The next patch for World of Warcraft has been revealed. It concerns the Old God N’Zoth, the Black Empire, and plenty of dark visions.
Quite unexpectedly, the WoW team released a new video today. Game Director Ion Hazzikostas took about 20 minutes to talk not only about WoW Classic but also about the future of Battle for Azeroth. The next patch was revealed: Patch 8.3 Visions of N’Zoth. A lot had hinted at a PTR a few days ago.
What is Patch 8.3 about? The war between Horde and Alliance is over, but N’Zoth has been freed. He is the first Old God that is completely unshackled and is now ravaging Azeroth. This results in many titanic facilities being attacked.

Old areas are being revamped: N’Zoth’s attacks are also taking place in other locations. Regular attacks occur in Uldum (south of Kalimdor) and the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (Pandaria). These areas are being attacked by N’Zoth’s forces and hold new quests, puzzles, secrets, treasures, and other rewards for players as long as an attack is ongoing.
Those who fend off the attacks can subsequently enter the dreams of N’Zoth and see a piece of the world as N’Zoth envisions it – completely corrupted by his power.
Stormwind and Orgrimmar as a scenario: Part of these visions is a complete corruption of Stormwind and Orgrimmar. These are new scenarios for 1-5 players that scale depending on group size. While in the visions, the characters’ mental health decreases, and they suffer ever stronger debuffs and negative effects, forcing them to retreat early.
However, each time players learn a little more about the visions, so their next visit lasts longer. Piece by piece, they can conquer the visions and ultimately cleanse them to claim rewards.
Stormwind and Orgrimmar in the corrupted visions.
Ny’alotha will be the raid: The centerpiece of Patch 8.3 is the Sleeping City Ny’alotha. This will be a new raid, where the Old God N’Zoth himself can be encountered at the end. The raid seems quite large, as there are a total of 12 bosses there.
When is the patch coming out? There is no exact release date for Patch 8.3 yet. Since the PTR has just activated, it will likely take a few weeks, if not months.
Are you looking forward to Patch 8.3 and the implications of N’Zoth? Or does it leave you rather indifferent?

The winner of the “British Cycling’s eRacing Championships” has had his title stripped and received further penalties after a long dispute since his victory in March. The reason: cheating or “digital doping”.
This is the ex-champion: 22-year-old Brit Cameron Jeffers participated in the British Cycling’s eRacing Championships in March 2019 and won the title with the first place. He held this title until recently, when it was revoked by the association.
The tournament deals with virtual cycling as eSports.
Why the punishment? The reason for the penalty is formally “cheating”. The (digital) bike with which the Brit competed was not earned through regular means but was obtained through an automated program – essentially through a bot.
The “Tron-Bike”, referred to as the “Z1 Concept bike” in the game, can actually only be unlocked through several weeks of training. However, Jeffers used a program that someone from his community offered him to simulate his training. The bike is merely a skin and provides no other advantages.
Thus, he competed with the cheated bike. He stated that he would have normally earned it by the time of the penalty, but he wouldn’t have had it for the tournament. Therefore, he respects and accepts the penalty. In a video, he explained it in more detail.

The severity of the penalty: The sanctions for violating the rules include even more than just the revocation of the title:
Disqualification from the 2019 tournament
6-month ban from participating in events
£250 fine
Jeffers is not hit as hard as athletes in traditional sports, like Lance Armstrong, who lost seven titles due to doping, but it is still noticeable.
Cycling as eSport
How does it work at all? Athletes participate in the tournaments using stationary bikes that look and function similarly to exercise bikes in the gym. Their performance is then transmitted to the game ‘Zwift’, where they compete with an avatar. It works similarly in other disciplines of eRacing.
Players of Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA 5) are waiting in vain for new content for the singleplayer. However, a modder regularly adds new missions for free that you can play now.
How does the new content come to the offline mode? For the singleplayer mode of GTA 5, no new content is planned by the developers at Rockstar Games. Already in 2017, Rockstar stated that singleplayer DLC would neither be possible nor necessary (via gameinformer).
However, the modder alebal regularly puts effort into developing new missions for GTA 5. He uses the tool “Mission Maker” for this.
Just recently, his mod was expanded by 10 more missions.
What does the mod bring? The mission pack from alebal now includes 70 missions for the singleplayer in GTA 5. In a trailer, the modder has already shown what content you can expect when you install it.

But also handling a sniper rifle and flying with the jetpack seem to be a fixed part of this mission pack. However, this is not the end of development.
As PCGamer reports, the developer adds another 10 missions with each major update. So there is plenty of content for you to play in singleplayer with Michael, Trevor, and Franklin.
The requirement: To play the missions, you first need to download the Mission Maker mod (found here at gta5-mods.com). Additionally, download the mission pack from alebal (you can find the mission pack here at gta5-mods.com).
If you encounter problems, browse through the comments on the mod’s page. Creator alebal provides assistance there.
Is it worth it?
Who should try it? If you are among the players who have played the story of GTA 5 multiple times, then this mod is a good choice for you. Although the wild story of GTA is not continued here, you will experience further adventures with the three characters who remained in your memory through drug abuse, yoga, or wild rides as a towing service.
If you can’t get into the online mode of GTA 5, GTA Online, but want to experience fresh content in the game, then it might be worth trying out the mod for you.
If you also enjoy the online mode, you should take advantage of the next few days while there are big money bonuses:
Epic Games, the developers behind Fortnite, are now facing a class-action lawsuit. A law firm intends to sue the company for not warning about the addictive nature of their game, allegedly as addictive as cocaine.
This is what the lawsuit looks like: A Canadian law firm represents two parents who believe that their children have become addicted after extensive play of Fortnite, and that this addiction resembles a cocaine addiction.
Because Fortnite does not warn players about the potential risk of addiction, the lawsuit follows.
Fortnite makes children addicted – This is how the law firm explains it
This is the basis of the lawsuit: The lawsuit references a ruling by the Supreme Court of Quebec. The court sentenced a tobacco company in 2015 for not alerting its customers to the harmful effects of smoking.
The same is now being accused of Epic: they did not warn about the potential addiction.
Fortnite is said to be extremely addictive, according to a law firm
Fortnite deliberately aims to make players addicted
This is what the lawyer says: Alessandra Esposito Chartrand, a lawyer at Calax Légal, the suing law firm, explains the step to the site CBC News:
“We dug in and found that there is a good argument for this. […] It is basically the same legal basis as in the case of the tobacco company.”
The lawyer also states that Fortnite is designed to be as addictive as possible and that Epic’s success is based on extensive research and development aimed at creating an addictive game.
“Epic Games, when developing Fortnite, hired psychologists for years – they really dug into the human brain and made an effort to develop it to be as addictive as possible.”
Chartrand also explains what motivated the parents to file this lawsuit. They said to the law firm: “If we had known that it is so addictive that it would ruin our child’s life, we would have never let them start playing Fortnite, or we would have monitored it much more closely.”
Is Fortnite really that bad? There are recurring stories, especially of children who seem trapped in Fortnite addiction. For example, a 9-year-old girl was sent to therapy after becoming addicted.
Another child destroyed a car after its parents took Fortnite away from it. Prince Harry also called for a ban on Fortnite, saying children spend too much time on it.
A certain risk of addiction is indeed present for young players. It remains to be seen how the class-action lawsuit against Epic will turn out.
Even professional football players are affected by Fortnite addiction. The coach subsequently cut off the internet:
At the annual “Ubiday” events, Ubisoft is inviting fans and cosplayers to a big party in Japan this year. As part of the event, the first cinematic of the upcoming expansion “Episode 2” for The Division 2 was shown. Watch the short film here.
What’s next for The Division 2? The post-apocalyptic shooter The Division 2 is about to receive its biggest expansion yet. Title Update 6 brings many balance changes and revamps some mechanics. Alongside this rather technical update, the free content DLC “Episode 2” will be released.
Episode 2 takes you to the Pentagon
With the new expansion, agents can expect a trip to the Pentagon. However, the form in which the content will come is still unknown. A specific release date for these announced contents has not yet been provided.
More information is expected on Wednesday, October 9, with the weekly community stream “State of the Game”.
At the “Ubiday” in Tokyo, there was a little teaser of the Pentagon in the form of a short cinematic trailer.
Ubiday surprises with Pentagon video
What was said about The Division 2 at Ubiday? At the annual fan and cosplayer meeting “Ubiday”, many Ubisoft developers and employees presented current titles from the publisher. The Division 2 also received a segment with Clint Hocking, Creative Director at Ubisoft, as a guest.
During the interview, the Ubisoft team talked about the current raid “Dark Hours” and discussed the mechanics of individual bosses and the story behind the villains. The already known changes from Title Update 6 were also mentioned.
Hocking also talks about the upcoming content expansion “Episode 2” and surprisingly announces that he has a small trailer with him, showcasing previously unseen material from the Pentagon update.
This cinematic video is about:
From 3:37:00, Clint Hocking is on stage
At 3:58:30, the Pentagon trailer starts
The entire interview lasts until 4:06:00
What does the video show? The cinematic trailer shows a drone shot of the Pentagon at night. Many soldiers from the mercenary group “Black Tusk” can be seen bringing a lot of equipment and supplies into the Pentagon.
Pentagon overrun by Black Tusk
The second shot shows the interior of the Pentagon, probably from the perspective of a Division agent. The voice indicates that these are the “DARPA” labs. “DARPA” is a U.S. technology agency and apparently has labs on the lower floors of the Pentagon in The Division 2.
The task of the “Division agents” now is to find out what technologies have fallen into the hands of the “Black Tusk” with the takeover of the Pentagon.
Where could the excerpt be from? The video is likely part of the introductory mission of the Pentagon and gives agents the reason why the former Department of Defense is now of interest to the Washington factions.
The expansions will be released in mid-October
What else is coming with Title Update 6? In recent weeks, more and more has been revealed about what the developers at Massive want to change with Title Update 6. Countless weapon balancing, comfort features, and more efficient builds are promised.

The release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is approaching. A gaming analytics provider now shows who will buy the game. This is mainly the ultimate gamers. But what is that and do you belong to this group?
Who provides the analysis? The analyst group “Newzoo” is concerned with the video game market. They have also summarized which are the five most toxic online games . This month they presented a new analysis that deals with the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The findings of the analysis are supposed to show which personalities are likely to buy the game.
What does the analysis say? “After the cross-play beta test, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will be released on October 25, 2019, on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. From all persons surveyed in our Game Brand Tracker (who have heard of Call of Duty), ‘ultimate gamers’ are the most likely to buy the game. 33% of them stated that they want to buy Call of Duty: Modern Warfare,” says the report from Newzoo.
About a third of all ultimate gamers will therefore jump on this game. But what kind of categorization is that? Do you belong to it as well?
What are ultimate gamers?
This is how ultimate gamers behave: According to analysts, ultimate gamers are those who regularly watch videos about games and also love to learn everything about the newest and best games.
“The ultimate gamer is completely immersed in everything related to games. Whether they spend hours grinding levels in World of Warcraft, buying the latest hardware or console when they are released, or watching Ninja dominate in Fortnite,” explains Newzoo to gamedaily.biz.
What other types of gamers are there?
Which gaming type plays Call of Duty? Additionally, Newzoo took a look at the consumer market to measure interest in the new CoD installment. According to this study, about 10% of “popcorn gamers” and 3% of “time fillers” have played a Call of Duty in the last three months.
The so-called time fillers mainly use video games to pass the time. Such as while waiting for the bus or while watching Netflix. “They primarily play on their phones and enjoy games that are short and easy to operate on their small screens,” defines Kaylee van Geen from Newzoo.
Popcorn gamers play their games alone but often enjoy watching others play.
The personas compared: The two personalities “time fillers” and “popcorn gamers” tend to be more casual in their gaming habits and rely on mobile experiences. You find the ultimate gamers more often in the PC and console space. For time fillers, a title like Modern Warfare would be less attractive because it requires a significant time investment to learn the mechanics and become competitive.
Which type of these gaming personalities would you consider yourself to be?
As soon as Season 8 of Destiny 2 became available, a player managed to reach Level 100. In a post on Reddit, he reveals how he did it.
This is how the Season Pass works: The Pass for Season 8 introduced Season Ranks in Destiny 2 for the first time, similar to what you know from games like Fortnite. Guardians can collect EXP by completing various tasks in Destiny 2 and level up their rank.
When players reach certain levels in the ranks, they receive rewards, such as:
EXP Boosters
Cosmetics
Resources
Legendary Gear
So, there is a really hefty amount of EXP that you need to collect to reach Rank 100 and pick up all the rewards of the Season Pass along the way. However, one player has already completed the grind. The user JPDeathBlade was the first to report that he reached Rank 100.
How did he do it? In a thread on Reddit, JPDeathBlade revealed how he was able to reach Rank 100 in less than a week after launch.
The strategy through which he farmed the majority of his EXP was as simple as it was grind-heavy: He spammed the Bounties from Eris Morn continuously. He bought all Bounties for 3,000 Glimmer and headed to the Lost Sector K1 Logistics:
On a good run, I could complete all 5 at the same time. I deleted Tidal Lock and started over. It’s very grind-heavy, but it gives you a level for every 3 to 5 sector runs.
JPDeathBlade on Reddit
This method may be dull, but it’s still very efficient. JPDeathBlade took the extreme grind with humor. When asked in the thread if he knew what the sun looked like, he replied with: “…sun?”
Guardian eris morn shadowkeep Destiny
What comes after Level 100? After reaching Level 100 with the Season Pass and collecting all the rewards along the way, according to JPDeathBlade, you receive so-called “Nostalgic Engrams” every 500,000 EXP. These engrams drop random cosmetics from previous seasons of Destiny 2.
In addition, the Guardian has collected tons of EXP for his Gate Lord’s Eye, which has given him a power bonus of +13.
There are still about two months left until the end of the season.
In Pokémon GO, it is not that difficult to gain a lot of XP, but one player took it to the extreme and collected nearly 20 million experience points in just 30 minutes.
A player achieved this: Trainer Mickyster used just one Lucky Egg and earned 19.3 million XP in those 30 minutes. The player did not even catch a single Pokémon.
He surpassed his previous record of 16.2 million experience points in 30 minutes. This was only possible with the help of many friends, according to the trainer.
This is the video: In a clip, the player shows how he continuously made new friendships for about 25 minutes. He also displayed his XP count, and in the end, he had a remarkable 19.3 million experience points more.

This is how he achieved the goal: In the end, it only works thanks to the friendships. No other action in the game provides as much XP as leveling friendships.
He mentioned that a total of 100 players participated in this action, either opening gifts from him or him opening theirs. In the end, Mickyster also had to open gifts himself to gain XP.
The majority of the XP he receives comes from reaching best friend status. That gives, with a Lucky Egg, a whopping 200,000 XP.
This is what is remarkable about it: A player must collect a total of 20 million XP to reach level 40. Mickyster gathered almost as many XP in just 25 minutes, as his Lucky Egg was still running for 5 minutes “unused”.
It is enormous and shows that one only needs to open and send gifts to gain a lot of experience points. A Pokémon does not even need to be caught for this.
The organizational effort is considerable. A large portion of the 100 players needs to have opened the gifts within the 30 minutes for him to get the XP. The arrangements must have worked particularly well here.
The best player in the world has achieved a greater milestone. He surpassed 1 billion XP:
Since the launch of Destiny 2 on Steam and with Shadowkeep, PC and Xbox One users have access to one of the best exotic weapons. PlayStation 4 users had been able to use it for quite a while.
This weapon is about: We are talking about the exotic Pulse Rifle Wave Splitter, which was released as exclusive content for the PS4 in September 2018, alongside the Forsaken expansion.
However, this was quickly stopped by Bungie – a kind of “final troll” before the weapon is now finally available on PC and Xbox One.
Why can everyone now get the Wave Splitter? The reason for the exclusive offer of the Wave Splitter and other Destiny content on PlayStation 4 was a deal between Activision and Sony.
How good is the weapon? The Wave Splitter is one of the best exotic weapons in Destiny 2. It is carried in the energy slot and deals Void damage. The amount of damage the rifle deals changes when firing (Perk: “Harmonic Laser”).
While you hold down the trigger, the Wave Splitter switches between three different strengths. However, if you pick up a Sphere of Light, it reloads instantly and you fire for a while at maximum strength (Perk: “Overcharged Battery”).
Where can the Wave Splitter be effectively used? The Wave Splitter is useful in all areas of the game. PS4 players have already reported that raid bosses in PvE can be melted with it.
The Wave Splitter should also be useful in the Crucible and in Gambit. It serves as an all-around weapon.

How do I get the Wave Splitter? To obtain the Pulse Rifle was at least on the PS4 only through exotic engrams. For PC and Xbox One, at the moment, only the engrams are known as a source for the Wave Splitter.
WoW has changed the MMORPG market. But which game was already a success before? Which MMORPG was the best before Night Elves took over the internet?
Nowadays, when one falls into discussions about MMORPGs and evaluates newcomers, it often revolves around the long-standing genre leader World of Warcraft – whether in its “Classic” or Retail version. With its many years as the dominant title and its extremely long lifespan, WoW has become a firm staple against which every other game must measure itself.
However, that wasn’t always the case. Even before the release of World of Warcraft, there were MMORPGs. Although they didn’t always make it into the gaming mainstream, the games were popular and laid many foundations. Whether gameplay rules about loot, group play, and PvP, or external mechanics like the subscription model as payment methods.
Which MMORPGs were popular before World of Warcraft?
Today we take a brief look at the most significant MMORPGs before World of Warcraft and want to know: Which was actually the best?
Star Wars Galaxies
Star Wars Galaxies is still cultishly revered today because it offered so many possibilities.
For many fans of the “Star Wars” franchise, a dream came true. In “SWG,” one could finally immerse themselves in a world long, long ago in a galaxy far, far away. Planets could be settled, and especially the crafting system was repeatedly praised by players.
Star Wars Galaxies was shut down shortly after the release of Star Wars: The Old Republic, in 2011.
Shadowbane
Even among MMORPGs, Shadowbane was considered an oddity, as the MMORPG did not offer quests for players. Instead, there was an extensive PvP system, which was also the heart of the game. Players could conquer and reshape cities, destroy enemy towns, and adjust the landscape so that their own NPC troops could patrol specific routes. Shadowbane was considered a pioneer in PvP, and many still fondly remember the ruthless battles.
However, in July 2009, it was over; Shadowbane shut down its servers.
Dark Age of Camelot
Dark Age of Camelot is likely still known to many WoW fans, as many players transitioned from there. In DAOC, large RvR battles were on the agenda, and in general, the game was regarded as “sandbox” heavy with a lot of PvP. Due to three different factions, battles for dominance over certain areas occurred repeatedly. Particularly interesting: whoever controlled an area also had access to special dungeons. A concept that WoW later adopted many years later with “Wintergrasp.”
Dark Age of Camelot is one of the few games that is still alive today. It can still be played.
Ultima Online
In terms of graphics, Ultima Online was very simple. This MMORPG consisted more of a 2D world and did not yet have proper 3D graphics. However, this did not harm the game at all, as players could lose themselves in the game world for weeks and years. The PvP system here was particularly notorious, as players could not only kill each other but also loot. This earned Ultima Online the reputation of being a particularly harsh and relentless MMORPG, where rivalries could last a long time.
Even today, Ultima Online still has a vibrant community.
EverQuest
No MMORPG list would be complete without the original EverQuest, as many WoW developers were players of EverQuest back then. As one of the pioneers with a nice 3D graphic, many playable races, and character customization, where you could even distribute attribute points, EverQuest is still fondly remembered by many fans today. While the game is extremely grind-heavy, that very nature led to extreme satisfaction upon achieving a goal after long work.
EverQuest is still around today, and small updates are continuously introduced into the game.
Final Fantasy XI
Long before Warcraft, Final Fantasy XI took the plunge into the world of MMORPGs. The game was released in 2002 for PlayStation 2, but was also released for PC and Xbox 360. FFXI was considered a pioneer especially because it was the first game to allow crossplay between PlayStation and PC – a topic still hotly debated today and not taken for granted. FFXI already utilized a job system, letting players switch roles if they wanted to – something also adopted in FFXIV.
Although Final Fantasy XI is no longer playable in German, the game still runs in English.
Ragnarok Online
Fans of anime and manga likely found their fulfillment in Ragnarok Online back then. The 2D comic graphics were quite popular and provided Ragnarok Online with a loyal community and long lifespan. Although the game started with 13 classes, patches and expansions added more and more content, leading to over 50 classes in the end, providing enough for every player to do. The rather “cute” graphics are still popular today, and some more current games have borrowed from this style to attract the same audience.
The classic Lineage is still extremely popular in Asia today, far surpassing many AAA MMOs.
As early as 1998, players could conquer castles and demand taxes from adjacent houses – because that was possible in Lineage. The game was particularly successful in Asia and is still considered one of the most successful MMOs in that region today.
What was particularly cool was that players could bond with blood oaths to then eliminate other groups. This constant warfare makes Lineage a perennial favorite, still interesting to many players today.
Meridian59
Meridian59 started in 1995 and particularly attracted PvP lovers. The game not only had cool PvP fights, but also a justice system managed by players, enforcing punishments for “player killers.” The “level system” in M59 was also unusual, as there were no different classes. Instead, players could improve skills and attributes individually. For example, one could increase their health points by defeating particularly tough enemies or increase their mana pool by finding mana remnants all around the world.
The special thing about Meridian59 is that the source code of the game was released around 2000, and to this day, there are many free servers where it is still played. The game is also back on Steam.
Which MMORPG was the best before WoW?
But now it’s time for you to vote and decide which MMORPG was the best before World of Warcraft. Remember that you only have one vote.
Do you have any personal memories of these MMORPGs? Or did you play any other, smaller MMORPGs before World of Warcraft established itself? Let us know in the comments!
The founder and CEO of the eSports organization 100 Thieves shows in a video the deplorable condition of the 10 million US dollar team house of his LoL team. There, Fortnite professionals ran riot. The young players were alone for a week – that was enough to “redecorate” the place.
This is the situation: We reported recently that the head of 100 Thieves, Matt “Nadeshot” Haag, expressed himself in a Twitter video and said: He had left the Fortnite team alone and they had cluttered the gaming house.
Now there is a YouTube video. It shows the entire, impressive extent of the chaos. Mobile users: fast forward to 2:40.
2 Fortnite pros clutter 10 million $ house in a week
What kind of house is this? The story goes that the head, Matt “Nadeshot” Haag (27), and other “adults” of 100 Thieves were at TwitchCon. When they came home, their “Content House” in LA was devastated. It is supposedly worth 10 million US dollars.
The “Rocket Mortgage” team house is actually for the LoL team – but there is currently a break in play, while the LoL Worlds are being played. So, two young Fortnite professionals were able to inhabit the house.
They are the teenage pros Hayden “Elevate” Kruger and David “Ceice” McClellan – the two took third place at the World Championship and each earned almost a million US dollars there. They were given permission to use the house for a week.
The two young pros. Source: YouTube from 100 Thieves.
“We had agreed to hire cleaners”
This is how the team leader reacts: The team leader stands completely astonished in front of mountains of fast food waste. He lists the brand names he sees there: McDonald’s, Dominos, Panda Express, and Subway.
He seems almost a little impressed as he says: “They must have looted every fast food chain in the vicinity.”
Nadeshot shows messages from the two professionals. One writes that they had agreed to hire cleaners. But it seems that it remained just a plan.
He seems a bit incredulous.
This is now the rule: There are two young professionals, says Nadeshot. He is not even angry with them. When he was a CoD pro back then, his room would have looked similar, but on a smaller scale, because it was also a smaller room.
Nadeshot says he is introducing a new rule. Every piece of trash that people leave lying around costs them $250 – per piece. This rule also applied during his CoD days.
The 2 large Twitch streamers Tfue and MontanaBlack have a clear opinion on Season 11 in Fortnite. They see the future of the game rather negatively. This is their opinion.
What is the topic? The Twitch streamers have commented on Season 11, which will start soon. In less than a week, the new season will begin and hopefully bring fresh air into the game.
Tfue and MontanaBlack, however, see a rather gloomy future for Fortnite. While one of the streamers still seems to have a bit of hope.
Only hope for Season 11: A new map?
What does MontanaBlack think about Season 11? The German streamer tweeted that the only hope for Season 11 in Fortnite is a new map; otherwise, it would be the end for Fortnite. He seems to still have hope that the season might be good if Epic adds a new map. Fresh air would apparently do the game good.
A new Fortnite map is not out of the question, as data miners found some leaks about a possible new map in Season 11.
MontanaBlack broke the record as the streamer with the most Twitch subs. He has a huge reach and could thus draw attention to new changes in Fortnite.

What does streamer Tfue think about Season 11? The Twitch streamer Tfue has a clear opinion on what Season 11 in Fortnite entails. In a stream, he is asked by a viewer how important Season 11 is for the future of Fortnite. He replied:
“This is the last straw for Fortnite. Season 11 brings a new map with a lot of garbage. The game will die because it is going to be really bad. That’s how it’s going to play out, I just wanted to let you know.”

It seems clear that Tfue is disappointed with Season 10, and the frustration against the game is growing stronger. The Twitch streamer also took a break from streaming because he wasn’t feeling well.
However, on the first of October, he returned and jumped as a symbol for the new start from a bridge. Here you can see everything about the return of Tfue to Twitch.
Everything we know so far about Season 11 in Fortnite:
Even the best Hearthstone players sometimes make incredibly embarrassing mistakes. Because he was thinking too long, this pro missed the crucial attack.
Hearthstone
is many things, but certainly not a particularly fast game. In
alternating turns, both players actually have more than enough
time to make their moves, play the right cards,
and make decisions. However, especially in professional matches, it often happens that players use their turn time until the very last second. This has now become a downfall for the player glory.

Who is glory? The player glory is currently playing in the “Hearthstone Grandmasters” in the Asia-Pacific region. In two divisions (A and B), the 16 best players of the region compete. Glory is in Division B and is quite successful. Of 14 matches, he has been able to win 9 so far, which currently places him in 2nd place in his division. However, he has practically given away the first place.
What happened? Glory had a match against Pathra, who is currently in last place in Division B by a significant margin. Pathra played with her Warrior, while glory went for a Priest, aiming to play the popular “Divine Will” + “Inner Focus” combination. Although the play was quite clear, glory waited for a long time.
Only when the fuse starts to burn, marking the last seconds of the turn, does he act. In fast forward, he plays the cards to buff his minion, clear away enemy opponents, or silence them. However, there isn’t enough time for the final attack. The timer hits 0 and the powerful 15/9 minion does not attack, although it would have meant lethal damage.
What were the consequences of the mistake? This mistake cost glory the victory, as all cards were now exhausted and Pathra was able to win the game. The bottom line is that glory missed the 1st place in his division because of such a “beginner’s mistake”.
Are you also among the players who always let their fuse run until the very end? Or have you already decided on the best move after just a few seconds?
In FIFA 20, the probability of getting the best cards in packs is clearly displayed. As in previous years, the chance of getting top players like Lionel Messi in Ultimate Team is tiny.
Here’s how expensive top players are: Getting top players in FIFA 20 is not easy at all. As usual, you can buy players on the transfer market. However, the absolute top players are incredibly expensive and nearly unaffordable. Through smart trading, you can quickly earn coins in FIFA – but even trading methods reach their limits eventually, especially if you don’t want to spend all day doing it.
Through various rewards, such as from the Weekend League, you can earn a decent amount of coins. However, if you want to acquire Messi, for example, it becomes really difficult.
To get him, you really have to save a lot of coins. It’s no surprise that many players try to pull top cards from packs. This can work – but only if you have a real luck day.
Top and event cards remain unlikely
Your chance is as follows: If you look at the probabilities in packs, you will find that the chances of top cards are again extremely low:
In the standard gold pack, the chance of getting a gold player with a rating of 83 or higher is only 3.3 percent.
The chance of getting an OTW player during the event from a gold pack was even under one percent.
What are the chances with the Premium Gold Pack in FIFA 20?
Here’s how the other packs stand: Even in the better packs, the chances do not look any brighter. The Premium Gold Pack gives you at least a 4.4 percent chance of getting a player with a rating of at least 84. The OTW chance was also below one percent here.
It is not specified how far below one percent the probability lies. It could be a probability of 0.9 – or one of 0.01 or worse.
Currently, the Premium Gold Jumbo Pack is still available in the shop. Here, the OTW chance is at least one percent.
The chance of pulling a player over 85 is 4.4 percent.
Pulling a Messi with 94 requires a lot of luck. To put it into perspective: Currently, there are 110 gold cards with a rating of 85 or higher. The chance of getting any of those players in the case of the Premium Jumbo Gold Pack is only 4.4 percent.
To pull one of the truly expensive players, you need even more luck. Because: Players like Messi, Ronaldo, or Neymar, who could bring you real money, are also in this group alongside cards like Aspas, Lopes, or Bürki. Although they have a rating of 85, they generally bring you relatively little money.
With some of the best packs in FIFA 20, you can reduce the risk somewhat, as the probabilities look better in some cases, but the chances still remain low.
Overall, pulling packs is, in most cases, a losing proposition. If you want to build your team, you should rather try on the transfer market.

The smartphone hit Call of Duty Mobile currently has no support for PS4 or any other controllers. Activision gives players hope here.
This is the current situation: Anyone who wants to play Call of Duty Mobile currently has to be satisfied with the buttons on their phone, or switch to PC. However, there is no controller support for this.
However, those who hope for it may soon be pleased, as Chris Plummer, Vice President of Activision’s Mobile Division, mentioned in an interview with Hyperbeast that this is currently being tested.
Controller support for CoD Mobile?
This is what the developer says: In the interview, Plummer states the following:
“We are exploring the possibility and have already tested controller support with part of our live audience. It is very important to us to maintain a fair balance throughout the game. An example of this is that we have separate lobbies in Battle Royale for players in first-person and third-person perspectives, as you have the option to choose both in Battle Royale. We can implement a similar solution for players using controllers if needed.
What does this mean for players? Activision does not want players using a controller to have a clear advantage over other players who are only playing on their phone’s display.
Therefore, they now want to see how significant the advantage actually is for these players and whether they will receive their own lobbies to play among themselves.
Is controller support conceivable? Call of Duty Mobile had such support in the beta. So it was possible to play smoothly with a controller.
This support was already available in the beta. Source: Gaming on Phone
However, this support was removed at the game’s release. It does show that this is indeed possible in the smartphone hit. It is quite conceivable that this support will return soon.
With a controller, it might also be easier to get the most powerful weapon in the game:
The reviews of the recently released Ghost Recon Breakpoint are a hot topic in the community. Although parts of the press and many users give it bad reviews, other players say, “You have no idea.”
What is going on with Breakpoint? On October 4th, the official release of Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Ubisoft’s latest title in the Ghost Recon franchise, took place. With premium editions, players and the press were even able to start three days earlier. Following that, there were many reviews for Breakpoint, some of which are particularly negative.
The negative critiques come from the press and players. But it’s not all unanimous.
What contradiction exists? There are some websites and players that express devastating criticism towards Breakpoint. On Metacritic, Breakpoint only receives a user score of 2.2. On the other hand, there are gaming outlets that award many more points and mention significantly more positive aspects. Players also sometimes give it 10 out of 10 points and say: You just don’t understand the game.
We show you some voices from the MeinMMO community.
In this article, we show you the counterarguments provided by players who like Breakpoint. We quote users from our Facebook post and the comments on Mein-MMO.de.

One must play it “correctly”: Some players base the fun and action of Breakpoint on how challenging and realistic the adventure becomes. By adjusting a few settings, the gaming experience should improve enormously.
Rolf writes on Facebook, “The game is fun since the open beta. Play on “extreme”, without any support and tools in the game. Pure realism. You never know where an enemy is. Reviews are just the opinions of others, but not mine.”
Toni writes on Facebook, “The game is great; if you turn off all “arcade” functions and play with exploration, it’s amazing. When you successfully clean out a base stealthily after minutes of scouting or take out an entire Wolves squad in a hidden position with a Panther Ult in close combat, it feels fantastic. […] And the criticism about the open world is just ridiculous. Should the streets be filled with tourists on an island where there is a state of exception and war-like conditions? Or should people stroll merrily like in Assassin’s Creed at the market? Nonsense … .”
It’s fun in co-op mode: Players complain that some testers apparently played Breakpoint alone and therefore the great enjoyment was missing. The game would play very differently and be much more enjoyable with friends. Thomas writes on Facebook: “I also think it’s great. Of course, it’s boring to play alone, but in a group, it’s incredible.”
Maik comments on the bad reviews, “It’s no wonder if people are playing on “easy”. If you have a buddy with you, the game is fun again.”
On MeinMMO, BlueTuna writes: “I haven’t been playing it long or very far – but since the tech test – and I really like it. Also, because I really like the “typical” Ubisoft game principle. I mostly play coop, and of course, there’s an entertainment factor that might not always be there in solo play.”
Players do not care about reviews: Often, players express that they do not care about the reviews of others. They want to experience the game themselves and form their own impressions – which can even be positive. Dirk writes: “I think Breakpoint is very well done. It’s a lot of fun. I never cared about reviews.”
Many players support this in the comments and say that they prefer to hide the reviews to form their own, unclouded picture.
I don’t understand all the whining! I love the game, the main story shines with all the cool cutscenes about Walker, which are really cool. Of course, there are also weak story parts, but the overall story about Walker is excellently done.
The gunplay is perfect as always, and the bases are more diverse than in Wildlands, and the enemies are more varied. Overall, compared to Wildlands (which was also great), it is the clearly better game.
The criticism point “monetization” can be disregarded in my opinion, as it is a PVE game and no one is forced to shorten. On the contrary, those who want can shorten, and those who don’t, can play the game as always. In PVP, stats are removed or balanced anyway.
That there are still many bugs, I cannot confirm after 25 hours of playtime. I had 2-3 DCs and no glitches or bugs. However, I do see the claim that the game cannot decide what it wants to be, and that the loot grind does not belong in a Ghost Recon, like most people here.
My conclusion: I love Ghost Recon Breakpoint, finally an interesting story where the ghosts also make sense (they are not hunting drug dealers) and I welcome that Ubisoft is trying something new with loot systems and drones. However, anyone expecting a Wildlands 2.0 will be disappointed. I believe that a community frustrated by EA’s monetization is unjustly venting its frustrations on a beautiful game. Gives it 9/10 points! PS: Those who have learned how to play can hit drones of any kind (except this Risenbeast) in 1-3 hits even on an extreme difficulty mode.
Positive feedback from the press: The website Jeuxvideo awards Breakpoint an impressive score of 85 out of 100. This, contrary to the 20 points from VG247, is a clear positive sign. But why are the scores so divided? What does Jeuxvideo like about the game that others criticize?
Ghost Recon Breakpoint perfectly follows an unforgettable Wildlands. Ubisoft manages to realize its vision of TPS in an open world and gives it enough new features to entice franchise fans […] Authenticity and survival, which are central to the experience, emphasize the urgency of the conditions and that oppressive feeling of being prey on Auroa and no longer a hunter. […] Breakpoint is really fun in conjunction with its campaign and raids that can be played by 4 people, not to mention its competitive “Ghost War” mode.
Criticism from Jeuxvideo includes the predictable AI and the somewhat unsurprising story.
What do you think of Breakpoint now? Can you relate to the positive arguments and reviews?
With the new raid, the Vex invasions in Destiny 2 went online as well. However, participation in them is subject to certain conditions. We show you how to unlock the Vex invasions.
What are the Vex offensives? The offensive is a new endgame activity on the Moon and in the Black Garden. It requires:
6 players (has matchmaking)
Level 750
During the offensive, you must defeat several waves of Vex and complete other tasks in order to be able to open boxes with new loot from Season 8 at the end.
How do I unlock the offensive? To accept the quest for the Vex offensive, you first need the Season 8 pass “Season of the Undying.” Go to the Tower and visit Ikora Rey.
She will have the quest “The Vex Offensive” for you, where you need to stop the Vex attacks on the Moon. For the quest you must:
Kill 100 regular Vex
Kill 3 Gate Lords.
There are three zones on the Moon that will be attacked. They are marked on the map by Vex heads and are structured similarly to regular public events.
When an attack begins, a huge Vex portal will appear in the sky above the zone.
The zones of Vex attacks are located in the Hellmouth, at the Fireteam’s Line, and at the Anchor of Light.
Fight your way through the attacking Vex and finish off the Gate Lords to complete your quest. After that, the quest will lead you to Eris Morn, who will open the entrance to the garden where the actual invasions take place.
Ikora has no quest for me, what now? If you possess the Season Pass but Ikora does not want to give you a quest, it is best to contact support. Kotaku reports that some players are having issues with the contents of the new Season Pass, so it’s quite likely that you are among the unfortunate ones.
How do the offensives work? The Vex offensives in the Black Garden are self-explanatory. You go in with 5 other players and start the invasion by activating a Vex Plate.
Several waves of Vex enemies will follow, and you need to take down a certain amount of them, which is displayed as a percentage in the upper left corner.
You generally have plenty of time to destroy the oracles, but you shouldn’t dawdle.
During some rounds, multiple oracles will appear that Destiny veterans will recognize from the Glass Chamber raid. Use broken heads from the Vex Minotaurs to destroy these oracles. It is best to split up to quickly destroy all the oracles.
The boss at the end of the invasion has a shield around him, which can also be destroyed with these Vex heads. Once it is broken, you have some time to deal damage to him.
Afterward, he will move to another location in the garden until you finally take him down.
Loot – What drops for you in the Vex invasions and offensives
What rewards are there? For your efforts, you will certainly be able to collect a decent amount of loot:
During the invasions on the Moon, you can find Vex armor and weapons from Season 8 as random drops with random stats
After each boss phase during the Vex invasion in the garden, a chest with random drops from Season 8 will appear
The collected Vex parts can be exchanged at Ikora for “Data Seed” quests. Once you have killed a certain amount of enemies with the corresponding weapon type, you will get the weapon
It is therefore a dynamic and fast activity where you can gather good gear. For more tips and guides on Destiny 2, check out our articles:

An MMORPG for old-school fans

How do you play together? It’s a free-to-play game that you can simply download via Steam, create an account, and join in.
How is the title received? The ratings on Steam in the last 30 days are at 69% and “Mixed”. However, the overall rating is at 75% and “Mostly Positive”.
What do the players think? It has been criticized that Slay Together offers very little content. Crafting, dungeons, and generally endgame content are lacking. However, this is entirely normal, as it is an early-access game from a small indie team. Updates keep coming out as well.
Those who are aware that it is an unfinished MMORPG are indeed having fun with it. It is said to play well and smoothly, be entertaining, and simply be fun.
We haven’t heard much about Asia MMORPG Age of Wushu 2 for a long time – until now. But what kind of game is it?
What is Age of Wushu 2? The MMORPG from Snail Games has little in common with its predecessor apart from the name and the scenario. Age of Wushu (2012) is a classic martial arts MMORPG.
In Age of Wushu 2, you must survive in an open sandbox world, which is why the new game leans more towards the survival genre.
However, survival here does not mean that you need to search for food or craft equipment. Survival means successfully finding your way.
Age of Wushu 2 differs from its predecessor
How does the predecessor play out? Age of Wushu, also known as Age of Wulin in this region, immerses you in ancient China. There, you join one of several martial arts schools, learn martial arts skills, and explore the vast world.
Along the way, you must complete quests and fight against members of rival schools.
What is the difference to part 2? You enjoy much more freedom than in the predecessor. Martial fights are still at the center. However, you are not locked into a predefined path. You must find your own way while trying to balance body and mind.
It is important to build relationships with NPCs. Whether you extort them for protection money or help them with problems. Your clothing plays a role in how NPCs react to you. Social interaction with other players is also very important.
You can build your own houses and even establish your own martial arts school that you manage.
How do the fights work? You still learn your skills in a martial arts school where you can work your way up to mastery. Physics plays a big role in the fights. Additionally, the elements are important. These include water, fire, earth, wood, and gold. You specialize in one of the elements.
If your element is water, then you train by rivers and lakes, which improves your skills.
Combos are also crucial. Thus, the fights remind a bit of beat ’em ups like Street Fighter. You need to time your attacks and act tactically.
Ranged combat is also important. Some weapons operate similarly to a shooter.
So Age of Wushu 2 plays quite differently than its predecessor.
Coming soon – in China
Which engine is being used? The Unreal Engine 4 is being used, which should ensure fantastic visuals.
What about the release? A release date has not yet been announced. It has also been quiet for a long time about the MMORPG.
However, a button has recently appeared on the official Chinese website. Clicking it allows you to register for a test phase.
This likely means that Age of Wushu 2 is making great strides towards release. However, we’ll have to wait a bit longer in this region.
Sony has announced the new system update 7.00 for the PlayStation 4. This includes an update to existing features, which are being expanded with brand new features.
These features include: On the official blog, Sony has announced changes for the groups feature as well as Remote Play. Major changes include:
Doubling of group size
official Remote Play for Android devices
Additionally, both the party feature and Remote Play will see several other new enhancements.
When will update 7.00 be released? The announcement was made on October 6th and states that the update will be released “this week.” It is expected to be available by Friday, October 11th.
How large is update 7.00? The size has not yet been revealed.
Larger and better groups on PS4
What changes to the groups feature? The biggest change to the groups feature is the increase of group size from previously eight to now 16 players who can be in a party.
Groups will not only be larger but also better. It is expected that:
the network connection will be improved
the audio quality will be improved
Text-to-Speech and Speech-to-Text features will be added (US only)
Here’s how the changes will impact: Players can organize larger groups for games and compete together. This is a significant advantage in larger multiplayer titles like shooters, where players must coordinate for victory.
The improved network and audio quality should ensure that you can understand and play with your teammates in groups better. The text feature is particularly interesting for hearing-impaired individuals, but it is not yet available for the EU market. It will output speech input in text form or text as speech.
Remote Play allows you to stream games from the PlayStation 4 to smartphones and tablets, enabling you to play PS4 titles on the go. You will need Android 5.0 or higher and the PS4 Remote Play app from the Google Play Store.
Here’s how Remote Play will be further modified: iOS users will have the option to lock the screen orientation for Remote Play and toggle the controller display at any time.
Additionally, DualShock 4 controllers can be connected to Remote Play via Bluetooth. However, you will need iOS 13, iPadOS 13, macOS Catalina (releasing in October), or Android 10.
Currently, Android 10 is not widely used and will likely not be available for many users anytime soon, which is why this feature is often ridiculed by many fans.
