In Destiny 2 you can earn rare pinnacle gear in the Haunted Forest. Find out in our guide how to progress in Destiny 2’s Halloween activity up to Branch 9 and deeper.
Your goal is to defeat as many enemies as possible as quickly as possible and to fight your way through as many branches of the activity as possible. You have a total of 15 minutes for this. The further you progress, the more challenging and difficult the Haunted Forest becomes. At the end, there’s a boss fight and a special reward awaits.
You can face the nightmares solo or with up to 2 companions thanks to the matchmaking. Like the Halloween event “Festival of the Lost”, the Haunted Forest ends on November 19.
That’s why you should visit the Haunted Forest: During the Festival of the Lost, you can loot thematic items. These include weapons at Level 950 and the popular masks. The costumes are inspired by iconic Destiny characters or your enemies.
To purchase these goodies, you will need special festival currency (Chocolate Coins and Candies). You earn these in the Haunted Forest, among other activities.
But there’s another reward waiting for you in the Haunted Forest: pinnacle gear. This rare reward grants you items with up to 960 Power. That is currently the absolute maximum.
Otherwise, you can only receive pinnacle gear from endgame activities such as:
the raid “Garden of Salvation”
the PvP event Iron Banner
the Nightfall (for 100,000 points)
the new dungeon

Goal: Earn Pinnacle Gear in Branch 9
This is how you get to Branch 9: To collect the pinnacle gear, you need to fight your way to Branch 9 of the Haunted Forest. Here are some tips to make your run easier:
You only have 15 minutes for the activity. Move quickly and ignore individual enemies or candy drops (these will automatically go to your post). You don’t have to eliminate every enemy. Once you reach 100%, you will be teleported to the boss.
If you see a giant Hive Knight with an axe – run away! This “Unyielding Terror” is invulnerable and meant to make your life difficult.
Get out of here!
If you encounter red doors, there are demons in the area ahead. Once you defeat them all, the way forward will open.
Pay attention to the modifiers. With each new branch, you will receive new debuffs. Be sure to check what is currently active. In the deeper levels, more than one modifier can be active.

Wear the Mask
Use this gear: You can get Halloween masks from Eva Levante. These are not just cosmetic items but powerful support.
The masks have a mod slot that is only active in the Haunted Forest. You can choose from three perk combinations. All have the in common that they have extremely useful abilities. In addition to damage resistance and bonuses, there are also cooldown boosts. All masks possess the useful perk “Heavy Ammo Finder”.
This ability works wonders in the Haunted Forest. Thanks to the perk, you should be able to use your power weapon permanently.
Add Clear and Boss DPS: Since you have nearly unlimited heavy ammo, you should use an LMG as your power weapon. Whether you use legendary variants like “Hammerhead” or “21% Delirium“.
Or if you decide on the exotic LMGs “Thunderlord” or the new “Xenophage“, these weapons wipe out all minor enemies, adds, and demons.
Theoretically, you need hardly a primary weapon. Consider taking two special weapons instead. Shotguns, snipers, fusion rifles, or grenade launchers like the Summit are good options.

In Fortnite you need to find a new letter, the T, which is hidden in the loading screen. We will show you the location at Dirty Docks, where you can see the T.
What is this challenge? With the new Chapter 2 in Fortnite, there are many new challenges for you again. Instead of hidden stars, you now need to find letters.
This challenge is part of the “Alter-Ego” challenges. For this theme, Epic Games regularly hides letters on the map.
If you collect all 8 of these letters, you unlock a mysterious item that Fortnite has not revealed yet. Anyone who wants to experience this surprise should start collecting letters now.
Here is the hint: Regularly, there are hints in the loading screens of Fortnite indicating where you can find the new letter. In this loading screen, the letter is hard to find. We will first show you the hint and then the location:
Where should you search? As can be seen well in the image, you should search for the letter at the harbor this challenge week.
If you look closely, you can see the “T” in the top right corner of the image. It is on the platform that has been set up between the two cranes.
You can easily reach this scaffold if you build a ramp up with materials. If you want to avoid that, just run up the stairs that start at the bottom near the scaffold. The letter should then appear in the middle at the top.

In Fortnite, you can expect several challenges this week. You should drive through fire rings with boats and visit certain places on the map.
In Fortnite, we are in week 3 and there are new challenges to complete. In a Dockdeal challenge, you need to visit a boat ramp, Coral Cove, and the Zapper Pond. We will show you the locations.
What is this task? In one of the Dockdeal challenges, you need to visit different locations.
You do not have to complete the mission in one match. So you can take your time.

Where should you land? The boat ramp is located between coordinates D8 and E8 on a hill. There you will find a speedboat.

Where must you land? The Coral Cove is a landmark that you will find on an island northwest of Sweaty Sands.

The Fastest Way to Jump Through 3 Fire Rings with a Motorboat
Where can you find a boat? It’s best to land at the “Misty Meadows Coast”. There you should find a boat that you can take to start your journey.
Where is the 1st ring? For the first burning ring, you need to drive from Misty Meadows towards Slurpy Swamp. You will then see a bridge that you can go underneath. Behind it is a waterfall.
Drive through the middle of the bridge and activate the boost while doing so. You will then immediately see the burning ring and just have to “fly through” it.
Where is the 2nd ring? For the 2nd ring, just drive along the river after the bridge. You will pass Slurpy Swamp and head south.
At the right turn, you need to turn and you will then discover a burning ring.
Where is the 3rd ring? For the 3rd burning ring, from the spot where you jumped for the 2nd ring, just continue straight along the river without turning anywhere.
You will then see a burning ring from a distance. There, you just have to drive up to it and jump through with the boat.
If you have jumped through 3 fire rings with the boat, the challenge will be counted as completed and you can move on to the next challenge.

During the latest financial report from Electronic Arts, the discussion briefly turned to Star Wars: The Old Republic (2011), the veteran MMORPG. EA’s CFO said: “Believe it or not, SWTOR has made nearly one billion US dollars in revenue since its release.”

During the earnings call, one question revolved around the future of BioWare and what EA plans to do with the Star Wars license.

This is the exciting part: SWTOR was considered a failure in 2011 because the MMORPG subscription model was launched in December 2011 but had to switch to a F2P model in November 2012.

Why should you collect Peyote? A fun effect is that your character transforms into various animals of the GTA 5 world after consuming the plants. These can be dogs like pugs, Rottweilers, or Border Collies, as well as cats, elk, or even dolphins.
Highlights are two plants that transform you into Chop (Franklin's dog from the campaign) or the Sasquatch.
There is no proper end reward, as known from other treasure hunts like the action figures or the casino cards. After a hallucination, you receive 5,000 RP. After approximately 24 in-game hours, the plants reappear and can be consumed again.
How do you collect Peyote? When you approach the location of a Peyote plant, the controller begins to vibrate. Then go to the Peyote and press the corresponding button (right arrow on Xbox controller) to eat it.
Then the hallucination begins.
After consuming the cactus plant, the game will show you the controls for this animal. To end the hallucination, you either hold down the right arrow on the controller or die.

This is what it’s about: One must realize that there is a significant discrepancy: The streamers are successful and a lot of money is involved. Many are young and spend a large part of their time playing video games on Twitch and entertaining a young audience.
They have no prior work experience – especially not as freelancers with large companies. Many have never worked or truly dealt with money or obligations.
He is definitely a pro: DrDisrespect.
However, one should not generalize. Especially among the most successful streamers on Twitch in recent years, such as Tyler “Ninja” Blevins (2018) or Guy “DrDisrespect” Beahm (2017), there is apparently a high level of professionalism present. In League of Legends, you can currently play the popular mode Ultra-Rapid-Fire (URF). However, URF can be frustrating, as the well-known Twitch streamer Tyler1 has recently learned.
What happened to Tyler1? During a URF match, the well-known streamer Tyler1, who is considered toxic, died 3 times in less than 40 seconds.

What does the future hold for the co-op shooter? The team announced the release of the Hardcore mode for today. Many players of Remnant: From the Ashes have requested a higher difficulty level.

In Destiny 2 the top weapon Izanagi’s Burden has been nearly unreachable since the launch of Shadowkeep. The patch on 29.10 was supposed to change that – but it seems that hasn’t worked.
With the last content update on October 29, these issues were supposed to be resolved. The plan was that players who are stuck in the quest or still need to complete it could finally make progress.
The update also introduced numerous new activities into the Destiny universe. These include:

What makes the sniper so special? The sniper Izanagi’s Burden is an absolute top weapon and is among the best that guardians can currently have in their PvE arsenal.

The exotic sniper rifle is equipped in the primary slot (requires special ammo) and can thus be used in combination with the Recluse SMG and a grenade launcher – a top loadout for PvE.
What makes the weapon special is its intrinsic perk “Honed Edge”. If you hold down the reload button, the magazine is used up and compressed into a single round.
This projectile then has increased range and deals greater damage – depending on how many rounds are currently in the magazine (maximum 4). The effect can be stacked up to 4 times. Thus, the sniper deals tremendous damage in PvE and can kill with just one body shot in PvP.
This increases the damage from the intrinsic perk “Honed Edge” by about 20%.

eSports fans are angry at Blizzard. Because this time, the prize pool in World of Warcraft comes completely from the fans.
There is again stress surrounding World of Warcraft, this time in the area of eSports. Players feel betrayed and misled by Blizzard. They bought toys in the hope of helping eSports professionals – they do help, but much less than expected.
What happened? Around half a year ago, Blizzard brought some toys to the World of Warcraft shop. These were fireworks and a transformation item that allowed players to take on the appearance of various bosses. These items were not only time-limited but were also advertised with a certain “bonus”: 25% of the revenue was supposed to contribute to the prize pool of the eSports events, namely the Arena tournament and the MDI (Mythic Dungeon International). Blizzard guaranteed a prize pool of at least $500,000 and told the fans:
“With your support, we will take the WoW eSports prize pool to the next level.”
Profit comes entirely from crowdfunding: During an event before BlizzCon, Blizzard spoke with some participants of the tournaments, at least that’s what Snutz from Cloud9 reports. It turns out that they made about $2.6 million with the toys, and thus $660,000 (i.e., 25%) will go into the prize pool for both tournaments. So, $330,000 each.
The catch: The money represents the entire prize pool. The sum consists entirely of the 25% of the toy purchases by players. Thus, Blizzard isn’t spending any additional money for the prize pool.
Players are angry, feel robbed: Many WoW YouTubers are now voicing their opinions on this. It is seen as a disgrace that this time the prize pool is entirely composed of the community’s earnings. Especially the sentence “With your support, we will take the WoW eSports prize pool to the next level” is sour to many in memory.
