Path of Exile 2 launched in Early Access on December 6, 2024. However, due to issues, no one was able to access the server. Nevertheless, the game had hundreds of thousands of viewers on Twitch.
The action RPG Path of Exile has launched on Steam. However, there are many issues at the start, and the developers are postponing the release by several hours. Twitch Drops for Path of Exile 2 and thousands are watching
Why are so many people watching? Path of Exile 2 offers what are called Twitch Drops: This means you need to watch a selected person stream Path of Exile 2. However, you do not need to interact with the streamer; you can simply let the stream run in the background while you do something completely different.
How many viewers does Path of Exile 2 currently have? At the current moment (as of 07.12.24, around 10:00 AM), Path of Exile 2 on Twitch has about 320,000 viewers. That is only about a third of the high numbers at the game’s release night. However, player numbers are currently trending slightly upwards.
How many viewers did Diablo 4 have? According to Twitchtracker.com, Diablo 4 had a peak of 941,488 viewers. This was on June 1, 2023.
Path of Exile 2 can now be played without issues
You can now log in to Path of Exile 2 without any issues. The developers have resolved the problems, and many streamers are actually showcasing Path of Exile 2. If you still want the Twitch Drops or just want to watch someone play, you still have a chance. The whole event runs in the first two weeks after the game’s EA launch.
The Twitch Drops will remain exclusive throughout the entire Early Access phase. So if you miss them, you will only be able to obtain them again for real money afterwards.
