A pal in Palworld actually ensures that the whole team becomes stronger. However, after a player uses it, they notice that all other Pals suddenly lose vitality. This is not a bug, but a mechanic.
What is the player’s problem? On Reddit, a Reddit user asked why their team is constantly taking damage. As soon as they pull them out of the spheres, they end up injured except for a single Pal. They initially thought it was a bug, but the community provided the answer in the comments: The traitor is among us and is called Celesdir Noct.
This is the culprit: The Pal Celesdir Noct is a shadow Pal that can be used as a mount. Just like other Pals, it also has a partner ability that offers a good advantage, but also brings a disadvantage.

and that is true when you look at the ability.
Celesdir Noct can increase the attack of all your Pals in the team by 40 to 80%. However, the effect is not stackable. The price is the hit points of your Pals, as they gradually lose HP during the battle. You essentially play as glass cannons from now on.
How should I play Celesdir Noct? Celesdir Noct is particularly useful with its ability when you have Pals in your team that already have an extremely high attack. The attack is further enhanced, and you might even be able to oneshot your opponents.
Of course, you should also be careful that your Pals still have enough HP. You should either regularly heal them or look for Pals that naturally have a lot of hit points.
Another trick is Pals that have the ability Vampiric
. They steal HP from enemies and heal themselves in the process. Combined with Celesdir Noct’s ability, they become nearly unbeatable Pals.
