With the Admiral’s Ring, there is now an item in the game since the last update that further increases the difficulty of Remnant: From the Ashes. Unfortunately, the German translation is misleading. We will show you where to get the ring and what you can do with it.
What happened with the last update in Remnant? With Adventure Mode, players can now finally reset individual worlds to specifically farm the items they are still missing. At the same time, the developer Gunfire Games has reduced the difficulty of the highest difficulty level Nightmare. Instead of 300% more health, the values have been lowered to 250%.
Where do I get the Admiral’s Ring? You can obtain the ring from the general goods vendor Reggie in Station 13 for a mere 2 scrap metal. However, be careful in co-op mode. The first player to buy the ring will prevent other players from purchasing it. The others must restart the game for the ring to reappear in Reggie’s inventory.
What does the Admiral’s Ring do? According to the item description in the game, the ring reduces incoming ranged and melee damage and increases outgoing ranged and melee damage by 15%. This is a translation error. In reality, you receive 300% more damage. Really? Yes, really!
The description sounds too good to be true – the Admiral’s Ring
What purpose is the ring supposed to serve? According to the developers, the Admiral’s Ring is the best ring when it comes to outgoing damage bonuses. This is true, although you receive 300% more damage. Therefore, the ring is for those who find the game too easy but also want to progress faster. Otherwise, you can further increase your damage with traits.
Anyone wearing the Admiral’s Ring in Nightmare mode is likely to be knocked out by just about any attack. Your reflexes are therefore required! You will deal more damage yourself and can plow through the ranks of your enemies faster.
The active streamer with the most followers on Twitch is Turner “Tfue” Tenney, a Fortnite pro. However, he has decided to take a break. The positive side effect: Since he took a break, things are going really well for him in Fortnite . With new partners, he won Week 5 in Trio on NA East and his share of $60,000.
Who is Tfue? Turner “Tfue” Tenney (21) currently has 6.922 million followers, making him the active Twitch streamer with the most fans. He has built a reputation as an excellent Fortnite player who speaks his mind, likes to flame and rage.
He announced on Twitter that he would take a break and was last on Twitch on Friday, September 13. This is unusual because he loses viewers, donations, and subs during this time – and thus a lot of money.
Tfue and new partners win tournament week and $60,000
Here’s how it went for Tfue in Fortnite this weekend: Although Tfue is taking a break from Twitch, he still played Fortnite and did so successfully.
Tfue teamed up with two new partners in Week 5 of the “Trio Series”. Together with Alex “Fiber” Bonetello and “Khanada”, things went really well for him.

Neither Tfue nor his two partners streamed their matches.
TSM_Zexrow came second with his team.
Conflict with old partners, success with new ones
That’s why the victory is so sweet: For the victory, there is $60,000 and qualification for the Series Finals, which Tfue has been waiting for 5 weeks.
The special thing is that Tfue now qualifies for the trio finals after separating from his previous partners Dennis “Cloak” Lepore and Thomas “72hrs” Mulligan due to a dispute. He had not managed to qualify with them.
This seems to have troubled Tfue and contributed to the self-imposed break. Tfue said he was trapped in a “basement of negativity in his mind”.
Now it seems that Tfue has found joy in Fortnite again with his new partners – completely without Twitch and his viewers.
Tfue’s ex-partners have also found a new third man in “LG Tyler 15”, but they only managed to place 36th. It looks like Tfue has come out ahead in the breakup for now.
With all the weapons in Borderlands 3, it can quickly happen that you leave a really good one, like a legendary, behind. The “Lost Loot Machine” can save you. We will show you where it is and how you can upgrade it with SDUs.
This problem is solved by the Lost Loot Machine: Those who are on the go in Borderlands 3 will inevitably encounter a lot of loot. The variety of weapons is extremely high and crazy. For example, there is a Rick and Morty-themed weapon, or one that is oriented towards the Twitch streamer DrDisrespect. However, the number of weapons can sometimes lead to difficult choices.
On one hand, it can happen that you simply overlook a rare weapon in the heat of battle and leave it lying around. The other problem: You would really like a specific weapon – but there is not enough space in your inventory.
Here you can find the Lost Loot Machine
Where do I find the machine? During the story, you can access the base “Sanctuary” – this happens early in the game. There you will find the so-called “Lost Loot Machine”.
This machine takes care of collecting forgotten loot for you. All high-quality weapons that you overlooked or did not collect during a mission end up in this machine at the base. Quite handy – as well as these other tips for Borderlands 3!
On the map, you see where you can find the machine:
Here you can find the Lost Loot Machine
SDU from Marcus: How to improve the Lost Loot Machine
This is what you can improve: The Lost Loot Machine has a limit. It can only hold a limited number of weapons. However, you can tackle the problem: At the Sanctuary, you can purchase storage upgrades or SDUs from Marcus.
They are not only available for your inventory slots but also for the Lost Loot Machine. This increases the number of slots in the machine.
You cannot store an infinite number of weapons. So make sure you always have enough free space in the machine and empty it from time to time.
The limits of the Lost Loot Machine
This is what to keep in mind: The machine is not completely unrestricted. On one hand, the machine does not collect all weapons you leave behind, but only high-quality loot.
White and green weapons remain behind, only weapons of higher rarity tiers are available in the machine. You can collect, use, sell, and of course equip them with new skins:
Anything left behind stays lost: The machine only collects weapons that you have not yet had in your hands. This means: All weapons that you previously had in your inventory and then discarded will remain lost. So be careful and later decide at the machine whether you want to have them!
You’ll still get rare weapons at the machine
Lastly, it is important to note that the machine only works partially in coop mode. If you play in friendly “Cooperation” mode, the machine works as usual. However, it does not in the classic “Co-op Competition” mode. So think carefully about which coop variant you prefer.
If you are wondering how to get new skins, you can find the answer here:
In Destiny 2 the Guardians prove that there are excellent cosplayers among them. Here are 10 particularly impressive cosplay costumes.
What are cosplayers actually? These are fans who enjoy dressing up as their favorite characters from video games. Some do it just for fun, others for fame or profit.
Some cosplayers have a special talent for creating extremely detailed costumes, which they often spend a long time working on. For fans of the respective game, it is often impressive to see how much effort has gone into the cosplay and how faithfully the work has been accomplished.
For Destiny 2, there have been cool cosplays to view for years. The Gamerant page has now put together 10 particularly beautiful examples that look as if they have sprung right from the game. We show them to you here:
What can be seen? The young lady is dressed as a Guardian in Iron Banner armor. In her hand, she holds the exotic rocket launcher Gjallarhorn from Destiny 1 – more specifically the Iron Gjallarhorn. The weapon is intricately designed, and the winged wolf’s head is clearly visible.
Cayde-6 with Dog
Who created the cosplay? By mhepepe. This user at least shared the image. We do not know who is behind the mask.
What can be seen? There are several cosplays of Cayde-6 easily found online, but this one is particularly well done. The armor and the mask are full of details, the eyes even glow. Additionally, he carries a small dog in his arms – because at the beginning of Destiny 2 it was a running gag to “fight for the puppies”.
Some Guardians are upset with him in the comments for not holding a chicken in his hand.
What can be seen? The villain Uldren Sov, who killed Cayde-6 in Forsaken, is fantastically portrayed here. Not only the clothing and blue skin color are well replicated, but also the facial expressions and gestures are reminiscent of Uldren.
What can be seen? The cosplayer presents himself as a Titan holding a weapon in his hand. The armor fits perfectly and, despite the rather simple design, it is full of details.
What can be seen? The leader of the Cabal and the first big enemy in Destiny 2 is excellently portrayed here as “Real-Life Ghaul”. The costume is said to have taken about a month and a half to complete. It was definitely worth it. The armor and skull design are impressive.
Guardian Team Cosplay
Who created the cosplay? The photo was shared by Sasha Galvan.
What can be seen? This time there are 3 cosplayers in the photo, showing Guardians in full gear along with two beautiful weapons. This is how hardcore fans probably dress when they form a strike team in Destiny 2.
Titan with Buck
Who created the cosplay? The image was shared by jedi_ellis, who is on the left in the picture.
What can be seen? This duo cosplay features Buck from Halo 3: ODST and a Titan from Destiny 2. It is undoubtedly this armor that has been faithfully recreated:
Enemies in Destiny
Here are some enemies that appear as cosplay in the real world:
At the Pre-Season Invitational of Apex Legends, a major tournament, there were some complaints from the professionals. Others allegedly sabotaged the PCs they were playing on. They had crudely adjusted the settings.
How are players allegedly cheating? During the Invitationals, which ended on Sunday, September 15, several incidents occurred. According to professionals, the settings on the computers were changed to their disadvantage.
Pro gamer Jordan “Reps” Wolfe from the winning team Team SoloMid tweeted on September 14, urging his teammates to check their settings before they start.

the monitor was set to only 60 Hertz (professionals play at 144 Hertz)
mouse acceleration was active
there were still issues with the window
and everything looked blurry.
He believes that teams who had finished playing changed the settings as a “parting gift”.
Altered Settings at the Apex Tournament
Why the sabotage is serious: For most players, a slight change in frequency or sensitivity might not make a significant difference. However, professionals have their own specific settings.
They typically train for months with a specific setting that they have optimized over years. Using online tools like mouse-sensitivity.com, they can transfer their familiar settings to new games.
Consistency is crucial because much of their skill comes from highly trained muscle memory. If the sensitivity is just a little different, a well-trained headshot may easily miss. Similar to what happened to streamer Shroud, who simply couldn’t hit anything.
How could this even happen? The reason these sabotages could occur at all is that players share the game PCs at the tournament. They take turns, and when they are done, they leave the spot.
Some players apparently changed the settings to the detriment of those who compete after them. Former Overwatch pro Lucas “Mendokusaii” Håkansson pointed out this very danger with shared PCs:

Classic versions of MMORPGs are currently very popular. After WoW Classic, there is now a version for Everquest as well – but it’s being taken care of by fans.
What has been announced? The community of the MMORPG classic Everquest will launch a new private server in October. Under the name “Green Server” from Project 1999, you can experience the online role-playing game as it was at release.
All over again for the anniversary
Why is this server coming? Everquest is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. Since WoW Classic has shown how successful such versions are, the fans of Everquest want to honor “their” MMORPG with a classic server as well. Additionally, the team behind Project 1999 is celebrating its ten-year anniversary in October. A similar project was started back then.
What exactly can players expect? The community of Project 1999 will reset Everquest 1 to its release state. You will experience the MMORPG just as it was at launch. However, it won’t stop there.
The fans will gradually implement all patches, updates, and expansions. The project is designed so that you can experience Everquest all over again.
In January 2020, “of Plane of Fear” will be released, in November 2020, “Ruins of Kunark” and so on. The launch of “Scars of Velious” is planned for July 2021.
Depending on the response, there may not just be one server.

What is special about it? The team behind Project 1999 wants to release the updates, patches, and addons in exactly the same rhythm as Sony Online Entertainment did back then with Everquest 1. So you will not just experience Everquest in its original state, but also follow its development in “real-time” once again.
Is this officially approved? Yes, the team made an agreement with Daybreak in 2015, which operates Everquest. As long as no profit is made with the private servers, the project can continue.
When does the server start? The so-called “Green Server” will open its doors in October. A specific date will still be announced.
What do the players think about it? The fans are excited and congratulate the team for this idea. Many can’t wait to experience Everquest 1 from the beginning once again. This should be an exciting “time travel”.
Which areas will you visit? While you have been traveling in northern Elsweyr so far, you now head south after the DLC Scalebreaker into the ancient Khajiiti kingdom of Pellitine.
Pellitine has been struck by a devastating plague. The inhabitants flee to the north while bandits, slave hunters, and pirates spread throughout the land. However, resistance is also rising and not everyone is fleeing. Suddenly, the dragons invade the south as well…
During your adventures, you will explore tropical steppes as well as dense, overgrown forests. The plains are slowly recovering from the cleansing fires used to combat the plague.
Pellitine is said to visually differ from the northern areas of Elsweyr. Especially the burned places, which are slowly recovering, present interesting landscapes. The forests and steppes contrast strongly with the desert-rich lands of northern Elsweyr.
Fight of the Dragons and Bandits
What adventures await you in the south of Elsweyr? Among other things, you will be dealing with slave hunters and bandits who are trying to claim the area for themselves.
Furthermore, you will participate in the defense of the capital. A brave group of Khajiit do not want to leave their home and surrender it to the lawless. So they fight until the last man.
You will also descend into dark dungeons where many dangers and challenges await you.
You will also encounter the sword master Sai Sahan again, who wants to rebuild the ancient order of the Dragon Guard with some adventurers and pirates. They must confront the dragons from the north before the New Moon cultists lay all of Elsweyr to waste.
To do this, it is first necessary to uncover the secrets of the Dragon Guard in order to revive the order.
You can expect the final battle against the dragons – and who knows, perhaps Paarthurnax will also appear. Many ESO players are hoping for the appearance of the son of Akatosh. He is one of the few friendly dragons and plays an important role in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim.
The Twitch streamer “DrDisrespect” has been honored with a sniper rifle in Borderlands 3. We will show you what it looks like and how to obtain it. Additionally, there are more Easter eggs related to the streamer.
What happens in Borderlands 3? Since the release of Borderlands 3, players have been exploring the game world and discovering pop culture Easter eggs.
Next to the guy with the headset and glasses, you’ll find a special sniper rifle called “The Two Time”. A name that DrDisrespect often refers to himself as “Two Time Champion” (view here on YouTube).
What’s more? Besides the character and weapon, there’s also a mod in the game that seems to be an Easter egg related to the streamer. It’s called “Forceful Disruptor” and is a rare mod for Zane. Disrespect himself often mentions the traits “Violence”, “Speed”, and “Momentum”, which are also reflected in this mod:
Where do you find the mission with DrDisrespect? First, you need to head to the area Devil’s Razor in Pandora. Right next to the fast travel destination “Roland’s Rest,” you’ll find the quest ECHOnet Neutrality. This is at the place where you appear when you first enter this map.
The quest giver, who strongly resembles the streamer, is named “Edgren.” He has a cool story for you about why you should help him, which involves common complaints like lag. And Edgren also knows who is behind it.
How to obtain the sniper rifle: After completing the mission, you will receive the epic weapon “The Two Time”. It belongs to the weapon manufacturer Hyperion. You will therefore receive a shield when aiming with the scope. Additionally, the sniper is particularly effective against shielded opponents.
The weapon description also mentions “Back-to-back consecutive champion.” A reference to the fact that the streamer often claims he is the “1993-1994 blockbuster video game world champion.”
In Glitching Queen’s video, you can see the encounter with the character and the mission related to it.

In Borderlands 3 there is a shotgun from Maliwan, the Trevonator. This weapon is associated with a tragic story. Because the legendary shotgun was designed by Gearbox in honor of 27-year-old Trevor Eastman, who is terminally ill with cancer.
This is the story of the weapon: Borderlands fan Trevor Eastman is 27 years old and suffers from cancer that has affected his esophagus, stomach, and liver.
He turned to the community on reddit in April 2019 and said: His greatest hope was to still be able to play Borderlands 3 before he dies.
The community made such a commotion about Trevor’s wish that Gearbox took notice.
The “Overpressed Trevornator.”
In June, it became known that Eastman was actually able to play Borderlands 3. And Gearbox even took it a step further. They designed the weapon “Trevonator”, a Maliwan shotgun, in his honor, which would be available at the release of Borderlands 3.
Gearbox gave the shotgun the flavor text “Trev is gunna get you” at Eastman’s request.
This image was shared by Trevor Eastman via Imgur.
Terminally ill player checks in again
This is how Trevor is doing now: Trevor has checked in now with the release of Borderlands 3 (via reddit). He says:
The positive thing is that he is actually able to play the game at release – the nice people at Gearbox sent him a digital copy. And he couldn’t be more grateful for what they have done for him.
The negative thing is that the doctors have stopped his therapy; he is now permanently taking morphine for the unbearable pain and has to subsist on protein shakes. He has left the hospital to die at home.
Trevor is now looking forward to playing the full version of Borderlands 3.
This image was also shared by Eastman via Imgur.
He then shows pictures of the “Trevonator”, his weapon, with a special skin that Gearbox apparently designed for the launch, which has the clearly readable “TREVonator” on the side.
This is how the community reacts: Many are happy that Trevor can play and has checked in again.
People are discussing the weapon. Some have already found it, and say it is actually quite powerful. The Trevonator is not available as a quest reward, but randomly in Borderlands 3.
Players who already have the Trevonator say: “I will destroy everything with it – in your name” or “I will keep it forever.”
Trevor himself says he has not found the weapon yet. He is on the hunt for it.
An exploit allowed players to farm raid instances multiple times in WoW Classic. Blizzard is fixing the issue, but fans want to see the ban hammer.
Since the first players have reached level 60 in World of Warcraft Classic, the two raids Molten Core and Onyxia’s Lair are being cleared regularly. However, an exploit has been discovered that allowed guilds to defeat bosses in raid instances multiple times in a row, thereby collecting valuable loot several times. Blizzard has now issued a hotfix that resolves the issue.
How did the exploit work? Currently, there is still layering technology in World of Warcraft Classic. This effectively creates multiple “versions” of the server, so players are divided. The “trick” was that a group could defeat a raid or instance boss (such as the bosses in Molten Core) and then switch layers via another player to change the layer. This caused the defeated boss to respawn, allowing it to be killed again.
The effects of this can be seen in this short clip showcasing Gnomeregan:

What are the consequences of the exploit? Due to this exploit, some guilds were able to farm an extreme amount of gear and defeat the bosses in Molten Core multiple times per week, leading some players to have almost completely gathered their T1 set. This is, of course, highly unfair and not desired by Blizzard. A hotfix has resolved this exploit with the restart of the realms; it is no longer possible to exploit this bug.
Are there penalties? It is already clear that the players who exploited this bug will be punished. Blizzard has stated that they intend to take “appropriate punitive actions”. However, the extent of these actions is not yet clear.
The general sentiment in the community seems to be that Blizzard should wield the “ban hammer” and permanently exclude these accounts from WoW Classic. Players are aware that exploiting a bug is not part of the gaming experience. After all, it has been known for 15 years that bosses in instances and raids can only be defeated once per week.
What is your opinion on this exploit? Should Blizzard punish those responsible, and if so, how severe should the punishment be? Or should leniency be shown?

In FIFA 20, we show you the best talents in attack. These young strikers bring the greatest potential in career mode and can quickly improve your team. We also provide inexpensive / cheap top strikers in career mode.
That’s why you need the best attacking talents:If you want to reliably score goals in your career in FIFA 20, you need strikers who bring high shooting stats and generally good offensive stats. However, if you are not starting with top clubs like Bayern Munich or Barcelona, it will be costly to acquire strong and experienced strikers.
Therefore, look for young attacking talents with high potential that can ideally be signed for a low price. Because you can develop them into absolute top strikers after just a few seasons, who you can then either keep or sell for a high price.
New in FIFA 20 is that the talents have a dynamic potential. This means that while the following potentials are officially listed, they can be exceeded through good training and plenty of playing time.
It is not enough to scout the young strikers, buy them, and then wait until they automatically receive a high rating. They will only realize their potential if you train them and let them play frequently and well.
Best attacking talent in FIFA 20 – Mbappé
[toc]

A potential of 88 also includes other talents such as Gabriel Jesus, Goncalo Guedes, and A. Martial.
Lewandowski is a top striker – but at 31 years old, he is no longer a talent
However, most of the talents listed here are quite expensive, as they already start with a high base rating and/or play for European top clubs that are reluctant to let their talents go.
Therefore, we will now look at inexpensive attacking talents that still have good potential.

T. Kubo: has a rating of 70 and a potential of 88. The market value is only 3.7 million euros. However, since he is contracted at Real Madrid, he could become more expensive.

M. Greenwood: A young Englishman with a rating of 67 but a strong potential of 87. The market value is 1.5 million euros, but he is contracted to Manchester United.

Oops, unfortunately this table is no longer available.
Are there any top German talents involved? The only player in this list is Jann-Fiete Arp from Bayern. With a potential of 85, he declines compared to FIFA 19, where he had a potential of 88.
Others include Nmecha (83 potential), Yeboah (83 potential), and Akono (82 potential).

The surprise hit Remnant: From the Ashes has received a major update. This introduces the Adventure Mode, which brings an important feature.
What does the update bring? In addition to bug fixes and some balancing adjustments to weapons and enemies, the Adventure Mode is the highlight. This mode is exactly what the fans of Remnant: From the Ashes have been waiting for.
The Adventure Mode is here
What is the Adventure Mode? In the new mode, you can have the worlds in the game, such as Earth, Rhom, and Yaesha, generated randomly and again and again. And this is done without losing your progress. You create this world, fight through it, and defeat the boss enemy. If you want to experience the world again, but in a different way, you simply have it generated anew in this mode.
This means that each visit to one of the worlds is different and interesting. Essentially, this mode represents the endgame of the game, which is why it is so important.
Why is this so important? Until now, the worlds in the surprise success Remnant: From the Ashes were also generated randomly, but they could not be changed anymore in your campaign. So once you created your world, it was fixed for you.
If you wanted to visit new, randomly generated worlds, you had to create everything anew, which also meant losing your progress.
Now, using the Adventure Mode, you can visit always new versions of the worlds within your existing campaign while keeping your campaign progress.
How do you activate the Adventure Mode? You select the Adventure Mode at the “World Stone” in Ward 13 under “World Settings”. You then choose one of the worlds you want to have generated randomly. Then you dive cooperatively into the adventure.

How does the update affect player numbers? Since the release on September 13, player numbers have risen again. About 12,000 players were simultaneously active in the cooperative shooter over the weekend. That is almost as many as at launch on August 20.
What do the players think about it? Of course, one can argue about small things like some adjustments to items or balancing changes, but especially the Adventure Mode is very well received by the players. This is what many have been waiting for. Because many believe that this greatly increases the replay value of Remnant: From the Ashes. Whether that is really the case will be seen.
Also, the fact that progress is retained is something that players feel very positively about.
Fans praise the developers who listen to player feedback and implement it so quickly. Since the developers of the shooter have already announced further content like new worlds, many are now very excited to see what the future holds for Remnant: From the Ashes.
Today marks the start of the 3rd week of the Ultra Bonus in Pokémon GO. It brings us Shiny Mewtwo as well as the first Pokémon from Generation 5.
This is the event: A few weeks ago, diligent trainers worldwide unlocked the Ultra Bonus. They completed field research during the 3 GO Fests.
As a reward, there are 3 weeks full of bonuses. Week 1 and Week 2 are over, and now the biggest bonus week is ahead. There are new Pokémon and an absolute fan favorite: Shiny Mewtwo.
What kind of event is this? Week 3 of the Ultra Bonus 2019 When does it start? On September 16 at 10:00 PM German time What rewards are there? Shiny Mewtwo can be caught from raids, first Pokémon from Generation 5 are coming, regional Pokémon remain in 7 km eggs, incubators hatch twice as fast
Shiny Mewtwo from Raids – What you need to know
How will the raids change? There will be completely new raid bosses. Mewtwo will replace the forms of Deoxys in the raids, and the smaller raids will also feature different Pokémon.
For the first time, Shiny Mewtwo will also be available in the 5-star raids.
Shiny Mewtwo is clearly recognizable
How likely is Shiny Mewtwo? So far, all legendary Pokémon have had a Shiny chance of 1 in 19. So, based on probability, one should be able to find a Shiny in 19 raids.
Take this opportunity: This Wednesday, September 18, there will also be a raid hour with Mewtwo. Starting at 6 PM, you will find a Mewtwo raid in almost all gyms.
How long will Mewtwo stay? So far, Mewtwo has only been announced for one week. It is expected to disappear from the raids on September 23 at 10 PM. However, who the successor will be is not yet known.
First Pokémon from Generation 5 – What’s coming?
This is what to expect: Niantic talks about first Pokémon from Generation 5 in their announcement. There will also be 3 new Shinys. These Pokémon are already known, also as Shiny:
Klikk (probably only in raids)
Nagelotz
Yorkleff
All confirmed Pokémon from Gen 5 and their Shiny versions
We will have to see if these monsters actually come out today evening, but one can expect it.
The 5th generation will also bring a lot of commotion in the top attackers, as there are many strong Pokémon. We will keep you updated here on MeinMMO tomorrow morning about the new Pokémon and potential meta changes.
Players of Borderlands 3 are seeking help with technical issues and complaining. They go to a place that is actually the wrong spot for that – the Steam forums.
As with almost every launch of a major game, things did not go smoothly with Borderlands 3. Some players are complaining about in-game problems that hinder their gameplay or are extremely annoying. These include:
Massive lags in the game’s menus
Framerate drops despite a solid PC
Persistent “A new update is available” messages in the menu
Extremely long loading times
To seek help with these issues, players ask others for advice. However, they do this at one of the few places where they are unlikely to find like-minded individuals: the Steam forums.
Nevertheless, players are using the Steam forum of its predecessor Borderlands 2 to get tips or complain about performance issues. They are often reminded to use the official forums of Gearbox or Reddit instead.
No forums at Epic Games: The players’ predicament arises from the fact that the Epic Games Store does not offer forums. Therefore, there is no “obvious” place for players on the platform to discuss issues or bugs and seek help.
Apparently, some fans recalled in their minds that there were such forums on Steam and are simply turning to the forums of the predecessor games, even if the current game is not available on Steam.
The Epic Games Store lacks some features: Another missing feature in the Epic Games Store, along with forums, is the ratings, as they are possible on Steam. This has led in the past to angry players storming the Steam page of Borderlands 2 and bombarding the game with negative reviews. Back then, they were angry about the Epic Games exclusivity.
Numerous rewards from the Argent Dawn and the Timbermaw Hold are still missing in WoW Classic. We’ll explain why you should start farming already.
World of Warcraft Classic is based on the original WoW as of Patch 1.12, but some features are not yet fully available. This is because WoW Classic goes through multiple phases that bring different new content and rewards. This also means that many endgame factions that already exist in the game offer only a fraction of their rewards.
Timbermaw Hold and Argent Dawn Lack Rewards
Which factions are affected? Primarily, it concerns the two factions “Timbermaw Hold” and “Argent Dawn”. Both actually offer a variety of powerful recipes and rewards that are currently not present in the game. They are unlocked through the reputation system, which is primarily associated with massive farming and grinding of enemies in Classic.
These rewards are missing from the Timbermaw Hold: Especially, enchanting characters are likely to kick themselves, as the extremely lucrative enchantments “Weapon – Agility” and “Two-Handed Weapon – Agility” are not yet in the game.
The tailoring recipes that mainly had “MP5” as a value are also not available yet, nor are the attack power items for mail wearers (blacksmithing).
Finally, the trinket “Defender of the Timbermaw Hold” is also missing, which can be purchased at “exalted”. It summons a NPC Furbolg that heals and aids in battle.
These rewards are missing from the Argent Dawn: Also, a large part of the rewards is still missing at the Argent Dawn in the Plaguelands. Enchanters are missing “Bracers – Healing” and “Bracers – Mana Regeneration”, while leatherworkers have not yet received the good recipes that grant a percentage bonus to “Dodge” and are popular among tank druids.
Tip: It is already worth having a “friendly” reputation with the Argent Dawn. There, you can find the “Enriched Mana Biscuit”, currently the best bread/water that even surpasses the food conjured by mages.
Why is farming still worth it? Anyone who is already at max level or approaching the corresponding area should still start farming reputation. Because the rewards are currently missing, many players will postpone this task to a later time.
Currently, there is relatively little activity in the corresponding farming areas (Felwood, Winterspring, Plaguelands). This makes farming easier. It is expected that these areas will become much fuller and “over-farmed” once the rewards are unlocked.
This is exacerbated by the fact that layering is decreasing and later all players will be in the same zone. Currently, players can still spread across multiple layers and farm more effectively.
How do you farm reputation with the two factions? If you want a high reputation with the Timbermaw Hold, you need to kill Furbolgs in Felwood and Winterspring. These grant reputation points per kill, but also drop items (feathers and beaded necklaces) that you can also turn in for reputation. However, you should keep these items until “respectful”, as only then will turning in beads and feathers grant reputation.
Farming for the Argent Dawn is similarly simple. You just have to defeat undead in the Plaguelands, but there are also reputation opportunities in the dungeons Stratholme and Scholomance. Additionally, you can collect Scourgestones and turn them in for reputation points while wearing an Argent Dawn insignia.
Will you farm reputation with these two endgame factions? Or are you not going to put yourself through this grind again?
In Destiny 2, thousands of Guardians agree that Bungie should finally solve the old shader problem. It is said to be one of the last major remnants from Vanilla-Destiny-2.
What’s the problem? It’s about shaders. The old shader discussion flared up again last weekend on reddit. Several user posts revolve around these cosmetic items with partial hundreds and thousands of upvotes.
What is the reason for this? With Shadowkeep, Bungie is revolutionizing the armor system, which allows for reusable Armor 2.0 mods. As became known last Friday, you can also use weapon mods as many times as you want once you have them. All these items that were previously consumables that could only be used once will become permanent items.
Many Guardians are now asking: Why can’t this also work with shaders?
The eternal problem with shaders
The oldest problem in Destiny 2: Destiny 2 was released on September 6, 2017, and already on September 7, many Guardians called for a boycott. The reason: The community found out that shaders became one-time-use items – and this is still a point of contention, with discussions flaring up from time to time.
Over the past two years, Bungie has been working on the shader system, introducing collections and allowing shaders to be dismantled much faster; however, the system is far from an optimal, guardian-friendly state.
It is still criticized that
shaders are consumed when applied – they should no longer be consumables,
shaders cannot be applied to all armor pieces simultaneously – each must be activated individually,
and one spends far more time dismantling shaders than using them to color armor – because they are consumables and inventory space is limited.
What do the Guardians demand now? With Shadowkeep and the upcoming seasons, a lot of new shaders are expected. The shader inventory will overflow even more, and they are already preparing to constantly dismantle shaders again.
Therefore, Bungie should finally overhaul the shader system fundamentally. It works with the mods, after all.
For example, shaders could no longer move to the consumable inventory upon acquisition, but rather directly into the collections, which can be accessed quickly through the character overview, allowing coloring armor for free, without consuming the respective shader.
This would be a “Quality of Life” improvement that many would welcome.
A Guardian suggested a different idea: A system similar to gestures: You can choose a few shaders from the large collection and place them in the character overview to freely color the armor – of course, without consuming the shaders.
On reddit, a Guardian writes that more than 95% of his interactions with shaders consist of dismantling them – instead of applying them. According to him, shaders are some of the last major remnants from the early days of Destiny 2.
While they are aware that there could be technical limitations or long loading times if access to all shaders were constant – as there are many of them in Destiny 2 now – after 2 years there needs to be a different solution. It cannot be that the main interaction with shaders is dismantling them, as the inventory and mail are close to bursting.
By the way, there are even more discussions about shaders. Players are demanding that factions could sell their shaders and that Bungie finally brings back the “Superschwarz” shader from Destiny 1. Because they want a shader that completely colors them black without any patterns or zebra stripes.
Actually, many reviews consider Warframe to be one of the best current games. However, there has recently been a review bombing on Steam that has significantly affected the ratings. What is behind this?
Who is rating so poorly? Most of the negative reviews come from the Chinese community. The main concern is about translation issues that bother the Chinese players.
There are even accusations of racism from fans against the Canadian developers, whom they label as an “anti-Chinese front” and creatively using punctuation to turn it into a middle finger.
Some of the negative reviews.
A particularly large issue is the perceived poor treatment of a volunteer translator, from whom the developers at Digital Extremes previously parted ways.
Translator Fired, Players Outrage
What happened? The volunteer translator Ji, who has only referred to himself as “the translator” for quite some time, was working for the Steam department of Warframe and translated content into simplified Chinese.
The position was offered to him after he had often translated patch notes into Chinese. This also earned him a good reputation and popularity in the community.
However, at the beginning of September, he was dismissed by the developers. The reason given was a violation of a non-disclosure agreement (“NDA”) and disrespect towards the development team.
This is how the translator sees the situation: From the translator’s perspective, however, he bears no blame. He claims that after signing the agreement, he never spoke about internal matters. It happened that he shared internal chat conversations with the community, but he was not aware of an NDA at that time.
He also admits to having spoken poorly about the work of the official translators. He called them poor and said it sounded like a machine translation. While he did apologize for this, it seems that was not enough.
Furthermore, the translators allegedly treated the volunteers like “tools” and paid little attention to their opinions, resulting in translations that he felt could have been done better. You can find his statement in a short post on reddit, with comments and reactions in a second.
This is how fans feel about it: Although the review bombing already shows a clear sign, many players have mixed feelings about the whole matter.
The impact illustrated.
On one hand, fans agree with him that the translation is not good in places or even consistently poor, so they cannot understand why a good and community-respected developer is being fired.
On the other hand, they also see the fault with the translator himself. The user sloppylotuspussy writes:
It seems that volunteers never see their jobs as real jobs. If you have gained more experience in real life, you might notice that it doesn’t mean you can be unprofessional just because it says “voluntary”.
You should never talk about internal matters and never insult your employers, no matter how trivial. You take concerns to your supervisors and address them discreetly. You don’t put that on social media to complain, voluntarily or not.
What MeinMMO readers say: There are also voices within our community that view all of this rather critically. The user Feynrath wrote to us via Discord:
No, I don’t understand where the fuss is coming from. I think it’s not okay to form a judgment without information on what exactly happened.
Maybe I’m being too objective or logical about it, I have no idea, but personally, I don’t like it when people don’t just research or inform themselves first.
She also finds review bombing in general inappropriate. She feels there is a lack of objectivity in viewing this from all sides: “It resembles torches and pitchforks to me.”
What does this mean for German players? The sudden negative reviews do not mean that Warframe has suddenly become a bad game. After all, Warframe still ranks among the 10 most popular MMOs on Steam.
The reviews are primarily based on players being dissatisfied with the developers, not the game itself. So if you’re not playing in Chinese, you will not notice any decline related to these reviews.
Overall, the frustration seems to primarily take place on the Chinese side. Fans elsewhere are still quite satisfied:
Currently, PS4 players are allowed to dive into the multiplayer beta of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. Today, on Sunday, September 15th, there are new modes and maps for all players to discover.
What content has been added today? The mini-map has been activated and now shows you the position of allied players. Additionally, the following maps and game modes have been added to the beta:
Team Deathmatch:
Azhir Cave (Day), Hackney Yard (Day), Gun Runner
Until when does the beta run? Interested players can play the beta today, on September 15th, and tomorrow until September 16th. Afterwards, you will have to wait until the next testing phase.
Who can play the beta? Currently, only PS4 players can test the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. However, you will need a PS Plus membership for this.
Will there be another beta? The current beta will not be the last one. From September 19th to 23rd, there will be another testing phase. During this beta, you will also be able to try the game on PC and Xbox One.
However, to access the beta on PC and Xbox from September 19th to 20th, you will need early access. Only then will the multiplayer beta be open to everyone. Xbox players also require an active Xbox Live Gold membership.
For PS4 players, the second beta phase is already open. You do not need early access to participate in the beta there. So you can start right on September 19th.
The shooter specialist Guy “DrDisrespect” Beahm is known on Twitch for his skills in PUBG, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, or Apex Legends. But he is actually also a solid player in FIFA 19. And immediately starts a fight with the YouTuber Castro: He doesn’t even play, but just opens packs in FUT mode.
What is DrDisrespect doing? He briefly streamed the big soccer game FIFA 19 on Twitch on Friday. FIFA 20 is only going on sale from September 27, so DrDisrespect probably felt like playing a match to warm up.
After complaining for a long time that there are no new games to play and he had nothing to do, he is finally busy in September again with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Sponsored Streams for Gears 5. But there was still a bit of space for his old passion FIFA in between.

This is what the clip shows: In a match against a random player, DrDisrespect can score an impressive 3:0 with Toni Kroos in the Real Madrid jersey. He immediately celebrates it with a primal scream.
DrDisrespect then smiles at the camera and yells: “What’s up, Castro? Are you opening packs right now, or what?”
The opponent in the current FIFA 19 match quits immediately: a classic rage quit. DrDisrespect continues to celebrate himself: he still has it.
Castro only opens packs
What’s up with the beef? Casto1021 is a big FIFA YouTuber with over 1.4 million subscribers. DrDisrespect seems to have his sights set on him and challenges him.
DrDisrespect already complained about Castro in December 2018. He didn’t even know if he could play or just open packs (via dexerto).

This is what’s behind it: DrDisrespect is apparently one of those who prefer the actual gameplay in FIFA to the “meta game” in FUT with buying and opening packs, the player cards with their ratings and special cards. This also fits the Doctor’s image.
What does DrDisrespect have to do with FIFA? Many do not know, but DrDisrespect is into sports games. In his youth, he was a basketball player himself and he probably likes the FIFA series and has commented on it several times. He was known for a while in 2017 for yelling “Raul!” the name of the legendary striker from Real Madrid,
Madrid seems to be the Doctor’s favorite club anyway – he also chose it now for his brief detour.
