These Community Day events take place in Pokémon GO once a month. They aim to help trainers come together and grow the community collectively. During the event, special Pokémon spawn more frequently everywhere – in parks, the chances are even higher.

With the upcoming expansion Battle for Azeroth, some professions in World of Warcraft will be reworked. The profession of First Aid will even disappear completely, and the associated recipes will be transferred to tailoring and alchemy, meaning some game content will no longer be available.
Corresponding achievements will also be moved to the “Legacy” tab and will no longer be obtainable. This also means that the cool title “Field Medic” will no longer exist once Patch 8.0 goes live! Since Battle for Azeroth already releases on August 14, Patch 8.0 will likely be released 2-4 weeks prior – so time is of the essence.
That’s why we have written a small guide for you to effectively farm the title. After all, the title is account-wide – if you earn it with one character, all others can use it as well.
How to become a Field Medic in World of Warcraft?
To obtain the title Field Medic (in German “Feldsanitäter”), you only need to complete all the “First Aid” quests from Legion.
What sounds simple is complicated by the fact that these quests cannot be accepted and completed in order as is the case with other professions. Instead, the quest starter items must be painstakingly farmed, as they only drop in specific areas.
There are a total of 16 quests, and thus also 16 quest starter items that need to be farmed.
Almost all items drop randomly in their respective areas. However, there are a few particularly good farming spots where enemies either have a higher drop chance or respawn almost immediately, so there are no downtimes while farming.
To complete the quests, you almost always need field bandages (which you can buy in the “First Aid” shop in Dalaran) and other First Aid items. Here is a list of all required items:
The perfect farming spot in Suramar is located at the entrance to the Moonwatch Fortress at coordinates 31 / 18. The Nightborne can be killed quickly and have a specific spawn interval: as soon as enough enemies are defeated, new ones automatically appear. There is no waiting time for respawns, as it solely depends on your farming speed.

The Vrykul and Murlocs northeast of Valdisdall are great for farming, especially around the quarry where there are many Vrykul. Due to the sheer number of mobs, there should be hardly any downtimes when farming.

The best place to farm is at the kobold cave near Skyhorn, at coordinates 55 / 45. The kobolds respawn quickly and have low health, making them a perfect farming option.

General tips for farming the Field Medic
Finally, here are a few important notes:
Even though the title is account-wide, the individual quests are not. You must complete all quests on one character to unlock the title.
For many quests, you will need high-level First Aid items. The necessary materials to quickly raise the profession to 800 can almost always be found cheaply in the auction house on any server.
Use groups for farming whenever possible – but no raids! The quest items only drop in groups of a maximum of 5 people.
Some players report that you can only have one quest active at a time (even though this is disputed) – to be safe, always complete the quests immediately.
Use the buff food “Bear Tartare”, which gives you a speed buff after each kill. This allows you to farm even faster.

Secretly, the developers of Overwatch have implemented a new game mode – and it is also “Ranked”. The community is excited.
In the Arcade of Overwatch, the developers have the opportunity to test new, crazy game modes from time to time without affecting Overwatch as a whole. Completely unexpectedly, a new game mode started this morning (04/17/2018) in the Arcade: Competitive 6v6 Elimination.
This mode is a classic Team Deathmatch, where two teams of 6 players compete against each other.
Heroes are gradually excluded
The rules for the game mode are interesting and ensure that teams have to come up with new strategies each time. The game is played in the “Best of 5” mode – a team must win three times to claim overall victory.
The catch is: Once a team has won once, the chosen heroes are excluded – they are no longer available. So, if someone has wiped everyone out with Widowmaker in the first round, they must choose a different hero in the upcoming rounds.
In plain terms, this means that a winning team in its last round only has a selection of nine heroes left. Planning and strategy are necessary so that you don’t waste “the best heroes” in the first round and end up hopelessly outmatched.
Especially cool is that the mode is “ranked”, meaning it is treated like a real season. There are ten placement matches followed by a skill rating to place players according to their ability.
The season runs until May 7, 2018, after which the game mode will disappear from the Arcade.

In Destiny 2, on April 17th, the Weekly Reset occurs. With the weekly reset, new activities such as the Nightfall strike or the Flashpoint can now be engaged. The weekly Crucible playlist is also rotating again – finally, the Iron Banner can be played in the 6v6 format.
It’s that time again – a new week in the Destiny universe is here. This time, it brings the 6v6 Iron Banner. The PvP event was originally scheduled for April 10th, but had to be postponed due to a previously identified issue. Now, Guardians have a week to enjoy the long-awaited 6v6 mode of the Crucible.

The years of fighting against Blizzard are showing results. The well-known manufacturer of the WoW bot Honorbuddy, the Zwickau company Bossland, sounds like they are giving up in the new newsletter. Bossland was known and infamous for bots for Diablo 3, Overwatch, Heroes of the Storm, WoW, and many other games.
For years, the Zwickau company Bossland has been combative. They create bots for games from Blizzard, such as Honorbuddy (WoW) or Demonbuddy (Diablo). However, the repertoire has shrunk. After ban waves and defeats in court, the bots for Blizzard games have all been discontinued.

Now there are hardly any options left to create something. They urge the community to get the game and write an honest review. With that, Bossland supposedly wants to see how large the fan base still is.
But Bossland believes: The fan base is now gone. When Honorbuddy and Demonbuddy disappeared, they also lost the support of the users.
The newsletter is signed with “Yours Bossland. Have a nice life.” That sounds like a farewell.
Monster Hunter World is releasing a major update this week, bringing a new elder dragon and a new quest area. In the Eldorado Caves, you will hunt the golden Kulve Taroth. You will also be able to complete the quest with a total of 16 players.

You will be able to collaborate in a completely new type of siege quest to defeat the golden elder dragon. All players in the gathering hub can work together in this quest. The gathering location can hold four groups of four players each, resulting in a total of 16 players working together.
Here is how the new siege quest works:

There are only a few Warframes like Excalibur that take their own weapons to the battlefield. Khora has her own metallic whip, which strikes at her opponents like a snake. New Survival Mode “Sanctuary Onslaught” brings new portal mechanics
To obtain Khora, you must fight through the new survival mode “Sanctuary Onslaught”. Here, the AI Cephalon Simaris has captured Khora and holds her prisoner. As is common for a survival mission, you will face an endless wave of enemies.
New to this survival mode is the portal function. If you survive the enemy waves long enough, a portal will appear through which you can escape. This will throw you into the next randomly generated room, where you will need to continue surviving. The portal can be seen in the image below.

The “Beast of the Sanctuary” update brings Peculiar Mods – but only for testing
The “Beast of the Sanctuary” update will also introduce a first test for the new and peculiar Peculiar Mods.
Originally, it was planned that a reward from “Sanctuary Onslaught” would be the “Peculiar Mods” which translate to something like strange or curious mods. These special modifications themselves serve no purpose except to trigger a quirky effect.
However, since these mods have been received controversially by the community, Digital Extremes is scaling them down to a test run. You will only receive the already introduced “Flower Mods”. These allow flowers to grow from enemies when they are critically hit.
At first, they want to see how players receive the mods and how they interact with them. Afterward, the system could either be completely scrapped or adjusted before more Peculiar Mods are added to the game.

You have completed the story of Monster Hunter World, upgraded your gear significantly, and now don’t know what to do, and Monster Hunter World is getting boring? How about challenging yourself a little bit?
Monster Hunter World offers you content that you can tackle for over a hundred hours and beyond. After completing the main story, you can also finish all optional quests and unlock features like the rainbow dye. Or you become trophy-hunters and take on tasks like collecting rare pets and gold crowns.
However, once all that is done and it’s just about farming monsters for better gear, some hunters find that certain excitement is missing. Farming the same monsters feels boring and monotonous to some quickly.
To bring more variety back into monster hunting, you can challenge yourself with a bit of creativity. Here are a few suggestions on how to make life as a hunter hell for yourself.
Monsters too easy? Take off the armor
Especially if you have progressed far in the game, fully augmented your gear, and filled it with decorations, the monsters become quite easy. If you want to make the battle more exciting again, just take off your armor and see how you fare against the monsters.
After all, only your gear contributes to your character’s strength. Without it, you will just be paper for the monsters, and you will need to demonstrate high concentration and good reflexes again.
Besides the “No Armor Challenge”, you can do other simple things to make the battle more exciting:
Use only bombs
Items are prohibited
The kinsect of the insect glaive is your only weapon
Attacks are only allowed from the air
You may not heal
Palicos stay at home
You can only attack while sliding
Quest failed? You’re dead! Delete the save file
If a monster knocks you down, you don’t die, but you are carried back to camp on a cart. So you just become unconscious. How about increasing the risk of a hunt?
From now on, you will die if a monster catches you, and you must delete your save file and start over. You can tie this to different conditions. Either you die as soon as the quest fails, or you delete your character already after being knocked out.
For this challenge, you can of course use a second character. Or do you dare to play with your main character?
Game Roulette! Luck decides about weapons, monsters, and challenges
Another way to create excitement is to play with randomness. You can quickly write down the weapons and monsters on slips of paper. Before you embark on the next quest, draw one of the weapon and monster slips. Now you must use the weapon you drew and fight the monster that was on the slip.
You can also continue this random principle with various challenges, such as “items prohibited” or “playing without armor”. This way, you’ll continually get new combinations of challenges. Perhaps you’ll even accidentally discover your new favorite weapon, even though you thought you hated it.
Speedruns – every second and the slightest mistake counts
The most famous method to create an endgame challenge in Monster Hunter World is speedruns. Here there are two methods:
Complete the story as quickly as possible: Start a new save file and try to kill Xeno’Jiiva for the first time as quickly as possible. There is also a page with an international leaderboard.
Hunt monsters as quickly as possible: Try to hunt a specific monster as quickly as possible with different weapon builds.
If you step on a paralysis toad just once here and get caught by its dust, it can cost you the new record. Moreover, speedruns are also often used to compare weapon builds. Anyone who wants to set records must know Monster Hunter World inside and out.
Want a bit of PvP? The last one standing wins
Monster Hunter World is actually a cooperative game where you fight monsters with other hunters. With the “Last-Man-Standing” game, you can also compete against your teammates. Every time someone in the group becomes unconscious and is carried back to camp, they must also stay there.

Since its release, players have suspected that a hidden Juggler mechanic comes into play in Destiny 2. While Bungie still hasn’t commented on the hypothesis, a player took matters into his own hands and conducted a test series. And indeed: It seems that Bungie wants to turn Guardians in Destiny into weapon jugglers.
Ever since the release of Destiny 2, some Guardians believe that noticeably less ammunition drops for the currently equipped weapon in activities. They refer to a hidden Juggler mechanic.
Juggler was known in Destiny 1 as a modifier for story missions and strikes.
While players openly criticized the possibility of this hidden mechanic, Bungie remained silent. Players are still waiting for an official response as to whether this is their own distorted perception, a bug, or an actual mechanic.
A player has now conducted a test series to investigate the speculations.
What is Juggler anyway?
In Destiny 1, Juggler was one of the less popular modifiers, which ensured that no ammunition for the currently equipped weapon dropped from defeated enemies. As a result, players had to pay more attention to their remaining ammunition and switch more frequently between primary, special, and heavy weapons.
The modifier was used in story missions and strikes.
In Destiny 2, a similar, but hidden modifier is supposed to be in effect in all activities. While it is not the case that no ammunition drops for the currently equipped weapon, according to numerous players, the ammunition supply has noticeably decreased.

The Reddit user diaryofadragonborn had enough of hypotheses and theories and conducted his own test series in the Lost Sector Widow’s Walk in the EDZ. He fought 500 enemies with kinetic, energy, and power weapons each and compared the dropped ammunition.

The test revealed that ammunition for the currently equipped kinetic or energy weapon drops only about 25 percent of the time, while the other weapon had a drop rate of about 65 percent.
diaryofadragonborn encourages players to conduct further tests themselves. He also finds it interesting to find out whether other weapons have an influence on the respective drop chance. He himself wants to continue investigating the drop rate of power ammunition.

On Reddit, players feel confirmed in their suspicion of the hidden mechanic. User crypticfreak wouldn’t have a problem with the system if the game actively encouraged weapon switching.

Currently, however, the mechanic feels as if Destiny 2 is just forcing players to switch.
Another player counters that it is actually intended for Guardians to switch their weapons in combat depending on the situation. After all, enemy shields are more vulnerable to energy weapons, while opponents without shields are more susceptible to kinetic weapons.

According to the Spanish site El Chapuzas Informatico, the Ryzen 7 2700X is about ten percent faster in games than its predecessor, the Ryzen 7 1700. For applications, the performance increase is slightly lower at 7%. The reason for the increase is lower cache and memory latencies.
Ryzen 7 and Ryzen 5 performance are close to each other in games. However, the problem with these first benchmarks is that both processors are likely limited by the used graphics card, the GTX 1070 with ultra details. In applications, Ryzen 7 has a clear advantage due to its additional cores.
According to the benchmark comparison from wccftech, the Intel CPU i7 8700K and AMD Ryzen 7 2700X are on par. In Doom, Ryzen 7 achieves 56,067 FPS, the i7 8700K 56,167 FPS, and in Resident Evil 7 it’s 44,735 for AMD and 43,494 for Intel. The same goes for other games. Sometimes Intel wins, sometimes AMD. The differences are always marginal.
If the game benefits from a high core count, Ryzen wins. If the clock rate is more important, the i7 8700K wins the duel.
AMD has always had strong competitors. In the graphics card sector, it is Nvidia, in processors, Intel. For a long time, Intel seemed unbeatable and put AMD in a financial predicament. Analysts even suspected the company’s bankruptcy by 2020.
But the CEO Lisa Su, appointed at the end of 2014, managed to turn things around. Through a long-term strategy, she ensured AMD’s financial success. With the Ryzen CPUs, she achieved a breakthrough: AMD is profitable again and Lisa Su is seen as the new Steve Jobs.
