Protection against DDOS for Destiny 2 players on all consoles will come in Season 13. This should especially please PvP players, as it will be a step towards a fair Crucible.
Through the Exotic kiosk (Monument of Lost Lights), you can obtain the two top weapons Whisper of the Worm and Perfected Outbreak, as well as the legendary shotgun Felwinter’s Lie .
Keep in mind that this may not be the complete loot pool or all weapons from Season 13. Surely, there will be new exotics, a few weapons from the Season Pass, and the seasonal activity as well.

In addition, Bungie is readjusting the loot pool of weapons. Items that are about to reach their level cap (weapon retirement) will become increasingly rare in Season 13. This primarily affects Seraph weapons from Season 10.

Blackburn then talks about the quality and quantity of the loot from Beyond Light. While the quality is good, the quantity is clearly lacking. Most Guardians probably agree: The new weapons, exotics, and new perks are received very well. For example, the immensely strong and cool weapons from the Deep Stone Crypt. But there are simply too few new guns.
This is what lies ahead in Year 4: Blackburn promises that “future year releases will have more weapon rewards than Beyond Light or Shadowkeep.” He is referring to the upcoming DLCs scheduled for 2021 (Witch Queen) and 2022 (Lightfall). To do this, they are also expanding the team internally at Bungie.
