In a forum of the free MMO War Thunder, a player has allegedly leaked secret military documents from the US government.
What is War Thunder?

In War Thunder, military vehicles such as tanks and planes play an important role.
The MMO is known for its realistic depiction of various vehicles.

Player Posts Secret Documents About a Fighter Jet
What did the player do? The “War Thunder” player spacenavy90 has allegedly posted four military documents in the official forum of the game. He was participating in a discussion there and shared the information with the sentence: “In my research, I came across something interesting.”
He then goes on to detail the information the documents provide and shares the materials with the rest of the forum. The documents contain information about an American fighter jet, the F-16 Fighting Falcon, which was also the subject of the forum discussion.
However, the information is not intended for public disclosure and has been deleted in the official “War Thunder” forum in the meantime. It was accessible there on Monday around 9 PM.
Who has access to the documents? Some screenshots of the documents show indications of who is allowed to access them.
For example, two of the four documents state “DoD only” (DoD stands for “U.S. Department of Defense”). Thus, only employees of the U.S. Department of Defense are permitted to see the content of the documents.
Another document is labeled as follows: “Distribution authorized to U.S. Gov’t, agencies only”.
Not the First “War Thunder” Leak of Secret Information
These incidents have occurred in the past: Although it may be hard to believe, this is not the first time a “War Thunder” player has publicly shared secret military information.
In October 2021, a player leaked information about the French tank “Leclerc 2”. He claimed that the tank’s turning speed in the game was too fast, and subsequently shared the actual turning speed. He supported his information by stating that he drives this tank in real life. He also reportedly posted parts of the manual.
A match in the MOBA DOTA 2 (Steam) can sometimes take a long time, longer than a professional player’s bladder can hold. The current world champion Oliver “Skiter” Lepko (24) urgently needed to go to the bathroom after 55 minutes in a match – but that’s against the rules.
Who is that?
Oliver “Skiter” Lepko is a highly successful professional player for the team Tundra Esports. He plays the carry there and is known for his play with heroes like Lifestealer or Faceless Void.
The 24-year-old has won a total of $1.9 million in prize money (via esportearnings). Alone, $1.78 million was won in 2022 when he won the World Championship, “The International 2022”, with his team “Tundra E-Sports”. With this victory, he became a millionaire overnight.
But even though he has made so much money with DOTA, he must also adhere to the rules.

Admins prohibit bathroom breaks – advised to use a bottle
That was the situation: A match between Tundra Esports and “Into The Breach” took a bit longer than usual. Normally, balanced professional matches in DOTA 2 last between 40 and 50 minutes. However, there are also short one-sided matches that are over in 20 minutes, and overly long, tedious matches that can last up to 70 minutes.
Skiter had reached the 55-minute mark in the match when he couldn’t hold it anymore. He had to pee. However, the rules of DOTA 2 explicitly prohibit this:
Players are not allowed to go to the bathroom during a match until it is over. The only exception is incidents that directly endanger a player’s health and require medical assistance.
All players must also always be visible with a webcam to ensure everything is above board.
The player later said he asked one of the referees if he could go to the bathroom, but received the friendly reply that it was not possible, and he was advised to pee in a bottle instead.
Caster explains: “You know, that’s why I love DOTA 2”
That was the clip: How it came across in the game is seen in a video. The game is just paused when Skiter solemnly declares: “Okay, guys. I peed in a bottle and was visible in the camera the whole time.”
The teammates respond with a “Let’s go” or a short smiley.
The two casters cannot let the whole thing go uncommented and suddenly interrupt the analysis when they read the chat: While one of the casters breaks into laughter and ends with “You know, I love DOTA,” the other tries to downplay the incident.

Rockstar Games is giving away mugs, T-shirts, and a jacket
Why does the player receive the gift box? The YouTuber came into the focus of Rockstar Games because he amassed nearly 6,000 hours of playtime in Red Dead Redemption 2 on Google Stadia. The platform will be discontinued after today, January 18, 2023.
Now, the development studio has thanked him for this commitment and sent him a gift box filled with RDR2 merchandise like mugs, posters, T-shirts, and a jacket.
A photo with all the contents of the gift box was posted by the YouTuber on Twitter. We will embed the tweet here:

The YouTuber Colour shows on Twitter the gifts he received from Rockstar Games.
YouTuber was worried about his progress
This is how Rockstar Games noticed him: On September 30, the YouTuber publicly asked on Twitter whether Rockstar Games might allow the transfer of RDO accounts one-time. For this, he posted a screenshot of his nearly 5,900 play hours in RDR2 at that time.
Subsequently, Colour’s story about the possible loss of his in-game progress went viral, and some news sites picked up the story. In October, Rockstar Games responded to the request and allowed Stadia players to transfer money, gold bars, XP, role XP, and tokens to an existing PC, Xbox One, or PS4 account.
The shutdown of Stadia caught many players off guard, who had invested many hours and money into the platform. This includes MeinMMO author Jürgen Horn, who documented his experience at the end of September:
In Destiny 2, the second hotfix for Season 19 is coming. The servers will go offline today, January 18, for hotfix 6.3.0.4 on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. MyMMOwill accompany the server downtime and tell you when you can’t play.
What you need to know today: The servers will be taken offline for a brief downtime today. Bungie is working on addressing current issues step by step. We will keep you updated and list what changes are expected in Destiny 2.
Important note for Stadia users: Today, January 18, 2023, the servers of Google Stadia will be shut down, and Destiny 2 will no longer be playable on the platform. Stadia users should urgently activate Cross Save to avoid losing access to their characters, items, emblems, their Bungie.net account, and their Eververse purchases, such as their season passes. Information on how to activate it is provided by Bungie on its website.
Today is the last chance to save your characters before Google Stadia is deactivated.
Update history:
6:08 PM – The patch notes for hotfix 6.3.0.4 have just been released. You can find them further down in the article.
Stadia was also taken offline with this update. This means that it is no longer possible to set up Cross Save from Destiny 2 with a Stadia account. Destiny 2 Stadia players who had issues setting up Cross Save can contact Bungie.
Hotfix 6.3.0.4 has started rolling out on all platforms and regions. On PC, the download is just under 100 MB.
5:45 PM – The servers for Destiny 2 have just gone offline.
5:30 PM – 15 minutes left until maintenance.
Maintenance on January 18 – All Times and Server Downtime
These times are important today: As always, today the effective inaccessibility of the servers should only last 15 minutes (via bungie.net). The time when you can’t play will remain very short.
At 5:00 PM German time, maintenance work will start in the background on all platforms.
From 5:45 PM, the servers will go offline, and you will be automatically kicked from all activities.
Around 6:00 PM, the servers are expected to come back online, and update 6.3.0.4 will be rolled out for all platforms. After the download, you can log back into the game.
The ongoing background maintenance will officially end at 7:00 PM if everything goes smoothly.
Important: Even if you have downloaded the update and are back in the game, there may still be connection issues until the end of maintenance at 7:00 PM. You may also have to expect queues at login.
Note for all Stadia users: On January 18, 2023, Stadia will be shut down, and players will lose access to their Destiny 2 characters. If you want to avoid this, you must set up Cross Save on another platform by this date. Bungie has ensured that players can use their characters on linked platforms even after Stadia is closed.
What Changes with Hotfix 6.3.0.4 in Season 19
This is what the hotfixbrings today: After hotfix 6.3.0.4, some issues with the loot shooter may disappear. MyMMO lists here some of the issues Bungie is already aware of and those our readers have pointed out:
Players may not be able to crouch after receiving the first scanner buff in the exotic mission “Operation: Seraph’s Shield.”
Progress in the exotic mission “Operation: Seraph’s Shield” may not always be triggered. Players may then not be able to turn in the scanner buff and have to start over.
Console players are sometimes invisible or cannot see their weapon.
Player name changes are not adjustable via bungie.net. Players are still waiting for the option to adjust their player names multiple times instead of just once.
The exotic dungeon bow “Hierarchy of Claims” does not correctly penetrate Hydra or Phalanx shields when combined with the artifact armor mod “Piercing Bowstring”.
If you notice any other issues in the game, the recommendation is to report them directly via the official Bungie Help forum to alert the developers. Alternatively, you can leave us a comment if you are aware of any other bugs in the game.

Seth “Scump” Abner is arguably the most famous professional player of CoD. Initially, he wanted to play the current “Call of Duty: League” season with Modern Warfare 2. But in an emotional video, Scump now announced his departure from the CoD professional league in tears.
If you have even the slightest interest in the professional scene of Call of Duty, you know the name Scump. For over 10 years, Seth Abner captured the hearts of fans.
He was part of the legendary team “Optic Gaming,” which won the world championship title in 2017 – Scump, FormaL, Crimsix, Karma. Scump is the last of the group to retire from the top level.
In an emotional speech to friends and fans, Scump bids farewell to the CDL professional league. We will show you his speech, the reasons for his retirement, and reactions to his departure on MeinMMO.
Farewell in tears – Over 30 million watch Scump’s video
What does Scump say about his retirement? The former CoD pro released a 6-minute video on Twitter regarding his retirement. He invited many friends and companions to celebrate this important step in his life together.

Scump delivers an emotional speech, thanking his guests and the “crazy support” he could rely on throughout his entire career.
Even with tears in his eyes, he brings his guests to laughter – that’s what always defined Scump. He was not only the tough CoD pro but also a charismatic guy.
Although he now feels a bit worried about his future, he looks forward to the upcoming challenges. In the future, he wants to focus more on content, so he will remain in the CoD community.
What successes did Scump achieve? The highlight was winning the CoD World Championship 2017 in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare. Additionally, he won 31 major tournaments in the CoD professional league during his career and 2 gold medals at the X-Games.
Why the retirement? Scump says it’s difficult for him to produce content while playing Call of Duty at the highest level. Content creation has always been something he enjoyed doing.
However, he also feels a bit left behind. Scump is 27 years old and thus belongs to the “seniors” in the Call of Duty: League. He tells his teammate Shotzzy (21) in the video that he simply isn’t as fast as the new generation anymore.
What are the reactions? It almost seems like the entire CoD community is sending farewell greetings to him. The tweet about his retirement has been viewed over 31 million times, has nearly 11,000 comments and more than 230,000 likes (as of: 18.01.23 / 16:40).
In the comments, there are official greetings from CoD – the official CoD account on Twitter wrote: “Forever the king.” The CoD studios Raven Software and Sledgehammer Games also chime in.
Others thank Scump, like Warzone expert “JGOD,” who leaves a simple “Thank you.” Content creator @JaredFPS writes: “You are the inspiration for a whole generation and more, my brother. Thank you for everything you have done for Call of Duty and for the fans.”
Moreover, there are tons of crown and goat emojis in the comments (eng. GOAT = Greatest of All Time) from fans, rivals, friends, and big content creators. Many are sad but also happy about the next step in the ex-professional’s life.
A fitting farewell for one of the greatest careers in the professional field of Call of Duty. We from MeinMMO also wish Scump all the best for the future. What do you think about the retirement? Leave us a comment.
In Warframe nearly every month recurring events appear that players can farm. This time it’s the Ghoul Extermination. We will show you what can be earned, whether the event is worth it, and how long it lasts.
What is the Ghoul Extermination? The Ghoul Extermination is a worldly event that is active in Warframe every few weeks. On Earth in Cetus, the ghouls are loose. These crazed Grineer rampage in the Plains of Eidolon, causing chaos and destruction. The task of the Tenno is now to contain the outbreak and exterminate the remaining ghouls.
We will show you everything you should know about the event and, above all, whether farming is worth it and what the loot looks like.
Warframe: Ghoul Extermination – Everything about the event, duration, and loot
How does the Ghoul Extermination work? When the Ghoul Extermination is active, you can see on your star map how large the ghoul activity still is. If not all ghouls have been eliminated yet, you can travel to Cetus and accept two quests regarding ghouls from Konzu.
To see the quests, you need to scroll down
There is an easy task and a slightly more difficult one, but they can be easily accomplished in a team. When you complete a quest of the Ghoul Extermination, the plague in Cetus reduces until it is completely exterminated.
How long does the event last? The event usually lasts 21 days, but it will automatically end when the bar for the plague has been cleared.
The Ghoul Extermination only lasts until the activities of the ghouls have been reduced to 0%
What loot is available? This depends on the quests you accept. If you complete the easy quest “Rescue the Ghoul Defector,” you have a chance for the following items:
Common Rewards
3,000 Credit Box
300 Endo
Mod: Hunter: Adrenaline
Uncommon Rewards
Eidolon Breath 5x
Cetus Wisp
Mod: Hunter: Ammo
Neo Relic: A8
Stubba Blueprint
Encrypted Protocol Fragment
Rare Rewards
Aya
Mod: Hunter: Trail
Nitain Extract
For the more difficult quest “Destroy a Massive Ghoul Burial Site,” you can get the following items:
Common Rewards
3,000 Credit Box
300 Endo
Mod: Hunter: Healing
Uncommon Rewards
Eidolon Breath 5x
Cetus Wisp
Mod: Hunter: Synergy
Neo Relic: N21
Quartakk Blueprint
Encrypted Protocol Fragment
Rare Rewards
Aya
Mod: Hunter: Command
Nitain Extract
The loot is generated randomly. So it may be that you have to attempt it several times before you receive your blueprint or the desired mod.
Is the event worth it? The event is definitely worth it, as you can farm especially important mods for builds. You can then use them for yourself or sell them on the market for platinum. Relics can also be farmed, which will drop prime parts for Warframes or weapons. You can then use them or sell them on the market.
That was all the important information about the Ghoul Extermination; what do you think of the event? Will you still participate even though you already own all the items? Feel free to leave us a comment!
Many users know this feeling. You have gamed through a weekend and suddenly your sleep rhythm is ruined. The Sleepagotchi app (iOS) aims to gamify your sleep to get you to bed faster.
Sleeping is one of the essential things in life, and regular sleep promotes health. A company has developed an app called “Sleepagotchi”. It aims to ensure that you go to bed at better times and regain a sleep rhythm.
Now, the company behind the app has even raised millions for the development of their program. But what kind of app is actually behind the name “Sleepagotchi”?
The app rewards you for going to bed more regularly
How does the app work? The “Sleepagotchi” app aims to gamify your sleep. This means you should be playfully persuaded to sleep more and, above all, go to bed more regularly.
Gamification is also supposed to reward only positive behavior and not punish negative behavior. This means: If you once fail to go to bed on time, the app won’t hold it against you.
However, if you go to bed on time or get enough sleep, the app rewards you with small gifts. Behind these loot boxes, called Sleepboxes, are new items or rewards that you can use to beautify your virtual bedroom.
So far, you don’t have to worry that “Pay-to-Win” items are hidden in these loot boxes that would allow you to sleep better than your friends.
You can open Sleepboxes with new items.
Where can you try the app? So far, you can only try the app on iOS. Here you can also link the app with an Apple Watch and use your sleep data this way. Whether in the future Android or other watches will be supported is still unknown.
Gamification is playing an increasingly important role in various areas
Gamification appears in various areas repeatedly. Often to reward annoying or boring tasks playfully. An example of this is the app Habitica, which transforms your everyday life into a pixel RPG. For successful tasks like “doing laundry” or “emptying the dishwasher”, you earn experience points or money for your character.
Some large companies have also jumped on this bandwagon. For instance, the giant company Amazon wanted to make the hard everyday life more interesting by playing a video game with and against their colleagues at the same time. And this is received better or worse:
The YouTuber Maximilian “HandOfBlood” Knabe (30) is mainly associated with League of Legends. However, he mostly operates behind the scenes, for instance as the President of the ESport team Eintracht Spandau. Now he wants to give it another shot and join the active players. In doing sohe faces a special challenge.
In LoL, Season 13 has just started and it seems that the Spandau HandOfBlood is itching to get back into the MOBA. The YouTuber does not just want to play casually, but has a high goal in mind: He wants to climb to the highest rank.
As a special incentive, he has made a bet.
In his role as president, Knabe competes with HandOfBlood in the Prime League.

HandOfBlood wants to give it one more serious try
What does HandOfBlood intend to do? On January 16, the YouTuber announced on Twitter that he wants to re-enter LoL with the current season. He aims to reach Challenger, the highest rank in LoL. Depending on the region, this tier includes the top 300 or 200 players.

Correction from January 19, 2022: The description of the ranking system in LoL was partly incorrect and has been corrected.Originally, there was mention of Best-of-Five matches between the ranks, which no longer exist. The promotion matches between the individual divisions have also been abolished.
Why is this such a challenge? The path to Challenger is long and arduous: first, a player is assigned a rank after the so-called Placement Matches. So not everyone starts out at the very bottom. There are 9 ranks in LoL, of which the lower 6 are further divided into 4 divisions.
To rank up, players need to collect League Points, or LP. 100 of these points are required to have a chance to rank up. For the promotion to the next higher rank to succeed, a Best-of-Three must also be won.
The amount of LP gained from a win – or lost from a defeat – depends on one’s skill level and that of the opponent, which is assigned by Riot as matchmaking rank. Thus, ranking up is quite difficult and involves a grueling grind.
Trust in the YouTuber’s skills is limited
In the comments under the tweet, there is a humorous response to the idea. The Let’s Player Pascal “MrMoregame” Rothkegel generously offers to help lift the Spandauer up the rankings – while he himself plays in the second lowest rank, bronze.
Lukas “Karni” Steininger, who plays as support for the team No Need Orga (NNO), expresses skepticism. Before that happens, Eintracht Spandau, HandOfBlood’s team, would be more likely to win the Prime League, the highest league in the German-speaking area.
How is the initiative received? Quite well. Other German content creators are also getting involved and betting either for or against HandOfBlood. They are willing to donate between 150 and 1,000 to the animal shelter if he reaches the Challenger rank, or not.
Either way, several thousand euros should be raised for the animal shelter.
If you are also eager to jump back into LoL for Season 13, this list might be helpful for you to climb the rankings.

Night Crows – Teaser for the MMORPG
Action-packed PvP battles with massive battles
What kind of game is Night Crows? It is supposed to be a high-quality MMORPG for PC and Mobile, focusing on PvP. The game world is said to be based on European medieval times, and the story is set in the 13th century.
What we already know:
Players can climb and fly with a glider.
One of the main features is PvP battles with 1,000 players, but there will also be other PvP modes.
PvE also plays a role: there will be massive bosses in the game world that you will fight together with other players.
In addition, the developers have planned the integration of blockchain mechanics into Night Crows. Currently, however, they are concerned about potential financial problems, which is why it is unclear whether the MMORPG will use blockchain at release or not.
When does Night Crows come out? The developers announced the MMORPG for April 23, 2023. However, we still do not know whether it will only be released in Korea or directly globally.
What do you think about the MMORPG? Does the realistic graphics convince you? Would you like to try it out when it comes out? Feel free to let us know in the comments here on MeinMMO!
Besides Night Crows, there are 55 other MMORPGs currently in development:
Players often choose items in League of Legends based on feel rather than hard facts. A look at the data of the statistically strongest mythical items shows that the three most frequently chosen items deal a lot of damage and are rather selfish objects – victory is much more likely with other items that help the team more than the player: Their win rate is at or even above 60%.
What is a mythical item in League of Legends? Currently, there are 27 different mythical items in LoL
They are finished items that cannot be improved further – they cost at least 2500 gold, with the most expensive going up to 3,400 gold. Therefore, they are endgame items.
Unlike legendary items, the items have a “mythical passive bonus” that significantly affects gameplay
You can only carry a single mythical item – they have an absolute special status
Where do the numbers come from? There is a website that precisely evaluates which mythical items are chosen most often and what their win rates are. The values are split depending on the server, but there are only relatively small differences between the major servers (via poro.gg).

LoL: Trailer shows new champion Nilah – Is so mobile that you can’t escape
The most popular mythical items in LoL revolve around damage
These are the 3 most popular mythical items in LoL: The most popular mythical items in LoL are offensive items:
The Kraken Slayer is chosen in up to 11% of cases depending on the server – but only has a win rate of about 53%. For a champion like Kai’Sa, the weapon is practically mandatory.
“Immortal Shieldbow” performs similarly – around 7% pick rate and 55% win rate. Heroes like Samira prefer this item.
In third place, depending on the server, is the item “Galeforce” – with a 6% pick rate and a win rate of around 54%. Heroes like Caitlyn prefer this weapon, which also increases movement speed.
These are all items that significantly improve a champion’s damage output and are favored by players because they boost kill statistics and make the champion feel noticeably deadlier: They increase attack damage, attack speed or mobility.
Which items are statistically the strongest? However, if we go purely by win rate, the 3 items that scratch or are above the 60% wins mark find themselves at the back end of the statistics:
The item “Radiant Virtue” has only a pick rate of around 3%, but accounts for almost 60% of the wins. It is intended for tanks like Zac and provides an enormous amount of health points.
The item “Locket of the Iron Solari” performs even better: with a win rate of over 60%, it is one of the least chosen mythical items in LoL – it appears in only 1.7% of all cases and helps heroes like Thresh or Nautilus. The item not only makes your own champion tougher but also helps teammates.
Almost at the end of the list of mythical items is the statistically strongest item: “Evenshroud” is only played in 1% of all cases, but has a win rate of around 62%. This item also grants the user resistances and weakens enemies that have been immobilized, making them ripe for killing. Ironically, the always sad Amumu has found his favorite item here.
“Glass-Cannon” items are the most popular in LoL, durability items are the strongest
Here’s what it means: It’s almost as if the statistics want to tell us something. The items for ADCs are statistically chosen the most because that is where the gold is, but they have the least influence on victories. These are, so to speak, “selfish items” that only benefit their bearer, transforming them into a “glass-cannon”: They deal more damage but can also hardly take any hits with these mythical items.
The items that players choose to last longer and strengthen their team are chosen relatively rarely but have the strongest impact on a match.
In FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, some special cards have suddenly become significantly weaker, and now there is one top card that is hardly playable anymore. But what has happened here?

When new special cards appear in FUT, they usually remain as they are or become stronger if they are dynamic card objects. However, currently, some non-dynamic cards have curiously become weaker.
This is the card in question: Some of the new Centurions cards are affected, but especially the new, incredibly strong Ibrahimovic card (90) stands out, because it is now so weak that you can’t even play a complete match with it.
This is also reflected in the card’s price. Initially, Ibrahimovic cost a whopping 4 million coins, and now (not even 6 days later), the price has plummeted to currently 2.6 million coins.
Ibrahimovic actually has fantastic stats.
This is what happened to the Ibrahimovic card: The Ibrahimovic card suddenly received a downgrade that is significant. Although there are no visible differences in the card’s stats, when looking at the detailed values in the game or web app, the changes are evident.
The current stats currently differ significantly (as of January 18 at 1:30 PM) from the release values.
The following stats are suddenly worse than at the card’s introduction:
Agility: -9 points
Balance: -24 points
Stamina: -24 points
Here you can compare the values. On the right, you see the values as they should be, and on the left, the stats that Ibrahimovic currently presents in FUT.
However, not all values have become worse; some have even improved. Better are: Dribbling +1, Ball Control +4, Aggressiveness +11, Strength +6, and Calm +6.
But such a large decrease in balance and stamina cannot be offset by other improvements. A player that fast, who is constantly sprinting, would not likely hold out with a 61 stamina and must be substituted out at the latest by the second half.
These cards are also affected: However, not only Zlatan Ibrahimovic has strange new values. On reddit, abbytartar has noticed further stat changes in the following players:
Verratti
Fred
Azpilicueta
Aspas
Biraghi
Günter
Saelemaekers
Stuani
These have mostly received downgrades as well as a few improvements. However, not to the extent of Ibrahimovic.
Why are the cards suddenly changing their values?
Why the cards are suddenly receiving buffs and nerfs cannot be said at this time. There is no statement from EA Sports yet. However, it is likely to be a bug, as such strong downgrades simply do not seem intended, especially in the stamina area of Ibrahimovic.
We will keep you updated and update this post when there are news regarding this topic.
What do you think about the downgrades? Have any players been affected that you play with? Feel free to let us know in the comments!
If you are still looking for strong special cards for your team, then we have a few tips for you:
Season 19 in Destiny 2 introduced a craftable weapon into the game that is both a Pulse Rifle and a Sniper Rifle and can be crafted. It is thus the most customizable Exo weapon in the game. Since yesterday, it also belongs to the new best Champion breakers that Guardians can utilize in PvE. MeinMMO tells you why and how you should build it.
What weapon is it? Yesterday, players in Destiny 2 completed the final step of the exotic weapon quest for “Revision Null”. After they received the last weapon advantage, Guardians were able to craft their Exo weapon for the first time with “All good things come in four”.
This resulted in a new all-in-one weapon for PvE that can be not only practical but also very effective and versatile, especially against Champions.
What makes the weapon so good? “Revision Null” is primarily a kinetic Pulse Rifle with a fire rate of 450. Its exotic main feature is that it can also be used as a sniper rifle without needing any special ammunition. Additionally, players can break anti-barrier shields with it.
All of this together makes this weapon extremely interesting and incredibly versatile, especially in PvE in Destiny 2. In this article, we will show you which perks you should utilize and how to get the most out of the weapon when crafting.
“Revision Null” is incredibly versatile and now also craftable
2-in-1 weapon with 8 sniper shots: It was already suspected at the start of the Exo quest that the weapon could become really strong, especially with the last perk “All good things come in four”. This has now been confirmed, as players excitedly noted in the Destiny Reddit.
The weapon advantage “All good things come in four” grants the exotic Pulse Rifle 6 shots instead of 4 in the alternative sniper fire mode.
Some players even report that if you achieve 2 critical hits with the pulse mode before switching to the sniper mode, you can fire up to 8 sniper shots.
However, the option for 8 shots in sniper mode is not quite as easy to trigger as 6 shots. We have not confirmed it ourselves yet, but many players still report that it should be possible.
In the Reddit, the player femi explains how you should get 8 shots with “Revision Null”:
„[You must] first fire two pulse rifle shots before you switch to activate “All good things come in four” twice. It would go like this: Fire two pulse rifle rounds, then switch to sniper. After firing 2 sniper rounds, the perk “All good things come in four” activates and you receive 2 sniper rounds back out of nowhere, meaning you have 4 in the chamber. So if you fire 4 precision shots, “All good things come in four” activates again and you get another 2 sniper rounds back out of nowhere. Then fire the last two remaining sniper rounds to empty the chamber and return to pulse rifle mode.
Whether it’s 6 or 8 shots – with “Revision Null” you still have a good strategic advantage in situations where other Exo weapons are simply powerless.
The recommendation is therefore to complete the quest, level the weapon to 15, and then craft it in the Enclave on Mars. We have already done this and recommend the following roll for PvE:
Small caliber Increases range, increases stability.
Armor-piercing rounds Rounds deal extra damage to shields and pierce targets above average.
Vorpal weapon Damage increase against bosses, mini-bosses, and vehicles, which corresponds to 20% with primary ammunition, 15% with special ammunition, and 10% with heavy ammunition.
Hand-laid stock: This weapon is optimized for recoil control.
All good things come in four: With four quick consecutive precision hits, 2 rounds are returned to the magazine.
Our recommendation for the PvE roll of “Revision Null”
“Revision Null” is incredibly versatile
As an Exo, “Revision Null” is a novelty in Destiny 2. Crafted this way, you can generate ammunition out of nowhere with the weapon while simultaneously dealing great damage from a distance. Against Champions, you still have the freedom to choose an additional weapon with special ammunition with this exotic primary weapon. This makes it incredibly versatile for many players.
There are certainly other great options in PvE against Champions right now, such as the Exo bow “Wishing Ender”. However, “Revision Null” has become really practical since yesterday, depending on your preferences.
With “Revision Null,” you save a lot of ammunition against Champions. They are easier to defeat.
Additionally, the weapon has higher damage potential compared to “Wishing Ender.”
Not to mention that many players prefer the gameplay of using a weapon over using bows anyway.
Have you already earned the weapon and crafted it? Or have we just piqued your curiosity about its versatility? Feel free to leave us a comment if you have already tested the weapon and let our readers know if you were able to trigger the 8 shots.
If you still need a cool shader, then hurry up and get this highlight:
The best items for low gold – that’s what a player wanted to offer in World of Warcraft. But this directly leads to a harsh penalty.
The new crafting system in World of Warcraft has finally made professions useful again. Almost everyone is looking for skilled craftsmen to get the best equipment. Some craftsmen profit from this and earn a lot of gold by offering the rarest recipes at expensive prices. However, not everyone thinks of the big profit; some just want to be nice and make good offers at low prices.
A mistake, as it turns out. Because this friendliness led to a German player being unable to write messages in chat.
What happened? The “Elemental Loop” is one of the most sought-after items currently available in the crafting system. Jewelers can craft it if they have previously obtained the rare recipe. Since the chain is considered “Best in Slot” by many, there are numerous orders – but only very few craftsmen who can produce it. Because the recipe is a very rare drop.
The Elemental Loop is coveted by almost everyone.
The consequence: In many realms, the crafting of the necklace is rewarded with several tens of thousands of gold pieces, in some even much more. Jewelers can earn a golden nose with the recipe and the correct specialization.
The player “Schlay” from the EU server Thrall did not want to participate in this game. Instead, he offered the crafting of the Elemental Loop at a low price. He says:
Rather than matching the exorbitant prices of other jewelers, I decided to craft the item for a small tip. At first, my decision was praised and I was inundated with crafting orders. However, things began to turn when I was exposed to hate and threats from other jewelers.
Following the threats, actions soon followed. Whenever Schlay advertised his services in the trade channel, he was reported by other jewelers.
The consequence: Schlay was “silenced” and could no longer send messages in chat. He recounts this in the Subreddit of WoW in his post: “I challenged the monopoly and they got revenge.”
Greedy jewelers silence cheap competition
Why was he muted in chat? This is mainly due to the reporting system of World of Warcraft. Because when other players consider a message inappropriate, they can easily report the message and the corresponding player. Once a certain number of reports are received, the affected character is immediately sanctioned – mostly with a mute. This means that this character can no longer write in chat.
Apparently, other jewelers who have made substantial profits with the Elemental Loop banded together and falsely reported Schlay to reduce his visibility.
What is next for the player? Schlay has already announced that after the end of his mute he will simply continue and craft the Elemental Loop completely free of charge – only requiring the provision of materials. He also wants to accept orders for re-crafting for free. His goal now is to “thoroughly disrupt” the market for Elemental Loops on his realm, because:
I believe that one of the best items in the game should be available to everyone, regardless of whether they are new players with limited gold. I have set myself the goal of making that a reality.
Blizzard gives questionable advice
This is how Blizzard reacted: Schlay did not want to let the unfair treatment slide and contacted support to reverse his mute – after all, he claimed he never said anything offensive or wrong, but was only falsely reported out of anger over the low prices.
However, the support employee reportedly told him that overturning the penalty was not possible as they had no insight into the reported messages. Only if his entire account was banned could they take action. For the future, the support employee advised him to raise the prices of his offers.
More news about World of Warcraft can be found here:
This is how the community reacts: In the WoW subreddit, Schlay is celebrated for his actions and his “reporters” are mocked. Some comments include:
“How pathetic must one be to take a video game economy so seriously that they behave like an oil baron.”
“You are the real MVP.”
“This is just like real life. If you do things that upset people with money, you’ll be silenced. I’m sorry. We live in a world where most people are idiots.”
Some other players on the Thrall realm have even offered to promote Schlay while he cannot do it himself.
Criticism, on the other hand, is directed at Blizzard. For years, the reporting system has been exploited to penalize players who have not done anything wrong. While exploiting the reporting system for such purposes is prohibited and can – in theory – lead to severe account penalties, it seems that this is rarely enforced.
What do you think? Absolutely incomprehensible to punish someone in chat for this? Or is it “the just punishment for breaking the prices”?

How do players rate TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children? The game is rated very positively on Steam. Of the total 6,905 ratings, 94% are good (as of January 18, 2023, via Steam).
In the reviews, many players express their enthusiasm for the game and praise it as one of their favorite RPGs:
lastcard: ‘One of the best turn-based RPGs of all time.’
Rimu: ‘Fun game with likable characters. Sometimes the missions drag on a bit too long, but that could also be because I play too cautiously.’
DerBK: ‘This game is insane. The sheer amount of content in this game overshadows full-priced games with 5 DLCs. And the best part is that it’s quality content that actually improves the game. […] This game deserves awards. For me, it’s a 10/10, and I’m eagerly awaiting the next DLC. Whatever Dandylion [the developer studio] comes out with next will be an instant Day-1 purchase for me.’
This is how our author Schuhman sees the game: I fell a bit in love with the game in September 2022. For me, it is an unusual genre mix. Troubleshooter has – the gameplay of X-Com – the story of Final Fantasy – the systems of a grindy MMORPG, since you can repeat missions with different difficulty levels
Definitely a unique gaming experience that should be much better known.
How much does TROUBLESHOOTER: Abandoned Children cost? On Steam, you can currently get the game for €22.99. The bundle “TROUBLESHOOTER: Art Collection” costs €38.83 and includes soundtracks and art books as digital extras in addition to the game (as of January 18, 2023).
In Fortnite the servers will go down today, January 18th, across all platforms (PC, Mac, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Switch, Android). The maintenance will be used to upload a hotfix to the servers.
What is happening today in Fortnite? The servers in Fortnite will be shut down again. However, this is a larger update that is likely to fix some issues in the game and may bring new items into the game. You will find out when you can play again with us.
Update, 14:50: The issue should be fixed and you can now log in as usual. Should problems occur again, you will learn more about it here.
We have listed all the important patch notes for update 23.20.
What new content does the hotfix bring?
A new gadget – The Falcon Drone: The Falcon Drone is a new item that you can find on the ground, in chests as well as in oath-bound chests and supply drops. With it, you can scout the area, mark enemies from afar, or even go looting. If a teammate is killed, you can transport his body to a safe location with the drone.
However, be careful when controlling the drone, as you will not be able to move your character and will be more vulnerable to attacks from enemies.

When can you play again? This is a relatively large update. It is therefore likely that Epic Games could get the servers back up at 11 AM or even 12 PM. However, this is not confirmed.
When do the patch notes come? Epic Games usually publishes a short list of patch notes on their site after the update. If that happens, we will list them for you here briefly and clearly.

Destiny 2 offers new cosmetic items in the Eververse shop with every Weekly Reset. These include ornaments for weapons and armor, as well as ships, ghost shells, and shaders. A new shader from Season 19 has particularly captivated the Guardians, and you should buy it as soon as possible.
What kind of shader is this? This concerns the new shader “Uneasy Feeling,” which you can acquire in the Eververse since the latest Weekly Reset. This shader can be purchased for 300 Glimmer and is definitely a unique piece. When equipped on your weapon or armor, temporary lightning appears on the light and dark blue, shiny areas.
With this shader, a handful of paint jobs join the collection of the coolest shaders in Destiny 2, and for good reason: they not only color one aspect but are animated and make weapons and armor look more vibrant.
Did you miss the latest trailer from Bungie? Don’t worry, here it is:

Bungie is really going all out with the new shaders
What’s going on with the new shaders? Anyone who has played Destiny 2 since the release probably knows the rather monotonous shaders that could be equipped. At that time, only a few selected shaders were considered special, which either had gold accents or left the armor in a rusty tone.
However, the shader team has been going wild since Witch Queen, as they are trying out new color combinations and structures, or even incorporating special animations like the RGB shader from the Guardian Games.
The RGB shaderThe Heartbeat shaderThe new Lightning shaderThe Chainmail shaderA variety of shaders that are truly special
How are players reacting to the shader? Even Paul Tassi is reacting to the shader in his Twitter post. He writes, “Yo, who has made the shader team go so hard??”.

@petexnasty – “I will have to redo my whole fashion, won’t I?”
Many Guardians find the shader cool and will treat themselves with their saved Glimmer. It remains to be seen with what creative ideas Bungie wants to surprise its fashion-conscious Guardians next. One thing is certain, if Bungie can realize such shaders, even better paint jobs could follow.
If you are more interested in gameplay, then we already reveal the catch with the new Lightfall ability “Strand”:
Today, on January 18, a big event starts in Lost Ark, centered around a crossover with the franchise “The Witcher”. Additionally, there are minor improvements in the patch notes. One of these optimizations brings even greater joy to the fans than the event itself.
What is this update about? Lost Ark receives major content updates monthly. The January update includes something special, namely a huge crossover event with the Witcher franchise. Along with this, numerous new features are being added to the world of Arkesia.
The new “Island of the White Wolf,” which features a story questline and a daily quest.
You can meet well-known characters Geralt, Yennefer, Triss, Ciri, and Dandelion in Lost Ark, with the original voice actors from the games even in English.
Numerous new outfits and weapons inspired by the Witcher series, including Geralt’s armor and Ciri’s outfit as purchasable skins in the shop.
Music tracks from The Witcher for your island and the character screen.
A character menu background showing the Witcher fortress Kaer Morhen.
A new card set featuring characters from The Witcher that grants you bonus attributes.
New hairstyles and scars for character customization to help you look more like Geralt and Ciri.
The island itself also strongly resembles the Witcher.
Aside from this event, there are also new skins and mounts inspired by the Chinese Lunar New Year and numerous “Quality of Life” improvements. These are currently causing a much bigger hype than the event itself.
What improvements are coming? Besides bug fixes and some small tweaks that improve the overall gameplay, there are mainly 2 changes that are very well received by fans. On one hand, there will be an instant cast function for skills, awakening abilities, and combat items.
This means you won’t have to awkwardly press your AoE skill first and then select the area you want to attack. Instead, your skill will directly activate where your mouse pointer is located. You can enable this feature as soon as the servers are back online.
On the other hand, adjustments are being made to the controversial Pheons, indirectly reducing their costs. This is particularly well-received by the community, as players have been calling for a change to the Pheons for months.
You can watch a trailer for the event here:

The Witcher is coming to Lost Ark – New trailer shows why this fits really well
Pheon problem is finally being alleviated
What are Pheons anyway? Pheons are an additional currency originally introduced by Lost Ark to stabilize the market. They are meant to prevent users from buying items cheaply to sell them at a higher price.
So, you need to pay extra for Pheons, in addition to gold, when buying valuable items from the trading post. This has been bothering users for months, as you have to buy Pheons for a lot of gold or real money.
They were already criticized at launch. Pheons were only introduced in Korea after several years, when most players had already equipped their characters. Additionally, Korea had several more events than the West in which players could earn Pheons.
What is new now? The January update reduces the Pheon costs for jewelry in endgame and relieves the players. For Tier 1 and Tier 2, you no longer need any Pheons, and for the current Tier 3, significantly less.
To buy legendary jewelry, you now only need 9 instead of 15 Pheons. The costs for relic jewelry have been reduced from 25 to 15.
Despite a few people being upset that the change comes too late, almost everyone finds the new Pheon costs good.
What do the fans say? At this point, we would like to share some quotes from the community with you so that you can get an impression of the mood.
Pvtmiller says: “We sacrificed our Pheons so that future generations can finally save gold” (via reddit).
Regarding some complaints, ExaSaurus writes: “Damn, we finally got the Pheon costs reduced, and you still find something to complain about? Just be happy when the game does something really good for you” (via reddit).
seanhagg95 says: “I saved for 5 months and just equipped my characters 3 days ago. I could have saved 100 Pheons. Still, I’m very happy for everyone else!” (via reddit).
Prestigous Guest writes: “I bought 7 jewelry pieces less than 10 hours before the patch notes were announced. Of course, that is unfortunate, but I am still very excited about the changes!” (via reddit).
What do you think about the changes? Did you also recently spend too many Pheons? Or do you not care at all and just want to look like the Witcher Geralt himself? Do you have another highlight in the patch? Feel free to let us know in the comments here at MeinMMO.
How are the players reacting? They are happy, though some are annoyed that they had to spend so many Pheons until the change finally happened. It is particularly well-received that the western version has jumped directly to the same level as Korea thanks to this change.
In the Korean version, there were also two more updates of Pheons between the previous and current costs. Furthermore, it has been announced in Korea that Pheon costs will continue to be reduced.
Despite a few people being upset that the change comes too late, almost everyone finds the new Pheon costs good.

Ubisoft is one of the largest developers and publishers of video games, but it has been in crisis for some time. Franchises like The Division or Assassins Creed come from the French company. CEO Yves Guillemot wanted to call for more dedication and cost sensitivity in a message to his employees. However, he miscalculated with the French union “Solidaires Informatique” – they want to strike directly.
The ship combat MMO Skull & Bones probably stands like no other project for the current crisis in which Ubisoft finds itself. The title has already been postponed 6 times – currently to an indefinite date in the Ubisoft fiscal year 2023/24.
However, the bare numbers also speak against one of the largest developers and publishers of games. Recently, the company announced that it would likely incur losses of more than 500 million euros in the fiscal year 2022/23 (via bloomberg.com). Ubisoft’s fiscal year always runs until March.
With revenues of just over 2.1 billion euros in the fiscal year 2021/22, losses of over 500 million euros in the following year are a heavy blow. Even if the company states that there are still more than 1 billion euros in reserves on the balance sheet: Ubisoft must act, turn the tide.
Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot surely has a few plans up his sleeve for that. However, a current measure is meeting with little approval from his employees. Guillemot wrote a letter to his workforce, which the US site Kotaku has seen (via kotaku.com).
It states, for example, “the ball is in their court” and that they should pay more attention to which costs are really necessary. Following this, a French union directly calls for a strike.
One of the newer Ubisoft projects is the mobile shooter The Division: Resurgence. Check out a trailer here:

With Division: Resurgence comes a popular shooter to mobile – trailer shows notorious PvP mode
Ubisoft CEO tells employees: “The ball is in their court”
What was in the letter? The essence of the letter is the indication that the fiscal year 2023/24 will be crucial for the future of the company and the request to fully engage. They have “the largest pipeline in the history of Ubisoft,” says CEO Guillemot.
“I need your full energy and commitment today more than ever to get back on track” and “The ball is in their court to deliver this line-up on time and in the expected quality and to show everyone what we can achieve.”.
Guillemot states that the release delays in Ubisoft’s portfolio are the main reason for the current imbalance. They now need the full support of the employees to get out of this situation.
In addition, they want to divest from parts of the company that do not belong to the core business and create more sensitivity for costs in daily business: “I also ask each of you to be particularly careful and strategic with your spending and initiatives to ensure that we are as efficient and lean as possible.”.
What does the union say about it? For the French Solidaires Informatique, the letter is a clear declaration of war on the employees. The employee association accuses the CEO of the letter being a PR measure, behind which very different actions are hiding.
When Guillemot talks about restructuring, the union understands:
Staff reductions
Discrete studio closures
Salary cuts
Concealed layoffs
In addition, the CEO’s attitude is criticized, that the employees are now responsible for pulling the cart out of the mud. The union concludes that this leads to:
Overtime
Pressure from management
Burnout
The corresponding letter was published, among other places, on Twitter:

What is the union demanding? Solidaires Informatique reacted with drastic demands to improve the working quality of French employees. The demands are already included in the linked document.
It is about:
An immediate 10% increase in all salaries
Introduction of a 4-day work week
Transparency regarding workplace development
Ending concealed layoffs
To emphasize the demands, Solidaires Informatique has called for a strike. On January 27, employees in Paris are supposed to stop working from 2 to 6 PM.
Could Ubisoft go under? The company has long been viewed as a takeover candidate in the gaming sector because it is among the smaller of the major video game publishers. Companies like Amazon, Tencent, Sony, or Microsoft have significantly larger resources for their plans.
Currently, the future of Ubisoft is as uncertain as never before in the company’s history, and much seems possible – from a complete sale to the complete dismantling to a “business as usual”.
Which MMOs and MMORPGs do you think deserve more attention? Tell us more about them and explain why they should have more players.
MMOs belong to a highly competitive area in the gaming industry. Unlike single-player games like God of War or Legend of Zelda, they must manage to keep their players engaged over a longer period.
This results in higher player numbers and thus more money coming in, through subscription services, cash-shop purchases, and other types of microtransactions.
Over time, some titles have managed to establish themselves strongly in the market, of which everyone has at least heard. Whether WoW, FFXIV, ESO, Guild Wars 2 or EVE, MMORPG fans know them all and know what to expect there.
However, there are always MMOs that manage to fill a niche and establish themselves there. They are smaller than the big players but still offer fun gameplay. The only problem is that hardly anyone knows them because they can’t carry out large marketing campaigns with many trailers.
Do you know any such games that actually deserve much more attention?

The Ruby Life Pools and the Azure Vault in World of Warcraft are too hard. Now there have been harsh nerfs and the dungeons are finally playable.
In World of Warcraft Dragonflight, Season 1 has only been running for a few weeks, but quickly an opinion has formed in the community about the current dungeons. There are some key stones that can be easily managed at high levels, while some other dungeons already pose real problems at much lower difficulties. Especially in connection with the “Tyrannical” affix, this has caused a lot of frustration.
Now Blizzard is finally making adjustments and nerfing the hardest dungeon of all: The Ruby Life Pools. But a few other instances will also be weakened.
We have presented the most popular dungeons for you here:

Ruby Life Pools
Trash Mobs
Emberbolt from Emberweaver of the Primalists now deals 50% less damage.
Molten Blood from Firechained now deals 25% less damage.
Rolling Thunder from Thunderhead now deals 30% less damage.
The periodic damage from Inferno of the Firebound Destroyer has been reduced by 25%.
Melidrussa the Undercooled

The periodic damage from Kyrakka’s Inferno Core has been reduced by 20%.
The damage from Erkhart’s Interrupting Cloudburst has been reduced by 30%.
Very few wanted to enter the Ruby Life Pools of the red dragonflight – until now.
Academy of Algeth’ar
Overgrown Ancient
Affix “Explosive” – Hungry Whipper no longer summons explosive orbs.
Azure Vault
Trash Mobs
Stinging Shard from Crystal Wrath now deals 30% less damage.
Forbidden Knowledge from Unstable Curator now has a longer cooldown.
Arcane Construct now has 25% less health points.
Crystalbreaker no longer uses Fragmented Shards.
Nullmagic Wisp now has 15% less health points.
Telash Dreadwing
The health points have been reduced by 10%.
There is now a 2-second delay before players take damage from Frozen Ground, after the Frost Bomb explodes.
Umbrelskul
The health points have been reduced by 15%.
Crushing Miasma now reduces movement speed by 6% per stack (previously 7%).
More about World of Warcraft can be found here on MeinMMO:
What are the effects of the nerfs? Basically, the nerfs are likely to make the Ruby Life Pools with the “Tyrannical” affix significantly more manageable. For many players, it had previously been a “Dead Key Stone”, meaning a key stone you simply didn’t run. The same was true for the Azure Vault, which was nearly impossibly difficult at high levels with “Tyrannical”.
Especially the changes to Telash Dreadwing and the Frost Bomb give all characters enough time to get out of the deadly areas in time. Previously, this was a test for healers and a continuous burden for all defensive cooldowns.
What do you think of these nerfs? Are they necessary and appropriate? Or are the dungeons now way too easy and have lost their last difficulty?
