For the release of Battlefield 2042, the multiplayer shooter will offer a crossplay feature. However, there will be some limitations. MeinMMO explains how it is supposed to work.
What is crossplay actually? This is a feature that allows you to play with other players regardless of the platform you are on.
For example, if you are playing on PC, you can then also start matches with console players using crossplay. Battlefield 2042 will also feature crossplay – but not for everyone.
For which platforms is Battlefield 2042 available? The shooter is available for PC, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS4, and PS5. While crossplay will be possible, it will not be available between all the mentioned platforms. Technical reasons lead to some limitations.
Battlefield 2042 Crossplay – Can PS4 and PS5 play together?
This is how crossplay works: Players are essentially divided into two groups with crossplay, which can play across platforms:
PC, Xbox Series X | S, and PlayStation 5 form the first group and can play among themselves.
PC and console players can then decide whether they want to play with the respective other platform.
The other group consists of Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Why these two groups? Battlefield 2042 is a cross-gen title and is also coming to the old consoles. However, the technical differences between the old console generation and the new one are significant.
Therefore, the PS4 and Xbox One versions, for example, have significantly lower player counts and smaller maps. The new consoles can handle battles with up to 128 players, while Xbox One and PS4 can only support up to 64 players.
Progress and in-game purchases can be transferred to other platforms
Your progress will apparently be cross-platform as EA claims that Battlefield will also offer cross-progression.
What does that mean? For example, those who have played Battlefield on a PS4 can simply take their unlocked items and other progress to another platform. Apparently, there will also be a new feature that EA calls “Cross-Commerce”.
What is Cross-Commerce? This feature will allow you to take your purchased in-game items from Battlefield 2042 to any platform. Thus, for example, you can take your battle pass from one console to another.
When is Battlefield 2042 released? Battlefield 2042 has been playable for all buyers since November 19. All info can be found in our detailed overview of the shooter.

Call of Duty: Vanguard in 12 Minutes – THE Check just before Release
What’s behind the maps and game modes
What multiplayer modes are coming? As mentioned at the beginning, there are seven core and hardcore modes. The various multiplayer game modes are:
Free for All: This game mode is a massive slaughter, as everyone fights against everyone.
Team Deathmatch: Here you fight in a team against all other teams.
Kill Confirmed: Here, dead players leave a dog tag. Only when it’s collected does the kill count. On the other hand, you can deny opponents kills by collecting your fallen comrades’ tags in time.
Domination: Here you have to capture all control points on the map and hold them long enough.
Search and Destroy: This mode is reminiscent of Counter-Strike, as you need to either destroy a specific target or prevent its destruction.
Hardpoint: Random locations appear on the map that must be captured quickly. After some time, the location disappears and reappears elsewhere.
Patrol:This completely new mode is similar to Hardpoint, only the capture point does not disappear and reappear but constantly moves.
As a special feature, all these modes can be enhanced with the brand-new Combat Pacings. There are three options, each significantly increasing team sizes and thus creating epic chaos:
Tactical: Classic CoD experience with 6v6 players
Assault: Between 20 – 28 players brawl on a map
Blitz: Between 28 and 48 players can really get going on a map
In addition, the Champions Hill mode will be available. This is a type of tournament. You enter with 12 team lives and fight against regularly changing opponents. Once you have used up all your lives, you exit the game.
Overall, there are 8 teams starting, and the final team wins. Additionally, you can earn money to upgrade your gear.
What maps can you expect? A proud 16 maps were available at the release of CoD Vanguard. That’s a lot, and just 2 weeks later another popular map Shipment was added. The following maps are currently in the game:
Hotel Royal: This map is a hotel map with 2 levels in the heart of Paris.
Gavutu: This map offers a fiercely contested Pacific island.
Red Star: Here you fight in the ruins of winter Stalingrad.
Eagle’s Nest: Players get a small map on a mountain peak in the Alps. It is the Kehlsteinhaus in Berchtesgaden.
Castle: This is a remake of a map from CoD: World at War. The fight takes place in a Japanese castle.
Dome: Another remake map where you engage in fierce battles in a small hall.
Bocage: A map in France where you battle a devastated farmhouse.
The House: This cool map is located in Germany and features a training course where Nazi special units practice capturing the White House.
Decoy: This map is a fake village where your soldiers can shoot each other.
Demyansk: A map in Russia where you fight for a village.
Dessert Siege: A map in North Africa at the Suez Canal. Expect dunes and houses with flat roofs.
Numa Numa: A small map in the Pacific with an MG nest in the middle.
Oasis: Another desert map where Allied forces ambush the Nazis in an oasis.
Sub Pens: In this small map, you fight in a German submarine bunker.
Tuscan: This map is about capturing an Italian village in Tuscany.
Battle of Berlin: This large city map takes place in Berlin shortly before the end of the Third Reich. You can expect brutal house-to-house combat in the ruins of the Nazi capital.
Shipment: This popular map has been featured in CoD games since 2007 and lets you experience absurd chaos in close quarters. It is MeinMMO author Jürgen Horn’s favorite map.

Mid-December will see the release of the new expansion “Legacy of the Sith” for the MMORPG Star Wars: The Old Republic. MeinMMO editor Alexander Leitsch attended a preview event for the expansion and received new information and answers to some questions from the developers.
What kind of expansion is this? In December, SWTOR celebrates its 10th anniversary. Accordingly, the new expansion “Legacy of the Sith” is set to continue the story of Darth Malgus. Highlights of the expansion include:
The operation R-4 anomaly, which will be released shortly after the expansion’s launch
Additionally, the update is intended to be the start of a series of events and further content updates. Overall, the developers are currently planning content for at least 10 more years, as they revealed to us in conversation.
When will “Legacy of the Sith” be released? The release is set for December 14, 2021.
Who will find the expansion interesting? The expansion is primarily aimed at fans of the game. They will receive a continuation of the story, new quests and dungeons, new housing, and many other adjustments.
However, it also represents a good opportunity to start fresh with SWTOR. This is largely due to the overhaul of the classes, the adjustments to loot, and the new legendary gear. These elements reduce some frustration from the game and allow you to catch up to the veterans of the MMORPG more quickly.
Continuation of the story, but also significant revisions – What’s in the expansion
What new content can we expect? Players can especially look forward to a continuation of the story from Onslaught. The expansion begins on Manaan, an ocean planet. The Sith have invaded Manaan. The planet is expected to be generally dark, windy, and very chaotic.
However, you will constantly be moving on land. Swimming will still not be a feature in SWTOR.
The second major story block occurs in the new flashpoint Elom. Flashpoints are essentially dungeons that narrate an important part of the story. In this particular case, it involves Darth Malgus examining ancient Sith ruins. To ensure that players without a group can handle this content, there is a story mode for solo players.
In the story content, you should encounter some familiar faces from previous updates and expansions, including Tau Idair, Major Anri, or Lana Beniko. However, the focus is on the Sith Darth Malgus, who already appeared in Onslaught and aims to end the struggle for power between Jedi and Sith.
Tau Idair is one of the characters you will meet again in the new expansion.
What gameplay changes are there? The biggest change concerns loot:
You will no longer obtain new gear through drops but via quests, weekly missions, the group finder, or directly through PvP.
Bosses will drop a currency that you can use to purchase new gear.
Glory and random drops will be removed with patch 7.0.
However, as random drops, there will still be random rewards and vanity items.
Alongside the changes to loot, the class system will be adjusted. You will now be able to freely choose your combat style within your type – either Tech or Force:
Troopers will now have access to all kinds of weapons, such as sniper rifles, which was not the case before.
All Jedi Knights, on the other hand, will gain access to combat styles such as Guardian, Sentinel, Sage, or Shadow over the course of the game.
Sith players can choose between the combat styles Juggernaut, Marauder, Sorcerer, or Assassin.
Another innovation lies in the legendary gear. Each player can simultaneously wear 2 legendary armor pieces, each providing a unique effect. These bonuses will replace the set bonuses in the game. Here, newcomers particularly benefit, as they will be able to receive legendary gear directly instead of having to farm sets.
This is how dark and stormy it gets on the planet Manaan.
The anniversary will be celebrated in grand style: As the developers announced, the expansion is set to kick off a major anniversary celebration. After all, it marks the 10th birthday.
Throughout the year, there will be events, livestreams, and new content.
One of these is the new operation R-4 anomaly, which is expected to come immediately after patch 7.0. This will involve hardcore group content with various difficulty levels in SWTOR.
This time, it promises to be dark and mysterious, with even some horror elements planned. Players will explore a base built by the Empire on an asteroid.
What’s next for SWTOR after the expansion? The developers emphasized to us that there are plans for SWTOR for the next 10 years. So, an end to SWTOR is not in sight yet.
How is SWTOR doing overall? Star Wars: The Old Republic is a free-to-play MMORPG, but with restrictions. For all content beyond level 60, you have to pay or opt for a subscription that provides access to all content during the paid time.
Moreover, the game shows its age. The combat system is classic tab-targeting, where abilities also cause a global cooldown. You can only use one ability at a time.
Graphically, it is evident that it was released in 2011. It cannot compete with modern games like Black Desert or New World. However, it has an incredibly deep focus on story and is a treat for any Star Wars fan.
Story is the highlight of the game: In SWTOR, every main quest is fully voiced and constantly offers you the opportunity to make a choice. At many points, you can even flirt with characters or enter into relationships with them. You also have multiple chances to spare enemies or to take them down – whether Jedi or Sith. This adds a special something to the story.
For those starting with SWTOR now, there are hundreds of quests and story content, multiple dungeons, and various PvP content. These are expected to fill up again with the launch of the “Legacy of the Sith” expansion. Currently, players queuing for PvP content already have to wait several minutes for a match to start.
Although “Legacy of the Sith” primarily targets fans of SWTOR, it is also worth a look for players who are currently searching for a new MMORPG. Many core elements of the game are being revised, which is particularly beneficial for newcomers. Especially the removal of luck in loot is an interesting way to better reward players and reduce frustration in the game. Class changes are also a good modification that can reduce the number of necessary twinks.
In SWTOR, especially fans of good stories will find enjoyment, as is typical with BioWare games. The dialogues are well implemented, and the English localization is more than acceptable. The stories are also embedded in the Star Wars universe, which is a highlight for nerds like me.
Veterans will undoubtedly get the expansion, as we all want to know how the story of Darth Malgus continues and how the new flashpoints and the operation will play out.
However, the most exciting aspect will be the events and updates BioWare will release in 2022. After all, the developers have promised a fireworks display of new features to celebrate the 10th anniversary. My Star Wars heart is already racing with anticipation.

Streamer Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa (27) is by far the biggest streamer on Twitch. She often has to hear that she’s only successful because of her looks. But being a woman also brings drawbacks in business relationships, as she now explains.
This is Amouranth:
The business-savvy streamer describes her online persona as a “shameless E-Girl”: Amouranth appears in Twitch streams dressed revealingly and follows every trend. She coined the “Hot Tub” meta, sat in a swimsuit in an indoor pool, licked microphones during ASMR streams, and once did very strange things while wearing a horse skull on her head, which should remain unspoken (via youtube).
With her streams, she is enormously successful, she accepts donations, writes the names of donors on her body, and chats with her fans. She repeatedly promotes the platform Onlyfans, where she also offers adult content. Here, she apparently earns even more money than on Twitch.
Suddenly, the business partner invited her to dinner
What are the problems as a woman in business? Amouranth shares on Twitter about a business relationship with a representative of a major brand that she nurtured for months. They worked together on an advertising deal; Amouranth was apparently supposed to serve as a model influencer and use her reach to make a product more well-known. The collaboration had been constructive for months, and Amouranth had never heard anything negative about the partner, who had always been correct.
One day, Amouranth received a message that the partner was now in her city and would like to meet her for dinner in person. The question came during a completely normal business conversation.
Amouranth said: She hesitated to respond and brushed it off. Because during COVID times, she was cautious about meeting anyone, and she also felt uncomfortable as a woman meeting men whom she knew only in a business context. Therefore, she simply ignored the request and didn’t respond right away.
However, the business partner immediately became aggressive, threatening to end the business relationship if she didn’t accept his invitation. He demanded an immediate “yes” or “no” to his spontaneous dinner invitation, or else he would terminate the business relationship. Amouranth says the business partner accused her of behaving “unprofessionally.”
“Disgusting when I’m expected to put myself in potentially dangerous situations”
This is how Amouranth sees it: According to Amouranth, this is typical for life as a woman in business. This would never happen to a male influencer. In contrast, an invitation to dinner is completely harmless. But if someone invites her to a private dinner and then reacts so vehemently when she doesn’t immediately respond, she feels unsure about how to handle it.
Amouranth says: She doesn’t know if the person had any ulterior motives during the dinner. If she were a man, it could have also been a perfectly logical and reasonable meeting. But the business partner reacted so oddly to her non-response to the invitation, not letting up, pushing for an answer, which has been troubling her.
The streamer says she has been in such situations before and knows that colleagues have experienced it too: situations where deals suddenly involve ambiguous offers or where someone behaves in a way that crosses all boundaries of professional collaboration.
Streamer complains that even business partners perceive her as her “online persona”
According to Amouranth, it disgusts her that people expect her to put herself in potentially dangerous situations, just because of how people perceive her online.
Amouranth says:
“I have worked hard to get to where I am today: I don’t want special treatment, but I want to be treated the same as the people I work with. It is unacceptable for women to be taught to politely decline requests that make them uncomfortable or – even worse, that they feel pressured to accept just to maintain a business relationship.”
Amouranth
Amouranth says this is a problem that women everywhere in the workplace face, not just influencers. We need to hold ourselves and those around us to higher standards of professionalism when working with women and create a safe working environment for them to be able to succeed in their careers.
The streamer Amouranth has already dealt with the accusation that as a woman on stream, it’s enough to just look good:

There is excitement around a Twitch streamer in New World: He showed his guild of 50 people how to exploit a bug that brings significant advantages in PvP. The accusation is: The players have significantly strengthened themselves before a war. The streamer has poorly hidden what he is doing.
Which streamer is it about? The Twitch streamer is named “Gigameister”, he is a small streamer with 400 followers. When he streams, he has an average of 9 viewers. Gigameister streams in Portuguese and English.
Exploit provides 5% healing every 2.5 seconds
What are the accusations against him?
There is a bug in New World that allows players to stack a passive healing bonus. The exploit has been detailed in the New World public forum for over two weeks: The bug causes you to use 5 specific foods that regenerate 1 % health every 2.5 seconds. Because the effects can stack, you achieve 5 % healing every 2.5 seconds (forum.newworld).
The streamer has explained this bug to his entire guild, as seen in YouTube videos (via youtube). He then asked the members before the war to use the food.
The streamer also allegedly tried to cover up this fraud. He did not handle it well.
There are still certain details about the cheat that we do not reveal on MeinMMO so that no one replicates it. The problem: In New World, all details on how to cheat are visible as bug reports in the official forum and visible to everyone:
What did the streamer do to cover up the exploit? As a user on reddit points out, Gigameister placed a Discord link in his stream in such a way that it lies above the bar with the buff icons (via reddit).
He allegedly banned everyone in the Twitch chat who pointed out what was going on.
Furthermore, members of his guild are said to have also streamed while exploiting the bug, and he himself allegedly got caught fiddling with his hotbar.
Streamer claims to be defamed
Update 18.11.:This is what the streamer says about the accusations:
In a statement forwarded to us on MeinMMO by a German acquaintance of Gigameister, it says: The streamer does not admit to using the exploit. All presented evidence is contested and defamatory.
One should wait until Amazon decides who from both sides is involved in the war and has exploited the “so-called exploit”.
The acquaintance also stated that Gigameister is not involved in using the exploit. The explanations on how the exploit works exactly were given to the guild by the acquaintance.
“Creative exploitation of game mechanics”
What is the problem? The problem is that such “exploits” in New World are apparently so widespread that they genuinely disturb the integrity of the game.
It creates the feeling: “The honest one is the stupid one”.
When people publicly show on Twitch how they cheat, further lines are crossed and shifted. Exploiting bugs becomes normal, and many have a problem with it.
In discussions, other users say they have experienced opponents using such exploits and addressed them. However, they have said: It’s not an exploit, it’s a “creative exploitation of gameplay mechanics.”
We recently reported on a Twitch streamer in New World who had trouble:
With Drug Lord Simulator (PC/Steam), a new co-op game with … interesting approach is released. You play as a drug lord who has lost everything and is now trying to come back to the top. With even more drugs.
What kind of game is this? How does it sound to you to grow all kinds of drugs hidden from the law? To build an entire network for it? To sell your goods worldwide and earn endless money? Good?
Then you should go to the police and turn yourself in, because that is illegal. Or watch Breaking Bad. Or … check out Drug Lord Simulator. Because that is exactly the approach that the new co-op game takes.
You had a drug empire, but a rat has betrayed you to the police. After you were taken down and a rival cartel destroyed the rest of your network, you have hit rock bottom. But since you want to get out of there again, you decide to start over.
So you start building initial plantations for cannabis and sell your goods to make more money and expand. The goal: worldwide export.

These are the features: At its core, Drug Lord Simulator is a kind of construction simulation. You start with a small area that you expand efficiently with growing opportunities for illegal substances. You need to pay special attention to space management:
you have limited space available
grow your goods here and harvest them
build a network to employ smugglers and suppliers
avoid getting caught by the police – your loyal dog warns you about it
expand worldwide and bribe government officials to turn a blind eye
Not everything stays calm. Occasionally, only reaching for the gun helps when shady characters become too uncomfortable for you.
Drug Lord Simulator will also be released with a co-op mode in which you apparently can engage in illegal activities together. However, we cannot say exactly what this will look like yet.
When and where can I play Drug Lord Simulator? The release of the game is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. Drug Lord Simulator will be available for PC on Steam. A price point has not been announced yet.
Developer Sicarius previously released the shooter Time To Stop Time, which was at least “mostly positive” received on Steam. Games in the style of Drug Lord Simulator sometimes have the potential to be very entertaining for little money, despite a ridiculous premise. So it might be worth taking a look at the game.
For fans of indie games, there was a pretty big drop recently: League of Legends has a new game out. The RPG Ruined King is now available:
Call of Duty launches a comfort offensive and in addition to the free weekend of CoD: Vanguard, it also offers a double XP event. The Battle Royale Warzone joins in and also provides double experience points on everything. The most important info about the event and a few tips for quick leveling can be found here on MeinMMO.
On December 2, Call of Duty: Vanguard and the Battle Royale Warzone will unite. The first warm-up round of the two shooters is now available in the form of a double XP event, which is now online. Bonuses apply to the following XP:
Warzone
Account XP
Weapon XP
Battle Pass XP
Vanguard
Account XP
Weapon XP
Battle Pass XP
Operator XP
Clan XP
How long does the event last? There has been no official announcement about the event so far and it went online suddenly. It is currently unclear how long you will benefit from the double experience points. It’s possible that it will end on Monday, November 22, when the free weekend concludes.
How can I earn more XP in Vanguard? Play modes with small maps and/or many players. When the action is non-stop and kills and bullets are flying around, you’ll also earn a lot of experience points.
The playlist “Ship Haus 24/7” is the best for this – on the small maps “Shipment” and “The House” in the rotation, you can quickly level up.
Free weekend and double XP 2 weeks after the launch of Vanguard – a great opportunity to try out the new CoD or a reason to go all out on the weekend. Warzone also wants to entice with double XP and the event mode “Operation Retrospective”.
A developer from DICE involved in Battlefield 2042 has spoken out on Twitter appealing to the community. Apparently, there have been death threats against the developers after the shooter has been struggling with numerous issues.
What’s going on? Since November 12, the early access phase of Battlefield 2042 has been running. However, the initial launch was very mixed, as the shooter has numerous issues in the form of bugs, glitches, and design weaknesses. These include, for example:
And many other things that are missing or do not work as many players would like.
Numerous fans of the Battlefield series seem to have been so driven to frustration that they felt compelled to send death threats to developers on social media platforms like Twitter and Reddit, or to demand their dismissal. Now, a developer is fighting back.
Who has spoken out? The tweet is from Sam Hayter, game designer at DICE and for Battlefield 2042. He addressed fans via his Twitter page:
“I understand that people can be frustrated about a game they are passionate about… But issuing death threats against developers or studios is just not acceptable, folks… please get a grip.”
Death threats and demands for dismissal against Battlefield developers
How are players reacting to the appeal? Most see criticism of Battlefield 2042 as justified, but to express it in the form of violent calls and such things is simply wrong. Most think it’s better to threaten with a refund than with death.
The tweet from Hayter is also being discussed in the subreddit for Battlefield 2042, which is known to be particularly critical of the game and DICE. Here, many players are understanding, though some also wonder if these death threats really exist.
The tweet from game designer Hayter is underscored by a statement from a moderator in the subreddit for Battlefield 2042: “[Death threats] have happened many times. We remove them as quickly as possible and ban these people. If you look at the state of this subreddit, we obviously allow constructive criticism, but there is no tolerance for any kind of harassment, insults, or witch hunts” (via reddit.com).
Nevertheless, there are also some outliers such as “You have insulted and ignored customers enough. You do not deserve compassion” (via Twitter.com) or “The funny thing is that DICE tends to ignore constructive criticism since BF3. I also doubt that there are actual death threats” (via Twitter.com).
Some see it merely as a tactic to distract from the state of the game. However, the past shows that death threats are a common problem in the gaming industry:
Over the last few years, there have been numerous examples of such toxic behavior. A prominent example from the same company as Battlefield 2042 is EA’s failed loot shooter Anthem. It was released in 2019 in a deplorable state.
After several months and many more problems, the subreddit became increasingly worse and more toxic (via ScreenRant.com). Posts against developer BioWare became rampant. The developers also almost completely ceased their communication.
How things will go with Battlefield 2042 remains to be seen. The actual release on November 19 and the following weeks will show whether EA and DICE can turn things around.
Are you unsure about spending your hard-earned euros on the new CoD, Call of Duty: Vanguard? Then you can test the multiplayer of the shooter for free from now until Monday, November 22nd, and see for yourself if the title is worth your money.
With Call of Duty: Vanguard, the CoD series returns to World War II and offers you many tried-and-true mechanics and plenty of content in multiplayer.
If you are unsure about the latest Call of Duty, you will get the chance for an extensive test in the coming days. MeinMMO shows you all the important information about the first free multiplayer weekend.
Everything you need to know about the new Call of Duty: Vanguard – in 2 minutes
All information about the free weekend starting November 18
How long does the free weekend last? Vanguard is generous with its “weekend” and starts the free test phase already on Thursday evening:
November 18 from 7 PM
November 22 until 7 PM
For 4 days, Vanguard will open its doors to all interested players, and the fun ends on Monday at 7 PM.
What can you test? You can try out the multiplayer mode with the complete content. There are no extra modes for free players, but full access to all release content and Shipment – the first new map from Vanguard. However, the campaign and zombie mode are not available to you.
Who can test Vanguard? All interested players with a suitable platform and internet connection. The free weekend is for players on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. You can find out what hardware you need here.
What happens to my progress? If you grind the whole weekend and then buy Vanguard later, your progress will be retained. Even if you enter the free Warzone later, your earned weapon levels will be saved on the new Vanguard weapons.
What kind of CoD is Vanguard? The latest Call of Duty is set in World War II and uses an enhanced graphics engine from CoD MW, the CoD from 2019. Consequently, it plays very similarly, and especially Warzone players should settle in quickly.
Upon release, Vanguard offered 16 6vs6 maps, providing more than twice as many maps as its predecessor, Black Ops Cold War. You can find more about its strengths and weaknesses in our game review of the Vanguard multiplayer: Why every CoD fan should try Vanguard, even if you don’t like the setting.
Everything about the download during the free weekend
Where can I find the download? Go to your console shops or check out the Battle.net launcher on your PC:
PlayStation & Xbox: Search for “Vanguard” in the search function of your console shops and download the free test version. You will find an extra version marked as “Multiplayer Mode – Free Access”
Battle.net Launcher: Click on “All Games” in the top left and then select Vanguard under the “Activision” tab. There you will see the big blue button “Test for Free”
How big is the download? On PlayStation and Xbox consoles, you need to plan around 30 GB. On PC, you need nearly 25 GB of free space.
The new Vanguard has become a good CoD, but it dares very little and relies more on tried-and-true methods to convince. Take the chance of the free weekend and see for yourself what the World War shooter is like.
According to insider Tom Henderson, Battlefield 2042 is supposed to receive several updates within the first month after release. He also reveals when these are allegedly supposed to arrive.
Who is he anyway? Tom Henderson is considered an industry insider and has previously shared information ahead of official announcements.
Now he has allegedly named release dates for three updates that Battlefield 2042 is supposed to receive after release.
Update, November 19, 8:50 AM: Henderson has now confirmed that update 0.21 was the day-one patch. Thus, there will likely be no further fixes until November 30.

3 Updates for Battlefield 2042 in the first month after release?
When are the updates supposed to arrive? Henderson had previously stated that Battlefield 2042 was to receive a day-one patch as soon as the game starts on November 19.
He lists this now, along with an update for the end of November and early December. According to him, the updates are supposed to come on the following days:
Day-one patch on November 19
Day-10 patch on November 30
Day-25 patch on December 7
Henderson points out that the numbers do not correspond to the days after release but does not know the reasons for this.
Whether the day-one patch is possibly the already released update 0.21 is currently unclear. In his tweet, Henderson also mentions that the day-one patch could possibly be combined with the second update on November 30.
Part of this update is supposed to be quality-of-life improvements.

On December 7, content is to come into the game that did not make it for release. According to Henderson, this does not involve new content such as weapons, but rather things like player stats.
He does not specify any further details, so one can only speculate what things could be fixed with the first update in November.
However, looking at the last few days since the early access phase began, there is already a long list of things that need to be addressed.
The performance is often poor, especially for PC players, and needs some optimization.
We also already know that DICE is aware of most of these issues. Specifically, it has been confirmed that they are working on the problem with assault rifles. The hovercrafts, the revival issue, and numerous other things are also on the list.
Whether all these mentioned issues will already be fixed with the upcoming updates is currently unclear. By tomorrow, November 19, we will know if there will indeed be a day-one patch.
In FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, the second Bundesliga POTM (Player of the Month) is now known. Christopher Nkunku has won the vote and will receive a great special card. We clarify whether you should go for it.
What is a POTM card? “POTM” stands for “Player of the Month” – meaning Player of the Month. It is awarded once a month for different leagues. For the month of September, Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen received the first Bundesliga POTM card in FUT 22.
This time, Christopher Nkunku from RB Leipzig has prevailed against his competition and is now the Player of the Month for October.
However, the new POTM card offers the best stats of all Nkunku cards so far and excels especially in the areas of pace, shooting, passing, and dribbling. Comparing the new POTM card with his last TOTW card shows the improvements in all areas.
Here are the biggest jumps compared to his strongest TOTW card:
Pace: 84 -> 86
Shooting: 80 -> 82
Passing: 87 -> 89
Defending: 74 -> 77
Physical: 73 -> 76
Is POTM Nkunku worth it for your team? The new Nkunku card is certainly better than his last TOTW card but also costs significantly more. To obtain the card, you will need to submit an impressive 4 teams, with a total value currently (as of November 18, 2021) at around 225,000 coins.
In contrast, his 86-rated TOTW card is almost a bargain. It can be obtained for about 50,000 coins on the FUT transfer market. While it has slightly weaker stats, it offers a much better price-performance ratio. If your FUT budget isn’t large, you might prefer the Inform card instead.
However, if you have the necessary coins lying around, POTM Nkunku with his fantastic stats will certainly not disappoint you.
What do you think of the new POTM card? Would you have preferred a different player? Let us know in the comments!

In Destiny 2, reports are increasing that some players are being unfairly kicked from their fireteams by their LFG teammates. Especially in the endgame, this is a particularly nasty trick. The players who get kicked don’t receive any top loot or triumphs anymore.
It’s a really mean thing in Destiny 2 for players to currently ruin the game for their teammates. More and more players who have been trolled in this way are reporting it. Kicks from endgame activities are currently occurring more frequently through the LFG player search. Those searching for a fireteam for endgame content like raids or nightfall via LFG (Looking for Group) risk becoming victims of this unfair trolling.
This “team trolling” is made possible by the “kick player” option that Destiny 2 openly offers to fireteam leaders in the options menu.
Fireteam leaders can independently remove fireteam members
There is no vote on removing someone from the activity
The remaining fireteam members gain no advantage from the kick
Players are abusing the feature: This “kick player” feature should actually only be used by fireteam leaders to remove toxic or AFK players. So whenever someone isn’t actively participating in a raid, negatively influencing the rest of the team, or behaving inappropriately. But the feature is now increasingly being abused.
Get trolled team members receive this notification after the kick.
Team trolling is no longer fun: Trolling is certainly part of every game. Especially teammates are often trolled in Destiny 2. However, it is no longer funny when it leads to unfair disadvantages. A kick just before the end of a tough activity intentionally denies players their loot. For example, in the nightfall, joining the fireteam is disabled. Kicked players cannot rejoin at all. There is also rarely, if ever, any remedy for such actions.
You can see how nasty the trick in the game really is in this video. Just before the player can collect their loot, they are kicked by the fireteam leader and wonder, “Why are people like this?”.

That’s why the action is particularly annoying: While normal loot is still sent to the post, this apparently doesn’t always happen for special raid loot. If a player finally drops the rare raid exotic Vex Mythoclast in the Glassed Chamber, they might not receive it.
Even in the Garden of Salvation, you definitely won’t receive the Divinity for completing the raid quest if you can’t open the chest at the end of the activity.
Team trolling is not only mean but also terribly unfair
Players in Destiny 2 find “team trolling” terribly unfair. It may sound fun, but when it happens to you, it’s very frustrating and not an experience anyone wants to have. Many affected players are therefore hoping for a solution from Bungie and even make their own proposals.
A few months ago, I spent 8 hours in the raid to help my friends get Divinity, only for all three of us to be kicked after we killed the boss. We managed it again the next day, but it was still annoying.
I was kicked from a prophecy boss checkpoint when he [the boss] melted away. That was really a slap in the face because I was the only surviving member a few times and saved some hairy moments in that run. It felt damn great! You two a***** know who I mean.
[…] being kicked right after clearing the boss should not be an option. At least, a temporary kick block should take effect during the last encounter […] which should last 120 seconds after the boss kill. I think this solves all these issues and is still fair to the legitimate team members. If a group tries to troll a blueberry, you can still kick him, but he at least gets his loot.
This topic has been hotly debated not only on reddit but also in the Bungie forum, where players keep reporting their bad experiences with the nasty kickers in LFG. The player DerpyTaco11 suggests in the forum, for example, to “award” these fireteam leaders in a very special way.
This is how other developers have solved the problem: Comparable shooters, like Outriders (in the June patch via reddit), who also faced similar problems, have already actively addressed the issue. A block has been implemented here that prevents players from kicking other players from the fireteam at the end of an activity. This means that those who make it to the boss also definitely receive their deserved loot.
After all, in the endgame, you might get exactly the item you need for a build like this:
In Destiny 2, it might even make sense if fireteam leaders could only remove fireteam members when the team is in orbit. Because not every player in Destiny 2 has a clan where they can always rely on their fireteam leader.
What are your experiences? Have you also been trolled and were unable to collect your loot or complete a triumph? Do you see potential in the solution proposal from crypticfreak?

A sad day for Dead by Daylight. The content from “Stranger Things” is no longer available from today – it is being removed from the game.
So far, the number of playable characters in Dead by Daylight has only grown since its release. There have been new killers, new survivors, and plenty of new maps that have expanded the game over the past five years. However, the time has now come when that number is finally decreasing.
One killer, two survivors, and one map are being removed from Dead by Daylight.
What will be removed? As of today, November 18, a number of contents have disappeared from Dead by Daylight and are no longer available. These are the contents from the “Stranger Things” universe. The following are no longer available:
Demogorgon (Killer)
Nancy Wheeler (Survivor)
Steve Harrington (Survivor)
This also includes all cosmetic items.
Additionally, the “Hawkins” map has been removed from the game. It can no longer be accessed, and the associated offerings have also been removed and exchanged for bloodpoints a few days ago.
The “onion-faced” killer will likely be seen even less in the future. Because only veterans own the Demogorgon.
What if you purchased the content? If you purchased the Demogorgon, Nancy, or Steve along with their corresponding cosmetics, you can still keep and use them. You can continue to play these survivors, who are essentially just “skins.”
On the other hand, the Demogorgon is a unique killer and will not be available to new players in the future. Only previous buyers can use him, which is why he will become a certain rarity.
Those who have unlocked these characters on their account will be able to boast in a few months or years about owning something that new players can no longer acquire.
What about the perks of the characters? Since Steve, Nancy, and the Demogorgon had unique perks that were sometimes quite strong, the developers of Dead by Daylight have renamed them and turned them into “standard perks” that can appear with all killers and survivors.
You will have no game disadvantages if you did not purchase the “Stranger Things” characters.
More updates on Dead by Daylight on MeinMMO can be found here:
Why are the contents disappearing? This is likely because Netflix did not extend its licensing agreement with Behaviour. The exact reason for this has not been disclosed, but there are several speculations. Netflix has been trying for some months to establish itself in the gaming market with its own productions. Therefore, it seems only logical that they want to use their own strong IPs – such as Stranger Things – primarily themselves.
Whether the license will be granted again in the future is questionable. One can thus initially assume that Nancy, Steve, and the Demogorgon are now “never again” obtainable.
Are you a proud owner of these characters and can you now show off forever? Or did you miss the purchase?

We wanted to know which 5-star characters from Genshin Impact you most wish to see return. Based on your votes, MeinMMO created a ranking.
What was the occasion for the survey? 5-star characters are what most players save for and have their eyes on in Genshin Impact. In random banners (Gacha banners), individual heroes can be pulled for a short time before they disappear for several months.
Thus, one often has to wait a long time until the beloved character announces their return. We wanted to know which 5-star character you are eagerly waiting for and want to see in a Gacha banner.
Here are your answers: A total of 2,566 MeinMMO readers participated in the survey, and each of you had three votes. In total, there were 4,781 individual votes.
We will list all characters based on this ranking – from least to most desired. Along the way, we’ll provide you with some info about the characters, their abilities, and which tier they occupy on our Genshin Impact Tier List, so you can get a rough idea of their strength.

Unlike previous installments, Battlefield 2042 does not feature a single-player story campaign. However, that doesn’t mean there won’t be content for solo players. MeinMMO shows you how the shooter aims to keep lone wolves happy.
Why doesn’t Battlefield 2042 have a campaign? Developer DICE justifies the absence of a story campaign by stating that they want to fully utilize resources for multiplayer. The studio is focusing on its strengths and experience, which primarily lie in multiplayer. (via eurogamer.net)
The story content of the last installments like Battlefield 4, Battlefield Hardline, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield V managed to impress only in a few moments and appealed to only a small part of the community. Therefore, this step was probably necessary for DICE.
However, this decision does not mean that Battlefield 2042 has no story to tell or does not offer solo content. Here’s an overview of the known information about how DICE wants to deliver these things differently.
Battlefield 2042 has bots instead of singleplayer
How is that supposed to work? At launch, Battlefield 2042 comes with three categories for its game modes:
All-Out Warfare – Starts with the modes Conquest and Breakthrough.
Portal – A mode that lets classic maps, game modes, weapons, vehicles, and many other elements from previous installments shine in a new light.
As it stands, All-Out Warfare will be particularly interesting for single players. Because there, you can choose whether to face players or bots.
So if you don’t feel like multiplayer, you can simply fight against computer-controlled enemies and still earn experience points and unlock items. However, you will not be alone, as your team members will also be controlled by bots.
If you have friends available, you can even play in co-op against bots. This way, you can easily team up with friends or go solo and even unlock Battle Pass rewards.
This is especially practical for beginners who want to learn the mechanics, try out weapons, or explore the maps.
But do not expect an easy time, as according to developer DICE, the bots are supposed to be hardly distinguishable from real players and act very intelligently. Whether that will actually be the case remains to be seen.
Will there also be bots in the other modes? This is currently not known. As soon as there is more information about this, we will update it here. But what about the story?
This is how Battlefield 2042 still aims to provide a story: Instead of delivering a “movie-like” campaign, Battlefield 2042 wants to tell its story through the setting of the shooter and seasonal content.
We already have some exciting information about the setting:
As the name suggests, the shooter takes place in the year 2042
Our world is experiencing the “greatest crisis in human history,” climate change.
Humanity is struggling against rising sea levels, hurricanes, and other consequences.
In January 2034, a global food and fuel shortage finally broke out.
The resulting resource scarcity then triggered a massive global economic crisis.
Ultimately, the catastrophic developments of the 2030s lead to countries like Germany going bankrupt and the European Union being dissolved.
Around 1.2 billion people are considered stateless (No-Pats) by 2042. These No-Pats are now being recruited by the USA and Russia, the only remaining superpowers, for elite task forces.
The setting is therefore quite dark and promises an exciting backdrop.
But how is it supposed to be told? There is currently little concrete information on this. What is certain is that Battlefield 2042 wants to deliver its story through seasonal content such as Battle Passes.
How extensive the story will be and whether it is not just small snippets without great significance remains to be seen.
The new MMORPG Swords of Legends Online receives its first major content update and brings so much content that it could also be considered an expansion. We at MeinMMO explain for whom returning to the MMORPG is worthwhile.
What kind of update is this? Today, November 18th, the big update 1.1 for the MMORPG Swords of Legends Online is released. It is titled “The Forbidden Court” and delivers many new contents that specifically target endgame players.
The update not only continues the story but also promises new raids that are expected to be released later this year, but it also brings new PvP instances and makes dungeons more relevant.
What’s included:
New story chapter “Villa of the Fox Fairy,” which you receive as soon as you have completed the quest “To the Temple of the Devastator”
Three new biographies
Two new maps with their own mechanics
The “Memory Box,” which allows you to replay old dungeons with new rewards
Two additional raids that will be unlocked on November 25th and December 9th
4 new PvP modes
Alliances between guilds
Factions for guilds and alliances
PvP mode for alliance wars
New items for character, crafting, and housing
Balance adjustments
You can find all the changes in the SOLO forum (via gameforge.com).
Battles take place in the new areas
What’s in the Flower Palace? The Flower Palace is one of the two new zones. You can enter it via the world map and other teleport paths, and it is aimed at players who have reached the endgame. The new story will also take place in the Flower Palace.
The new area serves as a hub for future content. New daily quests, PvP battle frenzy, and the two new raids are expected to be accessible through the Flower Palace. A new world boss will also roam the area.
In addition to the new people of the spirit foxes, the Flower Palace also offers the two new materials White Obsidian and Firestorm Stones, which you will need for crafting, among other things.
The Flower Palace invites you to linger
What’s in the fifty islands of Chuyun? The fifty islands of Chuyun is the second new map, which focuses entirely on PvP. Every weekend, large battles occur on the islands of Chuyun between the various alliances.
During the week, members of the alliances can collect materials on the map that are needed for these battles. This is done through the daily quest “Ice Crystal.” Accepting this quest costs money, but you will receive it back upon completion.
However, you must be cautious, as the faction PvP mode is activated throughout the entire zone. So, you must expect an attack from another player at any time. To receive rewards, you must belong to the same faction as your alliance. Otherwise, you will not receive anything.
Old dungeons with new rewards
How does the Memory Box work? With the new feature, you can replay the first 5 dungeons of the game, with better rewards. However, this does not come for free and is also more complicated in its functionality than necessary, resembling the Strike Missions from Guild Wars 2.
To replay these dungeons, you need dusty training memories. You must buy these through the Book of Mysteries and then add them to your Memory Box.
The dungeons are currently available in 5 different new difficulty and reward levels, ranging from item level 85 to item level 105. However, you cannot jump directly to the highest level but must first play the other four levels of the dungeon to unlock the respective higher one.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zWHjhKiYt2A
The trailer for the new update
What does it bring? If you play the memories, you will receive a reward for each completed dungeon. The higher the memory, the greater the rewards and the more gold you earn at the end.
At the end of each week, you will also receive a reward chest that is based on the level of the highest completed dungeon, so a maximum of item level 105.
Your alliance will soon have a floating island
What can alliances do now? In alliances, several guilds can unite and play together. They can form alliances with other alliances and guilds but can also fight against each other in feuds and wars.
Feuds and wars primarily differ in that feuds are free and must be confirmed by both participating alliances, while wars always cost money but do not require confirmation from the other side.
Alliances belong to factions: The leader of an alliance can decide whether their alliance wants to remain neutral or join one of the two factions. If you choose one of the factions, then only members of the same faction as your alliance can join.
What’s in “Battle in the Sea of Clouds”? In the weekly battle in the Sea of Clouds, two alliances and their allies face off against each other. They fight in 60vs60 battles to capture several small islands. One side defends while the other attacks.
The battle lasts for an hour and takes place once a week; the winners will receive handsome rewards but also costs. If you win the islands, you will have to pay maintenance costs to reap all benefits.
These costs amount to 200,000 water, cloud, and wind essences each, which can be farmed on the fifty islands of Chuyun. If you cannot pay this price, your alliance will lose control of the island.
Is it worth starting now? SOLO still offers a solid start and beautiful class selection. One of the main criticisms of the MMORPG has been that there has been a lack of content in the endgame. This may have improved now.
However, the player numbers of SOLO have dropped significantly over the last few months, and a large portion of active players should have already reached the endgame. Therefore, starting is only worthwhile if you can cope with being relatively alone until reaching the endgame.
Is it worth it for returnees? The new update “The Forbidden Court” is aimed almost entirely at players who are at the endgame and do not have much to do anymore. However, this has changed due to more story, harder dungeons, and new endgame areas.

The full release of Battlefield 2042 is just around the corner. After a week of early access, it officially starts on November 19. But who should check out the game? MeinMMO makes a quick check for you.
What is Battlefield 2042? This is the latest installment of the major shooter series from Electronic Arts and is developed by the studios DICE with support from Ripple Effect Studios (formerly DICE LA) and Criterion Games.
The Battlefield series has always been known for its huge battlefields and material battles, where large groups of players come together.
Players can utilize military vehicles and aircraft or fight infantry against enemy ground troops. Battlefield also focuses on destruction. This adds another tactical aspect.
While the last installment Battlefield V set its scene in World War II, Battlefield 2042 will take place in the future.
However, it will not be a wacky sci-fi shooter and mostly adheres to our present time. Nevertheless, there are some technological advancements like robotic dogs or other features and gadgets.
If you’re hoping for a story campaign, you might be disappointed. There is no single-player campaign. However, there is an overarching story to the multiplayer of Battlefield 2042, in which Germany goes bankrupt and the EU collapses.
When exactly does Battlefield 2042 come out? On Friday, November 19, 2021, is the official release of the shooter. The game will then be available for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One. A preload is already running for those who have purchased the game.
The early access started for buyers of certain editions and EA Play subscribers on November 12. Accordingly, many players have already been able to play and share their impressions.
But who should take a look at the game? We summarize for you who Battlefield 2042 is worth checking out, who it isn’t, or who might prefer to wait.
Checklist – Should I play Battlefield 2042?
To give you a quick overview, we have prepared 15 statements for you. If you can answer 10 of them with “Yes”, Battlefield 2042 is definitely interesting for you. Below we will give you an overview of how the launch went and what to expect in Battlefield 2042.
I have no problem with numerous technical issues at launch
I have played Battlefield before and always had fun with it
I am looking for an alternative to Call of Duty
I enjoy modern military shooters with a bit of sci-fi
I do not care about a single-player campaign
I love large multiplayer maps
I like to drive tanks, helicopters, jets, and hovercrafts
Multiplayer battles with more than 60 players excite me
I like coordinated team play and am not a lone wolf
I find it important to be able to destroy buildings and other objects
I need a wide selection of weapons and gadgets
I can get used to some changes as a Battlefield veteran, like specialists instead of classes
I enjoy creating my own modes in the editor.
I like games like Escape from Tarkov and Hunt: Showdown
I like to invest a lot of time to unlock all weapons, weapon attachments, and gadgets
Battlefield 2042 – What’s inside?
Why should I check this out? Especially players who are rather bored of current shooters like CoD: Warzone and are looking for an alternative should check out Battlefield 2042. The maps are significantly larger, the destruction and the numerous vehicles and aircraft create a certain feeling of actually being in a battle.
All-Out Warfare – Includes the two classic Battlefield modes Conquest and Breakthrough
Hazard Zone – This mode strongly resembles games like Escape from Tarkov and Hunt: Showdown. You land on a map and need to recover data drives while contending with players and NPCs
Battlefield Portal – This mode allows you to create your own modes, as well as play maps and modes from three Battlefield classics
In All-Out Warfare, battles feature teams of 64 against 64 players, meaning for the first time in the series, 128 players will be on the map. The PS4 and Xbox One are exceptions, as they only support 32 against 32 players for technical reasons.
With random events like tornadoes that can completely change a match, there are also weather elements that play a significant role and require specific tactics. The 7 maps are huge and offer variety.
If you have always wanted to fly through a tornado with a wingsuit or see a rocket launch fail right in front of your eyes, you should definitely take a look.
For the first time in the series, there are also no fixed classes, but new specialists. These are essentially the classes of Battlefield 2042, only that players here have much more freedom than with typical class systems in other games. Here you can find an overview of all contents from Battlefield 2042.
Problems overshadow the early access phase of Battlefield 2042
How the EA release of Battlefield 2042 went: Even during the beta, it became clear that Battlefield 2042 has significant technical issues. Unfortunately, the developers did not manage to eliminate all the problems by the release.
While some improvements have been made, it has become clear that many of the issues still persist in early access:
The performance is often poor on PC, optimization is lacking.
Other major issues such as the scatter of assault rifles, the OP hovercrafts, or weapon balancing DICE is also aware of and is reportedly working on a fix.
If you can overlook such problems, Battlefield 2042 is still a comprehensive package that provides many players with a lot of joy.
How about you? Will you play Battlefield 2042 or are you already playing it? What do you think of it?

The next big and final chapter of World of Warcraft: Shadowlands was announced a few days ago. Patch 9.2 “End of Eternity” takes us into the mysterious world of Zereth Mortis, the Lego set of the Shadowlands, to finally stop the Jailer’s plans.
In theory, an exciting story that should thrill WoW fans. But the reality looks quite different, at least among our readership. Only about one in four is really looking forward to the patch.
What was that survey about? We asked you what you think of the content shown so far of Patch 9.2 “End of Eternity”. Blizzard announced this in a small preview video. There were 3 answers to choose from.
“Looks very good, I’m looking forward to it.”
“Too little has been shown, I’m not sure yet.”
“I don’t like it.”
The results reflect the votes cast as of November 18, 2021, 10:30 AM.
The result of the survey, as of November 18, 2021, 10:30 AM.
Over 40% are not interested in the patch
The largest group in this survey is 42%, the portion that already does not like the patch. A solid 930 votes are dissatisfied with what Blizzard has shown from Patch 9.2 so far. This is also reflected in the comments below the survey.
For example, Don77 writes:
This patch is an absolute joke. No new dungeon, no new battleground, no new feature like the Mage Tower. Nothing, just nothing. All only old stuff that will occupy you for 2-3 hours and then very likely start time-gating again. Unbelievable, every criticism of 9.2 is absolutely understandable.
It is clear that Blizzard still has a lot to do to convince this player group with Patch 9.2. Should this not succeed, these players will probably not be seen until the start of the next expansion.
Patch 9.2 is currently not well received by our readers. Blizzard has much to accomplish.
One in three is still undecided
With 34% (737 votes), just over one in three is still unsure about what to make of the patch. They believe the video simply showed too little. Even if some content looks quite promising, it still depends on the concrete implementation and the overall picture. Questions need to be answered, such as:
How intense will the grinding be?
How big is Zereth Mortis?
How long can the content keep players engaged?
What does the patch offer for collectors?
How interesting will the raid be?
Where is the story headed?
Only when these questions are answered, which will likely take a few weeks, will a clear picture emerge.
Only 24% are looking forward to the patch
The smallest group so far consists of 24% of the votes cast (524 votes), and these are all who are already looking forward to the patch. Long-time WoW fans and optimistically inclined players who are simply looking forward to new content or want to experience the end of a story.
The idea of having to learn a new language is appealing to some players as a progress system. The new raid, featuring a whopping 11 raid bosses, also seems to generate anticipation. Martin Mahyhofer writes on Facebook:
I am very hyped for Patch 9.2. I’m really looking forward to the new raid.
Overall, it can be said that there were very few positive comments in the survey. Most of those who left a comment were either openly negative or wanted to wait and see what the first weeks on the PTR reveal about Patch 9.2.
More current news about World of Warcraft can be found here:
When is the patch coming out? So far, there is no fixed release date for Patch 9.2 “End of Eternity.” Assuming a PTR development time of around 3 months, it could be the end of February or early March, but possibly a little later, depending on the scope. The developers still have enough time to excite more players for the new content – or to alienate them.
Does the result of the survey match the opinions of your friends and acquaintances? Or is there a completely different sentiment regarding WoW?

What is it? This is the good old “Thommy-Gun”, a heavy submachine gun that is indispensable in gangster movies from the 30s.
What does the setup look like? The setup shown here for the Thommy-Gun is based on the Chariot barrel, the 50-round magazine, and hollow-point ammunition. With this, you build a veritable lead-slinger that fires many rounds, rarely needs to reload, and thanks to the ammunition also deals solid damage even if you do not hit the torso or head of the opponent.
It is a solid setup to melt down opponents at close and medium range. The other attachments in this setup are not really essential and can be exchanged at will and adapted to your playstyle.
Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
Barrel: Chariot 2.5″ Quick
Sights: Slate Reflector

Ammunition Type: Hollow Point
Grip: Grooved Grip
Perk: Frenzy
Kit: Quick
Setup for the MP40
What is it? This German submachine gun is solid, reliable, and is among the top weapons in Vanguard. So level it up quickly.
What does the setup look like? With this setup, you create a weapon that performs very well at close and even medium range thanks to its high speed, extended rounds, and large magazine while still hitting accurately.

Setup for the Owen Gun
What is it? This strange weapon was developed by an Australian inventor named Owen and is actually a “submachine carbine”. The weapon is very solid, has a relatively low rate of fire, but an astonishingly high accuracy at range.
What does the setup look like? The good accuracy of the Owen Gun is further improved with this setup. The barrel allows for precise hits with high damage, and thanks to the type of ammunition, it doesn’t really matter where you hit the opponent. Headshots are even really dangerous with this weapon.
Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
Barrel: Hockenson 305MM Precision
Sights: Nydar Model 47

Underbarrel: Carver Foregrip
Magazine: Short 8MM 60-Round Drum

Setup for the PPSH-41
What is it? This is a massive Soviet submachine gun. The weapon has a very high rate of fire, which results in considerable recoil and therefore low controllability. But with the right setup, the PPSH-41 can become a deadly weapon.
What does the setup look like? The goal here is to somehow tame the brutal violence of the weapon. Therefore, the barrel and muzzle are important elements. The magazine is also important as large calibers greatly reduce controllability.
Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
Barrel: ZAC 300MM
Sights: Slate Reflector
Stock: None
Underbarrel: M1941 Handstop
Magazine: 7.62 Gorenko 71-Round Drum

Setup for the Sten
What is it? The Sten is a cheaply produced British submachine gun. The weapon is very compact and lightweight, which makes it hard to control. It is especially strong at close range.
What does the setup look like? This setup makes the weapon a bit more precise and gives it enough rounds with the 50-round drum magazine to survive in longer fights. The extended rounds help at medium range.
Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
Barrel: SA 65MM Quick
Sights: Nydar Model 47
Stock: None
Underbarrel: M1941 Handstop
Magazine: 9MM 50-Round Drum
Ammunition Type: Extended

Setup for the Type 100
What is it? The Type 100 is a large Japanese submachine gun that looks more like a rifle. It is very precise and deadly. With this weapon, you can land powerful headshots.
Therefore, this setup aims to achieve solid combat performance at close and medium range. The barrel and the 8mm rounds play a large role in this.
Muzzle: Mercury Silencer
