In Pokémon GO there is a legendary raid hour again this evening, on August 14th. This time it is all about Rayquaza. We will give you info about the time, the counters, and the process.
What is the raid hour? This event series takes place regularly on a Wednesday. During this time, there are legendary raids everywhere for one hour if there are no raids currently happening at the gym or an EX Raid has not been triggered there.
When does it start? This evening, on August 14th, at 6 PM German time it starts. 20 minutes beforehand, legendary eggs will appear at all possible gyms. They will hatch 20 minutes later.
The event will last for one hour, during which the raids will also run for one hour and not, as usual, 45 minutes.
What should I consider when fighting? Rayquaza is vulnerable to Ice, Rock, Dragon, and Fairy types. The best counters against the legendary Pokémon are Mamoswine, Glaceon, and Snorunt.
You can already defeat Rayquaza easily with just two players and do this at level 25. The right counters are crucial here.
Mamoswine is the best counter against Rayquaza
Is the raid hour still worth it? This is already the 2nd raid hour for Rayquaza and the legendary Pokémon has been in the game for several days. Many trainers should already have some specimens.
Nevertheless, a Rayquaza raid is always worthwhile. It is considered the best Pokémon in the game, and a team of six with good IVs is definitely not bad. Additionally, you can always hope for a good shiny.
Coinciding with the raid hour, the stardust event is also running. If you manage to complete 10 raids within one hour, you will quickly earn 45,000 stardust with a star piece. So it’s worth it then as well.
How to quickly collect stardust is explained in our comprehensive guide to the event:
Blizzard has now spoken about the future of Diablo 3 and refers to new sets, seasonal themes, and more. We show you what to expect in the future from Blizzard’s popular hack ‘n’ slash.
What’s next for Diablo 3? In a blog post the developers discuss the ongoing support for Diablo 3. The team noticed that after the introduction of seasonal themes, some players returned to Diablo 3. Generally, there is a feeling of moving in the right direction with the game.
In the future, there will be:
New seasonal themes
A new set for each class in Diablo 3
Dozens of new legendary properties
Some balance changes
Minor gameplay improvements
The occasional update of the gameplay system
The developers emphasize that this will not be a major update that brings all content at once, but will happen sequentially. Which new content will emerge together in one update is currently unclear.
Why are the contents coming? Blizzard states that with the introduction of seasonal themes for Season 14, they wanted to break the familiar gameplay. In the future, they aim to create further new experiences and bring new ways to play Diablo 3.
This is how communication is improving: In the future, Blizzard wants to communicate more clearly with players, as this is a request from the players. They will show more presence in the new Blizzard forums, especially regarding new patches and PTR phases.
This is changing with the PTR servers: In Season 16, Blizzard tested shortened PTR phases, as player participation drops significantly after the first week. In the future, they intend to maintain this shorter format and not waste development potential on minor changes and further PTR builds.
If changes in the game occur due to player feedback like forum threads, Blizzard wants to clarify when these changes come from the community.
How do you like the outlook for the future of Diablo 3?
In FIFA 20 there will be plenty of new features compared to FIFA 19. Alongside the major changes, there are also features that previously went unnoticed. We will show you seven of them here!
The closed beta allowed some players to test a portion of the FIFA 20 features. Changes compared to FIFA 19 were also noted, which previously were not that prominent. We summarize these here!
New Features in FIFA 20
Fresh Timed Finishing
Here’s how Timed Finishing is changing: The Timed Finishing, which fans viewed quite ambivalently in FIFA 19, remains in the game. However, it will be modified: It becomes more important to hit the right timing during the shot indication – otherwise, the ball will go anywhere but towards the goal.
The familiar display from FIFA 19
As reported by reddit user “Trhorror619“, the display speed in FIFA 20 is slowed down, making it at least easier to hit the exact shot point. If done correctly, the Timed Finish is superior to the normal shot – provided you are in a decent finishing position.
Slower Gameplay, New Playstyle
This is the effect of slower gameplay: Several beta testers report that the gameplay in the FIFA 20 beta feels slower than in FIFA 19. This is significant because it will no longer be so easy to take shots on goal from impossible positions and celebrate successes – the same apparently applies to unrealistic passes.
Fast players seem to have an advantage again
However, the slower gameplay allows players to position themselves in a realistic shooting position before taking a shot rather than just shooting from a spin. However, the increased difficulty requires this as well. At the same time, pace should again play a greater role – in FIFA 19, speed differences were sometimes hardly noticeable.
New Shooting Technique
This new option is available when shooting: To perfectly set up the ball, there is a new move called “Setup Touch”. By pressing R1 and selecting a direction with the right analog stick, you can precisely set the ball for the shot on goal. If everything goes right, you gain quite a bit of shooting accuracy.
New Visuals
This is changing visually: FIFA 20 brings a lot of new designs. This is especially true in Ultimate Team, where there are a whole series of new menus, which is also due to the changes in Ultimate Team.
In Career Mode, the menu also changes, with expanded features such as new stadium banners. The club Paris Saint-Germain used FIFA 20 to announce the transfer of Ander Herrera to Paris. There, you will get a first impression of how the visuals will look in the future:

This is what beta players noticed about stamina: Stamina seems to have a less pronounced effect on your players – at least in the kickoff mode. Reddit user “trhottor619” reported trying full pressing and continually sprinting. The result: even players whose stamina was completely depleted still felt “okay”. However, it is of course possible that this will be adjusted after the beta.
Additionally, this could vary from mode to mode: User “The Exonian” tested the FUT mode and reported that exhausted players showed weaknesses in ball control and were more easily dispossessed. The unpopular fitness cards in FUT will probably continue to accompany you.
The AI does not defend as strongly – but differently
This is how the AI defense operates differently: As announced by EA Sports, the AI defense has been significantly weakened. Active defending is thus rewarded. At the same time, the computer-controlled defense seems to have a new strength: intercepting passes.
Here, players must rely much more on lobbed passes – ground passes are apparently interrupted more often by the opponent. This means: More creativity in the attacking play is required.
Fewer frustrating goals in the last minutes
This is how FIFA 20 does it differently: Everyone knows them – suddenly on-rushing opponents who can turn a seemingly secure 2:0 victory into a 2:3 defeat out of nowhere. These seemingly impossible comebacks can be incredibly frustrating since in FIFA 19, you often had the impression you could do absolutely nothing about it.
Both “trhorror619” and “TheExonian” report from the beta that such shocks have been absent so far. If something like this happened, it was due to one’s own mistakes. The result: The game feels fairer and less dictated by outside forces, thus making it more enjoyable. Will this also remain after the beta?

In Destiny 2, the director Luke Smith wrote 4000 words about the state of Destiny 2. Three highlights from it are currently receiving a lot of attention.
Here’s what it’s about: A few hours ago, game director Luke Smith published a “Director’s Cut” about the current status of Destiny 2. In over 4000 words, he provides insights into what went well around Destiny 2 in recent months, what did not go well, and what has been happening behind the scenes.
This is the first part, with more “Director’s Cut” editions coming out in the next few days.
Basically, one could address almost every paragraph and create several articles from Smith’s massive text wall. Today, we will also pick out and categorize a few topics individually. However, we will summarize the 3 highlights below that are currently being celebrated in the community.
Bungie brings order to your Guardian life
This is the highlight: This autumn, likely with the Shadowkeep release, the quest log will be overhauled. This is the overview where your missions and bounties are displayed.
In the future, bounties will be displayed separately from quests:
This is intended to create more clarity. Additionally, they want to improve “tracking” so you can prioritize which task you want to tackle next.
For PC players, there’s another new feature: This autumn, you can assign a key that takes you directly to the quests menu.
This is what Smith says about it: Earlier this year, the quests menu was moved from the inventory overview to the navigator menu. Smith admits that this change not only made it difficult for the Guardians to adapt for a long time, but it also did not feel like an improvement over the previous system.
“It felt like we started renovating a house without finishing the work,” Smith said.
The community’s reactions to the new quest log were terrible, which burdened the Bungie team. “Not only because of the sometimes harsh feedback but also because this team wanted to create something great, surpass your expectations, and meet their own expectations. None of that happened.”
The new quest overview is expected to be better received now – and so far, it is. On reddit, it is among the top topics in the comments. The comment “Thank you, thank you, thank you!” received over 1000 upvotes.
The Crota raid from Destiny 1
Bungie has a raid cheese team
This is the highlight: Luke Smith revealed that Bungie has a secret, internal team named “Velveeta.”
This team was established after the Crota raid debacle. In the Crota raid of Destiny 1, many ways were found to beat the raid in significantly easier ways than intended, such as causing connection drops.
Since then, Velveeta has been tasked with seeking out the most impossible “cheeses” in the hardest PvE activities. This is to eliminate these issues before the community discovers them.
Velveeta is said to consist of the smartest and best players. They are also brought in to test whether an activity is too difficult – or not difficult enough.
Here’s how the community reacts: “What I take away [from the Director’s Cut] is that Bungie has its own cheese team called Velveeta. I love that.” This is one of the top comments with around 2000 upvotes.
In the meantime, a new thread with 3.4k upvotes has sprung up, demanding that the Velveeta team should create future ViDocs. Because the community wants to see how these players spot the cheeses and what funny tricks, bugs, and glitches they find.
By the way, community manager dmg04 also commented on this. He says that his first mission in the Velveeta team was: “Try to destroy King’s Fall.” That was the Oryx raid in Destiny 1. dmg04 summarizes that those were wild times.
Scout rifles will become stronger
This is the highlight: In a side note, Smith mentions that with Shadowkeep, there will be some changes, such as buffs to scout rifles.
This is also a highlight that is celebrated in the community. In Destiny 1, scout rifles were the favorite weapons of many guardians; in Destiny 2, they only play a minor role. They were once completely useless and not usable, but even after previous buffs, they are not the first choice for guardians.
That is why so many players are celebrating right now, as they hope to finally be able to wield strong scout rifles again.
If you want to fight through the 4000 words of the Director’s Cut, you can find the link here. It is recommended to read the English version, as there are errors in the German one. For instance, scout rifles were translated as “sniper rifles” – which is inaccurate.
Additionally, you can expect one or another article on MeinMMO today, in which we will pick out more exciting information.
As in every week, today, on August 14th, the Fortnite servers on all platforms (PC/Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS, Android) will be taken down, and a new patch with version 10.10 will be released. How long will the downtime last and what does the update bring?
Even though it is not yet known that Epic will be making changes to the mech, the chances are high. The Fortnite creators usually respond quickly to player feedback. What we know: There will be maintenance and you will have to take a forced break. You will get all the relevant info now.
Fortnite servers going down – when and for how long?
You will be kicked out at this time: At 09:30 AM German time, you will have the last chance to start a Battle Royale round, after that this will no longer be possible.
At 10 AM German time, the servers will be completely down.
When will the maintenance be over? Experience shows that Epic usually needs little time for weekly maintenance. By lunchtime at the latest, you should be able to log in again.
You can pass the waiting time by reading the patch notes, which we will embed here shortly after the maintenance begins as usual. Here you will also find out if there are any unforeseen delays.
This could be the new content in update 10.10
What does the patch bring for the Battle Royale mode? Available information is scarce for the Battle Royale mode. The first “nerf” of the mechs does not go far enough for players. Could Epic make initial adjustments or completely remove the gigantic mechs today?
Furthermore, zombies are likely to make a comeback as well as the old Retail Row, as the following screenshot reveals:
What does the update bring for the Save the World mode: Even PvE players should get their money’s worth. According to the roadmap, the PvE faction can look forward to the following content:
Thunder Thora is back!
Penny takes on the role of the van driver this week
A new weapon type comes into play with the submachine gun. The submachine gun is supposed to offer more flexibility and will be positioned between assault rifles and pistols. The exact effects on the heroes and their perks can be found in the patch notes as soon as they are available.
Are you looking forward to the new update? Or do you just want to get rid of the mech?
If you still want to play the beta of WoW Classic, you are in luck. Blizzard has spontaneously turned the servers back on and will keep them open for a few days.
If you miss the beta of World of Warcraft Classic and are eagerly awaiting the release in just under 2 weeks, you can still pass the time. Blizzard has indeed spontaneously reactivated the beta servers of WoW Classic and invites players to test the higher-level areas.
Why are the servers back? Blizzard has fixed numerous bugs and issues reported by players in recent weeks. To allow players to try out these bug fixes, the developers decided to conduct another test.
All previous characters on the beta servers have been deleted. Instead, testers can start with new characters that begin at level 40. This allows them to complete quests in the Stranglethorn Vale, the Swamps of Sorrows, or Desolace. The current level cap is level 45.
Who can participate? Anyone who previously had an invitation to the closed beta can participate again now. However, this does not apply to players who were only invited to the large stress tests — that was an “open” test. The current beta is closed again and only for invited players.
Until when will the servers be available? Allegedly, the now “final” beta test will be active until Friday, August 16, 2019. After that, the last changes should have been thoroughly tested so that they are ready for release about 10 days later.
The latest update of Overwatch is live. From now on, there are mandatory roles for all players. Additionally, there are many buffs and nerfs along with a new hero.
Last night, Blizzard deployed the latest patch for Overwatch, which is now available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. We will reveal to you what new features are available and what balance changes you will have to live with in the future.
Role queue is finally here: From now on, players must specify whether they want to be a tank, healer, or damage dealer when queuing. In-game (Quick Match and Ranked), they can only play the role they signed up for. This ensures that both teams have a healthy mix and enter with a “2-2-2” setup. This is intended to reduce frustration, and no one should feel forced to play something they don’t want to. More details about the Role Queue can be found in this article.
Sigma, the new hero: The second major update is a new hero, namely the tank Sigma. He has a pretty dark backstory that you can read about here. He is able to create a shield at range and has a devastating ultimate that subtracts 50% of the maximum health of all affected enemies. Additionally, he throws massive boulders. Sigma’s abilities are detailed here.
Patch 1.39 of Overwatch brings many balance changes
In addition to Sigma, much has also been changed for the other heroes. We have listed all changes in detail for you here.
General
The costs for all ultimates have been increased by 12%.
Slow effects: Friendly and enemy slow effects are no longer stackable. Instead, the effect causing the greatest slow will be chosen. For example: Reinhardt’s slow walking with the shield and the laser from Symmetra’s turrets no longer slow him down double.
Beam weapons (Symmetra, Zarya) now deal their intended damage to targets that dodge quickly.
Changes to the heroes
Ashe
Ammo now reloads faster, needing 0.25 seconds per bullet (previously 0.3 seconds).
Brigitte
Inspire (Passive)
Healing has been increased from 100 to 130
Self-healing has been halved.
Repair Pack
Now has 3 charges
Healing has been reduced from 150 to 120

EMP
Activation time has been increased from 0.2 seconds to 0.35 seconds.
Symmetra
Teleporter
Now lasts indefinitely or until destroyed.
Symmetra can destroy the teleporter herself if she chooses to.
Cooldown begins when the teleporter has been destroyed.
Maximum range has been increased from 25 meters to 30 meters.
The teleporter is destroyed if one of the two portals is more than 40 meters away from the other (e.g. due to moving platforms).
Tracer
Pulse Bomb
Damage has been increased from 300 to 350.
Wrecking Ball (Hammond)
Mines
Mines now fly at a higher speed, distributing in a larger area.
Activation time has been reduced from 0.25 to 0.1 seconds.
What do you think of all these changes and updates?
Today, on 13.08, the Weekly Reset takes place in Destiny 2. For the Guardians, this means: There are new weekly activities and challenges! Additionally, new Nightfall Strikes and a new Flashpoint are available.
The Flashpoint can be found this week in the EDZ on Earth. Complete this along with the associated adventure to receive 2 Powerful rewards
At Werner/Benedict 99-40, there are 4 new weekly bounties to choose from, each rewarded with a Powerful prize. However, if you complete all 4 bounties, you will receive another Powerful reward. Additionally, you can earn 3 more Powerful items in the Menagerie. However, you should have made the necessary upgrades to your Chalice of Opulence beforehand.
At Ada-1, all powerful weapon schematics are available.
Ikora Rey rewards the completion of 20 arbitrary bounties this week with a Powerful prize.
You will also be rewarded powerfully if you collect 5,000 Clan XP for Hawthorne this week. Additionally, you can tackle the bounties “Staying Outside”, “All for One, One for All”, “Perfect Victory” and “A Troubling Affair”. Each bounty also brings you a Powerful reward.
You can currently find Petra Venj (Curse Week 1) at the Pavilion in the area “The Shore”. If you complete Petra’s mission, the Ascendant Challenge, and a total of 8 of her daily bounties, you will get a Powerful item for each of these tasks. By the way, the 2nd Ascendant Challenge is live this week.
Spider has the weekly bounty “Bloodsplitter” for you. This brings another Powerful reward.
These are the Glimmer Highlights of the Eververse:
With Adventure Sync there have been various issues in the past with Pokémon GO. Now there’s good news, as the speed measurement has been increased.
What is new now? Some players on Reddit report that their Adventure Sync is suddenly tracking the kilometers covered while cycling or jogging.
This is new, as the limit was previously set at 10.5 km/h and cyclists often complained that it was not counted correctly even then. Now it seems that cyclists are benefitting.
This means the increase in the speed limit
What do the players gain from this? Those who like to bike while playing or let the app run while jogging will now have more kilometers counted.
So those who are out on such routes daily can quickly collect more kilometers and claim the weekly reward of 50 km.
Adventure Sync could now measure higher speeds
Is this officially confirmed? So far, it is only reports from players on Reddit. Niantic has not commented on this. It remains to be seen what will become of this feature.
There could also be more benefits: If this speed increase applies generally, then players from cars or public transport can also look forward to it. If one does not drive too fast, the kilometers should also be counted here.
It remains to be seen whether this also applies to such vehicles or only to pedestrians and cyclists.
Like Ash, one can now ride a bike and it’s worth it
What do players say about this? Fans are excited about this change. After all, Ash moved in the anime and the characters from the console games often rode bicycles as well. It would be unfair if you couldn’t do that in Pokémon GO.
Some trainers suspect that this is just another bug and that Niantic will quickly fix it. This has been the case with many good innovations, fans say. This includes the expansion of visibility on the map, which was then reduced again.
Niantic is apparently also taking action against spoofers. At least that is what one source claims:
The mechs in Fortnite have been quite controversial since their release in Season X and are considered very powerful. A glitch now shows that the robots can be even more dangerous.
What is this glitch? It makes the mech simply stronger, as it becomes significantly more mobile and faster.
This is achieved through the driftboard, which can be placed under the mech by a player and then controlled. The mech therefore hovers on the board and can cause destruction from there.
See here how the mech can ride on the driftboard
This video is available: On Reddit, the user “badlynameduser” shows how the mech can ride on the driftboard:
What does Epic say about this? The developers of Fortnite have also reacted to this Reddit thread. The community coordinator, Sean Hamilton, commented that the bug has already been passed on to the relevant team.
So it certainly won’t take long before Epic has this glitch under control.
The robots can cause immense damage. After all, the mech can not only shoot but also withstand a lot of damage and can destroy entire buildings within seconds.
The call for a nerf has been present since the start of the season. Now Epic has to react and at least remove the glitch with the driftboard. This only makes the mech stronger.
In Destiny 2, the servers will go down today, August 13th. Maintenance is taking place. Bungie is deploying update 2.5.2.1, which brings a pleasant change for many Guardians.
These are the important times: Today, August 13th, you must take a short break in Destiny 2. Because during maintenance, the servers will be taken down.
Maintenance begins at 6 PM. This may already affect your gaming experience from 6 PM.
At 6:45 PM the servers will go down. You will no longer be able to log in. If you are still in the game, you will be kicked.
At 7 PM the servers are scheduled to come back online. The hotfix 2.5.2.1 is also expected to be available on all platforms from 7 PM.
Maintenance will be completely finished by 8 PM. Until then, login difficulties and issues with the companion app may occur, according to Bungie.
Keep in mind that you must install the update before you can play Destiny 2 again. Also, the above times are not set in stone. In the past, Bungie has often had maintenance end earlier or later than announced.
What changes today with hotfix 2.5.2.1?
These are the patch notes:
Bungie adjusts the grind for the Solstice Armor. Instead of 100 mini-bosses, you now only need to defeat 50 mini-bosses in the ELZ.
From now on, defeating the final boss in the ELZ contributes 5 points to the progress (towards the 50 mini-bosses).
This addresses an annoyance that has been one of the top topics since the Solstice of Heroes. Killing 100 mini-bosses took way too long, and to cut the grind, many Guardians left the match early after the mini-boss phase – which created a bad gaming experience for everyone and ruined the ELZ, which had initially been well received.
If you have already made progress on this task, that progress will remain after the hotfix. If you have already completed the task, nothing will change for you here. You can only brag about having earned the Solstice Armor the hard way.
Recently, eligible players received the Prismatic Inferno and Unleashed Wolves emblems. However, these emblems were not displayed in the collections. With today’s update, the emblems will appear in the collection and can be reclaimed anytime.
The micro-mini sparrow gets a new, size-adjusted “microdrive”.
Moreover, changes are being made to extend the Season of Opulence. Originally, it was supposed to end in mid-September with Shadowkeep. However, due to the delay of the expansion to October 1st, the current season must now be extended. You can find the new content plan towards Shadowkeep here.
The end date for the Triumph Moments has been extended today from August 27th to September 17th. You now have plenty of time for the Triumph Moments T-shirt as well.
A clip from the Battle Royale PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) shows a player who first has bad luck, then good luck, and then bad luck again. The viewers are thrilled by the humor of the video.
What happened to the player? In the video, a player is seen roughly tumbling down a mountain in PUBG with his car. This is observed by another player through the scope of his weapon.
The guy in the car apparently wanted to escape the deadly blue zone with his vehicle and then chose the slope of the mountain as an exit. The clip shows how the car, including the player, crashes down the mountain brutally and then surprisingly lands on its wheels. Like a motorized cat that lands on all fours out of the craziest situations.
This is what the car must have looked like afterwards
“Luck in misfortune” might be said now. But the video doesn’t end here. The player finds shelter where he likely wants to seek refuge after his rough descent. But just as he is about to open the door to the building, the observing player fires a deadly shot from his SCAR at the actual lucky guy, turning him into an unfortunate soul. If you don’t see the video in the post, you can watch it here on streamable.

In the comments, viewers show sympathy for the unfortunate player but also sympathize with the shooter: “Hahaha, you’re an asshole” is the top comment in the thread. To this, the shooter replies: “Maybe I should have let him live after he defied so many probabilities.”
More voices from Reddit:
“The bang at the end was dirty, but hilarious”
“Nice! And damn, I would be so grumpy if I were him. But I would have done the same”
“Just imagine his death cam”
“The sniper is a psychopath! Sometimes you should let one get away”
“He probably said ‘Incredible that I survived this…'”>
How do you like the clip? Have you survived such turbulent maneuvers with the car in PUBG? This PUBG streamer is good at luck:
Apex Legends finally receives the update that fans have been wishing for since its launch. The Iron Crown brings the long-awaited solo mode to the game. Additionally, there are cool new skins, a new location, and bug fixes. Find out when it starts here.
What is the Iron Crown update? The Iron Crown update is the mid-season event of Season 2 in Apex Legends. According to a leak via Dexerto, it includes the following features:
The long-awaited solo mode. Until now, trios were the usual format, which did not suit all players.
However, it may be that not all features are included in the first update. The developers may still patch in missing content later.
When does it start? According to the developers, the update is scheduled to arrive today, August 13 at 10 am PST. That would be 7 pm local time here.
Leak reveals everything in advance
What exactly is in the update? Since the trailer for the event was leaked in advance by Nvidia, we already know how the skins and the new location look. We have embedded the video here.
Especially the skins look impressive and are likely rewards for certain actions during the event. This was similar to when Apex Legends brought the end event for Season 1.
How long will the solo mode last? The Iron Crown event, along with the solo mode, will only be active until August 27. Only during this time will you likely also be able to earn the new skins.
However, it could very well be that at least the solo mode will be permanently added to the game if the feedback from the community is positive. After all, it is not certain whether the hero-oriented gameplay of Apex Legends also works solo.
If you don’t know where to land tonight, here is an analysis of the landing zones:
Many items in Teamfight Tactics can be used multiple times by a champion. They “stack,” as it is said, meaning they can be stacked and remain effective or even become stronger in larger numbers. Some items, however, only work once across the entire team. This is why we have created this overview for you.
But if you are unlucky, you will only get very few items. These should then be used as effectively as possible.
To ensure that you do not accidentally build an item twice on a champion that does not actually work twice, there is this simple overview.
It is important to note that when stacking we only refer to the special effect of the item. Of course, you still get the basic values of an item even though the additional effect does not work.
These items can be used multiple times on champions
The items collected here can easily be used multiple times on your champions. For some, this is even very helpful. For example, in the current meta, particularly the item “Statikk Shiv” is built up to three times on ranged champions like Ashe.
Some items have been marked with a comment because they are stackable, but multiple versions of them are not meaningful.
Relief Strike (healing stacks but not meaningfully, as many champions already get maximum healing)
Bloodthirster
Dragonclaw (two claws provide 100% magic resistance)
Thornmail
Frozen Heart
Guinsoo’s Rageblade
Hextech Gunblade
Nature’s Wrath
Rabadon’s Deathcap
Runaans Hurricane
Rapid Firecannon (often unnecessary on ranged units as the range is already maximally large)
Bladebreaker (each item has a 25% chance)
Sword of the Divine
Spear of Shojin
Statikk Shiv
Silence (each item has a 50% chance)
Titanic Hydra
Cursed Blade (each item has a chance by itself, a single attack can even reduce a champion from level 3 to 1)
Warmog’s Armor
Seraph’s Embrace
Zeke’s Herald
Zephyr (on one champion, bugs occur so that sometimes an opponent is hit multiple times simultaneously)
These items only work once per champion
For items that only work once per champion, it is usually because they have a one-time effect. The Phantom Dancer makes champions immune to critical damage. However, they do not become “more immune” with the second one.
Most spatula items that grant an additional class or origin have no effect if used a second time on a champion.
The list:
Dark Harbinger
Blade of the Ruined King
Infinity Edge
Luden’s Echo
Morellonomicon
Phantom Dancer
Knight’s Oath
Red Buff
Guardian Angel
Youmuu’s Ghostblade
Yuumi
This item only works once per team
The Ionic Spark item only works once for the entire team. It always causes 150 true damage whenever an opponent casts a spell.
If you have multiple of those, the additional versions of Ionic Spark are simply deactivated.
The next big patch for TFT is coming this Thursday:
Borderlands 3 has released new information about another planet in the game. A trailer gives first info about Athenas and its inhabitants.
Only a few weeks left until Borderlands 3 finally releases. To further stoke the fans’ hype, Gearbox has been releasing new info in the past days. A new video has now been released about one of the planets that we can visit in Borderlands 3: Athenas.
What is going on in Athenas? Athenas is an ancient planet where numerous ruins can be found. These ruins are from an ancient civilization, about which not much is known today. In these ruins, a cult of monks has settled, who guard various relics and artifacts. Exactly what the deal is with these monks will surely be revealed throughout the story. After all, even quite a loser has gotten their own planet.

However, it seems that other factions have also become interested in the artifacts, as the planet is under attack. Mechanical skags and beings in strange suits bearing the logo of the weapon manufacturer Maliwan have arrived there and apparently want to conquer the relics for themselves. Their writing can also already be seen on the ruins.
Athenas could bring a lot of Siren story: Especially for lore fans, the planet Athenas is likely to be a highlight. There should be plenty of background information about the Sirens and their role in the cosmos. After all, some relics on the planet clearly belonged to former Sirens. Those interested in the story of Amara, Maya, and Lilith will surely encounter one or two surprises on Athenas.
Especially Maya, the Siren hero from Borderlands 2, is likely to have a lot of story here. After all, this is her home planet, where she was revered like a divine being – namely by the monks and their “Order of the Impending Storm”.
Are you looking forward to Athenas? Or do you prefer the other planets?
Players in LoL (League of Legends) who have reached the highest honor level receive skins and chroma skins. Developer Riot Games wants to encourage players to exhibit positive behavior.
Why does LoL reward players? Like any online game, the successful MOBA League of Legends also struggles with toxic players. In team play, often just one player can spoil the experience for the rest of the team or even the opponents.
To ensure there are fewer trolls and toxic players, LoL rewards the well-behaved. If you behave positively in games, you can increase your Honor Level. This ultimately rewards you with new free content for LoL. You can also drop in the rank of Honor Level, which is why gifts are only given if you maintain the highest level.
What kind of gifts are these? As gifts, LoL distributes 2 “Honor Level 5” capsules. You can exchange them for skins. Either for Medieval Twitch or for Gray Warwick. With Patch 9.16, chroma skins for these skins will be added, which means color variations.
If you already own the standard skin from the past season and an older reward, you will receive “Honor Level 5” tokens that can be exchanged for the chroma skins.
Only this year, your “Honor Level 5” capsule from 2019 contains TWO “Honor Level 5” tokens that you can redeem for Medieval Twitch, Gray Warwick, or one of the two chromas (if you already own the standard skin). If Twitch is your favorite, then grab his new chroma and forget about Gray Warwick! (Sorry, pup.) The capsules also contain a random sticker or eye skin. In the coming years, the “Honor Level 5” capsule will include an “Honor Level 5” token.
If you already own both skins (Medieval Twitch and Gray Warwick), you can secure 2 new chromas
Players receiving Honor Level 5 rewards for the first time can either receive a set of Warwick skin and chroma or Twitch skin and chroma – alternatively the 2 base skins if they do not want a chroma.
For these skins, you just need to be well-behaved and not spend any money. How much money have you already spent in LoL?
In Pokémon GO there is a great stardust event around the global challenge. We will show you tricks for collecting stardust and give you an overview of everything important.
When does the event run? You have now a week full of stardust bonuses. From tonight, August 13th at 10 PM, until August 20th, you will get more stardust on almost all actions.
This event is so important: Many trainers rate this event as the most important event of the year. After all, there is sometimes triple stardust, making it the most important resource in the game abundant.
What bonuses are there? There is significantly more stardust on almost all actions. These bonuses are:
Triple stardust when catching Pokémon
Triple stardust when hatching eggs
Triple stardust from raids
Stardust pieces last for an hour instead of 30 minutes
How to quickly collect a lot of stardust
What you need to know beforehand: Stardust can be obtained for every Pokémon. So it’s worthwhile if you catch Pantimos, Volbeat, or Roselia. You will be rewarded with every Pokémon.
This is the fastest way: Use the catch trick when catching Pokémon. At first, it may be a bit tricky, but over time you will save an incredible amount of time and be able to catch significantly more Pokémon.
This gives the most stardust: From all actions, you can still make the most stardust just by catching Pokémon.
So if you really want to make stardust, you should focus on that.
Especially evolutions should be caught. They bring even more stardust.
This item you should always use: If you want to collect stardust, you should always use the stardust piece. During the event, it also lasts for an hour, making it even more worthwhile.
With the stardust piece, you get all stardust actions multiplied by 1.5. A normal Pokémon then gives you 450 stardust.
This is where playing is the most worthwhile: Look for areas with many spawns. Set routes where you know many Pokémon appear. You can easily walk these routes and make a lot of dust.
If you are looking for good places, you should also check large parking lots of supermarkets or industrial areas. Here you often find large cluster spawns that are really worthwhile.
These actions can be well combined with the event
There are some actions in Pokémon GO that also bring a lot of stardust but are often forgotten. We give you an overview.
The first catch of the day: The first Pokémon you catch each day gives more stardust. Especially the bonus on the 7th day is huge. So it’s worth it if you activate a stardust piece here and catch the first Pokémon with it.
Clearing quest stack: If you complete field research but do not catch the Pokémon from it, they will end up in the quest stack. You can stack up to 100 Pokémon in there.
If your stardust piece is already running, you can also catch some Pokémon from the quest stack. They will give you 450 stardust like any other Pokémon or even more for evolutions.
Completing the right quests: Some current field researches also involve evolutions. It is worthwhile to complete these during the event, as evolutions from quests can give 1350 dust. These quests are worthwhile:
Catch 5 Fighting-type Pokémon
Reward: Encounter with a Kapilz
Use 10 Razz Berries to catch Pokémon
Reward: Encounter with a Krakeelo
Use 5 Berries to catch Pokémon
Reward: Encounter with an Ultrigaria
Use 5 Nanab Berries to catch Pokémon
Reward: Encounter with a Schlukwech
Setting the right lures: For several months, there have been 3 new lures in Pokémon GO. If you look at the possible Pokémon of these modules, the moss module is especially worthwhile. Here, you can regularly attract Bibor and Smettbo. These are final evolutions that give you even 2250 stardust.
The moss module is worthwhile
This also gives stardust: Some actions in the game are not affected by bonuses, but still bring stardust. It is therefore worthwhile to perform them in conjunction with a stardust piece:
Feeding berries in gyms
Opening gifts that contain stardust
PvP battles when you receive stardust as a reward
The weekly reward from Adventure Sync on Monday at 9 AM
Stardust from hatching and raiding – Is it worth it?
Not only catching Pokémon is rewarded with more stardust during the event. Hatching eggs and raid battles also yield triple the amount of dust.
Is hatching eggs worth it? If you like spending money on incubators, you should go full throttle during this event. Especially 10 km eggs yield a massive amount of stardust and bring even more through a stardust piece.
It’s best to hatch the eggs so that they hatch along with a stardust piece. This way, it’s worth even more.
Moreover, you can hatch eggs while catching Pokémon. So you won’t lose any time hatching. If you have enough incubators, you won’t go wrong by hatching eggs.
Is raiding during the event worth it? If you use a stardust piece, you will receive 4500 dust per raid. That’s a lot, but in the same time, you could also catch 10 Pokémon and get the same amount.
Raids are not pointless, but you can earn dust better in other ways. So it is not worthwhile if you go on a raid tour just to get stardust.
The exception here is the Raid day with Suicune. Here the raids are everywhere and you can quickly do one raid after another. Over 100,000 dust in 3 hours is therefore easily achievable.
Have you already heard about this alleged crackdown on spoofers?
Last night, the reservation of names in WoW Classic began. It was pure chaos and brought many negative emotions.
Many players stayed awake until midnight yesterday to secure up to three names for their characters in World of Warcraft Classic. However, only a few managed to fulfill this task within minutes. Numerous problems and strange error messages tested the patience of the players.
Error message drove players to despair: The lucky players who logged in right at midnight and made it to their desired server were greeted by a strange error message when trying to save. It said:
Only players who already have a character on this realm can currently create a character.
This naturally caused frustration, as players were glad to have made it on time. Moments later, however, this error message was history – someone at Blizzard must have flipped a switch.
Queues in the thousands: Those who were not logged in immediately at launch were greeted by large queues. Often, there were many thousands of players ahead in the queue, meaning players had to wait several minutes to log in. This naturally affected the patience of players who either wanted to go to bed or, with every passing second, had to assume that their beloved name had already been stolen by someone.
The queues were huge – whether in Europe or America.
Streamers had no chance: Particularly large streamers like Asmongold also felt the downside of their fame. It was almost impossible for them to secure their name on their desired realm. After just a few seconds, fans (or trolls) had already secured all various spellings of the big streamers’ names.

In summary, the rush on the servers for name reservation was a complete chaos. But that somehow adds to the charm of Classic, doesn’t it? After all, nostalgia also includes hanging around in a queue for a long time. Let’s just hope it won’t be like that at release.
Did you have luck with the name reservation? Or did you give up frustrated after a few minutes?

A YouTube video about Tyler “Ninja” Blevins’ switch from Twitch to the platform Mixer has put the Fortnite streamer in a bit of a bind. Because it was also about money.
What kind of video is this? The YouTube channel Thoom has taken the effort to create an animation about Ninja’s time on Twitch.
This is what Ninja showed: The streamer watched the video live on Mixer and was initially touched by the moments highlighted in the video. After all, Ninja experienced many highlights with fellow streamers on Twitch. His stream with Drake was also there, who brought Fortnite into the mainstream.
The clip seemed to resonate with Ninja and touched him.
However, at the end, when an animation came showing Mixer showering the streamer with money, Ninja quickly turned off and laughed somewhat bewildered.
This is how Ninja explains his switch: After the video, he picked up the money topic again and said: “I can’t give you details, but trust me, money was not the incentive.”
People say that after Ninja’s switch to Mixer, the streaming platform from Microsoft probably must have paid a lot of money. Otherwise, Ninja wouldn’t have switched from popular Twitch to the smaller competitor.
How does the video end? After Ninja turns off, some quirky things happen in the video. Ninja shoots a shotgun at the Twitch logo and then dances in a rain of money in front of a Mixer advertisement.

How do fans react to this? Many viewers do not really believe Ninja’s statements. For them, it is clear that Ninja switched because of the money.
But there are also some positive voices on Reddit about the incident. One user writes: “Call me naive, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he just wanted a fresh start on a new platform. He already has enough money to do what he wants.”
What do you think? How much truth is there in Ninja’s statement?
In August, EVE Online is hosting a special event. They are trying to fulfill a dream where more than 10,000 pilots will participate in a battle simultaneously.
What kind of event is it? Aether Wars Phase Two will take place on August 18 at 7:00 PM our time. The goal of the event is mainly to stress the servers, as they have found a new tech partner in the British company Hadean.
At the same time, the developers and players are also trying to break their own world record. This was set in January 2018. At that time, 6,142 players participated in a single PvP battle simultaneously.
The battle even earned the game a spot in the Guinness World Records. This record is now to be surpassed.
Players are lured by special offers
How does the event work? Aether Wars Phase Two takes place on a dedicated client. This will use a new cloud-based engine, which apparently allows larger battles than the previous system of EVE Online.
The test is free, and anyone can participate, whether EVE veteran or newcomer. The event can and should even be streamed.
What do you get for participating in Aether Wars? Besides the knowledge that you participated in perhaps the largest battle in an MMO ever, players also have special rewards awaiting them.
An exclusive skin bundle awaits every participant. Additionally, a trip for two people to EVE Vegas will be raffled off. At the convention, fans of the game gather at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate the space MMO.
EVE is known for mass battles
How often do large PvP battles occur? EVE Online is particularly praised by players for the ability to compete against many players.
Other MMOs may allow battles with up to 100 players, but in EVE, it’s common for thousands to clash.
