Zombie games have become tiresome for many gamers by now. No wonder, in recent years we’ve been inundated with zombie apocalypses to the point that probably the entire world’s population has been used as shuffling corpses multiple times over. Nevertheless, there is one “zombie game” that has reignited my hype completely: OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead.
But what has fueled my hype?
A mix of Left 4 Dead and The Last of Us
So far, everything indicates that OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead will be the perfect mix of two games that I adored.
In Left 4 Dead (2), I spent countless hours racing with friends through the maps and slaughtering zombies. There was no better feeling than smashing zombies’ skulls with a katana (or in Ellis’s case: with a frying pan).
The second game was The Last of Us. A dense story, coupled with a dark atmosphere, stealth gameplay, and limited resources. Plus, complex characters with great interactions and many small details to discover.
The gameplay scenes shown so far are magnificent. There always seem to be multiple ways to deal with problems as a team. Do you massacre the zombies one by one and stealthily? Do you lure the zombies to hostile survivors? Or do you simply bypass them altogether?
I also really like the team options. Two enemies guard the exit of a building. You mark the two enemies so that your teammates are alerted, and then you sneak around them. Bless Online will soon celebrate its official release in the West and will then be Free2Play. We interviewed the developers at Neowiz for this occasion and addressed the German localization among other things.

Neowiz: Yes, the German localization for Bless will be completed by the official launch this month. We can hardly wait!
Bless will receive even more PvE content, but focusing on it is difficult
In Germany, players often desire a large proportion of PvE content that they can tackle without PvP. This raised the question for us whether it would make sense to place a stronger focus on PvE for Bless.
Recently, a new raid called Patala has been released for players at end level. Is there a change in direction?
Mein-MMO: There are many supporters of PvE in Germany. Have you considered shifting the game’s focus a bit more towards PvE?
Neowiz: Bless has a lot of content that makes it difficult to separate PvP and PvE, such as world bosses, the area Basel Gorge, and other content that combines PvE and PvP. Bless was designed with both aspects of the game in mind, so it would do a disservice to remove any part of it.
We understand, however, that not all players enjoy PvP as much or only want to participate once they have reached a certain level. For this reason, we have decided to provide items that allow players to avoid PvP while their characters level up and grow. Additionally, we will continue to add PvE content with our updates.
A second large part of the interview is coming: We asked the developers even more questions that deal heavily with the existing issues and criticism of Bless. The release of the second part will follow and will be linked here.
The fans of Overwatch have started a rather unusual petition on Reddit. They want the Game Director Jeff Kaplan to be immortalized in the game through a spray logo.
Who is Jeff Kaplan? The director of Overwatch and Vice President of Blizzard, Jeff Kaplan, is considered a beloved figure in the Overwatch community. He regularly appears in the videos of developer updates, where he presents and explains the latest balance changes and new content for Overwatch.
His dry humor and regular actions against toxic players and trolls have already led to many memes in the community. Now a fan has suggested that Jeff should be implemented in the game through a spray logo.

How else could Jeff Kaplan be brought into Overwatch? The user Mainsubreddit_OW has also suggested implementing the phrase “This is Jeff from the Overwatch team” into the game. This phrase has since become the trademark of the Overwatch director, as almost every developer video begins with it.
The phrase should also be made available for all characters, with each of them speaking it in their own way and with their own accent, according to another suggestion.

In Destiny 2 it is now possible to earn titles for your characters and proudly display them in-game for everyone to see. We explain how you can secure the Dredgen title from the Gambit mode.
With the Forsaken expansion, titles were introduced into the game. These are special text displays that appear in-game next to the player’s name and are visible to all other Guardians. The titles are meant to visually showcase extensive achievements and accomplishments that players have reached in specific areas of the game.
How to Obtain the Dredgen Title in Destiny 2
Grind is the keyword: Earning a title is associated with a lot of work and effort. It involves a wide range of tasks that must be successfully mastered. The Dredgen title is no exception.
What makes the Dredgen title special? This title is tied to Gambit and has only recently become unlockable. The requirements can mostly be viewed through the Gambit seal via the Triumphs tab in the game menu.

You need to unlock 11 different achievements, which in turn consist of several tasks. 2 of them are secret, one was only recently discovered.
Complete the entire badge “From Fun to Serious” in the collections. You need to collect all armor pieces and weapons as well as the emblem, shader, ghost shell, ship, and sparrow that are available through the Gambit playlist with one of the three Guardian classes.
Defeat an invader in Gambit 10 times while their super is active
Win a Gambit match with a Gambit weapon in every slot
Defeat 4 enemy Guardians as an invader in a single invasion 3 times
Defeat 40 enemies in a single Gambit match without dying 3 times
Defeat one high-value target of all enemy species
Win a Gambit match against all enemy species
Reset your infamy rank once in Gambit

The Secret Tasks for the Title
The previous steps are all self-explanatory. However, the following two tasks will be displayed as secret until you complete them. They are, however, prerequisites for unlocking the title.
The second task is called “Protect the Runner”. A player must deposit 100 motes at the bank in a single Gambit match without losing a single mote. Moreover, this match must also be won – a task that can probably only be accomplished in a fixed and well-coordinated team.
Once all these triumphs have been unlocked, the Gambit seal can be activated in the menu. Then, you can equip the Dredgen title. This will then appear in your character menu and will be visible to all other Guardians in-game under the respective player name.

What is the significance of Dredgen? Dredgen refers to Dredgen Yor – a character in Destiny lore, whose story dates back to the Grimoire in Destiny 1 and is the original owner of the exotic hand cannon Thorn.
In the lore of Destiny 2, there is a connection between Dredgen Yor and the Drifter, the host and merchant of Gambit, which can be read in detail in the corresponding lore tab.

Fun fact: The term werewolf has nothing to do with a pronoun. “Wer” simply means “man” in Germanic. Thus, a werewolf is a “man-wolf,” which aptly describes the creature.
How do you get the wolf and what else is there?
This is how you quickly get to level 100: To get the wolf, you first have to unlock all 100 levels in the Battle Pass. Thanks to the challenges every week, this goes quite fast. Additionally, if you regularly play Fortnite and especially win more often (this works especially well in the 50vs50 mode), you will gain even more XP and level up a few additional ranks.

How do I unlock the variants for the wolf? To make the wolf really rock, you need the additional variants. These are available from the following XP totals:
Level 2: 30,000 XP
Level 3: 70,000 XP
Level 4: 120,000 XP
Level 5: 180,000 XP
Level 6: 250,000 XP
This impressive amount of XP is ideally earned through challenges and victories, as that way you always get plenty of XP.
What if I can’t make it by the end of Season 6? No worries, since Season 5 you no longer need to unlock all variants in one season. So you have as long as Fortnite exists to unlock the variants.
You can only earn the wolf itself in Season 6. So hurry up.
More bling for the wolf
What else is there? The wolf has a few other cool options up its sleeve:
If you unlock 5 options for the wolf, you get a back bling called “Wolfpack” katana.
If you unlock a total of 20 weekly challenges, you get a blue color option for the wolf’s outfit.
If you unlock a total of 40 weekly challenges, you get a yellow color option for the wolf’s outfit.
If you unlock a total of 60 weekly challenges, you get a gray color option for the wolf’s outfit.
What about a harvesting tool? It seems there is currently no dedicated pickaxe for the wolf.
