing for some trainers, especially since a Community Day Classic is set to occur in the current Season, which could even feature a really strong monster.
Additionally, all dates from the list will take place on a Saturday. This aligns with the announced changes for the current Season, which stated that weekend events will now only take place on Saturdays.
This approach may bring joy to some trainers who prefer to spend time with family on Sundays or plan their day differently. They will not miss any events in the future. On the other hand, the new structure could cause frustration among trainers who have to work regularly on Saturdays.
