When I saw the game world for the first time, I immediately felt like I was entering a beautiful fairy tale. The character can be equipped with a witch hat, a cloak, and a stylish outfit.
The creatures also look simply adorable and harmonious. Their fur appears particularly fluffy, and with their big button eyes, they wrap me around their finger. They still look like they are from a fantasy world and not overly catered to “kawaiiness” like in Aniimo.

Mit Interface-Addons kann man das Spiel-Erlebnis anpassen – aber zwingend notwendig ist das nicht.
Welche Klasse ist die Beste?
Wichtiger noch als die Auswahl des Volkes ist die Wahl, welche Klasse man spielen soll. Denn welche Klasse ist „die Beste“? Und welche Klasse „spielt niemand, weil sie so schlecht ist“?
Ganz grundsätzlich gilt hier: Wählt die Klasse, die euch optisch am meisten anspricht. Wenn ihr gerne mit Feuer um euch schmeißt und Dämonen beschwört, spielt eine Hexenmeisterin. Mögt ihr es klassisch und haut gerne mit übergroßen Zweihandwaffen zu, wählt einen Krieger. Wenn ihr einen Hang zu Tieren oder tierischen Begleitern habt, probiert euch am Jäger oder Druiden.
Alle 13 Klassen in World of Warcraft sind gut. Ja, zu jedem Zeitpunkt gibt es immer einen „Favoriten“, der mathematisch ein kleines bisschen besser ist. Aber das ist zum einen nur für die Profis wirklich wichtig und zum anderen bringt Blizzard alle paar Wochen einen Patch, um die Balance anzupassen.
Jede Klasse hat ihre Daseinsberechtigung und ist in jeder Form von Spielinhalt gut spielbar.
Wichtig hier ist aber auch: Eine neue Klasse lässt sich in World of Warcraft im Verlauf von ein bis drei Abenden auf die Maximalstufe bringen. Die Wahl der Klasse ist also keine permanente Entscheidung, die ihr im Zweifelsfall bereut. WoW ist inzwischen sehr freundlich, wenn es um das Spielen von Zweitcharakteren geht. Experimentiert also ruhig mit allen Klassen und schaut, welche euch am meisten Freude bereitet.

Protecting youth from loot boxes
What does the Attorney General say about loot boxes? The lawsuit describes that the Attorney General’s office conducted investigations into Valve’s games (Counter-Strike 2, Team Fortress 2, and Dota 2). They compare the mechanics to gambling since one can sell virtual items without in-game functionality online for a lot of money. They mention a skin that was sold for over 1 million US dollars (about 848,000 Euros) (source: Kotaku). According to the lawsuit, Valve has made billions of dollars luring its users, many of whom are teenagers or younger, to engage in gambling in the hopes of winning expensive virtual items that they can cash in on. The Attorney General is referring to third-party websites where one can sell their skins for real money.
Selling skins is attractive to thieves who want to hack accounts or trick users. Regarding the danger for children, the lawsuit also references younger players who could be encouraged to start gambling through loot boxes to enhance their status in the games’ virtual worlds.
