What are Legendary Missions?Legendary Missions, not to be confused with Legendary Contracts, are more challenging variants of already existing story missions.
You repeat certain quests from the campaign, but the missions come with a fundamental change. At the end of the mission, an “Apex Enemy” awaits you, which can be either an Ursix, a Titan, an Illuminated, or a Fury.
Here’s how Legendary Missions work: These missions are always visible on your map, so you don’t need to talk to anyone to unlock them.
You can conveniently select Legendary Missions from your game mode screen.
How many will there be? At the release of this content, there will be six different Legendary Missions. You can play one per day, but as many times as you like.
What loot do they bring? Besides the Apex enemies that can provide you with good loot, you will also be rewarded with a chest at the end of the Legendary Mission.
The Forge will be upgraded

There will no longer be a loading screen for the Forge.
You will have access to the Forge from anywhere in Fort Tarsis or the Launch Bay.
Your equipped components will now be displayed below your equipment.
