The weather can also play a role. Snow should be very unlikely in summer. So don’t rely too much on the weather.

What are these features? It’s about legendary perks. These were briefly mentioned by the developers during the Fallout 76 panel at QuakeCon 2019. These perks are supposed to be particularly powerful, but are closely tied to S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and perks.
Legendary Perks – what is that?
How to obtain the perks: While explaining the feature, Project Lead Jeff Gardiner talked about how the perks can be obtained. He mentioned that players can choose a legendary perk “every 50 levels or so.”
However, he should not be pinned down to that number. Since the feature is still in early development, it’s likely that when you get the cards will change.

A special twist about the perks is that they work a bit like a “New Game +”. When you start a new character, you already have the possibility to equip the legendary perks of your main character.
Legendary Perks as assistance for raids
What are raids? Raids were already announced earlier this year and were also showcased during QuakeCon 2019. These PvE activities are traditionally among the most challenging in any game. It will likely be the same in Fallout 76.
The first raids in Fallout 76 will be Vault 94 and Vault 96. The two vaults have already been presented as particularly great challenges. They are supposed to be available for four higher-level players in three different difficulty levels.

Griefing has been a major issue in Red Dead Online, the multiplayer mode of Red Dead Redemption 2, for a long time. Rockstar soon introduced an anti-griefer system with Parley and Feud. Players who have been killed by opponents four times can initiate Parley, where both parties cannot attack each other for 10 minutes. During a Feud, a kind of deathmatch starts between the two players to settle once and for all who is in charge.
However, players criticized the system as it barely stops the really persistent griefers. With the last major update in May, further measures were introduced, such as offensive and defensive play styles.
What do the players say? In the Reddit post, they commend the shooting skills of prangonpaul. He replies that it was an immense satisfaction to take out the two villains in this manner.
The post also discusses that while there are now fewer griefers due to Rockstar’s efforts, they haven’t disappeared completely. The system with offensive or defensive play styles still has its weaknesses.
Defensive players cannot be lassoed and take less damage; however, a headshot is still deadly. Additionally, the penalties for attacking defensive players do not deter some players from griefing.

Spotlight video feels soulless: As usual, the new heroine is introduced in a spotlight video. However, instead of being accompanied by the voice of a developer explaining the abilities and special aspects, we only hear the voice lines of Qhira that she will also deliver in the game. They don’t even necessarily match the shown footage, but feel “thoughtlessly strung together”. This is also causing the English video to have almost as many “thumbs down” as positive feedback.
The reception of the presentation is “mixed” – definitely more negative for Blizzard.
Fans are extremely critical, don’t want Qhira: In the comments of the English introduction video, Qhira is not well received. Many viewers criticize that no one asked for such a heroine. Blizzard has hundreds of cooler characters in their own universes like Warcraft, StarCraft, or Diablo, so they should focus on those. Qhira seems too generic for many, and the somewhat lackluster highlight video without developer commentary doesn’t help.
