German influencers are quickly relocating to Madeira in the last weeks of 2023, as content creators in Portugal can still secure a long-term tax advantage that saves them a significant amount of money. One of the largest German gaming streamers on Twitch, the LoL streamer NoWay, now explains why he is staying in Germany, even though he could save a lot of money in Madeira.
This is the situation:
It has been known for some time that German content creators, especially in the gaming sector, are drawn to the Portuguese island of Madeira. YouTuber Simon Unge is particularly associated with Madeira.
However, in the last weeks of 2023, there was a hectic rush among German-speaking Twitch streamers to get to Portugal quickly. We reported on the streamer LetsHugo and ELoTRiX.
The appeal of Madeira lies in a regulation that expires on 1.1.2024, which allows streamers to save massively on taxes when they move to Portugal. We elaborated on the entire principle in an article on MeinMMO.
Madeira attracts:

What NoWay says: 31-year-old Frederik “NoWay” Hinteregger is one of the biggest German streamers overall. Considering the watch time over the last 365 days, NoWay ranks 3rd behind Eliasn97 and Papaplatte. He primarily streams the MOBA League of Legends.
When he is asked by his fans, during a game with Teemo, about the appeal of Madeira for German content creators, he initially avoids the tax topic.
NoWay explains:
Madeira is attractive for streamers – it has good infrastructure, good internet, and is relatively inexpensive
One can also go outside without being recognized at every corner – especially for female streamers, that’s nice, as they don’t have to fear “weird stalkers”
But then viewers do specifically ask about the tax topic. A viewer says the regulation ends, and NoWay agrees:
“Yes, that’s why everyone who wants to move to Madeira is moving now because starting in 2024 it won’t be possible to do what is being done now.”
Streamer shows much understanding for people who emigrate
How does NoWay see this? NoWay has a lot of understanding for streamers who emigrate to Madeira. He does not view it as “tax evasion” but rather as tax flight or tax optimization.
Those who move to Portugal in time will have enormous tax advantages for 10 years. For influencers with a fleeting career, this is practically “for a lifetime.”
NoWay then explains soberly:
“At the end of the day, it’s like this: It simply makes mathematical sense to do this, and therefore many creators will use it. You are not tied to working from anywhere. You can move freely. Most of them have already paid hundreds of thousands in taxes. They most likely have a very, very short career ahead of them, which can end at any time.”
In response to a comment from the chat that it is completely antisocial, NoWay said that one could see it that way. But one saves 45% to 50% of taxes, and maybe 2% to 5% of the community would reproach them and stop supporting a streamer moving to Madeira:
“It’s a very, very simple mathematical calculation for anyone who does this. People always get upset and complain about it, but then you look at the real big tax evaders, and it doesn’t bother anyone. So I believe if you are in the position, you would be simply stupid not to do it.”
He makes it clear: Given the current situation, it would be “just plain stupid” not to do it.

NoWay says he stays in Germany – Can give something back
So why doesn’t he do it? Even though NoWay elaborates on why it pays off to move to Madeira, it is out of the question for him.
NoWay says:
He likes living in Germany, and his family, which is tied there, is very important to him. He cannot “re-locate” them
He is already quite tall and has a good income – although not as much as he could have for his height, some comparably large streamers have laughed at his earnings. But he is satisfied with his income.
He can give something back this way, so it’s “fine for him”
He doesn’t care much about money anyway. He prefers to play, which doesn’t cost much: “I don’t have an extravagant lifestyle. I just want to sit in my basement and nerd out, and you can do that anywhere, and it’s not expensive.”
Trymacs makes it clear: You can’t win there
What does Trymacs say? Variety streamer Trymacs also commented on the topic of tax evasion in a recent stream. He sees it as an example that you can’t please viewers:
If he says he enjoys living in Germany and paying taxes, he is accused of being a “system loyalist”
If he talks about moving to Madeira and escaping, he is called an antisocial tax evader
Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition recently released the new DLC “The Mountain Royals” and is now cheaper than ever. The classic among strategy games has over 94 % positive reviews on Steam.
What kind of game is this? Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition is one of the popular strategy games on Steam. The “Definitive Edition” is a new version of the classic released in 1999, which, in addition to 4K Ultra HD and a newly remastered soundtrack, continues to receive new content updates. With The Mountain Royals, the 5th expansion of the strategy hit has now been released. With 126,000 positive reviews, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition is among the best strategy games on Steam.
Why is the game so cheap right now? The strategy classic is currently cheaper than ever. Thanks to the Steam Autumn Sale, you can secure the title for less than five euros, and the DLCs are also on sale. Only the latest expansion, The Mountain Royals, still costs the full price. In our list of the best strategy games Age of Empires is also at the top. The Steam Autumn Sale often features players at the lowest price.
Here you can watch the trailer for the current DLC “The Mountain Royals”.

New DLC “The Mountain Royals” brings fresh content to the game
What content does the DLC offer? The new DLC “The Mountain Royals” adds two new civilizations to the game:
The Armenians with their special units, composite archer, and warrior priest.
And the Georgians with their unique unit “Monaspa”, a cavalry unit that becomes stronger the more soldiers it has.
In addition to the two new civilizations, there are also 3 campaigns for Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition:
In “Tamar’s Rise,” we play as the young Tamar, Georgia’s first queen, who follows in her grandfather’s footsteps.
In the campaign “Thoros the Great,” we play as Prince Thoros, who tries to reconquer the Kingdom of Lesser Armenia.
The campaign “Ismail” takes place in war-torn Persia. We play as Ismail, a child prodigy, and lead the mysterious Safavid Order.
How is the DLC received? “The Mountain Royals” received mixed reactions from fans. While all the features of the DLC please the fans, they find the DLC too expensive at a price of 15 € for what it offers. Especially the lack of innovations in architecture and buildings leaves the DLC wanting. Fans expected more from the DLC prior to its release than was ultimately delivered.
The Twitch streamer Tanzverbot, known for his controversial statements to content creators, is making headlines again. However, this time not through disputes with colleagues, but through his shocking revelation in a YouTube video where he admits to being broke. He now talks about the consequences of his shopping addiction and how he sabotaged himself from fulfilling his biggest wish.
However, the recent revelation about his financial downfall surprised many of his fans. In an emotional YouTube video from November 13, the 26-year-old admitted that he wasted all his money in the last 18 months.
Here you can learn more about the streamer:

Twitch streamer Tanzverbot talks about his difficult past, still regrets his lack of education
An extreme example of this is T-shirts from the brand “Balenciaga” for 400 euros. He even bought the clothing one size smaller to express his hope of losing weight. But instead, he gained six kilograms.
“That completely broke me apart”
What dream did the streamer have? Tanzverbot admits that his biggest dream was to have his own house. However, during a meeting with his tax advisor, he painfully realized that with the money he had wasted, he could have made a substantial down payment on his dream house. This moment deeply affected him emotionally. “I could have cried,” the streamer reports: “That completely broke me apart.”
What bothers him the most? In another stream, Tanzverbot also addressed his addiction issues. He appealed to his community to understand his aversion to gambling.
Although he is not addicted to gambling, he admits that he was addicted in other ways, which ultimately cost him his fortune. Even when he was still a shopaholic, he recognized, according to his own statements, what he was doing to himself and his future.
Tanzverbot reported that he had gone shopping several times with the well-known streamer MontanaBlack. MontanaBlack can attest that he didn’t even buy anything during their last meetings. The reason was not only the lack of money, but also the slow realization of the consequences of his shopping addiction.
What happens now? Despite the financial downturn, Tanzverbot is experiencing a remarkable upswing after his revelations. Within two weeks, he has increased his subscriber count from roughly 800 to almost 6000 (via Twitchtracker).
Generous donations, including one from “Live_Pilot” worth 502 euros, show the solidarity of his community. Overwhelmed, Tanzverbot commented on the generous donation with the words: “Dude, I’m about to have a heart attack here.”
Tanzverbot is now trying to learn from his mistakes and make a fresh start. His openness and the support of his community could help him get back on his financial feet.
In the USA, one of the largest nuclear laboratories was attacked by hackers. They identify themselves as “gay furries” and advocate for the research of “catgirls.” The whole story sounds not only bizarre, but it truly is.
The Idaho National Laboratory (INL), one of the largest nuclear labs in the USA, was hacked by the group Sieged Security (SiegeSec). The hackers call themselves “gay furry hackers.” And no, it’s not April 1st today, but rather the end of November.
What was stolen? The hackers are said to have posted a selection of the stolen data online and are now threatening to release large amounts of employee data if the laboratory does not agree to a strange deal:
We are ready to make a deal with INL; if they research the creation of IRL catgirls, we will delete this post.
Allegedly, the hackers stole thousands of records, including full names of employees, birth dates, email addresses, social security numbers, employment information, and more.
The colleagues from TheRegister have reportedly verified the first dataset and contacted employees. They found it to match the employees. The hack is therefore taken seriously by security authorities in the USA.
A reference to a meme and strange demands
What’s this all about? Those who are looking confused and wondering what this strange offer is all about are not alone. According to PCGamer, it stems from an old meme about furry animals creating a breed of sexy human-mutant cats. Many find it quite unlikely that the message is genuinely from “gay furry hackers.”
The reasons for the hack remain questionable and quite opaque. When asked why they attacked the INL, the hackers merely stated (via PCGamer.com): “We are cats, subtleties like the ‘why’ don’t matter to us.”
They also added that the INL “was not targeted for its involvement in combating climate change,” but instead named involvement in nuclear power plants, vehicle testing, bioenergy, robotics, and nuclear waste processing as an issue.
What’s next? Whether there will be real demands coming in the near or distant future, as one is accustomed to from hackers, is unknown. Because often hackers demand large sums of Bitcoin for valuable data or demand a lot of money to release patients’ health data.
Some see the whole action merely as a bad joke and believe that it’s just a few bored kids behind it. Just like in one of the last major data breaches at Microsoft, Nvidia, and others, which was also allegedly caused by a 16-year-old.
The role of ‘Dutch’ in the sci-fi classic ‘Predator’ (1987) is considered by many fans to be one of the best that Arnold Schwarzenegger (76) ever had. The hope was therefore greater that the actor could return to his iconic role in 2018 with ‘The Predator’, but he declined.
Which role was it? In the sci-fi horror flick ‘Predator’ from 1987, Schwarzenegger plays the tough Dutch, who is sent on a supposed rescue mission and suddenly has to confront the alien ‘hunter’.
In your poll, ‘Predator’ landed in second place of the best Schwarzenegger movies. When the franchise was revived in 2018 with ‘The Predator’, ‘Arnie’ was also supposed to be back. He had raised hopes among fans beforehand.
In a conversation with The Arnold Fans, he revealed that he would meet with Shane Black, the director of ‘The Predator’, for lunch. He also emphasized how important his fans are to him and thanked them for their loyalty.
However, Arnold Schwarzenegger had a condition for his return as ‘Dutch’ (via 3D Juegos).

English trailer for Predator with Arnold Schwarzenegger
‘Arnie’ wanted a bigger role
Why did he decline? In an interview with Yahoo! Entertainment, Schwarzenegger was asked in 2017 if he would be involved in the upcoming reboot of the series. However, the actor gave a clear refusal: apparently, the role offered to him was too small.
You asked me and I read [the script] and I didn’t like it – whatever they offered me. So I won’t do it, no. Unless there is a possibility they rewrite the role or give it more significance. But as it stands now, no, I won’t do it.
Arnold Schwarzenegger acknowledged the possibility of reconsidering his decision if his part in the film were revised. However, this has obviously not happened, so the series continued without the original ‘Dutch’.
It is not known why the people in charge did not seize the chance to finally bring the legendary actor on board.
Alongside ‘Predator’, ‘Alien’ is one of the absolute classics of the genre. So a crossover seemed tempting to those in charge. However, the film flopped and nearly destroyed one of the two franchises – just as James Cameron had once predicted. You can read more about it here:
A YouTuber has built a gaming system almost entirely out of wood. The result is impressive and we don’t want to withhold it from you.
The YouTuber MXC Builds is a true artist and regularly showcases new gaming systems that he assembles with high-quality materials. His current system looks particularly good. Again, he invested many hours of work into it.
Gaming PC relies on high-end hardware and quality wood
What kind of system is this? For his system, he opts for Tasmanian blackwood, which comes from the blackwood acacia. This is a tree that primarily grows in the eastern part of Australia, but is now also found in many other countries. The wood is particularly popular due to its beautiful grain.
From this wood, he develops a small ITX case, and it is impressive how he designs and prepares each part. You can watch the approximately 30-minute video on YouTube:

The YouTuber MXC Builds shows how he builds his gaming PC
What hardware is installed? For his gaming system, he has predominantly selected high-end components. The core of the system is a GeForce RTX 4090.
Processor: i7 12700KF
Mainboard: ASUS Strix Z790-i Gaming
Graphics card: ASUS TUF Gaming RTX 4090
Power supply: ASUS ROG Loki 1000W SFX-L
Memory: TeamGroup T-Create Expert DDR5 32 GB
Storage: Sabrent Rocket Q 2 TB
Cooling: EKWB water cooling
What limitation is there? The YouTuber explained that he would only have used one 360 mm radiator in his system, which normally would not be sufficient for an RTX 4090 and an i7 12700KF. For this reason, he reduced the power limit to 70% so that the cooling is adequate.
More fascinating gaming PCs: Designing or modifying PC cases has now become a passion for some individuals. This type of art is also called case modding. Individuals (or “modders”) sometimes invest weeks or months of hard work into their computers. The best of them are introduced in the following list:
The Twitch streamers Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller (26) and Dominik “Reeze” Reezmann (30) have expressed harsh criticism of the 7 vs. Wild: Season 3 organization. They would definitely not repeat their stay at the survival show.
How did this statement come about? The two Twitch streamers and podcast partners were recent guests in the 5th episode of the Funk podcast “Henke’s Corner”. In the one-hour conversation, the guests talk about various topics and then also touch on 7 vs. Wild: Season 3. Papaplatte and Reeze discuss their experiences with the organization and planning of the survival show.
During their stay at 7 vs. Wild: Season 3, the participants are allowed to film only to a limited extent. Even in the event of an early exit from the series, a strict social media ban is in place to keep the outcome a secret from the outside world.
As always, participants cannot talk about the main series before the YouTube broadcast, but the current episodes of the “Behind the Scenes” series are part of the conversation between the three.
One of the participants of Season 3 is the Twitch streamer Jens “Knossi” Knossalla. You can see more about him in our video.

Reeze: “Without our input, there would have been no food”
Why are the participants speaking so negatively about the production? In the interview, the Twitch streamers reveal that there were days they felt were unnecessary. Papaplatte says: “We could have arrived two days later”.
The planning of the preparation days on site, which concerns the safety of the participants during the suspension period, was, according to the statements of the participants, chaotic and poorly thought out.
What happened the night before the suspension? Besides allegedly unnecessary days of preparation on-site, the two also criticized the food situation the day before the suspension. Only due to the insistence of the participants was there actually a meal.
A salami pizza was ordered in an emergency, which didn’t please the vegetarians like Papaplatte at all. He had no choice but to take the salami off the pizza and eat it that way, or to starve.
Reeze explains: “If no input had come from us, there would have been no food that evening, and the next day was supposed to be the suspension.”
The evening before the suspension, after the crisis meeting about why Season 3 of 7 vs. Wild was almost canceled, the information situation for the candidates was very poor. Papaplatte summarizes: “We didn’t know what was going on, it was all a mess. We were told the bottle had to be ready soon, then suddenly not anymore.”
When was the bottle packed? A few hours before the suspension, at 01:30 AM the two were still packing their bottle. This could not be packed in Germany because they wanted to show the contents and packing in the show. You can find out why that didn’t work here.
In Henke’s Corner, the two show a picture of packing the bottle, in the middle of the night before the suspension. In the picture, it’s already dark outside, and the contents of the team’s bottle are still spread on the floor next to the vacuum machine.
You can watch the video podcast here, the picture can be found at about 1:09:19 in the video:

The two are sure that if they had had more time to assemble their bottle together, they would have had advantages in the wilderness.
Would the two participate again? To this question, Papaplatte and Reeze have a clear answer: “Under no circumstances.”
Only for a large sum of money would they consider participating in 7 vs. Wild: Season 3 or a similar format again. In 7 vs. Wild, the candidates do not receive any payment for their participation.
Reeze and Papaplatte also expressed surprise at the renewed participation of Knossi and Sascha from Season 2. The two were already somewhat displeased on the way because they already knew what they were getting into again.
After the experience from 7 vs. Wild Season 3, the two can understand the displeasure of the other team well.
Pokémon GO is currently all about “Teamwork”. We show you which advantages you should definitely make use of during this time.
How long does the “Teamwork” event last? The event started this Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10:00 and will be active until next Monday, November 27, 2023, at 20:00.
What bonuses does the event bring? We have already compiled a detailed overview of all active bonuses of the Teamwork event. These include increased spawn rates of some Pokémon, time-limited research, changed Pokémon in field research, and more.
We list here for you which bonuses of the current event you should particularly focus on.
1: Strong Pokémon for your raid teams
In the current raids, there are some Pokémon you can find to strengthen your raid teams, especially if they haven’t been optimized and perfected yet. Among them, the following should be especially mentioned. Pokémon with an * can also be encountered in their shiny form.
Rhydon (Level 3): its final evolution, Rhyperior, is both a strong ground-type attacker and a rock-type attacker.
Gardevoir* (Level 3): Gardevoir can especially shine as a fairy attacker and holds a high position in the ranking of the best attackers.
Terrakion* (Level 5): Terrakion is at the top of the food chain when it comes to fighting-type attackers.
Furthermore, the amount of experience points you earn for successfully completed raids is doubled during the event! Since you cause additional damage with the team power within your team anyway, you can complete one or the other raid in no time at all.
During the event, you have the option to conduct five special trades per day instead of the usual one. And that’s not all! For players who are at least level 31, there is a guaranteed XL candy for each trade.
In addition to this great bonus, you receive, regardless of your level, two extra candies for each traded Pokémon. This can provide you with a perfect opportunity to replenish your scarce candy supplies.
Many of the Pokémon that are currently more commonly found can also be encountered in their shiny form. For the collectors among you, this is the perfect opportunity to gather one or the other shiny Pokémon.
Additionally, by completing the time-limited research and field research, there is a special Wurmple – the Wurmple with party hat! The following Pokémon from the Teamwork event can be found in their shiny form:
In the wild:
Mollimorba
Monozu
Fungi
Ferkuli
In raids:
all Pokémon in level 1 raids are available in their shiny form: Hisui-Fukano, Nasgnet, Lithomith, Klikk, Ferkuli.
Level 3: Gardevoir and Adebom.
Level 5: Terrakion.
Mega-raids: Mega-Kangaskhan.
In field research:
Trade a Pokémon: Mollimorba and Monozu.
Win a raid: Wurmple with party hat.
Use ten power-ups: Hisui-Fukano, Wurmple with party hat, Nasgnet.
Are you using the upcoming weekend to fully enjoy the event bonuses with your team? Or are you rather into the PvP area? Then you probably already know why “bad values” might be better for you than 4*.

The Roccat Kone XP Air is the wireless variant of the Kone XP. MeinMMO editor Benedikt Schlotmann has tested the gaming mouse for you and explains whether it can hold its own against Razer and Logitech.
With the Kone XP Air, Roccat has presented a wireless mouse with a docking station. Ergonomically, it resembles the Kone XP, which MeinMMO has already tested. However, there are some differences that I would like to explain in the following review.
The most exciting question is whether the Kone XP Air can compete against wireless competitors like the Logitech G502X Lightspeed and the Razer Basilisk Ultimate. In the test, I explain why the Kone XP Air misses the leap to the top of my best mice list.
Update, 11/24/2023: Some testers have pointed out issues with the sensor. For this reason, I tested the mouse again on my setup. In another test, I found no deficiencies or problems with the sensor or the USB polling rate. I couldn’t find any extreme deviations from the data. Therefore, it remains a recommendation for the gaming mouse.
Who has tested it?
I have a penchant for gaming mice and currently own over 20 gaming mice personally. Since 2019, I have been testing hardware for MeinMMO for our readers. Mice are, along with gaming headsets and keyboards, my absolute favorites when it comes to peripherals for PC and console, and I am correspondingly well-versed.
The Kone XP Air was provided to me by Roccat for testing.

Contents, design and construction
What does the package contain? In addition to the mouse, there is a quick start guide, a USB-C cable, and a docking station for the mouse in the box. The software can be downloaded directly from the manufacturer.
What is the layout of the mouse? The Kone XP is available in both a white and a black design.
On the top side of the mouse are the main buttons. In between is a 4-way mouse wheel and a single button. On the side of the left mouse button are two small switches that you can reach with your index finger.
On the left side, there are 5 more buttons. In the thumb area, there are 4 buttons closely grouped together, while the fifth button is in the thumb’s resting area. The Kone XP does not have a sniper button like the G502 Hero or the Rival 5. Such a button was also not offered by the Kone AIMO Remastered (in the test).
The white shell of the mouse is ribbed, providing better grip than a smooth casing. The transparent part of the housing, on the other hand, is smooth.
Already in comparison to the wired Kone XP, some differences become apparent. The black details, which contrasted with the rest of the white, completely disappear in the white Kone XP Air.
In terms of RGB, the approach is more reserved. While the entire body including the mouse wheel was illuminated in the Kone XP, in the Air model, only the back of the mouse and the mouse wheel light up. This makes the design less prominent and playful. The lighting is also not as bright as with the Kone XP, which I find a bit disappointing.
The cable of the Kone XP Air is detachable and connects to the mouse via USB-C. The mouse can be charged via USB-C or the included docking station. This station is probably also the reason why the manufacturer demands around 170 euros in stores for the gaming mouse.
Roccat’s Kone XP Air is not as colorful as the almost identical Kone XP.Roccat’s Kone XP and Kone XP Air in direct comparison.
Construction
The Kone XP Air appears to be of high quality. In the shake test, nothing rattles, and the mouse sits steadily in the hand. The receiver can be safely stowed inside the model, so it does not get lost. Logitech’s G502X Lightspeed has a significantly poorer solution. However, the indentation on the underside of the mouse for the station and receiver is prone to dirt, which Razer handles better.
High-quality workmanship also applies to the docking station. It has a pleasant weight and with the rubber feet on the bottom, it stands securely on my desk. The docking station also seems more valuable than the station you can use with the Razer Basilisk Ultimate.
Roccat’s Kone XP Air and the docking station.
Software
The Kone XP uses the well-known Swarm software from Roccat again. For other devices like the Syn Pro Air or the Torch, Roccat relied on the new NEON software. I consider it the right decision to deliver the Kone XP with the Swarm software, as Swarm feels much smoother than NEON.
First, I have to connect the mouse and the dongle to the computer for an update, in the next step, I then have to connect everything together with the docking station, as the mouse cannot be configured wirelessly otherwise.
The many nested menus still make Swarm appear confusing, but the software worked flawlessly during the testing period. However, if I want to activate specific effects in the “AIMO” tab, the software crashes unexpectedly.
On the next page, I will explain how the Kone XP Air performs in practice. I will address weight, ergonomics, and battery life, and explain what technology Roccat has installed in its Air model.

As part of the Black Friday promo, EA Sports brings a lot of new packs to FC 24 in the Ultimate Team shop. These include packs that guarantee two Icons or two Heroes, but they come with a hefty price. Is it worth gambling on luck then?
This is the situation:
Black Friday has been a staple in the promo calendar of FC 24 Ultimate Team for years, offering unique packs for players of the virtual collectible card game.
This year, publisher EA Sports has come up with something new and has already released guaranteed Icon and Hero packs at the start of the event, available in the shop for coins or FC Points.
However, the gamble has its price. Since the rewards can significantly improve the players’ team at best, they need to invest a large sum to open the packs.
EA Sports brings “Dynamic Duo” Icon and Hero Pack to the Ultimate Team Shop
How much do the packs cost? The prices of the offered packs have significantly increased in recent years. In this case, EA Sports is no exception.
For the “Dynamic Duo Heroes Pack”, players need to invest either 350,000 Coins or 2,500 FC Points. This corresponds to about a price of 25 € without special offers.
The “Dynamic Duo Icons Pack” is even more expensive. 450,000 Coins or 3,000 FC Points, which currently cost about 27 € in the shop, are required before opening.
What is included in the packs? In addition to the special cards, the UT players receive other items, all of which are untradeable.
Those who choose the Hero variant will receive two Hero professional items with a total value of 86 or higher. Additionally, the promo pack contains 20 rare gold players.
In contrast, the Icons Pack contains only two base Icon professionals with an overall rating of up to 88 and ten rare gold players.

EA FC 24: How the new dribbling mechanics work
Are the packs worth it? The hope for a player who strengthens the team is of course always there. However, experience shows that the probability of getting the best cards is extremely low, and thus very few in the community are rewarded for their risk.
As of now, 44 out of 54 possible Heroes cost less than the 350,000 coins needed to invest.
Currently, 42 out of the 49 Icons available cost less than the necessary 450,000 coins.
The chance of getting good rare gold players or other promo cards is also disappointing. The pack probabilities show that there is only a nearly one percent chance to count on.
Nevertheless, some highlights can already be found on social media. The user “Fut Sheriff” posted via X the picture of a happy follower whose pack was worth it. In addition to two playable Icons, the UT player can now also own one of the best meta cards in FC 24, Eusebio.

However, such lucky strikes do not reflect the yield of the wider community. Therefore, one should carefully consider whether the packs are worth the coins or points – even if you may not receive any of the desired cards.
A new companion for Hunters in World of Warcraft is a real eye-catcher. We reveal how you can catch it.
Hunters in World of Warcraft are mainly played for two reasons: to roll for all loot and to have a lot of unique animals as companions. Also in Patch 10.2 Guardians of the Dream there are again a few very special animals that can be tamed by Hunters. Today we show you how to catch the red cat.
You can only encounter Sul’raka in the Emerald Dream, the endgame zone of Patch 10.2.
The colleagues from wowhead have already found out the patrol route of Sul’raka. You can see it in this screenshot:
Sul’raka’s route – it moves counterclockwise. (Image source: wowhead)
Catching Sul’raka as a Hunter in WoW
Note that Sul’raka moves counterclockwise. Therefore, it is best to walk clockwise yourself and pay attention to the large footprints that may appear once Sul’raka is nearby.
How can you catch Sul’raka? First, you need to be a Beast Mastery Hunter and then apply a few little tricks. To lure Sul’raka out of stealth, you need to shoot a flare at her – since you cannot see her exactly, place the flare a few meters in front of the last track that has appeared.
Immediately apply a Hunter’s Mark on her so you can keep tracking Sul’raka. Additionally, you can briefly hold her with a Frost Trap.
Sul’raka also has a very short respawn time. Therefore, most Hunters do not have to hunt for weeks, but they should be able to claim the stylish cat after less than an hour.
The oversized cat Sul’raka counts as a spirit beast, although she has no translucent body – such designs have been introduced by Blizzard intermittently in the past.
Have you already obtained Sul’raka or have you not yet been able to find her trail?

In EA FC 24 has premiered its new Thunderstruck event. In the course of this, many new, upgradeable special cards were introduced, including dynamic icons. We will clarify the details of the event and show you all the released players as well as other leaks.
What can you expect from the Thunderstruck event? If the translation into German is to be believed, we will be “hit or touched by lightning” from this event. Metaphorically, Thunderstruck describes an overwhelming experience. And yes, something big is really coming our way.
Events with dynamic cards have always been very popular with the FIFA community. You can expect such upgradeable players in abundance in the new promotion. A major highlight are especially the dynamic icons, as they have never existed in the history of FIFA.
How do the upgrades work? The improvements depend on the performance of the clubs where the players are currently under contract; in the case of the icons, these are the clubs where they spent the most successful time of their careers.
With the release of the Thunderstruck promotion, teams have four matches in their domestic league to give the special cards one or more updates. The improvements for Thunderstruck icons differ from the upgrades of the normal Thunderstruck players, as you can see in the following image.
This is how the upgrades work (left icons, right other Thunderstrucks)
While normal Thunderstruck players can collect up to 2 Inform upgrades and two additional playstyles, the already strong Thunderstruck icons can, at best, get an additional playstyle and an Inform upgrade.
If you don’t want to miss any progress on the upgrades, we recommend our Thunderstruck tracker.

What cards have been leaked? The most famous and trusted leakers on Twitter/X, such as futsheriff or donktrading have already predicted even more cards that, according to their sources, will appear in EA FC 24. According to their information, more players are waiting for you.
We want to point out again that these are still unconfirmed leaks, so the following cards may not be released at all or may be released with different ratings, positions, or playstyles.
If you don’t want to be spoiled, you should scroll all the way to the bottom, as we reveal what you can still expect during the event.
When will the players be released?EA Sports has stated on their website that 5 new professionals will come to Ultimate Team with each mini-release. A total of 41 event cards are known, consisting of 15 icons and 26 active players. Most of them will be obtainable through packs. Some will also be released as SBC or Objective.
It’s a good thing that the Black Friday event will provide you with many SBCs so you can acquire some high-rated fodder for the more expensive player SBCs. Night Crows shows us another beautiful in-game trailer. Additionally, developer WeMade has released the sign-up page for the playtest, but this is more about NFTs than about game features.
What kind of game is this? Night Crows is a Korean MMORPG from WeMade, playable on PC or mobile. The game was released in Korea in April 2023 and aims to impress with photorealistic graphics and a medieval setting. A very beautiful open world and huge PvP battles with up to 1000 players await you. It is set in 13th century Europe and offers 8 different classes.
What was shown in the trailer? Night Crows has now released a new in-game trailer that confirms the global launch. Although the title was already released in Korea months ago, we are only shown in-game scenes and no gameplay. But there is good news: A date has been announced for test registration, starting from January 11, 2024, you can sign up for the game test.
Here you can see the new trailer:

6 Blockchains, 7 Tokens and NFT Characters – the NFT Hell and its Scope
What is planned for monetization? The Korean title from WeMade has recently made headlines because the developer earned €1.4 million per day with the game. Since the game’s success, work is also being done on a global release.
With the countdown to sign up for the game test, Night Crows shows us first insights into the monetization for the global launch of the MMORPG. This is mainly about NFTs.
What does that look like? On the registration page, we find an introduction to the topic of “Tokenomics” with the subtitle “The Completion of a Blockchain Economy”. WeMade plans to use their blockchain service “WEMIX3.0” for the game.
Players generate value within the game by participating. This value is represented by so-called “multi-utility tokens”. These “tokens” are your in-game items that you should trade using blockchain technology. All items thus also have a real money value. Mir4 from the same developer WeMade has over a million players but a large number of bots, with which attempts are made to earn money.
In addition to the “tokens”, players in Night Crows will be able to create NFTs of characters, which can also be traded for real money on a marketplace.
In plain language: You can buy items, equipment, and entire characters of other players with real money.
Former Rockstar developer Obbe Vermeij announced on November 11 via Twitter/X that he will publish a blog about his time at Rockstar Northwhere he worked on titles like GTA 3 and 4, Vice City, and San Andreas. Employees of Rockstar North who worked with Vermeij were not pleased about this, which led Vermeij to decide to delete the blog.
What happened? Obbe Vermeij worked at Rockstar North from 1995 to 2009 on several well-known titles such as GTA 3 and 4, Vice City, and San Andreas. During this time, he authored a blog where he shares funny anecdotes but also reveals some previously unknown details about the game GTA 3.
“I received an email from Rockstar North,” he states in his final post on November 22. Some of his colleagues in Edinburgh were not very pleased about his blog, which is why he decided to delete it. He doesn’t want to upset his colleagues in Edinburgh, it is later mentioned in a post by him on X.
What was the blog about? In his blog, he mainly reported on the development of the GTA titles he was involved in. He addressed topics such as how the weather works in the games, why there were many cars of the same types, and much more.
In some of his stories, he also mentions the names of his development colleagues. Even if they contained nothing embarrassing, this could of course be a reason why some of his colleagues were upset if he hadn’t asked for permission beforehand.

Why did Vermeij delete his blog? Many fans of the GTA series reacted on X (formerly Twitter) sadly and confused by the news of the blog’s deletion. Many who read it reported that the blog contained no negative experiences at Rockstar North. Additionally, Vermeij spoke very positively about his former colleagues.
“I thought they would be happy to read the blog,” he later said in a post on X (formerly Twitter). He was surprised that the opposite was now the case.
However, he emphasizes that Rockstar New York was not involved and that no legal action had been taken against him due to his publication. He was also not forced to delete the blog, as some fans speculated on X. The blog was just not important enough for him to upset his colleagues in Edinburgh.
What’s next? In his final blog post, Vermeij expresses the wish that Rockstar itself talks openly about the development of the GTA trilogy, but he is sure that this will not happen in the near future.
“Maybe I’ll try again in one or two decades,” he jokes. Many fans are already expressing their wishes on Twitter, hoping that Vermeij will share about his time at Rockstar again.
Rumors suggest that GTA 6 has been in development for some time. Now the former Rockstar Games developer Tony Gowland has spoken up:
The survival MMORPG Pioner has big ideas that were supposed to be playable in 2023. Now the studio behind the project announces a delay: Pioner is finally set to be released in 2024.
The survival game takes many cues from the popular STALKER series: you play on a Soviet island with secret research stations that you are supposed to explore. The biggest dangers are anomalies and mutants.
This is what makes Pioner special: The focus of the game is on the world and exploration. The island is cut off from the mainland, but there are several settlements and research stations that you can discover. Additionally, there are various zones that are more or less dangerous. In some zones, PvP is also supposed to be possible.
As in an RPG, there are quests and factions in Pioner that you can join. There are also clans, i.e., guilds, and particularly tough opponents in the harder areas – apparently something like bosses.
Survival aspects mainly include the crafting system, with which you can modify weapons, among other things. Otherwise, survival is likely to be heavily influenced by STALKER, where the main focus is on surviving against radiation and mutated enemies or avoiding certain areas.

Pioner finally shows gameplay again in the new trailer
New gameplay in 2023, release postponed to 2024
Since the announcement in 2020, it has been quite quiet around Pioner. There have not been any public tests or betas so far, at least not for the masses. Development seems to have taken a bit longer, especially since there was only one major update on the game in 2023.
However, the studio has created a showcase website since the announcement, with a lot of information about the game. At least there are still signs of life; such a project for an indie team takes time.
The latest news from the developers states that the game will be released at the earliest in 2024. There is no date or more precise timeframe, so any time could be possible. Looking at the past and other projects, we assume rather autumn or winter; it will likely take a while until a 1.0 release.
The hype around Pioner is also still manageable, likely because there is little information and advertising about it. It is different with The Day Before, a competitor that is supposed to be released soon – which many do not believe:
On December 7, Throne and Liberty will be launched in Korea. The game has now released the character editor and initial players can create their desired avatars. Unfortunately, this does not apply to international players.
What does the character editor look like? The character editor is already available in English or with English subtitles for the upcoming release in South Korea. At the beginning, you choose your server and the intro cutscene plays.
To build your character, you first decide on a female or male avatar. Before you get into the details, you choose a character base from a variety of presets that you like.
Once you have chosen a preset, you can customize your character in detail. Throne and Liberty relies heavily on sliders, allowing for a high degree of individuality. However, the game clearly dictates colors. In addition to many different facial parts, the game also allows you to edit individual muscle strands on your avatar’s body.
In this Youtube video, you can view all the details of the editor:

Can players in Europe already create their characters? As of now, this is unfortunately not possible through official means. To create an account for Throne and Liberty, you must be in Korea.
This can potentially be bypassed with a VPN service. However, it is quite possible that you could be penalized by the developer for using a VPN client. Therefore, you should be cautious and think carefully about using a VPN.
How can the editor be downloaded? The character editor has been available since November 21 on the Throne and Liberty website. Here are the required steps to unlock early access via PC:
Download the Purple launcher – you can find it here: ncpurple.com
Install Purple
Once the launcher is started, click on Store in the upper left corner, then Throne and Liberty and Install game
Start the game
Select a server
Choose your avatar’s gender
Enter your character’s name and confirm it
Characters can be created until December 3 and only by adults over 19 years of age. Per account, you can create one character per server and character names are unique on each server. To use the character created now, you must log in with the same account at launch.

When will the MMORPG be released? By the way, we do not have to wait much longer until the game officially celebrates its release in Europe.
The MMORPG will be released on December 7 in South Korea, while the worldwide release has already been announced for early 2024. For the upcoming initial release, the game also recently introduced the individual classes:
Even the pro players from Method make silly mistakes in World of Warcraft sometimes. Today’s agenda: Not paying for the WoW subscription.
In World of Warcraft, there are many reasons for a disconnect. A bug, an account suspension, or a short internet outage. This can be extremely annoying, and even the professional players are not spared from it. Especially in the “Race to World First”, the race in the latest raid – Amirdrassil, Hope of Dreams – it can be particularly frustrating when during a critical fight, the game suddenly decides that you have to experience a disconnect.
However, it can sometimes have the most trivial of reasons, as a tank from the professional guild Method recently found out.
What happened? The professional guild Method is currently in 3rd place in the race for the “World First Clear” of the current raid Amirdrassil. Especially the 8th and thus second to last boss Tindral poses problems for many guilds.
During a fight, the tank Nate (also “Immonate”) suddenly realizes that his game has disconnected from the server. A bit surprised, he informs his teammates:
“The seed [a boss ability] has exploded and my game has crashed.”
But as soon as Immonate expressed this, the character selection already reveals to him what the true reason for the disconnect was. Because behind his characters, it says “Inactive” and the game suggests that he should subscribe.
Clearly a bit embarrassed, he informs his guild about it and receives laughter from several teammates.

Do you not get a warning? Yes, you do. Before the playtime expires, you are periodically reminded in the game – a small message appears in the chat window. However, this can completely get lost in the heat of the strenuous fights of a raid. Professionals usually have to keep an eye on dozens of effects and abilities and are very little interested in what might be written in the chat.
At least: Method has now succeeded in defeating the 8th boss of the raid, Tindral Swiftsage. They are now tied as the third guild with Team Liquid and Echo, who have also reached the last boss and are now competing for the World First Kill of Fyrakk.
Have you ever experienced a “tactically unwise” disconnect because your playtime expired?
In the upcoming “Season of Wishes” of Destiny 2, Guardians can expect drastic changes. In particular, the popular Titan class is hit by a nasty 5-fold nerf that has already been criticized by the community as an overcorrection and ridiculous. MeinMMO tells you what awaits in the “Go Slow” update from Bungie.
Your survivability abilities, like the “Banner of War” or “Restoration” will be weakened because you are just too hard to kill.
Titans receive nasty restrictions that hinder their most popular killing tactic with shotguns.
Additionally, Bungie has announced initial steps for adjustments to the “Well of Radiance”, “Dawnshield” (Bubble), and the neglected Stasis abilities.
MeinMMO has looked at all the changes and explains why your powerful abilities will be associated with significant costs in the future and how much your survivability is at risk.

Destiny 2: Teaser trailer for the “Season of Wishes”
So severe will the 5-fold nerf be
Here’s why Titans are currently shocked: With the information about the upcoming patch, changes for all classes were introduced. But especially for the Guardians with a Titan, it quickly became clear that they would be particularly hard hit by a 5-fold nerf.
For the Solar Titan, the cooldown of the small “Bonk” hammer, the healing-based Solar Verb “Restoration”, Sunspots, the armor exotic “Synthoceps”, and frequently used mods are being nerfed. The last of which affects all three classes.
You will no longer immediately get your melee energy back when picking up the small solar throwing hammer, but only after 1.4 seconds. This will probably still be S-Tier, but not quite so overpowering.
For the Sunspots, the maximum duration is reduced from 20 to 12 seconds.
The exotic “Synthoceps” no longer has extended melee fall-off distance, and the PvE bonus for surrounded melee damage is reduced from 200% to +165%. In exchange, there is now 100% more melee bonus on glaives instead of 50%.
In the mods, “Heavy-handed”, “Firepower”, and “Reaper” will be adjusted starting Season 23. They will have a cooldown of 10 seconds for generating an orb of power, thereby reducing the number of generated orbs as well.
But also the reimbursement of energy for the Kickstart bonuses, as well as “Momentum Transfer”, “Detonation Boost”, “Impact Induction”, “Focus Attack”, “Range”, “Distribution”, and “Bomber” have been reduced by Bungie.
Why is this being adjusted? Bungie believes that these changes will help restore meaningful choices, both in ability use and armor loadout systems, while also giving each armor mod the opportunity to achieve a valuable effect.
Swinging the small hammer will soon take longer
No more sliding, shooting, killing
The new motto is “Go Slow!”: The era of fast melee attacks in PvP is also coming to an end, which has long been the preferred way to take down opponents primarily by the Titans. First slide, then fire the weapon, and also perform a shoulder attack or a slide melee.
In the future, this kill method will be associated with significant risks and cooldowns.
Starting from the “Season of Wishes”, firing your weapon while sliding will prevent the activation of sprint or glide-activated melees.
Why is this attack being adjusted? The reason for the adjustment is, according to Bungie, that such quick kills are extremely hard for other Guardians to recognize and understand.
However, the arc aspect “Stormstrike” will receive slight improvements in the upcoming update. This includes an increase in base damage, more accurate tracking at longer distances, and improved accuracy.
“They really want us to suffer!”
Soon every Guardian will have to think about creating a good build.
It’s always about balance: Guardians have become increasingly stronger in recent seasons. This has led to hardly anything feeling challenging anymore.
For Bungie, it has thus become increasingly difficult to apply pressure in combat on players with optimal builds. However, Destiny 2 should feel fair for all target groups, including those who may not use builds. At the same time, well-tuned difficulty levels for top-equipped players should be available.
In short: the survivability of Guardians at the top end is too high, and that’s why in Season 23, your survivability is at risk. This includes the “Woven Armor”, “Restoration”, “Devour” as well as the “Banner of War”.
Woven Armor: Damage resistance with Strang against PvE fighters is reduced from 55% to 45%.
Restoration: Now only grants a reduced healing rate for solar abilities.
Level x1 = 35 HP/s in PvE and 17.5 HP/s in PvP
Level x2 = 50 HP/s in PvE and 25 HP/s in PvP
Devour: The healing amount for Void, both upon activation and refreshing, will be reduced from full healing. Unless “Feeding the Void” is equipped.
Only a minor change: While some Guardians already see their life massively dwindling here, we assume that these changes will not have significant effects. To achieve a noticeable effect in the game, one would have had to halve the reimbursement. Additionally, Bungie explicitly mentioned that this is only “a small change”.
Furthermore, the currently most popular Strang aspect “Banner of War” is also being adjusted.

Here’s how the Strang aspect “Banner of War” will change:
The number of enemy kills required to level up the banner will be increased by about double.
To slightly offset this disadvantage, the duration at each level of the banner will be correspondingly increased. This varies according to the type of defeated target.
You will definitely feel these changes in the game. It will make it more difficult for you to achieve maximum healing with the Titan’s War Banner aspect in the future.
Bubble and Well nerfs are in planning
The question remains what Bungie plans to do with the two best options for healing and protection in Destiny 2, the healing “Well of Radiance” of the Warlocks and the protective Titan bubble “Dawnshield”.
In the “Season of Wishes”, Bungie will increase the base cooldowns of these two Supers from 417 seconds to 455 seconds to ensure they have stronger competition in round-based modes.
So far, the cooldown nerf is targeting PvP and does nothing in PvE. But Bungie also wants to fundamentally reassess the place of these two options in PvE in the future.
Nerfs for the “Well of Radiance” and “Dawnshield” are also expected.
Why does Bungie want to adjust these options? In particular, the “Well of Radiance” offers too much according to the developer. Its effective invulnerability is not something that the sandbox can or should continue to support.
The Content Creator Saltagreppo also believes that Bungie must take even stronger action with these two ultis because otherwise nothing will change. He thinks a damage reduction of an average of 10% like with “Woven Armor” is not needed.
So enjoy the protection for a while longer until more changes come in Season 23, which will also adjust the dominance in PvE.
And what about Stasis? For the coolest of all abilities, expectations have lagged somewhat. Bungie did mention changes, but the big “wow!” was not there yet.
There will be some tuning changes for your Stasis abilities, focusing primarily on stat bonuses and penalties.
Stasis now finally has a verb, which Bungie is temporarily calling “Frost Armor”. This is intended to increase survivability.
Stasis grenades will be improved, such as the cooldown of the Glacier Grenade being reduced from 152 seconds to 121 seconds or that the Cold Snap Grenade can better track targets.
Weapons with special ammo will also receive a stronger damage bonus of 5% to 10% against frozen targets, aiming to make smashing enemies more consistent.
Excitement sounds different: The community immediately reacted with over 1500 comments on the Destiny subreddit to these announcements and many players expressed their dissatisfaction with the perceived overcorrection.
Some even describe the changes as ridiculous and argue that the popularity of the Titan class does not mean they are too strong, but that they are enjoyed by many players. Others hinted that Bungie will certainly not win back players with these adjustments.
The player Savenura55 comments that Titans be made too weak: “Titans have already been significantly weakened in 3/4 of the last adjustments, making them unplayable outside of ‘Banner of War’. I don’t understand why Bungie thinks this is the right way given the poor state of the game. Maybe they haven’t actually fired the people who were the problem, as they claimed.”
wandering_caribou on the other hand sees another Strang season coming with regard to the new artifact: “The first impression for the Titan in PvE is that with the Solar Hammer nerfs, I will rather play the ‘Banner of War’ more than less. [The nerf] won’t really significantly impact it and the Stasis changes won’t make much difference.
The content creator and 4-time world’s first winner Saltagreppo comments: “This was one of the best editions of ‘This Week in Destiny’ in a long time. [Bungie] actually addressed many balance issues, and most of the changes were well thought out and justified. Of course, not everything is perfect yet, but overall very positive steps.”
Also, the Destiny editorial team at MeinMMO believes that the changes are actually solid and fair. On paper, this may feel bad to some players, but without trying them out, it’s hard to say whether these changes are truly exaggerated or not. These new cooldowns with dynamic regeneration could still be intuitively enough.
When can you test the changes? Starting November 28, you can play the new Season 23. And from then on, most of these changes will go live in the game, so you can try them out and evaluate them.
While Bungie emphasizes that this is the first step in a long-term process to improve balance in the game, the community’s reaction will show whether these changes have the desired effect or whether further adjustments are necessary.
What do you think about the drastic changes to Titans in Destiny 2 “Season of Wishes”? Does this affect your gameplay? And do you believe Bungie’s decisions to weaken the abilities will have the desired effects? Feel free to let us know in the comments.
In January 2024, the latest installment of a popular fighting game series will be released. In Tekken 8, not only new characters will join the fight but also some familiar faces will find their way onto the battlefield. You can see an old character in the current trailer.
What is it about? A returning character for Tekken 8 has been introduced in a new trailer. Leo Kliesen has been a fighter since the sixth installment of the series and is now also presented in beautiful graphics.
Tekken 8 will be released on January 26, 2024, for PC, PS5, and Xbox.
We have embedded Leo’s introductory trailer here for you:

Tekken 8 Leo Trailer
What does the trailer show? Before the trailer really kicks off and shows some gameplay and fighting style, it starts with an announcement from Leo himself: ‘Are you ready? Then let’s go!’
Since the character himself is of German descent, the developers also made sure that Leo speaks German. Voice actor Philipp Zieschang provided the voice for that.
As the trailer shows, Leo moves quickly and skillfully across the battlefield, striking with powerful punches and mighty kicks.
This leaves opponents with little time to strike back during the quick transitions between hand and footwork.
Finally, the trailer shows a quite impressive finisher move, where Leo swings over the opponents with a hook, then kicks them hard in the face with enough momentum.
What are the reactions? The reactions (via YouTube) to the trailer are quite positive.
Many fans seem genuinely excited about the new installment. User HuntShowdownLab writes that although he has been away from Tekken for a long time, every new trailer for the eighth installment makes the game look more interesting.
We have selected some comments about Leo for you:
FieryAnubis writes: ‘I love that Leo as a character is just “simple and straightforward”. Not too flashy or exaggerated, just simple and strong.’
LundisQuie writes: ‘I don’t know how they managed to make Leo look both more feminine and more masculine at the same time, but they did it. Great job to them.’
apaladinoflight305 writes: ‘Leo’s fighting style is so beautiful and fluid, elegant, almost like a dance, yet powerful at the same time!’
What do you think of Leo’s new look in Tekken 8? Feel free to discuss.
League of Legends has released a preview of the changes for the upcoming season and patch 14.1. There is a huge list of items that will be removed, changed, or added. One item will likely make all those who do not play assassins cheer.
This is the item in question:
The Duskblade of Draktharr (often just called: “Duskblade”) is a mythic item for assassins based on attack damage.
It provides attack damage and lethality, making it the ideal weapon against soft targets from the backline. Its special feature “Nightstalker” makes the owner untargetable for 1.5 seconds after a takedown.
Here is the replacement: As a new item with identical stats and the same components from which it is built, Riot has now introduced Hubris. This item comes with a new ability that sounds as if it was made just for the players’ egos. It is even called “Ego.”
If you kill a champion, a statue of you will be erected. As the second part of the item ability, you receive additional attack damage when a champion dies after you have dealt damage to them:
For 1 minute, the blade grants you +10 AD and +1 AD for each statue that has been erected by you. This makes Hubris a powerful item for players who farm many kills, but far less annoying than the Duskblade.
We already know the new champion:

LoL wants to “de-mythify” its item pool, once again changing the jungle
Alongside the Duskblade, the Claw of the Reaper is also being removed from assassins. Items are also being removed for other roles. This mainly affects mythic items that will either completely disappear or be introduced in a new version.
Tanks and mages are particularly affected, nearly losing their entire pool of strong items, but they will also receive a whole range of new possibilities. You can find the complete list on Riot’s official website.
In addition to the comprehensive item changes, Riot also plans to change the jungle once again, quite drastically:
the first herald will be replaced by Void larvae, which will be available until minute 14. If you kill them, your team deals additional damage to structures
the herald itself will also be adjusted: you can now ride it and deal more damage to towers than when the creature charges alone
Jungle buffs will become stronger after minute 20, be harder to kill, and buff the whole team
the crabs in the river will also become stronger after minute 20 and grant an enhanced Scryer effect
Baron Nashor will receive, similar to the dragon, 3 different forms. These primarily change the layout of its “Baron Pits” and create a new dynamic
The entire terrain of the jungle and lanes will also change. The patch is currently planned for January 2024, with no specific date yet. If you want to try out the changes as a jungler, here’s an important tip:
